Service is fast and very professional. I've worked retail for 20 years and there will always be ups and downs. Customers are usually the a-holes. But the staff here is very consistent and always makes it right by the customer when it is not. I would never submit a poor review based on one bad visit. Chances are, you were having a terrible day to begin with and decided to take it out on this wonderful group of hard working people. It's a tough job to have to encounter hundreds of faces and personalities, each looking to gratify their own food cravings. Give them a break. Give them a chance. The effort on its own deserves five stars :) thank you to the crew of this location

This is my nearest MckiDees to my house. I enjoy the caramel frappuccinos a lot! However I hate going during the time of 4 to 9 someone's 10 because there is a line all the way to the street. Any other time is cool, but the inside is also open to order and dine out.

Lost 2 stars for not having the self pay when you self order on the self serve ordering station. You go thru the ordering process and it won't take your card so you still have to go to the cashier. It's counterproductive. It was a hot morning, it was cool inside, 5 stars for that, it was busy and the place was a little messy with some trash on the floor but that's expected when a place is busy. Food was fine, apple pies are always fresh glad they still the sugar free iced coffee. It bugged me that I had walked up to the cashier to order and she said I had to order on the selfselve station, but them I had to pay at the cashier still??

The service was too slow. I was online, then they sent me to the machine to place my order, then I had to make line again with the machines not taking cash things are worse.

Not great. Would only come if desperate. This location almost never has any ice, or any frappes besides the medium mocha. They also seem a bit understaffed, but the problem is really just the lack of ice and frappes all the time. Also, too many homeless around, and its way too dirty and hideous around this place. Food is consistent, but 3 out 4 times, they will find an item to miss in your order, and you will have to go back to get it. Always check your order before leaving! Update: Went back again, and we waited for about 15 minutes in the "park and order" spot. Meanwhile, we saw tons of people go through the drive-thru with their food. And we didn't even order much. The person who brought our food out apologized for the wait, but he came out seconds before I was about to just get out of the car and ask if my order even existed. I like ordering through the app so that I can take my time and not clog up the drive-thru. But I guess if you want your food "fast" then you should just be a jerk and not use the app. Lol

The morning shift was great. Great attitude and great customer service. The night shift in the other hand The manager had a BAD attitude. I had to ask an employee if there was a cashier on duty Since it took me 2 minutes to even get an employee's attention. Once the cashier arrived the customer service dramatically changed to a good service.

Lets be honest, its Mcdonalds. We all know what we are here for. This specific location however, has implemented a terrible practice when asked to pull forward and wait for your food. If there two small standy by spots are occupied, they will ask you to drive out into traffic and then park in a different business' parking lot in order to wait. I can only imagine the liability they are exposing themselves to if someone were to get into an accident while trying to comply with their request. Also they have had blown out drive through screens for over a year.

As far as food quality... It's McDonald's. What would one expect? But the service and atmosphere... Very dystopian. Using a kiosk to order food... I don't like it. And that old charm of McDonald's is long gone. They're all just modern office buildings & the individuality is gone. Only the signage is different from chain to chain... Oh and the price is ridiculously expensive for crap food. Hopefully it's the last time I will have to frequent a McDonald's for lack of options.

They always get my order wrong when I drive threw. Mornings are very busy. Tables in dining room are not always clean. Besides that it is a nice building with all the updates. Two lane drive threw makes drive threw fast.

This review is only for my drive thru experiences not for dinning or ordering inside. For this specific location always double/triple check your order before leaving the drive thru. I would say 50% of the time your order will be exactly how you ordered it. The other 50% would be completely wrong. This has happen to me on multiple occassions and yes even though they repeat your order when you are paying there is always so type of miss communication from the cashier to the pick up not sure why. Yes I keep returning due to the fact it our local Mc D's and yes it can be a headache to always double check my order. As far as the staff very friendly and professional had never had an issue my self with the staff and they always correct my order with out any push back. This location has plenty of parking and drive thru can be about a 15 min wait depending on the time of day you go since this location does get very busy.

Gosh, breakfast used to be pretty dang good. Their coffee, better than Starbucks. Not anymore. They're iced coffee as it comes used to remind me of how my grandpa used to make it. Just the right amount of sweetener and cream. Now you get a thousand questions when you order an iced coffee, and when you say regular, I don't know what happened, it wasn't the old iced coffee from 5 years ago. The hash brown is always soggy, like they forgot and how to fry hash browns. I sure hope they try better. This is one of the most consistent McDonald's chains providing me with the most unsatisfactory frustrating experiences EVERYTIME. Once at order point, and then again at payment window. I even broke down the total of sandwiches I was asking for (4 orders of 2 for $5=8 sandwiches.Very straight forward.). After finally clarifying that issue, I got to the pickup window and I was still missing 4 sandwiches. 😤 Of course I had to make another payment and pull over to the curb to wait. 4 cars plus another one that was also put on hold got their orders and left. I was just about to lose my s**t and on the verge of calling them on my cell to check if they had forgotten that they received payment for 4 more sandwiches when I see a kid coming with my order. I understand the pace and demand of a fast food chain having worked for a year during my college years in one, but if there's no improvement on the service, and quality after being opened for so long, whether it's a high end restaurant, or a fast food chain, there's something wrong with management, and clearly with me since I keep coming here.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's. I, personally have not eaten at this place in quite some time for several reasons. I just brought my niece to this place so she could have an ice cream because it was a hot day but they told me their ice cream machine was not working after making a perfectly good ice cream for someone before me. The only reason I give them one star is because it doesn’t allow me to give ZERO stars! I’ve worked in fast food restaurants before, and the key to making a happy customer is good customer service. And sadly, this place lacks that. The employees constantly make mistakes, and when it’s brought to their attention, they take offense and don’t even try to apologize for their mistake. I wanted to reach out about a few recent orders I’ve had where items were missing. The first time it was a couple of mistakes on the sandwiches, and then on the second and third orders, it was sandwiches and apples missing. Latte machine hasn’t been working since forever. The establishment is a bit dirty at times during the day and couple of times they didn’t have the original takeout plates they gave me my food in one of those white takeout boxes you get at the taco stand, It was funny. It’s clear management isn’t doing a good job at ordering their supplies and fixing their machines (unless they are lying and the latte machine is ok).

The staff seemed overwhelmed by a normal breakfast rush. My order took 20 minutes for dine in. They seemed annoyed when I asked about it, even though the order did not show on the screen. They employee was even more annoyed when I didn’t pick the order up at the counter fast enough when I requested table service. I had to leave an expensive laptop unattended to carry the tray over. Maybe next time they will be in a better mood.

The girl in the drive-thru with the glasses is unprofessional and only gave me half of my order. She accused me of making the mistake of not being able to read the screen at the left-hand drive-thru that looks like it caught on fire. Why would you show two different sandwiches and not ask me which one of the two i wanted? That made me think it was number 8, but she just went on a rant on how it was my fault instead of helping fix the mistake. When she finally says she'll fix it, she only gave me one sandwich, and i had already thrown away the first one because it was one that i dont like. She needs better training or another job in the kitchen where she doesn't deal with customer service.

Went today at 10:58 am Got two deluxe breakfast and to my surprise found a bitten biscuit and missing both hash browns from the order. The customer service was the most absurd attempt in the world, they were rude and a didn’t share a single bit of empathy. This place has became the worst McDonald’s in the valley, i for one will not spend a single cent here again, I recommend you stay away as well, or if you like being treated like a animal and being ripped off, go for it.
