Food tasted normal, but they were really stingy with the fries, especially for being Large. The picture is after I ate one fry. I should have opened the bag before leaving. Also, I ordered two Mc Chickens, one with extra tomato (0.30 extra btw) and they managed to put the two smallest slices they could find. 😡

The Service was terrible I ask for ketchup and she throw them in the bag and all of the ketchups fell out the bag and she tore up the receipt bad service

I came in last week to order food I dined in. The bathroom was really dirty , the toilet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned at all . They got my order wrong and when I asked to speak to a manager I was appointed to Micheal . He was very rude and it seemed like he didn’t care for his job at all . If you hate your job that much why work there ?? Please avoid this location at all costs .

Dolores was so unprofessional and rude. Made snarky comments after I ask if I could have 2 buffalo sauce for an order with two cheeseburgers and said “we can’t give extra since it’s 1 order or else I’ll charge you $0.25 for it”, it’s TWO meals in the one order I made. Are these McDonald’s employed stingy? Is the Buffalo sauce coming out of her paycheck? Overall terrible employee.

It is clear that despite many orders like mine having the same issue: ordering one thing, and being given the order incorrectly- either with condiments I CLEARLY DIDNT ASK, but also being charged for an item I also didn’t ask: they don’t have the bare minimum courtesy to answer the phone to address such issues. When I tried to address the issue, the employee became defensive and insisted I gave them the order wrong. THIS MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE CHECKED.

Placed an order through drive thru my whole order was wrong not only was it wrong they charged me extra items they said I’ll send my manager out and parked me the manager never came out went inside to speak to one of them they just told another employee to fix my order didn’t even bother to say anything the whole time they both were standing giving me there back

Slowest service of any McDonald's I've been to. I can rarely get through this drive through without being told to park and wait, the last two times I've waited 10 minutes and 20 minutes. I only ordered for myself and I ordered a #2b with no pickles and extra onions both times. Why can others execute quickly but this one cannot?

All food received is COLD! Drove up to window and staff was oblivious to my presence, after I placed my order at menu board. I had to prompt them to hand me my purchased food. For staff that earns decent pay, the performance does not appear commensurate. Change for the better staff. We believe in you.

Don’t know why I went here today... usually I will not go to this McDonald’s. Will go way out of my way to go to any other McDonald’s than this one. In my pics you can see they never fill the fries to the top and if you ask they have a cow or give you attitude. They alway make mistakes with the orders. Burgers were cold fries were cold and they made me wait for my food. Better off going down the street to Popeyes or Burger King.
