KFC never fails to deliver the potent doze of self loath that should be expected from triple-deep fried fast food. To add a German fast-food style twist, the dip-sauce is treated as a scarce delicacy, served in utmost minimal quantities of 15ml per bucket of 20 wings advertised for two people. Can be recommended to any fried chicken connoisseur looking to spend 10-20€ for a greasy ol' bucket. Just don't forget to bring your own sauce unless your'e ready to adjust your flavour to the bare 0.75ml per 50g wings that you will be given with your meal.

I usually go to kfc with coupons and i get the zinger burger. It is pretty spicy and one of the few things in this country s kfc that you can eat with ease. Pepsi instead of Coke the fries are ok ish and they improve a lot when you add mayo. Make sure to ask for extra mayo they usually give it to me without extra charging. Without coupons its probably not worth its price so download the kfc app and use the coupons. Enjoy

Honestly best KFC I have had in Germany. Fresh and non fatty, could tell oil was clean and hot enough. Very good customer service. Miles better than other ones I have tried in Germany. Restaurant was also extremely clean.

This KFC has the nicest staff in all of Frankfurt! I had a special request with my order — they didn’t have to do it, but they still took their time and helped me out so everything was just right. Everyone here is super friendly, clean, and fast with their service. I actually come all the way from Offenbach at least twice a week just because it’s that good!

Across a lot of KFCs this one is a the best in my experience. A lot many times being fried chicken, you tend to feel that extra oil in food, however, every time I order food from here, that extra oil is never there. You are content and happy eating fried food. Coming to the staff - I was greeted by Kavitha, who always has a smile on her face and would make sure you have the best ordering experience. She made sure to suggest choices and options to help build my order as per my liking. This is the first time I'm afraid to eat chicken at the KFC. Fries were cold. Burgers were actually nice but their original chicken pieces was something else. Like it has been burnt in the deep fryer but the smell of this chicken was the part that did not make me trust it. I did not finish Staff is actually nice just very slow and the restaurant looked really clean. After a complaint, they made me fresh new chicken and added the picture here. I think you can tell the difference on your own. Bumped form 2* to 3*

I have been here a 6 times or so over a year but in 3 cases I left without food because of issues. In two cases I tried to use a machine to order and the staff started shouting as apparently he was sold out or closed (even though it was not closing time yet, could hardlyunderstandwhat he was saying). This is very poor service and I seriously consider not going here anymore. Pity as it is close and food decent but I prefer to keep my good mood. Edit: things seem to be improving, an extra star.

Made a return visit after vowing not to ... Big mistake... I ordered combo sandwich deal , Manager asked me if I wanted it hot. (Duh)... Sandwich came , not crispy at all , chicken overcooked and stringy, plus they are still adding herbs not in original recipe.... For € 11.89 I could barely stomach half the sandwich , was drowning in sauce plus the fries were half cooked and not even hot.... Pepsi was cold at least.... Guess after eating the Colonel for more than 50 years and working in culinary business just as long , I know what I am saying.... Will not return here but hope to find a KFC in Frankfurt that serves proper fried chicken.... So sad

At the time we entered this KFC was rather empty, almost no customers, which was a bad sign for me - at least for a fast food business. The service itself was fast, but compared to other KFC's I have been to - the food did not look as fresh - probably due to lack of customers as noted in the first point of this review. Additionally - tables are not cleaned and therefore they are dirty and I'd recommend you clean them first if you want to eat here.

There are only 2 workers during the prime time, obviously not enough. You could wait more than 15 minutes just to place an order. As a KFC fan, don’t recommend this one here.

Restaurant was clean but ordered food for to go and after coming home 50 km later found out that our chicken was still red inside. Such a shame. Definitely will not come here again.

Incredibly long waiting times because Uber Eats orders are prioritized and there's only one person working who is completely overwhelmed. Food was not good compared to other KFC and the place is very dirty with filthy tables and trays full of trash everywhere.

Super slow service Understaffed restaurant with unfriendly personell You can only order automatically and then pay at the register. Ordered at 11pm(Sunday), food arrived at 2.15am(Monday). they marked the delivery as delivered at 12am to probably ensure that no case will be opened against them over customer support(Lieferando). I tried to call but no one picked up. Food was cold and the only thing I got is a very insincere apology for being 2 hours late. The delivery driver came by car(with loud music announcing his arrival) and no live tracker was available, so it was probably a worker from KFC who delivered the food. All in all, it wasn't a pleasant experience and if the dine in experience is the same, me as a manager would really overthink the work ethic of my workers and my hiring requirements.

I regret eating kfc the entire place is dirty and the employee Mr. Safi, is very unprofessional! He was taking to his colleagues for about 20 minutes while the food was ready to prepare and then he gave me my order missing file on the salad and fries and chicken breast which I ordered, and I only discovered that when i went home to eat. Really unsatisfied I hope no one have experience to deal with Mr. Safi. Bad KFC

Worst KFC ever. Ordered, had to wait 20 minutes and only chicken was ready. Chicken had been sitting on the counter for 7 minutes and was lukewarm to cold when order was called ready. No Fries, because they ran out of cheese (ordered chili cheese fries). After complaining about the lukewarm chicken, the guy behind the counter simply told us that the Korean chicken supposted to be served lukewarm (?!?!?) Unbelievable, we asked our money back and went somewhere else. 11 euros for the below, that's just a joke! Unfriendly staff, no airconditioning and Terrine service. Never again!

I had two different burgers. One of them tasted old and already cold. The chicken was over fried and chewy. The wrapping was messy and oily. I can understand that it can happen in a busy fast food restaurant when there are too many orders at once. In my case, they didn’t have many costumers and were really slow in general. So they could make a fresh burger but instead the burger was probably made before I ordered it and stayed in the heating for a while.

Ordered via Lieferando. The food quality was just horrible. It seemed like the chicken piece werde from the day before and fried again - totally dry and dark. The fries were old too (not just cold). When we wanted complained the employee just hund up the phone (several times!). Worst KFC of all!

Quality of the food is not worth the money. Everything is too oily, sloppy and overall bad. We couldn’t even finish what we ordered because we felt too nauseated. Some of the staff were not very pleasant when we asked about our drink (we ordered Pepsi, what we got tasted like Pepsi Max) and we were told that they were out of Pepsi and we got Pepsi Max. It wouldn’t have been a problem if we were informed beforehand and got to choose something else, but the man behind the counter was very rude throughout the whole interaction. On top of that, the restaurant’s bathrooms were closed before the actual closing time. 0/5 stars
