Really good teriyaki as well as good portions. The service was fast too. It'd say it's one of the good options in the food court.

What is all this trash talk about! How is this place horrible? We got steak and chicken teriyaki and I gotta say, for 1 it was cooked well 2 it has a great smell 3 it's not frozen! We've came for years and it never dissapoints.

Food is okay the attendees are kind of off. They didn't tell that my order will be ready soon they kind of just stood there. When I received it I said thank you but got a glazed over look from the cashier instead of a response.

skimped on the portions and the food was barely sauced… how do u mess up grilled shrimp and beef? my iced tea genuinely tasted like pure sugar i was about to have a heart attack omb spend your $20 buying subway pizza across the food court

The serving. Changed. I'd always for years got the same teriyaki chicken plate. Half of my plates were veggies hidden under. Less rice less chicken. Phone is disconnected. Very disappointed. .

A horrible experience and will not recommend this place at at Northridge. Their customer service was horrible and so unfriendly. I ordered a combo of teriyaki beef and shrimp. I saw that the cook practically just dropped the shrimp a second then turned them over then placed them on my food. I told the cook that the shrimp isn’t cooked yet. The cook then asked them cashier to talk to me. The cashier told me that the shrimp were previously cooked and all they have to is to is warm them up. I told them that the shrimp weren’t previously cooked cause if they were cooked it would have been orange/pinkies color and it was still gray. I told the cashier to that I will not accept it cause it wasn’t cooked but he told me I can’t return it cause they already cooked it for me. I didn’t want to make a seen as there was a lot of people in the line but I thought that was very rude and that they lie to their customers. So this restaurant didn't like my review and asked Google to remove it and the photos which i think was wrong. I thought Google wants honest reviews but I guess I was mistaken.

The staffs are rude and so lazy to do their work right, even simple refund they won't do it and keep making sarcastic remarks. I will never buy in that freaking trash store

Bland food. There was nothing teriyaki about it. Don't recommend. I paid 15 dollars for this ? I dont think so.

If they make your order incorrectly, don’t even bother trying to get it corrected they will claim that you never told them that and that you were lying. I ordered the teriyaki beef with noodles no veggies and even then they still put veggies on it as they were trying to put the veggies on. I even tried saying again no veggies they still put veggies on and then claimed that fiance never said anything. When getting my food. I went back up to talk to them about it to see if they were able to remove it being that we had specifically asked for no veggies. The guy at the register, as well as one of the head cooks became extremely argumentative, insisting that they were never told no veggies. I even asked them if they could just remove the veggies and that everything would be fine and they were adamant on the point that nothing was said and that they weren’t wrong. I got to the point where I told him. I just wanted my money that and that I no longer wanted to do business with them if that’s how they were going to treat their customers and wish the guy just complain about how now they were gonna have to throw away food. I love how they cared more about throwing away food then good customer service and admitting when they’re wrong. Poor customer service, and clearly don’t know when to admit that they were wrong. I used to go to them for all my lunch breaks in the mall. I will never be going to them again after how they treated me and my fiancé today. Absolutely disgusting terrible customer service.

They served the food precooked It looked & tasted like a day old at least Chicken was dry , burn & cold My mother wears denture Couldn't chew ...... I hope they close the restaurant soon. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Sorry but I have to add this. Yesterday I went to the mall and used the bathroom in the food court. I noticed that one guy with a red uniform from this place was using the bathroom and just left the bathroom without washing his hands. I follow him and see him going into the restaurant and start cooking without washing his hands. So sad how they increased prices and reduced the amount of food they serve. I

Ordered my food and noticed the noodles were missing. I asked if I could pay for just the noodles to put on top and I was told no. That the food was already prepared and I would have to purchase a whole new order. Extremely rude and disrespectful over two sides of noodles. My family dinner went from $25 to $55 over NOODLES

The sushi was not made fresh I tried to return it but the guy working the register instead charged me double for the meal. 30 dollars twice. Very unprofessional staff and no manager on duty to fix problems. I don’t want to drive out of my way to try and make the guy understand what he did wrong.

Rude. They act like they are doing you a favor for giving you overpriced pre made sushi and over cooked noodles. Rude and demeaning behavior from cooks and the guy at register, should not be in food service industry. Horrid

Whoever the owner of this food booth is...idk why you have to charge customers $0.50 for an extra bowl. I get it if it's expensive but guess what? You chose to start a business that a lot of others are in competition alongside your business as well. Plus the 3 workers working right now have the audacity to firmly justify why it's only right for that extra bowl to be charged when these guys aren't even giving their all even though they have no line of customers or getting everything on the order right. They were literally all huddled up just chatting when they could all be doing something.

Horrible customer services. The lady at the register got our order wrong and I brought it up nicely to her only for her to get mad at us. She began to blame us and rolled her eyes at my mother and I. The man who was a cook was very helpful so thank you to him. This use to be my mom’s favorite spot but after this we are definitely not coming back.

Food is thrash. Too much money for the quality of food. The guys who work here need customer service training. Won't be eating here n more. My advice is just get a slice of pizza when you're at this mall. I literally just cam here cus it was no line, wasn't worth it.

So I got a beef/chicken teriyaki plate I ask for extra chicken on the side i ask "Sergio " if they can just put the extra chicken on the side of the plate (since I have a baby) he said he couldn't put it on the side he has to mixed everything if I want a different plate I would have to pay 7 dollars im already paying 5.99 for extra chicken.
