Soupy pizza. Half of the crust is a massive doughy mess, half is thin. None of the slices were cut all the way through. The cheese and toppings completely separate from the dough when trying to break off a slice, then the slice itself rips in half. I know it’s little Caesar’s, but this has by far been the worst little Caesars I’ve ever had The photo is the second pizza. Also terrible

This place has problems with the customer service. Don’t know what happened to the people hired here. They seem not customer oriented and not friendly at all. If the staff don’t like to work at this restaurant, your reputation will be ruined and no one will come back here at all. I have been ordering food here for a long time. However, I did notice they have staffing issue here. And no one enjoys working here at all. Even though you have great food and reputable name brand, the lousy customer service will eventually ruin your reputation.

Terrible!!! I called in a Pizza with extra sauce because yeah, I don't have much time to eat while I'm on the road working in between appointments. So that it would be ready, and I didn't have to wait long. They gave me a Pizza with absolutely no sauce on it at all. Which made me have to wait an extra 20 minutes. So now that i'm forty five minutes behind to my day appointments. Terrible

I wasn't going to mention it, yet since you asked, the last 3 visits to the eastvale location my debit card has been double charged. Not once, but 3 times. I make no claims other than it's always good to actually go through a paper statement of charges and verify what you've paid for / or not. The list of big companies that practice over charging is long and distinguished and it's a lot of money. It's worth looking as I'm certainly not the only one. Since little Caesars asked for a review, your welcome.

I have ordered many times on their website. Unfortunately they continually cannot get the order correct. On several occassions I have the order number but yet they do not have me in their system. Then I have to wait for them to make the order while I wait. This last time I was in there and it happened again. I asked for a refund as I did not want to wait. The manager told me he could not refund my money. I told him that is unacceptable and he said, and I quote "you are not important". A minute later they said oh here is your pizza, and of course it was not what we ordered. Based on the fact they cannot get the orders correct, they are either terribly managed or they hire folks that cannot read the orders. I strongly suggest you find another pizza place to get your pizzas.

Food is fine. The problem is the staff. Obviously nobody took the time to train them. The owner is pinching money by not having enough staff. Since there was only 3 employees working 1 in kitchen, 1 in the front, and 1 moving items from the back to the to the front. The employee working the front obviously wasn’t trained right because she was getting orders wrong and missing sauces. The management team obviously is neglectful of what their employees do because the worker in front would disappear in between customers for over 5 minutes and there would be constant laughter in the back while people are getting frustrated in the front. The management team probably has to spend more time at this location because their customer service is trash.

Multiple times I would have to wait. First time I order online for a set time I still had to wait almost 30 mins as I just walked in. So today nobody was at the register and the people just kept looking in the front but didn’t ask was I picking up or ordering until a lady said something. Than the guy cashier was rude . It’s not my fault you don’t want to work here.

The whole concept of lil Cesar Hot and Ready is that you can walk in to grab n go for pizza. Each time weekday or weeknight when I need a quick grab, I am always waiting for the standard hot n ready pepperoni. Yes the pizza is cheap and 8 times out of 10 I can simply wait but when I can't it is frustrating.

This location is the WORST. First I stood there at least 5 minutes without being greeted at the counter. It was 5pm and only one hot and ready available. Why are dinner time do they not have any pizza ready. I bring it home and hard as a rock and dry horrible tasting. The lobby is freezing 🥶. This is my second visit since moving here. Both times horrible experience. Will not be back !!!

We like the pizza and the price, but management... wow. I am not sure if the corporate system has unrealistic expectations of how long it takes to make pizza or if the workers need more help or training.. but the poor kids working there are so behind and having to deal with a lobby full of angry customers that have been waiting over an hour past their assigned pick up time. They really need to figure out how to get on track and get orders out faster. So sad because it's right by our house, but unfortunately after the last 3 times having such bad experiences I don't think we will be returning any more. And the half a dozen people I talked to outside feel the same way.
