Worst subway in south Florida by far! The lettuce and tomatoes look rotten they don’t look fresh whatsoever I honestly regret wasting money here! Never again. I took a bite and now my stomach hurts
Tasteless subs
The order had everything. The sandwiches were frozen cold, the tomates and the other vegetables were just taken out if the freezer. The meat was cold as well.
I bought 12 cookies the employee was just ok not to welcoming.
It is 548 PM and the lady in the counter just told me they are closed but the web site says it closes at 630. No wonder it has 3 stars.....
I ordered an Avocado chicken sandwich. The avocado tasted spoiled. I asked if they could re made my sandwich without the avocado and they told me no. I had to throw away the sandwich and wasted my money. Then I went to order something else and was told that they couldn't sell me anything else to me since I didn't like how the avocado tasted. They said that they were told by the owner that. Horrible customer service!
The tea tasted nasty as hell. The machine holding the tea. It was even dirty as hell, and they didn't even want to change the drink. They had to call their manager. The lady could not even make a sandwich.She threw everything in the middle of the bread. And all the tomatoes were rotten
I don't know what criteria Subway uses to choose its employees if the customer service is TERRIBLE. The girl who served me at this food stand had a terrible attitude towards me. She put the vegetables roughly and rudely on the bread. I asked for some honey mustard, and she put regular mustard on it, ignoring my request. What an unpleasant and horrible experience! I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!
Came to buy two water bottles and they originally put on the register the two bottles then changed it and charged me for 2 carbonated bottles which costs more. When i went back to ask why, they gave me a lot of attitude and even started cussing in the back about it, then said they would refund the original payment, then proceeded to charge for the original price of the waters. Therefore, now i have paid for two carbonated drinks and two water bottles. As soon as i asked for the receipt showing the refund they claimed they couldn’t give it to me or make a copy of it for me. Horrible customer service with attitude and disrespect.
The manager Paola, is extremely rude. I am not surprised to see other awful reviews about her service. The whole process of making a sandwich was just unbelievably rude as her facial expressions and tone were nasty and disrespectful. Upon paying for my sandwich, I tried to use a coupon which she said she could not process because it had already been used. I had received that coupon in the mail earlier in the day so there is no way it could have been used. I asked her if there were other alternatives such as maybe ordering online to which she just said “what?! The coupon doesn’t work!” I tried using the coupon online and low & behold the coupon was working! With or without the coupon, this lady’s customer service is by far the worst I have ever witnessed. She is just so rude and pitiful. Definitely not what you want to see as the face of your restaurant. ZERO stars.
This is one of our 😍 favorites places to eat and share, but unfortunately the staff Manager Miss. Paola, is horrible and disrespectful, she os not sensible at all, her verbal and nonverbal expressions are disgusting and she makes you feel us really uncomfortable. A lot of consumers love eating at Subway but thanks to her, Miss. Pola, we don't come this location anymore. Idk whya prestigious company still have this person here, she is unbelievable rude and a really awful image for the company 😒
The girl at the counter was rude. I asked her to take out a very very dark piece of lettuce that she put on the sub and she started to tear apart the tomatoes,that she put on top of the lettuce, into pieces saying she doesnt see anything brown. It was like a child playing in food. She is horrible
There are GNATS all over the vegetables and the sauces. Told the girl. No reaction. No concern at all. We also had to wait a bit for her to even come out from the back to take our order.
WORST SUBWAY EVER! The chips are rotten and they changed the expiration date to make it seem like they are edible. Waste of your money!
Very bad service from the girls who work there. I ordered an Italian cheese and they put it in the oven and left it there. The oven started beeping and nobody came, and finally it burned.
Really bad service , I wanted to place an order at 7:00 Pm and they were not taking orders while the schedule is until 8:30
They never include everything you ask for in your order, and besides that, things are often missing. They can't even send the sodas you request; if you order Sprite, they send you Orange. This is the second time this has happened to me. I'm never ordering from Uber Eats again! They're taking advantage of the fact that, due to Covid, the delivery drivers can't check the orders.

I ordered a club. It was delivered with literally only lettuce, tomato, and bacon. To top it off, no one answered the phone when I called to ask for a refund/new sandwich.
Employee was nice but the bread was like a week old . Last time I was there the oven was broken and now this . What a shame I love subway but this place in particular needs attention from franchise owner
A small blonde Female on may 20th 2019 was very rude and not professional I asked to sample the tea and she denied me the sample and responded with a very rude response. then the employee went drank a sample right in my face. never buying from here again.

Super rude the lady that made my sandwich today, she definitely is working there against her will. The manager of that place should take more care of the customer service that the employees are giving to the customers. I'm definitely not going back to that subway.
Call ahead to make sure they accept Subway coupon, and she replied yes. I even asked if it the Southland Subway. Went ordered food then I handed over coupon they said they don't accept coupons, what?! I told her that I called ahead, she said it wasn't her (hardly spoke English). The other lady looked clueless.
Horrible customer service. All employees are very rude and don't want to attend to customers. Lady with blonde hair looks at customers with a bad face and there was hair in the lettuce and other produce. I went back to complain about the hair and they said no it wasn't my hair and very rudely declined to offer and refund or any compensation. Also the soup was very old and clumpy. Horrible experience every time me and my classmates go. And the last one with the hair definitely made us never want to go back. We will be calling corporate as well on this franchise.
8:20 pm refused service. They say they are closed 40 mins early. You are losing money.
No English whatsoever and they can not read it either. So when my order came thru on the app, they messed up ALL 4 subs I ordered!!! Never again!!
This subway is really bad. The veggies had freezer burn. The service was also bad.
They have a promotion buy 2 footlongs and get a third one free. I ordered 2 footlong subs and a wrap. I asked the girl about the free sub and she said oh to late. She called her manager and for nothing because the manager gave an excuse that certain subs apply which is a lie and not written anywhere. I don’t usually leave reviews, let alone negative ones, but the service at this Subway was so disappointing that I felt it needed to be said. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the staff had no interest in being there, let alone providing decent customer service. Multiple employees were working, yet no one acknowledged the customers in line. Instead, they moved slowly, gave attitude when asked basic questions, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually preparing food. When I finally did get to place my order, it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. At one point, I watched them get visibly irritated with another customer who was simply trying to clarify their order. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing business. Subway seriously needs to address the quality of service at this location. Until then, I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their time or money here either. My message to management; you really need to do better for this location, especially since you are getting MULTIPLE negative reviews for this location.
If I can give no stars I would. They are dumb and backwards. They want u to pay for the food before they even start making your subs. But clearly a sign they have says order here and it's not at the register it's where ever other subway is at the beginning of the sandwich station. To top it they don't know English and expect you to speak Spanish. Every subway and restaurant in South land mall get ur food together and than you pay. It's not the first time I have had issues there. I will not be going there ever again. I don't deal with stupid well.
Staff wants to only speak Spanish and becomes upset because you won’t communicate in their language. They then proceed to make you a sandwich that is nothing like you asked for and when you ask them to cut it for you they hand you a plastic knife. Completely rude and disrespectful staff that acts like we are there for them instead of providing customer service.

We went to go buy subway and we bought 2 foot longs and there was a promotion that said buy two foot longs and get 1 foot long free the worker didn’t offer us that promotion and we sit down to go eat I find out that they were selling that promotion and we ask nicely too please give us our free foot long and she said you should’ve told me earlier while I was doing your order . In the end I just wanted my foot long but it’s the workers job the offer me the promotion and we called the manager . The manager ended up doing nothing about it and they said we could get a return but would have to wait 3 days . The service was awful and the worker was the disrespecting the customer . Please do not come if you want to get disrespected

The customer service there is horrible. Instead of charging me for two waters they charged me for two sodas. When I send my coworker for me to get my dollar refund instead of giving me a refund, they charged me again. They had a Hella attitude and they kept cursing.

This place offers combos, but when you go to pay for the combo, the cashier says that combos don't exist and you have to pay separately for each product. They also charge for the sauces that the subway carries. They do this to take advantage of their customers. I hope they change this restaurant for something better.
The pizza was terrible and small
Everything was awful, and the customer service was terrible as well. The Cuban girl who serves us was really mean , the sandwich barely had chicken and also the chicken was cold( I ask for toasted sandwich ) , and there is not even refill for the drink ( she even laughed at me when I ask for it). I know they are trying to save money, but they don't have to be so stingy with food. In the end, we are paying for that. Never come back again.
This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Both women at the counter were very rude and disrespectful. The food was cold and at first they told me know that they wasn’t going to remake my order. I continue trying to explain before they said some things in another language, which I believe was about me, as they giggled a monks each other. My bread was left unattended for over several minutes as they call security on me for no apparent reason. When security arrived on the scene. Nothing was even said to them by the staff. The security guy even asked what was the purpose of them coming over here. They finally made the sandwich after 15 minutes of sitting there. The sandwich was cold again and they did not want to give me the receipt or the number of the store. Does anyone have this franchise owner telephone number? Or email?
Terrible customer service, but by far my biggest complaint is that nothing there is fresh. The bread is stale , the cookies are hard and don’t taste fresh. NONE of the vegetables are fresh. The store in general doesn’t look very clean. Overall an awful experience. I stopped going there many years ago for that reason, stopped in today out of pure necessity because I was in a rush… instantly regretted it and remembered why I stopped going. Definitely never again!!! If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would .
