Se tardaron 40min en traernos la pizza cuando nos dijeron que serian 15min, fuimos a preguntar a mostrador y vimos que la pizza ya estaba lista solo que no nos la habían llevado a la mesa, al llevarnosla ya estaba fría, pedimos que nos la volvieron a calentar. Nos dieron platos muy sucios, se veían solo mojados, nos dio mucho asco. La pizza si estaba rica pero el servicio no fue nada bueno.

They gave me an ugly pizza. It had no tomato sauce and was super thin. We had ordered it half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. We had to eat it because it was impossible for us to leave the hotel again to get something else.

Be prepared to wait a very long time for your pizza. It wasn't very busy when I was there - still took them almost 45 minutes. Pizza Deprizza Cuauhtémoc is better, faster, and less expensive.

Llegue por un panoramico que decia que habia una pizza de 4 tipos x 99 pero al llegar me dijeron que no la tenian. El cajero tenia mucha gripa y muchos mocos se limpiaba con la mano y asi atendia. Se tardarón 30 min para entregarme una pizza de otro tipo, habia pedido la mexicana y me entregarón la hawaiana. El sabor era horrible estan mejor las de little caesars x 99 pesos de peperoni. Yo pague $250 pesos por una pizza horrible.

Pésimo servicio, nos dieron una coca sin gas, la pizza demasiado delgada, ya había visitado anteriormente este lugar y era totalmente, solo había una chica atendiendo y era la misma que hizo la pizza

El de la caja me dijo que no se podia comer aqui porque ya iban a cerrar y eso que llegue 2 horas antes y habia colo 5 familias comiendo en el comedor y a mi me dijo que asi eran las reglas porque tenia que limpiar el comedor... bueno ya de mala gana pedi para llevar cuando quiero pagar con tarjeta me sale que no que no esta funcionando ña terminal cuando acababa de pagar el cliente antes que yo con tarjeta... pero ya que iba a pagar yo ya habia dejado de funcionar la terminal. Los empleados se creen los dueños! El que me nego el serivicio es el de lentes que se mira en las fotos

el área de estacionamiento está amplio, pero si vas en la noche hace falta demasiada iluminación y estás con el pendiente de no le vayan a romper un cristal. De entrada el lugar se ve descuidado, adentro falta demasiada limpieza. Los baños están con la leyenda de no funcionan, están sucios tapados, están demasiado sucios, el área de restaurante está igual, en las fotos que subo están varias mesas solas con platos y lo que dejaron los comensales.. muy mal servicio en general, está sucursal no lo recomiendo. Lo que le sugiero al restaurante es que agreguen más empleados, que sean eficientes y que mantengan en nivel de ese restaurant.

Producto y servicio lamentables, hice el pedido para recoger, según la app no demoraba, estuve esperando mas de media hora en sucursal e inclusive tuve que marcar estando ahi para preguntar por el pedido el cual ya estaba listo pero la persona en caja simplemente no tuvo la cortesía de revisar, no me percate de que le lleve todos los productos ya fríos, experiencia terrible

I want to file a complaint because the service I received at your Pizza Hut branch was unacceptable. They literally forgot about our order and, to top it off, they delivered it first to two customers who arrived after us. This demonstrates a complete lack of organization and attention to detail. When we asked what was going on, no one could give us a clear answer. Honestly, it's outrageous that we had to wait because of such a basic staff error. The experience was terrible and clearly shows that they aren't taking their customers seriously. I hope you do something about this because with service like this, frankly, I have no desire to return.

I waited over 15 minutes for someone to appear at the counter. Even so, I ordered, and it took them a little over an hour to deliver my pizza, and it was already cold. I went there because it was centrally located and fast. It was just one bad experience after another.

"We're too busy" to serve you. A guy with glasses, 1.70 cm tall. Brown hair. If you don't like your job, quit. That way, you don't feel like going and waiting for pizza. That kind of welcome makes you want to.

My experience at this Pizza Hut location was truly disappointing. The pizza I was served arrived burnt, with a bitter, unpleasant taste. The service left much to be desired: the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive to customers. Furthermore, the restaurant was dirty, both at the tables and in the general area, which gives a very poor impression of hygiene and care. Pizza Hut once guaranteed good quality, but this visit shows me that it's not the same as it once was. In all honesty, it was a bad experience, and I definitely won't be returning to Pizza Hut.

Terrible experience. Only 1 waiter and he has to take orders, money and bring the food to the table. Service is really really slow and bad. Don't go to this pizza hut!

Only one person, taking orders, making pizzas, and serving at the same time. They said 15 minutes, I waited 40 minutes... I would have preferred if they would have just told me the wait time would be longer than 15 minutes.
