Visiting In-N-Out in California was such a fun and classic experience! I ordered the No. 3 combo, and it was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and made just the way it’s supposed to be. The kids especially loved getting the paper chef hats, which added a cute and playful touch to the visit. We sat outside, and the patio area was fine, perfect for enjoying burgers in the sunshine. Overall, a great stop for anyone wanting to experience a true California fast-food favorite!
In-N-Out...after 75 years... continues to serve up their signature burgers and fries that are ALWAYS tasty...this coming from someone who's been a customer for over 40 years! My favorite meal is a double-meat hamburger, no onions, add mustard with fries and a diet coke with a squeeze of fresh lemon. The Monterey Park location is always good...with friendly faces to go along with your favorite In-N-Out burger! Also.. Thanks for STILL being a family-owned business....your care for your food and customers shows! Just wanted to add that In-N-Out serves Hot Cocoa...I understand that it had been part of an early menu, was dropped, and was brought back a couple of years ago. Hot Cocoa on a cold night is perfect! UPDATE...this location is not as busy as we had noticed before, because the Alhambra location finally opened in late November 2025. Today... I tried my burger with mustard-grilled burger patties from their "secret menu" and it was good along with "light" fries... which a not fried as long as a regular order of fries.
In-N-Out was awesome. The cheeseburgers were mouth-melting, but one time the fries were hard. You have also got to try the vanilla milkshake, it's one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. I even looked around and they were giving out kids hats and a small mini game paper! Didn't see anything wrong with the atmosphere, so 5 stars!
As with most In-N-Out locations, the food is great as well as the service. The line is very, very long all the time, but it moves relatively fast. I typically order via the drive thru.
It's always good food and I have never had a wrong order. Not at this in n out or any other in n outs.
Very friendly service from all workers we encountered . The drive through line was long but was organized and process from wait to finish was swifter than I expected.
Love the food here and even though there's a long line through drive thru, you just got to go in and order and it will be a lot faster to get your food! Over all love this place
I was sitting at a table waiting for my family and the staff was so nice asking how's my day while they cleaned up my table and I waited like 5 seconds to get a table and like always the food is delicious
I was welcomed and greeted with a smile. That really made my day, thank you so much. Secondly, I want to thank the dining workers for constantly checking in and asking if we needed anything else since it was very busy around 10pm. By far one of the cleanest location I have been to, bravo!👏
From Australia and in n out is a must whenever I visit LA. I try to have it everyday but it never turns out that way. This is hands down the best burgers you can have in my opinion
So i only go to 1 In&Out, and that the Alhambra location, but they closed for remodeling. But i needed my fix. Delicious burger, I added mustard, pickles, chopped chillis with crispy fries. Hmmmmmm. Easy Parking also.

What can I say? Its In-N-Out. The best burgers the best fries. Nothing beats a double double animal style with animal style fries. I flew all the way from Missouri to get some In-N-Out. I grew up in Cali so it had been 6 years since the last time I had eaten there. It was worth it!
The food is really good. I never met someone who said they don't like in and out. The atmosphere and restrooms were really clean, but the highlight of my time here was definitely an employee named Tony. I asked him a question and he replied very nicely. He was easy to get along with. He made me comfortable. He definitely made my time there more comfortable and I felt more welcomed. I got you Tony the tiger. He's GREEEAAAT!
In-N-Out Burger is a world famous burger joint based mainly within California, serving burgers and fries in a quick service environment. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making the burgers quick and fast, even with all the hectic nature that comes with running a popular burger joint. The burgers were good as well. For the price the portion is good, and the flavors were pretty enjoyable. It is fast food, so I wouldn't expect high tier quality, but the quality is still enjoyable and not too greasy.
Tasty, consistently good. I wish all locations used fresher potatoes, sometimes I will have rotting or moldy parts on my fries. Other than that, great food, consistently good. Parking here is awful!!! Getting out of the parking lot is often much worse!!! I park a few businesses over and walk.
Terrific In-N-Out, the wait time usually isn’t crazy and the staff is quite accommodating to my esoteric orders. Look at my magnificent double-double with extra everything, besides cheese.

I always make a point to visit an In and Out whenever I visit the US. Visiting family in LA meant we had to make this trip The food overall is good as always for a burger joint. And the fries “well done” is the way to go.
Ordered a double double with onions and a side of fries. Their yellow peppers are now pre sliced which does make them easier to eat if you'd like to add some of that in the condiments bar. Service is adequate for a place that has a continuous stream of customers. If you dine in, they do come around asking you if everything is alright.

Well I won't be narcissistic like showing a picture of the front with my 2 kids like it's Facebook vs a real review not smart, but anyway leave Monterey Park location go to Whittier the line is maybe 8 cars 10 cars at any given time, however, you go inside and you get some of the best service you've ever had! The smiling, friendly, pretty faces and they're on it and there was no line inside.. And the food just tastes better here. Personality energy 💯
The quality is hit or miss at this location. The food is served cold sometimes and the bun is burned sometimes. Don’t want to get anyone in trouble but they need to do better… not consistent, even after the reopening.
