Had their cheese bean and rice burrito and it was sooo good. Hadn't had in years, I know it's not healthy food, but like my dad used to say "una vez al año no hace daño." Once a year doesn't hurt.
Filled with joy multiplied by excite meant it was becoming the best
The drive thru employee was very nice, Tues night 9:50pm. But, one of our cinnamon twists were good, but the other ones were crispy but they smelled bad and tasted very bad. The oil tasted very very old. I couldn't continue eating them.
There was too much drink in my ice and we really loved the food. Will be coming back
Always clean and good service but if the drive through gets long the inside will be slow even if your the only person. The staff is great, really nIce people. They have chargers for your phone and booths if you like to not eat in the open. Remodeled not long ago so very clean and updated
The food was good. I ordered a Quasorito Burrito it was delicious except the rice was a little under cooked. There were a few crunchy moments during my chew. Other the that it was quick and for the most part clean. I had to wipe my table because another guest had just vacated the spot I chose to sit.
This particular TB is good. Clean and the staff are quite professional. The only reason why I'm giving out 4 star instead of 5 is due to the location of the shop. It's located in one of the most busiest intersection in Norwalk, CA. I've seen at least 4 minor car accidents in one month on the same intersection. Due to this my wife and I just go to the one in Santa Fe Springs
Still slow af and confusing for a simple Taco Bell
I cannot believe that this is the second Taco Bell that doesn't honor Taco Bell coupons. Why do they print them out and mail them to us then if they do not honor the coupons? This does not make much sense to me. But thank you for being patient while we dug out the rest of the change we owed.
I order through to Uber Eats and the green salsa is very greasy to wipe it with a napkin. Additionally the black beans were inedible they were hard and dry.. employees must check the product before giving it to the consumer to make sure it's within standards I wouldn't think they want to eat it if they see it in poor condition.
Ordered ahead still had to wait 15-20 mins for food.
Horrible service. We ordered nine veggie Mexican Pizzas, and none of them had enough beans. The staff showed no courtesy and refused to remake the order. We’ve been to Taco Bells in many states and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism or lack of care. We do not recommend this Taco Bell. The owner has set very small portion sizes and charges extra if you ask for more.
Smells nasty rude cashier. This place sucks
Ridiculous, was waiting in line by the speaker for 10 mins cause the system was down. This would have been fine but after we ordered we ordered our food and payed we left and our change was short $10 and our order was wrong. I go to this location a lot because it's close but the service standard has dropped drastically. Horrible experience.
A horrible experience. Went through the drive thru and received the wrong bag. Not just a wrong item, the entire order was wrong. It took me awhile to get back to them, and then had to prove at the window that the order was wrong. When I got the correct order, the food was half cooked, and not right. What a waste of $12. Do not recommend the Norwalk location.
I told them to add beans instead of beef then also they did not change it. Then I had do go back again to change. They did change it but then lady gave me free taco coupon. And the coupon was already expired on December 31, 2016. I was like what the hell. Take care people.
This was hands down one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve had. I will never come back. First of all, my order was wrong, and when I tried to get it fixed, the service was not great at all. The staff seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping, which made the experience uncomfortable. The wait time was long, I understood that their reader broke but how come they made us wait for what felt 10 minutes in the drive through(no line) waiting just to have out order given wrong. Also, the fries I got were cold, we paid for 2 and only got 1 cold fries. Overall, I will never come back to this Taco Bell.
This location doesn’t make proper Mexican Pizza and doesn’t have a good service/staff. We ordered Mexican Pizzas, and it was missing beans as supposed to have them. We asked staff but they told that store owner set up very small size of beans for pizza, therefore it contains very less or almost none beans. This is very strange that all Taco Bell doesn’t work under same rules. The staff did not have a courtesy and refused to remake the order. We’ve been to many Taco Bells and have never experienced this lack of care. We do not recommend this Taco Bell. And we request Taco Bell management to look in this.
I place the order—- drive thru. I paid and once I got home I didn’t received 2 items I call the store they answer the phone very rude and I was told that is my responsibility to check my order am not satisfy. I will not go to the place again.
Just came from here, terrible Taco Bell. This location doesn’t have the nuggets. The one by my house does. All I got was nacho fries. I even asked for ketchup when I ordered. though a lady with purple hair didn’t put it in my bag. We were told to wait in the front. Which I thought was weird. Don’t pull up when they tell you. Because clearly asking for something the first time is to difficult for this worker. And if you want me to ask you nicely do the job that’s asked of you and I asked nicely the first time not two or three. If you can’t do the job no need to be there. Plus always homeless outside. The speaker needs to be fixed. And the customer service is pretty bad. They don’t ask if you want it in a combo or not. No suggestions. Just a terrible location.
