Made a wrong order on my side. Called to cancel the order. The staff (Heidi and another lady I wasn't able to recall her name) and owner made the process easy and hassle free. Customers are valued, and I will definitely come back.

Never had a problem with location all the workers are respectful never rude I aways see them deal with very rude customers and still stay professional a elder lady ordering everything very rude while the employee was still be respectful and being polite so these 1 stars don’t let them fool you just customers being rude thinking there above the employees when there human as well. will still be coming back to this location it’s always clean and workers are fast and accurate with orders this happen 07/28/25 around 3:55 ish

This is my favorite location to get subway from ! It’s a 15 min drive but is so worth it, service, food, atmosphere, very clean. Not to mention they take coupons, staff member Elizabeth was very sweet and patient with my order. Great Job 👏🏼

Antonia and Lazaro were amazing. Subway sometimes is just an okay spot but they made our sandwiches amazing!! Great customer service and honestly one of the best subs I've had from any location. 15/10 recommended. They are running this location amazingly!! Thank you so much

UPDATE: 8/12 we has the pleasure to have got our order done by Alyssa. She was so so patient and nice. Her customer service was on point. Were coming back just for her to make our subs! Pleasee recognize her. Give credit where it's due!!! This place is a nice location for a quick bite to eat. Not all subways are the same. Plenty of parking! But what makes this experience a great one is there staff. Polite friendly, spark up a conversation. Plus they dont skimp out on anything. Whatever you like to make. They make it with a smile. It's a nice , clean and easy to spot location. Plus you get your money's worth with there on going specials!

So if a place closes at 9pm and it’s 8pm you shouldn’t be turning away customers and acting like your closed but with the doors still open and nothing indicating your closing early? Guess this is what service $20 a hour fast food workers give you

I went to get a sandwich on Sunday rushed because they close at 9. I got there at 10 minutes to 9 and the doors were closed with 2 employees inside. But they would not open the door?? I eat at subway twice a week and this place or I should say employees are very very rude. So I was upset because I came from Vista and they were closed but not suppose to be closed!! Anyways I was in the car trying to locate another subway and they all closed at 9 and I would not make it on time. So I was still on the phone in front of the store and the employee with long hair and not in a hair net was gawking me. So I flipped him off. He then writes a note and tapes it to the wall I took a picture of it and I am trying to get a hold of owner or manager but no one will answer the phone. Bad business!!!

She put Mustard which we didn't ask for because she was in such a rush. I was already annoyed with her service and after she didn't offer to fix the sandwich, we canceled our order and left. I will NEVER be going back to Subway!! Jersey Mike's is a million times better anyway!!!
