I went through drive through because late nights only keeps drive through open. I have been here also inside great quick fast food to get a quick bite.disabled parking available restrooms available need to ask for a chip.
Even after dealing with a customer that was having a meltdown over the store running oht kf teriakyi sauce, julia was still having a great attitude with her other orders
Mostly come here for the breakfast before work. Food always tasted great and the employees are friendly as well. One thing I would say could use some improvement is the seating but its not really a big deal.
I always like to try the new stuff that comes out at these restaurants this one is one of my favorites they have a grate variety of options to choose from from drinks to tacos and some burgers nachos are great! Kind of one of those places that it's always just a great place to stop when you're on your way through town I would definitely recommend this location over other location and will be returning with family ASAP much love over an out
I'm here to edit my previous review! Ive come couple times at night and to be honest service have gotten better! No more waiting long in drive through and fresh food!
Jack in the box...serves hot and freshly made fast food. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. The staff and the manager are well trained and courteous, specially the manager takes good care of the customer service.
Jumbo Jacks 2 fer $6, hasn't been that great as the Burger King Jr Whoppers with fries fer $5.99, but buy that in Escondiodo BK. Oceanside gives it to cold or microelwaves your meal. It's not fresh.....
Not from Cali but Jack is by far my favorite fast food restaurant. The order always comes out exactly as advertised, and still perfect if I make changes to the standard meal. The employees quick with preparing my order and getting it out to me and family. The cashier's menu knowledge is outstanding! I asked about ingredients on a few different items and they always had an immediate answer! Highly impressed, always coming back!
I don't usually eat fast food. But once in awhile I get a hankering for a little bit this was the first time I used the drive-thru at this Jack in the Box. It was quick and easy and my food was served hot to go. Girl at the checkout counter was quite friendly and all was good.
I enjoued this place the burgers were hot and fresh. The fries were too 1st time coming here because I'm from the East Coast. So we don't have a Jack In the Box or In & Out. If I had to choose between the 2. I would choose Jack in the box. Double bacon cheddar burger with the fries.
Not only do they have churros but they have it in both 5 pieces or 10 pieces. I said Whaaaat!!😄 So I ordered the 10 piece churros at 2:26am because I am starving. I also got the $9 special with the cluck🐓, onion 🧅 rings and 2 tacos 🌮 🌮 with a root beer 🍺 Delicious 😋
Lady taking my order was helpful and sweet. She asked if I wanted condiments which I thought was nice. She even gave me a few more packets of ketchup. Food was nice and warm. order was complete 🙌. 2nd time here and my experience was great.
I actually love this location it’s the only one that always gets my orders right unlike some other Jack locations especially when Julia is working she makes sure everything is handled with care!! I’ve had my fair share of Jack locations but this one is by far the best and cleanest lol
This location has tremendously improved within the last few weeks and has been doing great at night moving cars very fast even during the holidays and keeping a great smile
Dealt with a young man Joseph! He had great customer service we had a big order and he made sure everything was correct before we left the restaurant he deserves 10 stars and a raise
My favorite place...out of ten, a 10. Especially the young man, I think his name is Joseph, who always greets you with a smile and a good attitude. He deserves a bonus.
We always go to jack in the box late at night! The employees are so friendly and our food is always hot and fresh!
One of the only true 24 hour (Open Indoor with drive thru), in North San Diego County. Sometimes gets a little crazy at local bar closing times but worth it. Good, thorough and helpful staff that go the extra mile!
I love the Oreo cookie shakes and visit Jack in the Box at least once a week to splurge on my calorie intake and treat myself to 1. The last time I was there a elderly man was ahead of me in line and when he got to the register to order he would not stop talking the cashiers ear off about everything but food. He literally would not order and would not move. For the first I kid you not 10 minutes the worker was pleasant and pretended to be interested in his one sided conversation probably because this guy seemed so lonely but as the line grew and grew the cashier finally had no choice but to turn and walk away while the man was still talking just to get him 2 get out of the way. The manager then came up and was able to quickly and efficiently take the man's order and move him aside. I was next so the manager motion for me to come up and he asked me how long I had been waiting. I told him a long time and he gave me my shake for free! After that of course I was not upset and was very happy about the way the situation was handled. Kudos to Jack In The Box and their choice of employees! I will continue to visit once a week or more depending on the success of my diet or lack thereof 😁
If for nothing else, the diversity of the menu and the ability to have breakfast menu options at any time of the day, has to keep Jack at the top of the Fast Food Mountain Top. Because their HQ is here in San Diego, I am told we are the first to get to try new menu offerings before the rest of the nation. In the end it's fast food, not fine dining. Where else can you go and have a breakfast sandwich, an egg roll, double cheese burger, and pancakes, at 4am, ordered at a drive thru?
There is a chubby mexican that I believe is Trans. I'm not saying that for any other reason than to point out which person I'm talking about. If they aren't Trans, its a hispanic woman that somewhat resembles a cross dresser. She got our order completely wrong, and was ABSOLUTELY 💯 PERCENT rude to my grandfather, who was doing the ordering for us in the drive-thru. This woman was so disrespectful to my poor, elderly grandfather. Once we received our order, I had to walk all the way back thru the drive thru line, and I explained how she messed up our order. She refused to correct it. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. The manager at this jack n the box is the same horrible manager at McDonald's on Oceanside Blvd right by the 5. Horrible, absolutely horrible management. What can u really expect from the employees with that type of manager leading?
The cashier early today at the ( Oceansie branch) was very good with her job. She greets customers with smile' she is courteous and respectful and most of all communicates with customers about their needs. I don't mind serving food late because she made sure it is bring attended to. Bathroom is well kept by this guy who is very hard working, courteous and attentive. Well trained staff.. for preparers are a little slow.
The 1st fast food place I have been to in years. I went for the free Jumbo Jack offered when the Padres hit a home run. Staff was great including the trainee who was being yelled at by a rude customer. She handled the situation much better than I could have.
Fries were not real hot but burger was fantastic

Apperantly they are not 24 hours, I have gone more than several times and they said there system is down. First time,pass second time I was like again dam But the 6th time... They should just close other than that I love jack in the box. These times are from 3:30am to 5:30 am

Thanks food was good and hot,but customer service at drivethru window was not good. Tried to ask questions with no response or late and not very helpful or polite answers in regards to menu selection. Had a bad drivethru experience,sorry.
On most days I would recommend this location, occasionally I'd get one or two things wrong with my order but its generally not that bad. most of the time my order comes fresh and the staff is kind.
It's your basic Jack in the Box. The food is decent for the price. I love their dining room fountain machine which allows you to mix and match Coke products. The premises are clean, as are the bathrooms.
Decent food but they often forget to add the teriyaki sauce in the bag with my order of a teriyaki bowl so I have to have it plain. The curly fries are good and the food is a good price for what you get.
The ultimate cheese has definitely changed from how it used to be. But my 3 little kiddos love the chicken tenders kids meals from here. So if it makes them happy it makes me happy.
The food was great don't get me wrong. But nearly everytime I come, they mess up my order. Also, when I added more to my order, this lady with a W in front of her name (her tag was all scratched up) was complaining to the cashier for not telling her earlier what I had ordered additionally. Even though I added it on.
Not particularly my favorite jack in the box but the closest to me. If you want great service and don't want your order incorrect, you might want to drive a little further to the one in Carlsbad. In a pinch, this place is great- check your bag before leaving especially if you have any customizations
I've visited this location more than once and the experience is usually the same. The tacos are already prepared sitting on the side of the prep area. So definitely not hot or fresh. The burgers are hit and miss, sometimes great other times just thrown together. And lastly, you are never greeted or acknowledged by anyone when entering or standing at the register area. I always get the impression the drive-thru customers are more important and take priority.
Got the wrong salad dressing! They also always forget to give me taco sauce even when I ask if there is taco sauce in the bag. They give a dumb look and say yes there is. They jack in the box more inland on mission is better.
RIP OFFS!!!! Every time I've gotten food at night it's cold, stale, tastes gross, or it's a portion of what it should be... If I even make it home with what I ordered, THEY GOT ME FOR 2 MUNCHIES MEALS when I ordered through the app They don't answer the phone, can't leave a voicemail, and don't really attempt to respond any form of contact. It's been over a month now of playing these refund games !!!!
Warning! Deceptive practices. I ordered a #30 combo. Pancakes, eggs, sausage OR 1 slce of bacon, hash patty AND it comes with a drink OF YOUR CHOICE. Menu board read $5.29(+tax) The girl when taking my order tells me I can have both sausage AND bacon. I ask how much more is the cost "only pennies difference" so I agree. I ask for orange juice, "oh slight upcharge for that". Then she says "homefries or extra pancakes come with that meal, which would you like?" Never have had their home fries, I choose that. When I go up to pay my bill (I am in the drive thru) my bill is $7.96! A difference of $2.10 (not including tax). I get to my office and realize I did not get the bacon and the home fries which they charged me 70 cents for is only a large tablespoon full in a side container. I called and asked to speak to a Manager. There isn't one. I'm told to come back "whenever" and they will give me my food. How did we go from $5.29 to $7.96? The words "it comes with" means included in price but at Jack In the Box it means hit you up for more money.. "Your choice of" means, no extra charge, pick what you want. Apparently, anything other than water, coffee or coke will cost you extra. It isn't the $2.10 difference that irks me, it's the deceptive practice of how they imply it's all included. For $8.00 I can sit down at Denny's and have my meal cooked fresh. No hidden charges. Legal battles for Jack on the future. Karma comes at a cost.
My French fries were cold. The person taking my order didn't even ask, if it was to eat there or to go? Not a good experience.
Won't answer their phone and it's only 10pm. My pick up order was confirmed at estimated for 10:22. It is now 10:51and I've been waiting on their lot calling them because their building is also closed and locked, with a huge drive thru line piled over at the only place to contact them. Lazy and poorly thought out system. I like stoner munchies as much as anyone, but what a hassle.
Messed up two orders, filled tacos with majority lettuce and no meat. Somehow the night crew prepared the food better then the day crew, which should be reversed. One of the workers was more invested in eavesdropping in a interview then with working as she could could be seen just staring at the two conversing instead of cleaning the majority of tables within the establishment that were dirty.

I have never waited at a drive through as long as I did on the night I visited in my life. The employee was less than apologetic, borderline rude. I understand things happen but an, "Im sorry for the wait." makes some kind of difference after a minimum 10 minute wait with no explanation, just radio silence, at the menu. My oder was correct, food was good, but service left much to be desired.
We ordered 2 of the #4 with extra onions and got got 2 burgers with bacon and no onions. We couldn't take them back because of traffic. I'm not fond of bacon on my burgers so I am disappointed and somebody needs to quality control so it doesn't happen to often
Hi Jack, I been crazy about your strawberry shake for as long as I can remember, well I got one for lunch and asked where was the cherry,? Her reply was I don't know and I don't know if they have any, just stood there looking at me. Before I was out of the parking lot my shake was already going flat... Also night shift after 12 midnight you might get someone to answer and might not. Then sometimes we are only taking online orders, but the person in front of me just did an order. Jack don't go out like that, come on now!!!!!!
Online listed hours for restaurant are wrong. I went around 12 am late night thinking it would be open until 3:30 am as it's listed online but it wasn't. I didn't feel like driving so I took a short walk there only to be disappointed. Hours on door say restaurant closes at 10 pm. Misinformation.
The crew is VERY polite, and they do their best. I've been asked to pull over in drive thru once, and I had to go inside to ask about my order. Turns out they forgot about it, so I just asked for a refund. Today I ordered the popcorn chicken with curly fries. It wasn't bad, but KFC does it better. I'd only order it again for the spicy chicken. I didn't eat the curly fries because they were stale. Which was a bummer, the curly fries are usually always good, but these had the taste and texture of fries that were left out and then reheated 🤢 I even separated them from the chicken they were so gross I still like Jack in the Box, but I definitely have to think about coming back to this one.
1/2 star. 1 positive Clean bathroom and dining area. Soda dispenser sprayed sideways...clogged nossle? We were the only Only customers in the place and it took about 20 min to get 4 orders of fries. French, onion, curly, and potatoes wedges. They were unfortunately un eadable. Overcooked.
I placed my order. Went to the window at drive thru. Was paying with EBT. I was told there EBT machine was broke. Then she said: "dinner room", and turned away. I asked her: "what you mean" ? She would only say: "dinning room". Finally after saying several times: "what do you mean" ? She informed me, that the only working EBT machine is in the dining room. Then she pointed at it. Five feet away. I asked her if she could just take the card and use that machine ? She would only say: "dinning room". I explained I have disability tags on my car. I go through the drive thru because it can get very painful and difficult to walk. She said: "dinning room, thank you" and walked away. I drove off.
The guy at the window was lovely great customer service but the lady that handled my food her name was VICKY had a nasty attitude very rude for no reason, she needs to work on her customers service
the manager, brianne, was a HORRIBLE representative to jack in the box. i will NEVER be eating at this exact location ever again due solely to the respect she gave us. and i will ALSO be telling every single person i know to avoid this jack in the box due to the respect i was given.
Do not go if you want lunch i already had a bad experience food was bad today aand after watching a homeless person use napkin and the coke fountain for water to clean herself it just blew my mind. Do your self a favor don't waste your money until they improve the service
Antonia team lead rude! Argued with me about how they gave me everything missing 2 hassbrowns after pointing out 2 were sitting on the counter she seen the receipts and wanted to give us cold hassbrowns after tell I wanted fresh ones she kept making remarks about me to the co-workers in Spanish (mind you I don’t look Hispanic but speak and know Spanish)
They didnt take my order at the drive thru, we wait for around 5 mins. No one talk to us to take our order, we pull forward and when we get to the window the cashier was trying to charge us. We explain that they didnt take our order, insted of taking our order she:said do you want to go around amd try again? Really!? Its always something on this location. Manager please train your staff better, poor girl was so confused 🤦♂️
Drive through takes forever at night, but when you order food online they get your order only half way right. And the food isn’t even that good. Every time I order food here I remember why I prefer the one by Douglas Dr. even though it’s out of my way.
The lady cut me off in the middle of taking my order and said “pull up to the window” I had to tell here I was still ordering more then she sighed and gave attitude for the rest of the order and then gave me the order while giving a lot of attitude still.

Very very bad there's always issues in this store every time I go I'm missing something they argue with me that everything's there even if you show them they still insist that they're right always missing something all the time I don't even know why I bother going still unfortunately when kids are hungry they're hungry. Order was 10 tacos, no lettuce Spicy cluck meal Chicken nugget meal Large curly fry 3 drinks -As a pregnant patron i asked if there was cheese sauce i could buy, was met with "we don't offer that" I said "ok, thank you then my order is complete " - went to drive through and the middle aged Hispanic lady snatched my card from my husband's hand and began to irately speak to him. She said " who's been giving you the cheese sauce" Him- "uhm what.?" Her- " I need to know whoever been giving you the cheese sauce because we're not allowed to do that" (at this point she's speaking to my husband like he's a child, extremely rudely and accusatory) Me- Ma'am we just asked if it was available, i don't know WHO has given it to me? Her- Well it should be on your receipts so pull out your receipts and tell me who sells you cheese sauce. Me- I dont frequent here that often so honestly I have no idea . She rolls her eyes. Hands my husband our card and turns around and says nothing else, and damn near shoves rhe food at my husband. Secondly- I asked for a receipt, that she refused to give me, and she slammed the window. Worst experience I've ever had at a fast food chain, I would rather lick melted chocolate off of a bus floor than return here and be her customer. Oh and she only gave us 9 tacos, so.
In the drive thru line as we speak, and have waited more than 10 minutes... Guy on the speaker is obviously on drugs, and kept calling the tacos we attempted to order taquitos....soundes super duper baked. 2:20 am on a Sat is apparently a very bad time to order...car ahead of us took an eon for 1 bag.
Worst service ever. Went to the drive thru around midnight and had to wait 30 minutes to to order and get my food. I honestly have never took the time to write a review but if 2020 was a drive thru this place this is the perfect equivalent.
Disgusting men's bathroom!! I had to ask to use bathroom. The lady said she unlocked the men's room for me. It was horrible!! I only used sink to wash hands & waited to pee until I got to Riverside. I had tried am/pm moments prior but they don't let public use restroom apparently.
was supposed to be open 24 hours so I walked all the way out there. there was a handwritten sign on the door CLOSED FOR CLEANING but the floors remained dirty and nobody so much as looked at a broom. at least 6 potential customers got tired of waiting and left, as I did eventually.

Ordered 2 Jumbo Jacks for $5 Offer on the Mobile App. Received only one. When I went through the drive through again and notified the female employee, she was very rude, unprofessional, and blamed me for not reading before ordering. And, on top of everything, the order was cold.

Ordered at drive thru. Ask me to wait for food. Got home not far from place. It was stall and cold sourdough Jack. Frys are nasty and stall the manager didn't even refund me back for the entire combo. Wasted my gas time. Dinner with my family gone. Wow just wow! So very disappointed and had to throw away $25 worth of the worst fast food I ever had. Everything I ordered was cold and drenched in mayonnaise. Lettuce was yellow and tomatoes were soggy and warm. I will NEVER go back. Jack in the box used to be my favorite and never had an issue until today
It seems they have a new person and she is about as bad as last one. I asked for fresh regular fries, they were cold. I went back to the window and told you they were called and told me to my face no they're not they're hot. Okay well they weren't hot after a minute of arguing she slapped the palm of her hand down on the counter and then motioned with her hand for me to give her the cold fries.

Most unfortunately the front counter guy seems to have suffered head injuries resulting in his forgetting how to speak. Either that or he lacks good customer service skills. Addictionally the beverage dispenser has 85% of the options marked as “ unavailable “ the “ ribeye burger patties lack any ribeye qualities instead tasting like an over cooked McDonald’s value menu option. On the bright side if you enjoy extra crispy fries my mom was pleasantly pleased with here custom fries order.
Always missing my tacos and they never pick up the phone. If I could give no stars I would and when you put a complain on the website you never get a call back or response. The manager was rude and kept telling me to call the number on back to speak to Store manager but they don’t answer anyway. To use the website also and that it wasn’t her fault that my order was incorrect.
The details of this review are mostly from tonight alone! DO NOT EVER! come here if you're doing Uber eats, or at all honestly, late at night 11pm-1am time frame!!! All of the 4 different times I've been here at this time frame, it's takes 35+ minutes to get through the drive thru, and they have less than 10 cars including myself!!! The employee that takes your order has an attitude, and by the time you get to the window you can watch her taking her sweet time putting orders together, as if she straight up just doesn't care that people are hungry, and getting angry, or have food to deliver to people!!! I used to work in the fast food business years ago, and I could have moved the line x3 as fast as she does!!! Before I even stopped behind the car in front of me, they were trying to back up because 2 people in the drive through ahead of them were turning around to leave. From the time I started waiting, 3 different cars that lined up in the drive thru behind me, ended up turning around and leaving! Then the car that I initially stopped behind was in the beginning of the drive thru lane and started to back up almost backing into me (luckily they didn't!) "Long story short," the employees are careless, and this specific location sucks!!! If you want jack in the box late at night, drive a little bit extra, to a different location, and AVOID THIS ONE, ENTIRELY!!! If zero stars was an option, that's what I'd give this place!!!
after driving from las vegas back to oceanside, all i wanted was a quick bite to eat. I googled what places would be open at this hour and saw that Jack was open until 3:30am. It was barely 12:10am as i arrived to see the drive thru blocked off and to be shoo’d away by employees. Be ware of this Jack in the Box location. This is not the first time this has happened to me or someone I know. This location is prone to closing earlier yet maintaining a false schedule, which is also posted outside their store. DO NOT GO TO THIS JACK IN THE BOX!!!
the white cheddar bacon did not meet my expectations according to the ads I give it a D , when it should have been an A ,The fries were abundant for an A , and drink was OK. I expected more from JIB marketing on this burger , but it was a letdown . Update : This is to let you know I went back to this location today on 1/20 to give it another try , and give you the benefit of the doubt . i ordered 4 tacos , and a jr. bacon cheeseburger - which was fair . when it comes to cheeseburgers , i would prefer the old style cheeseburger with the secret sauce instead on the value menu . the four tacos were so over sauced up , they were sloppy and the top of the bag was a stained mess when it was handed to me . they were too hot from all the hot sauce , to enjoy . I'm now taking another star off the rating now because of it . please don't bother to reply . this location and the one down in the valley , need to have someone from upper management run through their drive thrus as secret customers every couple of weeks to keep the quality up .
I went to this Jack in the box location after work and I orderd 20 tacos and 3 cheeseburgers and 1 Grilled chicken salad. When I got my order I didn't get my salad and I told the lady at the window that my salad was missing, she then said that I said chicken sandwich and I told her no I said grilled chicken salad. So she then tells me ok I will give you the lettuce and you can put the patty from the sandwich on the lettuce. I was tired so I said fine. I get home and I see that she only gave me 10 tacos! I called several times and call went straight to voicemail! So I get back in my car after a long day of work and it's 10:30 pm mind you I go back and this time I go inside and she looked at me and she asks me can I help you? I explained to her yes I was just here I went through the drive thru and you messed up my salad order and I get home to see that you only gave me 10 tacos! And she asked me if I wanted to place my order! I said no! I already paid and I want my other 10 tacos! When I looked at the warming plate there was a big mountain of pre made tacos there! I told her that I already paid and I am not paying again. She gave me my 10 tacos and that was that. This is not the first insident at this location 1900 mission ave. The service is bad there. They need to have a person that can understand English and take the orders correctly. My family have been customers there for Many years but if this bad service continues then I don't want to go back. I am pretty sure that she is the manager at this location.
Not sure if it’s bad luck, but disappointed every time I come to this location. Fries taste over salted and as if they’ve been sitting out a while, same with the tacos, as if they premade a lot at once and they’ve been sitting out. Today specifically 01/18 I ordered through drive thru, pulled up and received my food, went home. I originally ordered a 6pc tenders combo with Kurly fries. I opened the square box and I saw egg rolls, and the fries tasted as if they’ve been sitting out for a while. And I only live a few mins away. I tried calling, but the number listed goes straight to voicemail. I ate the fries for the meantime since I had things to do. Went back 2 hours later to get my tenders and request an Oreo milkshake for going out of my way to get my Tenders that I should’ve gotten the first time. But all they gave me was the tenders, not even caring about me having to go back.
Don’t go late at night because the food was cold. It was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt on a taco.
Long drive through at night. Forgot to give me my chicken nuggets and almost forgot a large drink till I reminded them. Boyfriend had the tacos and he had to spit it out cause it was soo bad. Definitely worse jack I’ve been too which is sad but I understand they seemed short staff. Food was not good
We came through the drive thru and had a very difficult time understanding the drive thru worker which made ordering difficult. She was very short with responses and seemed frustrated that we had difficulty understanding her. We ordered kids meals plain (no sauce or veggies) with added bacon to the cheeseburger. However, when we received the food it had the sauces and veggies. We returned to drive thru lane and the cashier was refusing to fix the cheeseburgers because they “can’t” do that. After going back and forth the cashier finally switched out the cheese burgers. All of the back and forth was unnecessary and a simple fix of the burgers would’ve been enough. Mistakes happen but when asked if it could be fixed and told multiple times “No” is when it becomes a problem.
Horrendous late night service, probably the worst I've ever seen from a fast food place. If i could give 0 starts i would. Either they are horrifyingly understaffed or the employees aren't qualified to work there. Over 1 hour total in line, and nearly 15 minutes before my order was taken at the mic (ONLY ONE CAR WAS AHEAD OF ME). Pretty sure the employees are purposely stalling so that people leave the line out of frustration. I would avoid this place like the plague past 10 pm or so.
Lately every time you going is really dirty. The people they have working now are very rude. There shakes used to be good. I went today they didn't even bother to mix it all the chocolate was in the bottom. I also went yesterday that's when I noticed the inside was very dirty. One of the lady was getting an order and she suddenly walked away and got In order from the drive-through and didn't say anything. Didn't finish my order until another lady came and grabbed my order. I really don't know what's going on but if they don't take care of this soon they'll be out of business. There is a Burger King that is barely surviving right now in the same street. Arbys wing out of business. I have no complain about the McDonald's riding front.
Don't go to this Jack in the Box! Very poor service, staff never can get your order right, there English-speaking is very bad. They always have an attitude like they hate white people. Jack in the box needs to get a new crew at this store and quit telling people that they are sorry for your bad experience. Your bad experience is everytime! When you read the reviews! They are all bad at this store! The few good reviews are written by the employees! YES we know that trick too!
She handed me a drink and the lid wasn't secured, it spilled all over me, literally more than half the cup. THEN SHE TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO BE CAREFUL! SO MUCH FOR ACCOUNTABILITY. NO APOLOGY NO REMORSE. I understand the drive thru is busy but don't be negative. If she handled it with are positive attitude and not sassy, I wouldn't have been so upset. Also no syrup for French toast sticks, missing hash brown, no condiments, no coffee creamer offered even if I asked nicely.
Hello manager, I walked into your establishment this evening, got the cashier’s attention, and said hello out of common courtesy, it had been a long day, and I was just trying to brighten someone’s mood. It went quiet for a moment, and I thought maybe it was a language barrier on my end. I ordered 2 tacos and a drink. Simple enough. The time was 7:45 PM. By 8:05 PM, I realized I was the only customer there, and I could clearly see about 10 tacos sitting in the warmer, probably waiting to be sold. That’s 20 minutes already. I gave it another 5 minutes, this time standing up. In my head, I thought maybe I was too short, and they just didn’t notice me. Still, common sense would suggest that someone might ask if I needed help but nope. Finally, I found some strength in the name of the Lord and walked up to the counter. One of the young ladies told the other, “You’ve got a customer.” I thought to myself, She’ll remember me I’m still the only one here. I politely said, “I ordered 2 tacos.” The cashier quoted me the price as she entered it into the register. I reached into my pocket and handed her the receipt. She looked at it probably checking the order number, date, and time then glanced at the screen. Without a word, she turned around, handed me the tacos and the receipt, and walked away. I said “Thank you,” but she didn’t say anything back. *** Here is one fact that stands, the same person that served me today is featured on a photo by one of the customers 5 months ago, therefore I don’t think I’m crazy***
Worst experience ive ever had at any drive thru in my entire life order for drive thru before getting there was in thr drive thru from 2:10 pm till 2:45 pm waiting for a jumbo jack an 2 tacos, jumbo jack meat looked like it belonged on a kids burger an was cold tacos where Luke warm at best. Orders should never take this long
TERRIBLE FOOD, made me sick, puking. Not fully cook tacos that were sitting on the rack, should've ask for them to be made fresh, but they probably still would've undercooked them. They microwaved the chicken sandwich too long, inedible. They have this huge soda machine but only a few flavors.
I’m writing to share a deeply upsetting experience I had at your establishment. I had parked my car and walked in to order food when I was met with unacceptable behavior from a staff member. The lady at the counter informed me that she could not serve me because I did not have a car — despite the fact that I had just parked. What made this encounter even more disturbing was the discriminatory tone and attitude she displayed. It felt racially motivated and left me feeling shocked and disrespected. I believe no one should be treated this way, and I hope this matter is taken seriously. I trust that the authorities will look into the incident and ensure that such behavior does not happen again.
Horrible costumer service to say the least , sauces always missing , food wrong , side dishes always missing . However today I was optimistic just to be disappointed as usual. Came thru the drive thru for two Jack spicy chickens asked for veggies on side . Went home no veggies . Called I will drive back but can I get something free for having to drive back said no u come for ur veggies and that's it . Wasn't going to go back just finally do the survey . They didn't give me a receipt, also the cashier forgot to give me back my debit card until I asked for it . I went back they gave me my veggies with plenty of attitude . Asked for the receipt employee says I can't print it . Let them know how is that even possible , mind u I've worked fast food when I was a teen , also worked at a Jack n box , so I know they just didn't want me doing the survey. It brings down stores points and regionals and Gms look at that . .... I get it. But that's not how u handle a situation. Also this location has a reputation of making people park to get there times down ... Good luck u need a new manager/ supervisors ...also since I don't have a survey number 9:17pm cashier hernand 3/12/25 , manager didn't want to give me the survey receipt, they gave me a reprint even tho I kept asking for the survey one to write a bad review.
Was at this location a few minutes ago. App states this location is no longer available after placing my order. Attempted verification and confirmation that 1900 Mission Ave is no longer available. There was no service through the App. Spoke with the manager. She said she'd check it out. Other locations were offers, but this one was "Not available any longer.'
They leave the half and half on the counter. It says keep refrigerated but it was warm to the touch I told the staff and they gave me mean looks. Hey I'm just trying to protect the safety of people I don't want them to get sick off of dairy gone bad.
Awful experience at this location. Messy floor. Terribly rude, unprofessional staff. The woman taking my order just walked away from the counter without saying anything in the middle of it to tend to the drive thru. Messing up the order. Having to repeat my simple requests over and over and, most disturbing of all, there was a very distinct sense of racism emanating from the workers there. I would not recommend at all
