Just say, "I'll pass" to this place. Believe me and aaaalll the others in this neighborhood. I live just down the street and I can promise you that this is THE worst Subway store you'll go to, with undoubtedly, even worst sandwiches. They will absolutely either short change you the amount of meat, charge you for double meat when you don't ask for it (or overcharge you some other way for something you didn't ask for) short change you on the vegetables, provide bread that's just shredded or in the case the last time I went there, all the above (which then took me an additional 15 minutes to argue with them about until I had to stand there and call my credit card company as the subway store attendant watched and FINALLY agreed to reverse the overcharges (yes, that's plural). I've gone here thinking and hoping that they would find some level of honesty, integrity, or quality but it's now been YEARS and not only has it gotten worst, I've consistently had the worst sandwich of my life and had to argue with the check-out person here on every. single. occasion. Every single one. Forget about ordering online from them, not only are their prices way higher than any other subway, they'll ensure you get the WORST sandwich that they can make you...you know, unless you like very little meat, 90% shredded lettuce and bread that crumbles in your hands. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Their store attendants are not friendly at all, in fact, they're just flat out rude. The only reason why they're still open (I believe) is because of their location and the unknowing out of town, late night crowd that they rip off. I'm certain karma will catch up with them for their atrocities to honest patrons.

I opened my sandwich yesterday to find 3 cockroaches inside! Now I am on the ventilator. When i confronted the rude cashier he told me it was my fault and that I should've carried bug spray to kill the roaches. Do not go 🤢🤮

Terrible service. I ordered ahead and my order wasnt ready so I had to wait. I ordered the salad and they gave me the order in a protein bowl which is much smaller, and the worker didn't even fill it to the top, I had to ask him to please add more. No croutons, no crackers, no utensils. The guy seemed very confused when I asked for croutons or crackers, which they always give at every other subway. Not ordering in this location again.

This store takes advantage of people!!! They up charge almost double for food in the late hours of night/early morning! $20 for just a footlong with almost nothing on it is insane, do not go here!!

Milon is a very unfriendly manager. Couldn’t help us get the bare minimum services. Will not be coming back again!

I accidentally ordered to this location and tried calling to get it canceled. Took me 4 times to get someone on the phone. Then while explaining my issue and the help I needed the guy hung up on me. I went online to get assistance the store manager or owner responded and gave me some weak scripted response. No help with cancellation and a refund. They literally stole my money and disrespected me. I don’t mind immigrants being in my country working and being helpful plus grateful. But to be thieves and mean is totally unacceptable. There are always getting complaints and the reviews are terrible which makes sense. Please don’t go to this location!!

Employee was very rude and homophobic to my friend and threatened to kick us out when I just asked for him to remake the sandwich on a different bread (since he didn't ask me which one I wanted) so I could also have some toppings too. At the end of the day to avoid a confrontation I just took the sandwich but it was dry just like the forehead of the Employee raising his voice at me. Highly recommend if you want something to eat late at night go to the McDonald's across the street. Least there they won't get your order wrong or treat you like some criminal. Not to mention i ordered a meatball marinara that at most should've been 12$. He overcharged for sure which is why he didn't want to give a receipt. When asked he kept harassing me saying I put the receipt in the bag but I was looking exactly at him handing me that dry sandwich like sir please don't lie. Don't worry I'll get my bank involved.

Visited this location 11/6/24 and was highly disappointed by the customer service. When i first arrived one worker was busy making a sandwich while the other stood there on the phone. He did not acknowledge me at all. I stood there for 10 min while he was on the phone until another customer arrived. He then asked the other customer if he needed help as if i wasn't there. When i told him how i felt he was very dismissive and rude as if he didn't care. I'm a black woman who has experienced racism before and his demeanor seemed that of a racist. The lack of empathy for a customer just wanting to buy something to eat is very heartbreaking. When i asked for his name he looked and laugh and told me to leave waving me off. Luckily i was able to take a picture and he had on his name tag. Milon should never be allowed to treat and talk to customers the way he does. If this is a representation of what Subway stands for, I would advise anyone to never visit this location again. Never coming back!!!!!!!!!

We were begging to use the restroom since we had a long trip, but they insisted it was paying customers only. I was actually going to get something on the way out, but I wanted to pee first to eat in peace and I am not going to bring a sandwich into the restroom. However, I consider not allowing access to the restroom unless you pay to be an unacceptable business practice, common or not. Thus, I lost all interest in giving them any business

The food was mediocre, however the service at this restaurant was horrendous. When I got inside to order, I was greeted by employee’s who tried to rush me. The sandwich I ordered was a turkey on Italian herbs and cheese. The sandwich had like 5 small shreds of cheese on it. When I asked for a different footlong bread I was ignored. The sandwich also had very little turkey inside it and the vegetables were wilted. When I went to pay I saw the price and realized that they had charged me for An item I did not ask for, when I noticed the charge and asked for a refund, I was cursed out and told to just take the item because it was paid for. Overall the worst subway I have ever been to.

I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and they charged me $2 for cheese, even though it comes with it and I ordered double meat but got the same amount of meat if I ordered it normally. Don’t be stingy and don’t double charge and maybe this place can get a decent rating. Don’t eat here.

I was there yesterday with my son and get two sub and a lady name pinky do my sub she was so rude no good customer service at all she start yelling me because I was asking for extra lettuce and she screaming from other customer in lime and said I have to paid for extra veggies is not about paying is about how she told me rude and the tomatos looks no fresh horrible place and customer service they should be better training she was screaming to a senior lady to get out the store and we ask for chair for eating inside she told me no chair just table it was the more horrible experience I would never come back again never
