I love the food here. If ur looking for a healthy meal ur good to go and if u want something somewhat healthy ur good to go as well. I only order the chicken nuggets, curly fries, and regular fries with a soda only because I'm not good at trying new things but I swear on my life it's my fav resturant ever❤️🤗

Recently i did a bad review on this jack.well the reply i got was what i wanted. Iver all this fast food place is pretty fast. Convinient for me to get something to eat and go. Enployees are respwctfull and nice. I appoligize if anyone got in trouble for this insident. So i edit my review higjly recomend JACK IN THE BOX.

When I'm hungry and I know the lines may be a bit too long, I know Jack will come through and tend to their customers as fast as possible. Their employees always seem to genuinely care for our food needs and satisfaction.

It looks like training has is advantages. I see a 360° turn around to the better. Smiling faces when greeted welcome guest as they enter the restaurant. Great atmosphere. Thank you Jack n the Box management.

Crew was great, they got it down 2 a science 🧪!!! Make it happen!!!✊🏽 It was a disaster n there tho- nothing 2 do with crew, its the public, just DIRTY mofos!!! Just the usual, destroying the dining area- there was a homeless person & very questionable ppl n there- the drive thru was a disaster, it usually is bcuz there's 2 ways ppl can pull n2 it- so it usually lands up with flared tempers.... I aint got time 2 b bothered with all that nonsense folks!!! Im sick AF- not cold/flu...had a coupon n need 2 feed me & son- so we came inside-.... This place is good, both in and out. Pretty quick too. They have busy days but from my experience it's mostly the drive thru, I've waited longer there than inside but I understand it's because some people have big orders. Employees have always been friendly.

Food was good and employees were nice. If you have a big order make sure to check your bags before you leave! There is nothing more frustrating than getting home and noticing you're missing something. If you did not get a certain item then call them and they are nice enough to compensate it mistakes happen.

Best Jack in the Box in the valley. I've tried several and they can't compare to the Pacoima one. The staff don't look miserable like the one in San Fernando or other spots. Burgers are made juicy, not so dry.

I usually come at night after work for a quick bite maybe a few tacos and a chicken sandwich. The employees are always nice and haven't messed up my order like other Jack's all in all pretty good experience.

Fast and dependable, quick and polite drive through service with zero fuss, very friendly employee asked about my day and complimented me on my car. Food was spot on. Visited on 2/1/26 around 1p. Promote that man!

I went to Jack in the box on Tuesday and I had the pleasure of being helped by Ana N, and I can confidently say she is one of the best team leaders l've ever encountered at Jack in the Box in pacoima. From the moment I walked in, Ana set the tone with her professionalism, warm attitude, and genuine care for both customers and her team. i went around 5:30 and it was pretty busy but, Even during busy hours, Ana remained calm, organized, and I was given my food fairly quickly 10/10 experience!

I like going to this jack in the box right after I'm off work. It's on my way home so it's convenient for me. They have some new burgers called smash burgers, munchy boxes and your favorite classics. It's a good place to dine in. Only around 3-6 people and 10 being the most I've ever seen there. The drive thru is kinda long but it goes by quick. I would recommend going here. 👍👍

I took my wife here to go get her Mocha Sweet Creme Iced coffee. This Jack in the Box was on the way to church so it was convenient for us. I used the drive thru since we didn't want to get out of the car. The drive thru move by quickly since there was only 2 cars in front of me. Their menu was clear and readable when we pulled up. We were basically out of the place within like 3 minutes. Their employee was polite during the brief interaction and my wife loved her coffee. I saw that they have destinated parking spot for pickup if you want to use that option. The lot is not that big so keep that in mind and you might get stuck at the drive thru exit if a car is trying to make a left turn on Van Nuys Blvd instead of a right.

Great place to eat! I love the food there! I have been eating there ever since I was a kid! My favorite thing at the moment was the #2 buttery jack with no tomato and extra orange sauce. Also the curly fries are amazing! The one thing that is nuts though is that you guys have gotten rid of the number 17# the bacon and ham sandwich! It is the best thing ever! I hope that someday it comes back! The food is very good!

I don't really eat burgers but to what I remember from the last jumbo jack, and others. There were really nothing but a flat bun and a patty But the jumbo jack I had was a nice bun and a lot of lettuce.. And drive thru guy was super friendly.

1/2 the time something is missing from my order (missing egg rolls from postmates order, missing homestyle fries from breakfast combo, etc) but the food is always fresh and I love one of the male employees that works the drive thru at night. He’s great. The woman that works really early mornings (4-5 am) seems to really not like her job. Hope she figures that out. All in all 4 stars even with the 2 complaints.

Good is great, but the attitude of some of the employees is not as great. They treat you as if you were dumb. They should hire some people with a genuine smile, but then again I’m sure they’re burnt out. Life is too short, to be mad or sad, be happy 🙂

My first experience in a restaurant's dining room since this pandemic began wasn't pleasant because the dining room was not kept. I did enjoy the freedom of eating out though.

They need to put what is inside the meal on the board because the names of the meal doesn't explain what's inside like other fast food places. I feel like I'm ordering a mystery and asking the workers what's inside annoys me when I know how to read.

Dangerous area at night, but other than that, same ol same ol jack in the box.

I have been eating here for 5 years so far, my order was mostly correct except I sense the employees are extremely afraid when I order a burger and asked for extra, extra, heavy on the mayo that when I get the burger it is dry. Wheres the mayo? I literally have to ask the cashier to tell the cook not to be afraid and put a ton of mayo in that burger!

To expensive, for the quality of food. Your tacos & fries taste the same. Your tacos were my favorite. Fast food isn't fun food anymore.

I went through the drive thru to get breakfast. They were out of my fav sausage croissant. Bummer 😋😑 So I decided to get the biscuit instead. I didn't like the cheese and the egg was fried too hard. McDonald's has the better biscuit

Jack in the Box is a nice to use discourteous is real rapid as far as getting your food order and and having it ready for you at the window and sometimes you have to park and they bring your order to you so I recommend anybody that's on the move and this kind of tired that you can just get a parking spot or your food and they will bring it to you into your car and you just kick back and enjoy your evening or morning or whatever the the day maybe and enjoy your meal God bless you all respect for you Rudy Tapia Jr

This is actually a review for the price gauging for their new chicken wings. A 6 piece is $8.99 +tax for every location I have checked on the app near my vicinity. In this photo I provided I have a size comparison between the Jack In The Box wings (left) and some wings I usually get at my local Chinese fast food joint (right). I pay $8.99 +tax for 4 wings, orange chicken and a huge serving of fried rice at that Chinese fast food joint I frequent. Everyone reading this so far can figure out where I'm going with this. The new wings are mid as the current generation likes to say, but I won't be buying them again for that price. If you're on a budget I do not recommend spending that much for wings. You're even better off getting wings at Wingstop for the same price as Jack In The Box.

Just another Jack in the Box, but unlike others, I've seen cleaner facilities than this one. Tables don't seem to be cleaned regularly, which discourages customers to eat in. Napkins were not available in the napkin holders placed on the tables. Not very presentable for a Jack in the Box. Staff was ok. Food is still great, service is still fast, but it's the cleanliness of the restaurant that bothered me. They should have someone regularly cleaning the dining room.

Food is what you expect . workers lazy with dinning room cleanliness.

That overweight female employee with the tattoos really needs to be trained properly, how are you going to have an attitude for simply being asked for SAUCE. Half the time they get the order incorrect. Youre not really doing anyone a huge favor by giving them more ketchup and taco sauce when they're politely asking. Ive worked in fast food, its really not that hard, whether you have a mile long line or not 🤷‍♀️

I ordered a munchies meal and my bread was burned. I do not appreciate my order taking over the allotted time of 15 minutes. Not my oder being prepared but being taken. I am extreme disappointed with this jack in the box poor employees and managing. I ordered 6 orders of tacos and all my tacos came with no cheese. They could have let me know prior to providing me with my order. The teenagers there looked as if to be out of their 5 senses

Disappointed from what I got from them. Got a large Spicy Chicken sandwich that they have and it was this tiny piece of chicken. I swear the first few bites were nothing but bread, lettuce and tomatoe. Fries were good but they were covered in little black flakes almost looked like pepper but it wasn't. Overall these Jack in the box is becoming disappointing I waiting 20 for my meal. I also feel like they can open up the dining just for to go orders like some other restaurants.

The service was polite. Friendly. The seating are was not be desire. Once leaving the you have to be very very careful for the drive thru. Cars are so careless when customers walking from the establishment. Sorry, but I have to give a rating of 2.5 stars.

Everything was fine Jose was so sweet on taking my order up until this 2 very extremely RUDE Employees. I wasn’t able to get they’re names to avoid further conflict but it was over a very simple nicely asked question! After noticing almost 30 minutes had gone by probably more and everyone getting they’re food even drive tru I took it upon myself to simply ask if he can check on my food what does he respond “ 1 minute ok” without checking just giggling with coworkers so I respond ok as I’m walking away he continues to say if the food was ready it would’ve been there in the front!” and so I responded obviously and he continues to mock me by saying obviously so I asked to call his manager what does he do he laughs and says she’s not here so this other female employee comes brings my food and I asked her for the supervisor at this point she’s laughing at me saying shes wasn’t there continued to laugh And so I called The nicest person there Jose and told him about the situation he was there he witnessed absolutely everything yes my husband came to defend me because at this point there was a man disrespecting me for no reason It’s sad that for this type of individuals can make a business look bad please look at the cameras !!! Visit was at around 7:45-8:30 pm around those times 10/30/23 inside the lobby I hate to complain but this was just crossing the line They need lots of training in Costumer service !!!

Went their today and they had two cars blocking the driveway with everyone sitting inside on their phones. This happens all the time and they claim to be 24 hours it’s a waste of a drive just to see 8 people in there doing nothing worst jack in the valley

we ordered 20 tacos on postmates but only received 10. we evaluated it thru postmates but that's takes time so we came into Jack in the box and they couldn't tell us if they gave our driver 10 tacos or 20, they said they couldn't get a copy of thre receipt they gave to the postmates driver and refused to give us the missing 10 tacos saying our only option was to go through postmates.

Second time I had to go back because they messed up my orders. Manager didn't even say sorry or anything just gave me attitude. So rude

I do not recommend this place because yesterday I lined up at the drive thru and when the staff heard me speak Spanish they did not want to take my order, so when I got to the window they did not want to serve me. it was about 9 pm.

I normally go through the drive thru but I went inside today to it was so dirty. Dirtt napkins all over the floor ketchup packages to. The soda station was so sticky the kids were covered in soda it looked like someone spilled it all over the table

horrible staff.....i was explaining via the drive thru speaker...i had coupons/ internet vouchers....but was charged full price anyway....had to refund & repeat process by the drive thru window again....was askng for current specials/deals......they had no interest explaining....will avoid this location...even if i live a few blocks from it....the Nordhoff/ Jack n the Box is so much better.....

Went to this place just to ask if we could use their bathroom. I understand that due to Covid, a lot of places don’t allow public restrooms, but to whoever the blond employee that went to her car and wouldn’t even stop long enough to hear me out, you were RUDE AF. I’m not from the area, 3 hrs away actually, but you could of at least stoped long enough to tell me where I could find a bathroom or politely stop and say “I’m sorry but we’re closed.” Not just try to ignore me and keep walking. You chose a job in customer service, that implies being polite if not at least a decent person. Also the two coworkers that were inside by the windows, you shouldn’t run away when someone is asking for help.

Been coming here for a while everyone is nice and polite but one of the so many days i went i couldn't believe it but it's true I saw the manager Cesia as a nice manager but then saw how she treated one of the employees yelling ,humiliating her Infront of customers and staff was horrific and unprofessional. Many of us customers even spoke between us that we are no longer going to go there and support people who abuse their position. No one deserves to be treated like that I am a shift leader for Starbucks and would never disrespect anyone to such level. I spoke with the employee and if i remember her name Yasmin or Yaslin i believe, I told her I can be her witness Cesia the manager forced her to sign a resignation letter that could easily a lawsuit for Jack in the box. You really should either train her how to be a good manager or put her as a regular employee so she can remember to be humble. This was on 06/16/2023. Do better if you want to keep customers coming. If i could give it a 0 stars i would.

Their customer service is horrible and disgusting. These people never smile at you and both the young and old manager are really rude! And when you ask for something like sauce or napkins all these employees give you a dirty look. They constantly mess up on your orders, give you the wrong drink, or never say Thank You. Maybe thats why they work there! Its all these new young people working there with dirty attitudes. Skip this Jack in the Box and go somewhere else instead. Never going back here again!

There were not a single clean table, all of then really dirty the floor dirty horrible . I told to a person that was working there about it. He came to clean but like whatever, hello is a restaurant.

Terrible Drive thru service had to go back to this location 3 times to get my order somewhat corrected. Very inconvenient Especially the 2nd time being helped by the manager on duty and him confirming everything was correct once i returned home I was still given the wrong items. The third time I returned and finally got what I had originally ordered I was given cold food.

I spent $60 in food and the French fries were horrible. The fries where just little broken pieces of fries and it wasn't even a whole fry! It was also burnt, and even undercooked. Worse Jack in the box I've been in. I live by the area so I walk or drive to this Jack in the box, which by the way is my favorite place to eat. But this Jack in the box, the dinne in is closed like 3 or 4 times out of the week! They claim the dinne in is closed because they don't have enough people but that is a LIE! Sometimes when I go there at 8am they say they open at 9 you go back at 9 and they say 10. This is been happening from some time since the State allowed dinne in to be open. It just looks that they're lazy! They just got confortable to only do drive through!! I've noticed that they only are open on time and often when their supervisors go and check on them.

The restaurant says dine in opens at 8am and it was but they weren’t taking any in restaurant orders because “the manager hadn’t arrive.” That is not my problem and the manager should be more responsible. If you advertise to open at 8am, as a customer, I expect it to be open! I didn’t just go there all the way to come back home and waist my time! I already don’t like fast food and this just makes it worst.

False advertising about being 24hrs open. Came at 4am to get breakfast before work and was disappointed to find out their systems were down. This is not the first time I hear this from another jack n box's in the morning. The 24hr sign shouldn't be displayed at all if that statement is false. Don't go here. Waste of time if your on your way to work.

What a bad start of the morning. Ordered loaded breakfast sandwich...bread was barely toasted , I had to pop it in the toaster oven Coffee was cold...the worst thing you can do .. Came in on a Thursday night after placing a mobile order. Went inside cause the drive thu had a horrendous line Awful service, I stood there for 5 minutes before I was even helped and the only reason I was helped is because I went to a different spot at the counter so they couldn't avoid me. They were busy but the employees could have taken a moment to at least greet the patrons, instead, they were super annoyed we were there. Will not be returning to this location. Food was okay, better deals out there, but the late-night munchie meal hits the spot.
