I am never disappointed when I come to this chipotle. All employees are great. I compliment one named Pablo, I believe is his name. I saw him go from front line, get food and work the drive through window all with professionalism and a smile. Another worker (didn’t get his name) greeted me super positively as my order was very specific during the lunch traffic. I highly recommend this location.

Personally I think they should put a sign up on items that they're out of. Because it's very disappointing when you get to the front to order, and they've been out of something that you're wanting and, oh well. They were out of both the honey chicken, and sour cream.

I come here probably 2-3 times per month and I’ve never had anything other than a fantastic experience. The food is always fresh and flavorful, my to go orders (if not dining in are always right), the staff is kind, and the establishment is clean and organized.

This was our first time here. I took my daughter after a dentist appointment. The staff was phenomenal. The food was really good too. You can pick and choose what you want on it, which was awesome, "like a Subway". The atmosphere was really good. Pretty quiet for as many people were in there, but I guess they were enjoying their food as well. 🙂🙂

Everything good but just make sure employees are wearing hair nets! Wouldn’t want a hair on your food there’s people who do get grossed out

This was my 1st time going to this location. Really my first time in years eating at Chipotle I think maybe the last time I had Chipotle was at some point in 2018. I wasn't pleased with the temperature of my food or the portion of my food then at that location. Since it was slightly after the lunch time rush. It was quite a few people sitting inside eating but I was able to walk in and walk right up and order. But years later again the food felt warm..like heat lamp warm...not hot, but my portion was a great size.

I go to this chipotle fairly often and they are usually okay, but I sat at the window today for probably 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and give me my food that I could see sat on the shelf, they were busy so I wasn’t too bothered but once I finally get my food and get home I shake the container as I always do and it felt oddly light and when I opened it, the portion size was tiny compared to what they usually give, typically this place is good but sometimes, especially at in the evenings it just goes down hill

I've never been, but I wanted something that was a healthier option than fast food. The service was ok, the food was pretty good, the dining area was really dirty. There was food and trash all over the floors, multiple dirty tables that had been there for a while. They weren't that busy.

I order from this chipotle all the time and have neverrrrr gotten the same portion size ever. I’m seeing now as I’m looking through reviews that this is a reoccurring issue that goes as far as 6 months ago. I just ordered a steak burrito bowl that costs me $14 and my bowl doesn’t even weigh 6 oz. As far as I know, they’re supposed to do one scoop of each ingredient so there shouldn’t be an issue when it comes to portion size. I shouldn’t have to wonder everytime I order Chipotle if they’re going to actually give me food this time or not. Also they’re always short staffed and have been for months. I moved to this area around May 2025 and I have had to honk in the drive thru because I would be sitting there for 5-10 min and no one came to give me my order that is sitting right here on the counter. Please please please fix your portion size issue.

Ordered a Carne Asada lifestyle bowl which is $15, this looks nothing like the in app photo. I get portions are sort of subjective but who would pay $12-15 for this? I have an injury so I can’t just go to the store and request them remake it because a neighbor picked the order up for me. Avoid ordering online, the stinginess and small portion does not match the price.

I have been to this chipotle probably about 20 times now and I have not received the same size portions ever. They are very fast, but the amount of food they throw in the bowl is quite sad. Ordered a bowl for me and someone else and the difference between the 2 was embarrassing. I look to my left and they gave them a mountain of food struggling to close the lid, and mine looked like a kid sized mini bowl with my other bowl having only a few pieces of protein in it. I’d love to continue to come to this location because it’s very convenient, but I cannot justify paying full price for such a small quantity of food.

Ordered two chicken bowls and when I say the chicken was burnt, it was BurNT. There is no way the person preparing the bowl didn't know...guess they did not care. Sour cream, corn, rice, etc. could not even smother the burnt chicken. I couldn't eat more than 3 bites. Money wasted.

Arrived 10:09 and they were out of white rice, guacamole (understandable) steak and I don't recall if there's on more item. The amount of business being turned away an hour before close is insane.

I moved to the area recently and was excited to see this one wasn't far. When I went, the quality of the food was decent, but the employees were unpleasant. They ran out of the small tops for the containers, and it seemed like they were all frustrated from that moment on. Mine and my fiancé's bowls were sad. Small portions of everything as if we ordered a kids meal or something. I really enjoy Chipotle, so I'll give them another chance. Hopefully the next experience will be better.

For my first visit..will be my last!! My friend and I were very disappointed! When I ordered the brisket what I got was dried diced pieces of meat. When they asked what I wanted on top of the "salad" I got a few items. Didn't like the choices. I expected a plate of sliced brisket to say the least! Then the bill was $40!! My friend got. 3 tacos, that made us pay for the queso that they asked if I wanted it was not included??? Never again.too little for the price.

Dirty tables. No utensils. Brown guacamole. Ask about utensils and Young lady may have been the manager on duty. She Called somebody in the back to restock and we waited 3 minutes and left.

Yesterday, I placed an online order for a chicken quesadilla to be picked up at 6:40 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant, I noticed 3–4 employees behind the counter. I waited patiently, but despite several of them looking in my direction, no one acknowledged me or approached the window. After waiting nearly five minutes with no assistance, I knocked on the glass to get someone’s attention. A woman eventually came to the window, and I let her know I had been waiting for my order. She responded that she couldn’t leave the front area, to which I replied that there should be someone designated to assist customers at the pickup window. When I got home, not too far away, I opened my food and was extremely disappointed. The quesadilla looked sloppy, as if someone had picked at it or taken a piece. I returned to the restaurant to request a refund but was told I’d need to call an 800 number since the order was placed online. Someone from the back came out, and I explained the situation to her. She offered to remake the food and said the appearance might have been due to the tortilla sticking to the press. While I appreciated the offer, that explanation didn’t account for how unappetizing the food looked. At that point, after two frustrating experiences, I no longer wanted the food—but I also didn’t want to lose the $11 I had spent. I truly hope the restaurant takes steps to improve its customer service and ensure food is presented with more care in the future.

This is my to go order. Got home to find out that the chicken is burned to a crisp. I ate 1 out of 3 tacos because I was that hungry and drowned the flavor out with sauce but I can’t eat anymore it’s inedible.

If I can sit there and count the pieces of chicken you scoop up and put on my bowl that is pure sad……i just sat there and looked at this kid with awkward stare and said just double meat bro!! Dam yall won !! Yall got the extra freaking money out of money because this is ridiculous! I understand rationing food ! But yall need to put a sized portion food that people are paying for ! Don’t force people to pay for double meat because yall putting literal TINY SCOOPS of protein on peoples entrees. As you can see in the pictures attached, this is “double meat” btw smfh

First time visiting this Chipotle, I normally go to the one near my house a couple times a week and have never had a complaint. But since I wasn't near that one, I just stopped at this one and it was so bad, I just ended up getting a refund. Aside from the food being terrible, the place was a complete mess as you can see in my photo. I'm confident you can get fresher food then what they have at this Chipotle. All you have to do is go to the Chili's dumpster right next door, plus you'll save the $11.04. 😉

Paid $40 for a burrito the size of my hand, small chips and queso that arrived cold, and a half filled burrito bowl. Definitely not satisfied, do not order from Uber from this place if you want to avoid getting ripped off.

Good most of the time. Don’t waste your money adding the side queso. Almost $2 and you get a splash of queso in the 4oz cup. When I asked why the container isn’t full like the pic on the app, I was told that’s how it is only 2oz. When I asked if it was false advertising, he just laughed and said I guess so. If the radius of the container is half the size at the bottom then the top & you fill it only 1/3. That’s barely 1 Oz

We doordash food 3 different bowls all completely wrong , not properly portion, the lids were on the uncorrect bowls . Not sure who’s is in charged but this needs to be addressed with there employees especially when I’m paying for double chicken just to only get 4 little pieces of chicken !! Another bowl with no chicken what so ever ! Not acceptable

when your profit margin is as wide, it is for the ingredients that you’re using. It is absolutely insane that you are limiting portions. I paid for double checking this looks like maybe a single serving. Also, don’t bother coming in at 9 PM and paying with cash even though they’re open till 11 they will not have change for you. They robbed me of four dollars because all I had was cash and I don’t like paying $19 for one bowl with no chips no drink and it’s not even the double portion that I wanted stop being stingy we’re already paying way too much for the food and make sure you have cash in your Drawer. That is ridiculous.

This is by far the worst chipotle I've been to. Sadly, it's the closest one to me. When they first opened it was fine. But that soon changed for the bad. So I've been multiple times at different times and days of the week and somehow the past 5 times they're out of something. Two of those times they were out of white rice. Once was Sunday afternoon and the other was a Monday afternoon. Like how do you not have a main ingredient midday and not even caring?! I've only actually gotten food at this location 4 times and neither were the 5 times they were out of ingredients. One time, the employee was digging in his nose with his gloves on then grabbed a tortilla and put it in the warmer then continued to touch everything else with the glove still on. I've contacted corporate and they don't care either because they haven't done anything to change it. Kingwood location is a little drive but better service, quality and they always have ingredients.

Would give this place zero if I could! I asked for dressing for my salad and they said they’re out so then I take time to figure out what else I wanted and she brings the salad dressing after all. Then I paid for chips and queso and they forget the chips! Seriously worst experience I’ve ever been to! Always seemed rushed just trying to push me out the door!

Food was decent as usual. The young lady helping me was on point and the best so far! Thank you again. Revisted this place last Saturday for my daughter. Boy was I disappointed. All I know is don't go to this location after 930(I arrived right at 10) with 4 people in front of me, 4 cars in the drive through, and a group of 6 kids coming in as I was leaving. Place had trash everywhere. Trash cans over flowing, leftover food all over the tables. Went to order no lettuce( lady stated they were waiting on a truck). Both rices and the fajita veggies were so low you could clearly see the bottom of the containers. Guacamole was brown. Barely any cheese. If I do go back it will be way earlier in the day or just go to gringos for a burrito. Sad thing is they don't close till 11. No excuse for that type of service.

I love Chipotle but this is definitely the worst location. Ordered pickup online at 9:30pm on 11/1 and the app said it was ready but the order wasn’t even started when I asked for it?? The employees were a bunch of kids that were not assertive and giving attitude. I had to direct the server to add cheese even though it was clearly stated on the order. The food was also dry??

Went in around 8pm Sunday on the 21st of July, and was surprised that they didn’t really have much food prepared/ selection on options for food choice. Being that the closing time was at 11 I would expect for them to restock the food line. plus it was heavy traffic coming through, So it’s not like it wasn’t busy. Not sure what the crew had went through prior but being said I was really disappointed, also the entire back of house looked a mess. I’ve been in the food services for over 10 years and even during peek hours we kept clean stations.

Went in store at 10 wasn’t acknowledged until 15 mins later after they were talking about who would help with my order. Than to tell me they ran out of white rice, guacamole annd queso and so I asked what if I made an online order for with those on it would get served. They said no we are out. Closing is 11pm. How are out of white rice, guacamole and queso? Part 2 a year later and they still run out of food 1.5 hr before closing. That’s just poor inventory management. They need new leadership there

I visited the Chipotle located in Valley Ranch: 21360 US-59 #100, New Caney, TX 77357 on Friday, January 31, 2025. We arrived at the store around 10:20 pm. I understand that the store closes at 11pm, but to be refused service 40 mins before closing because the staff did not want to put more items out is ridiculous. They were out of almost everything and when asked if more would be put out, the server rudely said " well we close at 11!" We were extremely disappointed as we frequent this location after our gym sessions.

Bowl had almost no steak. Steak was burnt. Had very little rice. Fajita veggies were raw. Over half of what was in the bowl was sour cream and guacamole. Lesson learned

To Dayanna: God bless her soul. She was upset because I asked for a bit more salsa? And did not hand me my receipt, she threw it at me & landed on the counter! (Watch the cameras @7:30 7/24/24) Her attitude and energy is not acceptable. I was already having a bad day (in no way I was giving her trouble, I was being respectful as should be even on a rough day) and that’s her customer service? I’m fine, but someone else who would have gotten approached that way probably would not have let her slide. I never want to see her again or get serviced by her as this location which is a location closest to me. It is embarrassing being looked at getting treated that way. Thank you!

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience tonight with chipotle. The employees were extremely rude, and disrespectful. They charged me for an order that was missing items and made my order incorrect. So I asked for chips and guacamole on the side. I did this through the app, when the girl came to the window at the drive through she was very rude to begin with, she asked for my name and walked off. Before she walked off I tried getting her attention to ask her a question. She then came back later my order did not have what i paid for. She told me she was going to get a manager, and her manager Priscila came. She also came with an attitude and ready to defend her employee, mind you my order is incorrect I asked politely for a remake, & they charged me for things I did not receive. At the end I was upset myself that the manager herself did not offer to at least give me a remake and she refused my service. She threatened to call the cops because I was asking for guacamole on the side….and I paid for it. I also paid for chips and did not receive. To top this off I received steak fajita instead of chicken(what I ordered) I have a picture of the order & what I got including the time slots. I will be back to update this review! Overall don’t recommend coming later at night the service was not good, they are also younger so maybe that’s why they didn’t really care. Hoping they have better staff and management.

I've never been to a chipotle that wasn't kid friendly, but this one is not. Lady making our food made it seem like guests were a burden to be there. Ignored my daughter ( almost 10) trying to give her order, was very rude to me and my other daughter, and rolled her eyes when we ask to buy extra lettuce in a kids meal, had to ask the guy at the register if we could. No clean tables had to wipe off our own.

Picked my food up in the drive-through. Someone had gone in just before me and I saw them passing a bag back to the employee (a bag they left and came back with) Because they had given him the wrong order and he left and came back. now when I went up to get my food, I saw them pass the same bag that someone else had just returned, to me, and I asked them is this the bag that man just brought back and they lied to my face and said no instead of making me fresh food.

I ordered 2 Burritos, 1 Bowl . When I got home, My Bowl had hairs in it. This is absolutely unacceptable !!! The manager is arrogant. The food is always cold, and not “fresh” save your time and go elsewhere. Very disappointed experience, very disgusting service.

This is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve been to—and I travel the country. It's now a regular thing for them to be out of most meats by 8:50 PM on a Friday, which is unacceptable for a national chain during peak dinner hours. Tonight they were out of everything except chicken and steak. What makes it worse is that I brought this issue up to the manager before, and she told me to call if it ever happened again. Well, I did—no answer. No follow-up, no accountability. I love Chipotle, but this location does not represent the brand well at all. Poor inventory, poor communication, and poor service. Avoid if you have other options nearby.

Not a good location. Eaten here twice then couldn’t purchase anything the third time I came. Three strikes you’re out. Food was not great, rice hard and raw piece of chicken first strike. Older Latina lady cooking was eating in the back with an open container of food near food prep surfaces. Health code violation strike two. Third time was the charm, not taking cards during dinner time, cash only. All of my experiences were later in the evening so maybe it’s not so bad during the day time when the manager is there.

Tipped them for a drive thru order and they were rude. I won't be tipping again. The double chicken bowl and burrito seemed to be single chicken.

Prices and portions are ridiculous. For $47 we got as much as a normal bowl when we ordered double meat and double rice. We didn’t get the side of queso and the steak bowl didn’t have peppers like we ordered. For what we paid we could’ve went to a restaurant and got a nice dinner. Not looking forward to returning to this location again.
