This facility and all chic filets are the standard of what a fast food restaurant should be. From the moment you walk in it's nothing but happy professional employees. The overall experience is constant every single day you come in. I work in fast food and we stand no where near to this standard. Great job chic filet.

Been waiting a long time for the perfect bite. . . Found it in the Cobb salad with the most addicting chicken pieces on top. This salad was enough for me for 3 meals. Outstanding service in the drive through at the window and hats off to all staff. God bless your Sunday's off

I meet my hubby here at least once a week for lunch. Always packed but you quickly get to the counter to order and your food is brought to you almost immediately and tables always seem to come open when you need one though they appear all full on arrival. Lots of moms with kids but they all appear well behaved. Great, polite and friendly service. Always someone coming by the table to see if you need anything. Very clean restaurant. Love their salads. And the chicken tenders. Hubby loves the sandwiches. Best fried chicken flavor anywhere. Can get grilled too and other healthy options for sides like their kale side salad or fruit.

I had been going to wendy's for a chicken sandwich but the quality of the breast was inconsistent. Then I thought about chick fil a and since they only serve chicken their reputation depends on a consistent quality product. I was right. I now eat here on repeat!

When you want a really good Fast Food Chicken Sandwich you need to go at Chick-fil-A. Things are simple here but that sure doesn't mean they don't know what they are doing. The food is just down right good and the service is just right. Makes you look forward to eating here again. Try the fries, they are different but good. Good food done right.

Always good! Busy on the weekends inside especially during lunch hours. As efficient as they have it you might wait a bit but not very long. I like that you can preorder the food on the app and have more options than you’d know if you just walked in/used the drive thru to order.

Full disclosure, I love chick fil a. This location in particular. I've been to quite a few and at all, but one, the service has been pretty decent. One location was horrible. THIS location by far is amazing! Food is always great, consistent flavor, service, speed and customer service. The service is amazing here and all staff has always been super attentive and courteous. The manager holds events regularly for the community that are always fun. I reccomend this location to all friends and family. I tend to bring first timers to this specific location because I know it will be great from start to finish. Great job, staff!

My husband's favorite place to eat a quick something. There service is always quick and with a smile. I've never had a problem. Pretty decent food; however, even though it is fast food it's a little bit more expensive than most chain restaurants.

Not only does this place have fantastic chicken, the servers are some of the friendliest out there. One time in the drive-through the employee handing me my food complimented me on my performances at the local high school. I never felt so flattered! The prices are a little high compared to other fast-food places, but it's more than worth any penny.

Everybody know that Chick-fil-A is going to be good food. This location is great in my opinion because it is managed so well. My wife and I went today at the height of the lunch rush, and droves of famished Christmas shoppers were there. Yet our food was brought out maybe 2 minutes after we sat down. Additionally thos location has the sauces out for you to get at your convenience. (Not a fan of waiting for that extra sauce) Parking can be challenging here but the customer service is excellent. A team member even asked if we would like our drinks refilled as we were leaving.

We love Chick-Fil-A. The food is always great, the staff too. We will always come back for more.

I’ve truly never had a bad experience here. I stop here often, but most recently was the trip that prompted this 5 star review. I stopped in with my husband, niece and two nephews. I was tired and it had been a long day but every member of the staff that I encountered brought a smile to my face with their words/actions and it felt so refreshing to be surrounded by kind people. The food as always was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. My husband and I enjoyed having a quick dinner with our niece and nephews who were just over the moon about the mac n cheese and the play place.

No Drive through but the service was fast. They did give me the wrong sauce I asked for.

The food at Chick-fil-A is good. The service, especially at Quarry Creek has always been top notch. However it's the reward program that keeps me coming back. If you're going to give me a free sandwich then don't be surprised if I order a frozen coffee as a treat. Thank you, Chick-fil-A!

Awesome!!! Service was great and it was surprisingly fast considering there was a ton of cars ahead of me. We got out of there really fast. The chicken deluxe sandwich was so good and the crisscut fries are amazing as well. I don't like fast food very much and don't get it, but in this case I will much more.

While the following is true I am updating my review as mistakes happen but how you handle them is important. They contacted me within a couple days of the review and made things right (at least as far as the money goes) and were kind enough to provide meals free of charge as an apology. This speaks volumes so far as company customer service and integrity. Thank you. I went to the drive thru with 4 other people and we all put our orders in at the drive through. Got 5 miles down the road and my meal wasn't there. No chicken sandwich no fries nothing for me. While every one else was eating i had to go out to the close by habit burger to eat. The good news was the burger was good, the bad news was i had to pay twice for my meal. Shame on you chick-filet.

Love Chik-Fil-A's dedication to excellence in every area. The food is always hot and excellent. Their salad had a good mix of greens and was generously portioned. The dining area is kept clean and well attended to. It's such a contrast to other fast food places!

Good food, and you can't get better customer service anywhere. They are polite, attentive, helpful, kind--the way all customer service should be everywhere, as far as I'm concerned. They even have beautiful fresh flowers on the tables, and self opening garbage cans.

The competition between popeyes and chick fil a sandwich is all the rage these days. Chick fil a has not lost out yet. The sauce here is without a replacement. The bar still has it up for grabs compared to some bigger city locations. Service is quick with low wait times for a quick chicken sandwich.

The drive thru lane was long so I did a walk in instead. The cow opened the door for us, order came out fairly quickly, plus I love their mints! Mint to be :)

I placed a mobile order on the app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The drive-thru was quick and easy as there wasn't anyone in line. I got the new mango flavored lemonade and it was delicious. The only thing that's a bummer about those, is that they're smaller than your regular lemonade.

Went in for their advertised lemonaid with watermelon juice. I like their food, but the drink was excessively sweet. I could drink more of it if the amount of sugar was cut by one third to one half. No, I'm not diabetic. I also liked their milkshakes, in years past. I can no longer eat them because they too are way too sweet! So they are loosing money from me not returning. Sorry. 😞

My wife enjoys this place a lot. I like it, but when they say eat more chikin, they mean it. That's damn near all they sell. Nothing wrong with this if you enjoy chicken. I've had some bad experiences with missing food in my order before; however, the marketing team reached out to me and made it right. I went back today and even though they had roughly 30 cars in the drive thru, I had my food and was on my way in minutes. Very quick and professional. I've never had a company reach out to fix their mistake before and that is what brought me back to give them another shot. Thank you.

Our first time eating here at this Chick-fil-A. We ordered 2 Chick-fil-A sandwiches and a large waffle fries. The customer service was awesome and the food tasted delicious.

The food meets expectations for fast food. Assembly of the sandwiches could be done with a bit more care. On several visits now, I received a sandwich that had two small pickles stacked on top of each other, hanging off the side of the bun with the top bun, only covering about a third of the chicken. Since the cheese had already melted, I had to disassemble and reassemble my sandwich so it could be held for consumption. The service was enthusiastic, the facility was clean, and when we ordered additional items, we were easily found for them to deliver to the table. The atmosphere was as expected for fast food. But I appreciate the professionalism, positive attitudes, table service, and seemingly constant rotation of someone cleaning the dining area in one way or another.

We went thru the drive thru. The food was great but it was pricey! Yikes! The nuggets were hot and fresh and the Waffle fries were just right. I also had a peach milkshake which is one of my guilty pleasures. I only gave 4 stars because we ordered nuggets and they gave us chikfila sauce instead of honey mustard.

We like this location and the service is always very good. Unfortunately, the last 2 times the chicken in our sandwiches was much thinner than in the past. It's almost like the chicken is 1/2 the size. We take our kids to the indoor playground and some of the events they have, they always have a good time.

One does not go to chick fil a because they have great food. One goes because they have mastered incredibly fast and efficiant drive thru service. With lines twice as long as In n Out, they get you on your way with a hit bag of food in way less time.

We ordered grilled chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich. Both with fries and a drink. One medium sized and one large sized. The order came to around $30. When did mediocre food for two become so expensive. I doubt I'll be back. I can cook a nice healthy meal at home for $30 with leftovers. We stopped because it was late and needed dinner, but for that price, it won't be my first choice when in a pinch for a quick meal.

Ok, I think I have been to a Chick-fil-A since my last review here on College. It maybe twice more only, but somewhere else. Today was Grandparent’s Day at the school and we were lucky to get the kids for the afternoon. The grandkids just had to have Chick-fil-A. Us adults on the other hand, basically reeled at the idea once we agreed to entertain them. We were not a fan, and guess what; wee are still not a fan. Chicken is fine . . . if you are into fried chicken strips, nuggets or breasts. Chicken is tender but very basic taste. The chicken NEEDS sauce no matter how you eat it. I tried each sauce offered. The only sauce that I found acceptable was the buffalo. The ranch is wrong and all of the others seem to reach for someone else’s tastebuds. Even the ketchup didn’t make the waffle fries any better. I’m glad they offered Texas Pete’s to mix in with the ketchup and help make the fries go down. Kids screaming everywhere just behind my head. People, control the screaming. Stick the kids in the nasty play place. I thought most of these play houses went away back in 2020. I really don’t look forward to Chick-fil-A. It’s not what I consider good. Dicks

Messed up our order twice through the drive thru. As a previous manager for a Chick-fil-A this was poor quality taste. Fries came unsalted and asked them well done yet they were like my husband’s regular fries. I could’ve not return the wrong food but instead we did no missing items and all we got was here is your order. I get that it’s rush hour but not only about quantity but quality too.

Went to this Chick-fil-A to order the new Honey Pepper Pemento sandwich, which I've had a few times at different locations. This location threw it together so sloppy. My husband ordered the grilled version and his was just as bad. There was hardly any sauce and it was all on one side. The peppers on the back were scraps. Very disappointed this time. 😞

Normally have a great experience at chik fil a and I will preface this by saying that the manager offered to give me a free meal because of the incident I will describe below, however then I got home and realized that both our fries were only half full, and they gave me the end of the tomato that was hard and had sharp parts in it. The bathrooms were FILTHY - no paper towels, etc...I saw the female manager enter & leave & the bathroom still remained AWFUL! Last night, I made a mistake on my order not wanting crisps and wanting the fries instead because at first glance I assumed I ordered the fries because the word crisps were right next to the picture of the fries. I was tired, I had a very long day. They were sealed and I had the receipt. It was an immediate return. I apologized to the cashier and explained that I personally made a mistake, never once did I blame the establishment. I took personal ownership of my mistake but the manager at the time was very condescending explaining that she took my order as I ordered it and there's a reason why she asked a couple of times of my order but again I explained I was sorry and it was my mistake but she sighed loudly, took the sealed chip bag back and gave me my fries. I didn't think it was necessary to react so negatively to me at all considering I didn't blame them, I blamed myself. The only reason why I'm leaving this review is so that specific employee takes a moment to reflect on her attitude towards an apologetic customer. Imagine the interaction that could have happened if I was blaming her instead.

Very poor customer service, I ordered breakfast through the app for pick up in store and got there at 10:25 and told one of the employees I’m here for pick up and he said your order is not ready yet so I waited for 40 minutes and my order still not ready. That employee went on break so I asked another employee and explain him the situation but sadly he didn’t take care of the issue and wasn’t very interested about it. He went out to ask the employee who was on break and he told him he never told me my order was not ready so basically I lied to them and stood there for 40 minutes for no reason. I’m sure you guys have cameras to check and see the body language of us and see who is lying and who’s honest. The first employee twice told me my order is not ready and once it is ready they will call you and left to his break after giving me the sauces I asked. The owner/manager needs to frequently check on not well trained employees to not disrespect the customers by saying indirectly that we are lying. If I take snapshots of my receipts to show how much I spent on chick flea because my children love it and even if I don’t want to go there I will have to go because I can’t let my kids suffer because of one or two employees who are not doing their job right. The second guy who helped me was very rude and disrespectful. He needs to get proper training for respecting the customers. I wish I had something positive to write, I hate to leave these types of reviews but I had to let someone know so next time another customer doesn’t get treated like this, my baby was waiting so eagerly for his breakfast but due to some irresponsible employees my child had to cry. First off I love Chick fil a but this one consistently disappoints me. We ordered a Kale Crunch salad and it was less than 30% full and wouldn't even cover the bottom of the plastic packaging it was in. We also waited over 20 minutes AFTER going through the drive through for our food. I know you just reopened but you need to figure it out soon.

This Chick-fil-A gets my order wrong every single time. This last time they forgot my kid's burger and the time before that they gave me a spicy sandwich instead of regular. Just compared to other locations the people who work here seem annoyed and inconvenienced. I just want to order my food and then pull forward. But this girl made us order and walked the entire length of the drive-thru. It was hard to focus on what I wanted to order and the second I thought I knew what I wanted she would ask me to pull up another 10 ft. And I get that you're trying to be efficient but the line wasn't that long, and she ended up walking us all the way up to the window before we paid. I don't know, I get trying to be efficient but this feels like they care more about their efficiencies in about the customer's experience. I don't like that they handed me all my drinks in a carrier instead of just handing me my drinks one at a time. It's kind of like them saying here you load your drinks into your car and now you throw this big piece of cardboard away. They gave me trash unnecessarily. I'm just not a fan. I don't like anything about this restaurant and I don't really like this location at all. The only reason we want here is because my husband wanted to go here. I will always pick Caines or Dave's Chicken over Chick-fil-A any day. To feed two adults and two children it cost $70. That's absurd for fast food chicken. Which is what this is. Their chicken is the exact same tasting as McDonald's or Jack in the box. They don't do anything special. You could go to the market and buy Chick-fil-A sauce and then go to the cheapest chicken fast food and have the same result.🤷‍♀️

Jesus chicken! Only went because they sent a free coupon. Never giving this chain $$. Not as good as Angry Chicks.

Chicken was so dry we gagged on it. Won't be going back to this one store again. Thank goodness there are others!

I picked the grandson up from school and he wanted to go to Chick-fil-A. We decided to go to the drive-thru and I had never been there before and didn't know that there's a split Lane to do ordering. I pulled into a lane where there's two cars in front of me and the order taker in the split Lane to the right motion me over. I pulled over where he told me to go & I hear a CRUNCH. My front bumper is now scrapped & out of place. On top of it all , the person giving change at the window tried to hide a dollar from me and keep it.

6/29/2024 Update: Received the coupons in the form of gift cards early in June. Just tried to use them late June. Store we tried to use them at (Mira Mesa) showed us that the gift cards sent were USED AS OF MAY... before we ever received them? So they sent us used gift cards that have transaction history and everything... I'm really not sure what's going on here but it's pretty sad and pathetic. If you wanted to rob me of my money and not provide the products I ordered, just say that and own up to it. Don't waste my time with a charade of customer service. Original review: Visibly watched the drive thru staff check my 3 sandwich, 2 fry order 3x and still missed 45% of it. Missed a whole sandwich, another sandwich was missing cheese. Took a hour round trip to get here. Called to let them know and get it resolved, guy took the information down after making me repeat it 4x since he couldn't get it even when spelled out. I'm now waiting for someone to allegedly mail a coupon to say sorry for the inconvenience of missing an entire person's order and you having to find some food for them that they were waiting patiently for. Major disappointment, won't be back. Went to complain using the survey link on the receipt and the site continually fails to load (too long to respond from server). So here's my feedback instead. What a joke. Disappointed in what I spent and got.

EDIT TO ADD: THEY SENT ME USED GIFT CARDS to redeem for the order they had initially not given me that I've paid for. I tried to redeem the giftcard at a chick fil a in San Diego and they printed out the transaction history stating it was already USED/redeemed. Spent almost $50 at this location. They checked the bag before putting in my sauces so I didn't bother checking when they handed me my food. Got home and found items missing & incorrect. Called the store and all they can do is give me a coupon and have a conversation with the staff on site. First time and definitely the last time at this location.

I ordered an egg white grill and ended up getting something else. I started eating it and the realized this is not what I had ordered. Couldn’t go back because I live far and had an appointment. This is unacceptable, they were not even busy and clearly they aren’t doing their job right. To all of you make sure you check that what you order is really what they give you before you leave the restaurant.

Str8 up stealing people's hard earned money. Great business model. Charge for food then refuse to hand the food then when I call to get a refund only option is to receive coupons back lol. How about my money. Good thing I used visa and they know how to refund fraudulent activity

First time I been to this place the gentleman who took my order Was kind he offered me sauce for my sandwich i said yes to sauce ask for mac & cheese no drink When i got to san Diego to eat I got a butter knife Instead of a fork my sandwich is dry I got no sauce 😒 like I thought I would I definitely will not be going back I dont do dry sandwiches and I dont eat with a butter knife
