Estupendisimo
This restaurant is located next to the El Burro glamping site and is an excellent choice for breakfast and lunch. I wish they included more vegetarian options, but overall the dishes were delicious. The service was very good; they helped us with things we needed at the campsite, including a lighter, etc. The prices are reasonable for the area.
A charming restaurant on El Burro Beach. The staff is friendly and relaxed. The menu is extensive and the fish is truly fresh. The prices are very good and the atmosphere is wonderful for relaxing. We've been back and would recommend it to anyone who visits. The kitchen staff prepare everything with care, so leave the rush at home and enjoy the ceviches and tacos with a beer in hand.
Great value for money in an idyllic setting, friendly and smiling service. I had the fried fish which was very fresh and very well prepared with a beautiful presentation!
I live 3 miles north, this place is a locals favorite. Aracely knows how to cook! Seasoning is always good, the portions are large, service is good, dog friendly and it's on the beach! We frequent this place, it's one of our favorites 😍 Try the papagallos, aguachile, or fajitas, YUM!
If you’re looking for tasty food in the Bahia you found it. Aracely can COOK, she is a kind soul who makes delicious food. I recommend the Fajitas, Milanesa and Aguachile…. And anything off the breakfast menu. 🤤 Like any restaurant in the area you have to be patient but with a view like theirs who cares! Sit back, sip your mango margarita (or michelada) and enjoy the view of the Bahia.
Great place, mexican style food, breakfast yo dinner and drinks
Try the Aguachiles. All the food was amazing here. Great flavors, fresh food. Fun service and amazing views.
Too expensive. Gringo prices.
Fresco y rico!
Fun little beach bar with food. Nothing special. Plays somewhat loud music some evenings.
Does anyone know what time she opens The place looks great but at 10am, no sign of life....
This is the second time we've tried to eat at this place. Although the restaurant is very nice and the atmosphere very relaxed, the food wasn't what I expected. The service was typical of any Mexican restaurant, nothing special. There was only one waiter, and he was rushing us. He hurried us to order and told us it would take a while because he had takeout orders. I think they prioritize serving the people who are already seated (and have been for quite some time) and then take phone orders. We ordered fish, but they didn't have any fish or meat dishes. We decided to go eat somewhere else, which is a shame because we drove almost half an hour to get there.
understaffed, they go crazy with 3 tables. not your best option
The scallops were flavorless, hard and chewy. Fish was ok. Margs were pretty good but we were overcharged. 150 pesos when the menu said 100. The waiter did correct it when we bought it up.
It's a real shame about this place because it has a very nice decor. I went with a friend for drinks, and as soon as I didn't order food, the waiter (apparently the owners' son) started making faces. I found this strange because that's no way to treat any customer. Then, when we went to pay, he said it wasn't enough, which I also found odd. I asked for the menu, and he told me the drinks had gone up in price. In Mexico, if this happens, the price is changed, even if it's just with tape; you absolutely don't overcharge without notifying the customer. It was also incredibly disrespectful of this person. I don't know why they employ people who don't seem to care about their work. Americans who have been living in the area for months told us they had the same experience, so we didn't go back, even though we were staying on this beach for several days. Instead, we went to eat at JC Restaurant, which is across the road, where the young man who serves you greets you with a smile, not a sour face.
