My family visited this restaurant while on vacation in the Niagara area. This restaurant was so good, we came back a second time within our 3-day trip. The sweet chili pepper wings were phenomenal. The pizza truly captures the authenticity of New York style. The restaurant was clean and the waitstaff was responsive and kind. Highly recommend this restaurant. One of the best ones in town. Side note, we are traveling with a dog they were very kind and allowed us to sit outside in the balcony area with him. They even brought him a cup of water.

I wish I could alter the laws of the universe itself in order to give this establishment a 10 out of 5. I have been in the Buffalo area most of my life, and I've eaten my fair share of wings, but I have yet to find a restaurant on the planet that makes them better. Service is always bright and relatable, and the atmosphere is clean while retaining some character. I have been to Buzzy's dozens of times and the experience has always been consistent. That is rare for me - not just in a pizza place, but with all restaurants in general. Do yourself a favor, march in there and order 50 hot wings and make sure you tell them "extra crispy". Get some extra Bleu cheese. If you don't like Bleu cheese with your wings, you're already a lost soul and I cannot help you.

So happy to return to Buzzy's, haven't been there in atleast 3 years. It's a must stop, classic delicious pizza. Such a favourite of my husband and I!

Buzzy's is such a fun place to eat. This is our 2nd visit; we would return more often if we lived in- town. It's an excellent atmosphere and the service was superior. In fact, today was Dawn, our server's birthday and she worked a double today. Nice to be young! We highly recommend this restaurant; great pizza, great wings and you can see by the picture I really enjoyed the soup.

This is family owned business.Been in this location since the 70's and been handed down to the children. Entering this place, quickly approach by the hostess and direct to table. My wheelchair was no problem with this restaurant. Main dish being pizza. But the menu includes alot more, even wine. What I like, was the hostess and waitress didn't not hang over me or keep pestering " ready to order" like alot other restaurants I been to. This was a Friday, and. Business was buzzing, yet still had at home feeling. Watch orders coming in and out fast. Not a typical pizza shop this is real family setting restaurant. The Hostess being Amanda, very different from being professional, meaning more as making feel welcome and special. From what I had gather, they also have a good relationship with the local hotels on the boulevard, even the staff and employees come here to eat . Very impressive. As I ate I watch the kitchen staff at work from where I was seated. They also were very impressive. No bickering, no lazy shenanigans. If your looking for great Italian dinning this is number one in Niagara Falls. Better place than find near the Falls or Casino.

We really love the wings. We even bought 30 more wings to take back to Ontario for our kids to try. The Calzone was as great as the wings.

Really good NY Style Pizza. The Antipasto salad was also great. Staff was very helpful even though they were working short staffed due to stimulus money. I admire the great work ethic of those there snd the hospitality was not minimized.

Our son and daughter-in-law visited here in February of this year. They told us when we went back to Canada we needed to stop in and try it out since we we're crossing back into Buffalo. They did not disappoint! Y'all need to stop in and give them a try!

We only eat here when we cross the border for the day. The pizza is really something else. No chain restaurants can make a pizza like Buzzys. I love how they sometimes bring the pizza out on that pedestal thing… it reminds me of a true old school restaurant. Also the staff are so friendly and efficient.

We came in on a Friday night from Cleveland, Ohio, picked up a pizza from Buzzy’s. Enjoyed it so much that when we left Saturday night, we picked up two to bring back home with us to Cleveland. We had a great dining experience at Buzzy’s! The service was great even though they were busy on a Tuesday night. Our drinks were filled and a box appeared at the time we were ready to pack up (lunch tomorrow). We split a Mediterranean salad and 2/3 of a Pineapple pizza with chicken instead of the regular meats. The food was excellent - pizza hot with crispy crust, just perfect.

First timer here. Let me get this out first. Having tried over 75+ pizza places I’ve realized I’m not a huge fan of NYC style pizza that being said I try to be as fair and honest to not offend and upset people. I think when I order nyc style pizza I should stop ordering with pepperoni it seems to make the pizza greasy. The sauce was lacking in flavor. Cheese is obv light bc it’s soo thin. Crust def snapped. The belly undercarriage was def hard to pull slices apart. Tough bite also. Pizza was $21 so for $21 wasn’t awful but for me I like thicker pizza better. Maybe plain cheese or something else would be better for me. Thank you Buzzy’s staff for friendliness upon my pick up order. Go Bills

Great Niagara Falls pizzeria. Local spot with delicious food. I took my kids here and got to sit on the patio. We enjoyed a tasty lunch and got it for a great value. My kids really liked the soup. Definitely give it a chance or make it a family favorite. Their pizzas are great and lots of choices.

I’m not usually a pizza and wing person, but my sister insisted I go (especially for the wings) and it didn’t disappoint. We did have to a wait a little long for our food, but our server was super apologetic. I actually enjoyed the pizza more than the wings (and I’m not a pizza fan). The pizza had a nice crispy crust, it wasn’t too cheesy and the sauce wasn’t overwhelming. We chose our own toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, spinach) and got the charbroiled wings. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Honestly? This well-known and much loved neighborhood venue in Niagara Falls has a loyal following. I liked my soup and salad and they were good. I've had the pizza too. Also good, not great. The venue is a bit old, needs some updating, again comfortable but nothing special unless you are from the neighborhood. I will have to go back a few times and see what it is that the locals love about Buzzy's.

Temporary review: made the mistake of coming here on my lunch break. Having lived in NYC for 38 years, I’ll definitely be testing out the “New York style pizza“.

Their calamari was OK. Too much breading (which was really flavorful), but the squid fillings were extremely thin. New York style vegetarian pizza was good. Service was nice and fast.

We ordered pizza, wings and soft drinks. The pizza (pepperoni, old fashioned) was delicious. Very crispy on the bottom and very saucy. We ordered mild buffalo wings and it was more mild than anticipated but delicious regardless. Very crispy and juicy. I would highly recommend the pizza and wings here. However, like many of the other reviews, you will need to be mindful of the service at this place--you need to be very specific with your order. For example, I ordered 3 pizza slices and a drink. While I specified which pizza slices I wanted, I did not mention what drink I wanted and she came out with just 3 slices of pizza and no drink. When I asked another staff where my drink was, she asked me if I had told my server when I ordered and when I said no b/c they didn't ask me, she said I needed to tell my server anyway. I thought that was a bit unfair but whatever. The server was still respectful and asked us how we were doing mid-meal. Overall, I would recommend this spot as the food is really good but just be mindful when ordering.

Great food, but the cashier took the change from the cash I handed him and put it in the tip jar without my permission and refused to give it back, despite already tipping over 20% for the food... He could've at least asked. I guess the tips are also distributed from a tip jar and not given directly to the server? Aside from that though, fantastic pizza and wings!

Ordered takeout (Dailey special, tray and 20wings), and was very pleased with my food. The pizza's crust was crispy and chewy at the same time. Just the way I like it. The order of wings were pitted bbq. They were good, but I have had better. But still no complaints. Well worth eating here.

The lunch special looked fairly priced, but the dinner prices for what you get are less than desirable. Waited a while to be served, but they looked understaffed that evening. The servers were friendly and nice. The pizza was good, but expensive.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with garlic sauce.. it came out with onions and sliced tomatoes on it and when I told waitress not what I ordered was very rude and said your just not happy with anything are you and took it back .. my niece shared her personal regular sauced pepp pizza and it was very good. The website was kinda confusing to order, to many options to choose from. Photo of menu does not match current prices. Pizza was OK, wings were disappointing. Asked for extra crispy they were barely crispy, VERY LIMITED on sauce. If go back again wil definitely call and not do website and how for better results. Also weird on pizza goes in box, why not get bigger box for half sheet pizza instead of cutting and putting in square box.

We recently visited Buzzy Pizza and had a mixed experience. The restaurant is clearly popular, but there were a few issues that stood out during our visit. First, the pizza itself was good, but it was too greasy for my taste. Despite this, I can see why it's a hit with many people. The service, however, was quite slow, even though the staff seemed to be working as a team. We also tried the cheese steak, which was different from any I've ever had—it wasn't chopped, which was unexpected. The kids thought it was just okay. Unfortunately, the sangria was not good at all. On a positive note, we appreciated that the restaurant is dog-friendly, and we could bring our dogs along without any hassle. Overall, while Buzzy Pizza has its fans, our experience was a bit underwhelming. We might give it another try, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement.

I've been coming here for 30+yrs(from Canada) and it's always been great. Unfortunately on 9/29 I ordered some wings for pickup and didn't check them until we got home. Something was wrong as soon as I saw the wings, they were beige, and still rubbery. They were fully cooked but didn't seem to have any sauce on them or cooked into them like usual. It's liked they were pre cooked then dumped in the box without being tossed or cooked with the sauce, however it's usually done. Lesson learned, check your order before walking out the door.

We stopped in because of the "NY Style Pizza" sign on the building. While the building is fairly clean, I was immediately put on edge by the older woman sitting behind the counter giving people dirty looks. We were taken to a table, where we sat for 10 minutes before anyone took our drink order. The table behind us came in after us and got their food long before we did. We asked for it to be brought out together, but our pizza, sub, and mozzarella sticks came out long before our wings. The fries with the sub were cold and the pizza was definitely NOT any NY style we've ever seen. It reminded us of Little Caesers Pizza - a lot of crust, drowning in sauce, very little cheese and toppings. We had specifically asked the waitress if it would be thin crust and she said yes, when what we got was almost as thick as a pan pizza. The sub, mozzarella sticks and wings were average. When we went to pay, the phone lines and credit card machine was down, so we had to go down the street to get cash and come back to pay - which I know is not their fault and the staff handled the high-stress event fairly well in spite for the older woman who continued to make snarky remarks to the staff about how they weren't doing anything right. We will not be back.

When visiting Niagara Falls I usually stop here at least once during my visit but this time I was disappointed in the taste of my Chicken Wings. I found them tasteless and soggy. Also you can see by the picture the presentation wasn’t very appealing. Maybe they were having problems in the kitchen this day and hopefully they’ll do a better job next time. In the meantime the next time I have a craving for chicken wings in Niagara Falls I’ll be heading up the road to Duff’s

The place was fine and the staff were decently friendly, but overall it was a disappointment. Pizza was fine, nothing special but at ~$30 for a 6 slice it was a rip off. We waited ~30 min for one pizza. Waitress only refilled my 'free refill' diet coke 1 time. Overall it was a 'meh' and I wouldn't go back. Walk 2 min down the street to Papa John's, save money, be more full.

I live around the block. Look at the time I called. I had to make three phone calls cause he kept going to the wrong house and I was consistently screamed at. Said my address was wrong. When I asked for an apology I was hung up on. Very bad customer service and I worked at this business and supported for twenty years. I got my food after several mean phonecalls at around 11pm.

We went to Buzzy's on a Sunday afternoon about 3:30. Ladeen was our server. We ordered a steak sub and a cheese calzone. After about 10 minutes, Ladeen brought out our sub, but not the calzone. She just put in on the table, without mentioning anything about the calzone. The calzone finally came out after 20 minutes. My wife was already finished eating. Ladeen did not ask if the sub was ok, and offered no refills. She never acknowledged that I was waiting, and did not apologize. The food was good. When I paid the check at the counter, the cashier asked how was everything. I told her the food was good, but the service was terrible. She just laughed and shrugged. I understand that things can go wrong, but the problem was the indifferent, uncaring way it was handled by the staff. It was our first time there, but we won't be back.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would ! First of all we had the rudest waitress I've ever had by far. Her whole Attitude was awful. Then I received the wrong wings & when I got the wings I wanted they were disgusting. The person I was with also ordered a calzone which was completely undercooked & watery. We literally did took two bites out our food & asked for a box bc it was so disgusting. On top of all that the waitress rudely handed us our check then whispered something to her coworker about us !!!! Definitely will never come back to this place.

Please check your take out order before you leave the pickup counter to ensure everything is correct. Two times now I have received the incorrect wings and when I went back to get my wings, they had been given to another customer by mistake. I then had to wait while they made me new wings while the rest of my order got cold.

This is now the second time I've walked out due to poor service. I walked in an empty slow restaurant, someone told me grab a seat. I sat and waited.. and waited.. and waited.. I could hear them gossiping around the corner so I walked over and met by the rudest waitresses, they said sorry we didn't know you were in there. YOU TOLD ME TO TAKE A SEAT!! It's OK, I was met with smiles and very friendly service over at Leon's!!

There's nothing worse than having a waitress ( that wasn't yours ) to be confrontational because you asked a question. my order came out completely different then what was submitted to the kitchen. It happens!! My steak and cheese sub came out with just steak and cheese. I asked if it came with onions and tomatoes when ordering & she said yes. Great, I'll have that, just the way you would normally make it. Well, it was not what i ordered & They didn't offer to fix it. The one waitress claimed that was how I order it! Yeah, I don't think do. My my waitress finally made it my way but then again still didn't offer to fix it nor would I want them to at that point. I also had a slice of pizza and it was excellent. There are too many good pizza places in the Falls & the surrounding areas to put up with a cocky waitress. And this cocky waitress, ended up cashing me out & had the nerve to ask me how everything was. My reply to her was you're kidding me right! I won't spend my money there ever again and will not recommend it.

The food wasn't tasty st all, the service was really bad, the crew don't care about you. Also, the crew in the kitchen was loudly and we couldn't eat. But, the restrooms were really clean. Doesn't worth the price

Ordered a small pizza with extra pepperoni and five mild chicken fingers. And the food was so greasy it literally soaked through the boxes. The chicken was cooked good but there was SO much grease, no celery included. Pizza was very disappointing, grease just ran down your hands. We’ve ordered pizza with extra pepperoni from other places & didn’t have the amount of grease this one did. The crust was good on the not sp greasy side. 😕

I will never order here ever again tonight I ordered 2 steak subs they messed up on them did not follow directions at all I called the girl was rude so I asked to speak to manager a guy got on phone saying yo what’s up very unprofessional then he was laughing and gonna say ok what u want me to do about it I hung up in his face before I would have cursed him out I just know to never order here ever again they do your food how they wanna do it 42.00 wasted for two large subs that we threw out buzzy u never gotta worry about me ordering from u nomore

Wings were over cooked, only had 1 & the manager came out & was rude & would not replace the order or take off the bill. She said that's the way there cooked, yet my husbands were great. Mine must of been @ bottom of fryer. Three strikes your out.....doesn't even deserve the star but could post without it

I ordered 2 orders of jumbo chicken fingers half mild and half plain with a side of medium sauce when I talked to the girl on the phone I asked her if it came with fries she said yes . I get home and these are clearly not jumbo chicken fingers and the hot Duce was missing each order only came with 4 chicken fingers . My husband had to pay for the fries . So I called there and asked to be sent new fingers with my hot sauce the lady said you got your fingers and I only bring the hot sauce I said by that time my fingers and fries will be cold . So she said again your only getting the sauce said I will never come there again and tell all my friends not to either so she said your not getting that either and hung up the phone on me ! What horrible horrible customer service ! I would not recommend this place to anyone ever ! The worst pizza place ever !

Used to be one of my favorite places in the falls but after 3 visits and 3 low quality food orders, I’m done wasting money there. These were the char broiled wings, sad. Very weak wings.

We tried to Order 2 trays of pizza and 50 wings ($120+). We needed it delivered 3 miles away and they told us they won't deliver to us. Seems like a weird business practice.

We have been coming to Buzzys for years! A few times a month! Very loyal customers and tonight we were treated by Tina as if we were scum on the street! We sat in the side room and there was a draft from the cold air coming in from front door. My mother in law asked Tina if air was on because she was cold. Tina rudely told her “no the airs is not on”. We closed the door to help. Which it did. A few min later She opened the door again. We asked another waitress if she could close the door because there was a cold draft and she said sure no problem. Again Tina opened the door so we called out to get her attention in the very loud and busy room if she could keep the door closed because of the cold draft. She replied “there is no cold draft, you are crazy”. After being called crazy I went up to her and said what did you say to me and began looking to see if there was a manger. Her reply was “you looking for a manager, well I am the manager!” I said I wanted the owner and she said I was rude to her! I explained after being called crazy I had a right to be upset! Never have we been treated so rude by the staff there and I’m so sad Tina ruined our time at Buzzys!

Young lady with way too many piercings and face tattoos couldn’t do a basic job or answer basic questions. She was too busy talking and flirting with her coworkers while I stood there waiting to pick up my order. I was completely ignored while she did absolutely nothing productive. I asked her twice to confirm that blue cheese and celery/carrots were included in my takeout. Surprise surprise — they weren’t. If you can’t multitask between flirting and listening, maybe slow down and do the one job you’re being paid for. A bit of an airhead, no basic manners or general politeness, she's built for the backroom not the front. The whole experience made the wings taste worse, whether psychologically or literally, I’m not even sure. On top of that, they don’t even make homemade blue cheese anymore — it’s some mass-produced garbage with their branding slapped on it. After 10+ years of stopping here for wings before crossing the border, this tradition is officially dead. Really disappointing way to end something that used to be great. Looks like others had a similar experience too based on reviews.
