We love Panda Express. The only problem is that staff gives you more vetageable than chicken and meat portions. We always have to ask. But still good customer service and entrees.

The entire team are super amazing. They work fast and I placed my food and under about two minutes it was finished 20/10 stars

I ordered online and my food was ready on time with a quick pickup. As usual, the food is good, although often a little bit on the stingy side with portions.

I came into the store on August 30 2020 before closing and spoke to someone over the phone for pick up order but wasn’t available. I asked if they can they can make the food if they are running out during closing time and they said yes once I got to the store Joseph took my order was extremely professional and great customer service I would rate him a five stars and above if possible. Last time I came here about a year ago I didn’t have the best experience now I could say this place has stepped it up and I give this place five stars. Thank you for making the food once it ran out. (Even though you guys were closing at 10pm and i got tot he store at 9:48pm. Amazing service. Thanks

Had a great experience at this particular location. Must point out a staff member by the name of Priscilla, she had a very welcoming smile with her eyes ( due to mask) you could tell she is just a happy person, loves her job and brings positive energy to her work environment. During these stressfull times, it is hard to come across wholesome workers. Just want panda to know they have a wonderful person working for them and should not go unseen .! 😊

Great service! The gentleman that helped me out politely explained that there was going to be a short wait for my items, but he was very courteous, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of and happy with my order; not sure if he was the manager or not, but just in case he isn't and the manager sees this, this was around 9pm Mon March 19th, the guy was young, slim, with dark hair..hope he gets a bonus lol :)

I frequent this Panda Express a lot!! Because I work through postmates and I just want to acknowledge Melissa, every time I come here she’s working quickly and very efficiently AND she always has a smile, and very welcoming. I have came in when the line was wrapped around the tables and she got the line down very quickly! It’s such a joy to see her every time I come in

We were greeted when we walked in and served within minutes. All the staff was friendly and courteous. Food was excellent although I wish eggplant tofu was available. It's not very popular so when I see it i'm very happy.

Food has always been good. People on here reviewing that it takes 30 min... You must have never worked in retail and you have zero patience... You cant fault a business for being busy. Busy is a great sign that the food is worth waiting for. The other person knocking the price... Do you not know how to read the menu where the price is? You could have left and went to the ghetto Dragon Garden and have them pile their crap on your plate so you can pig out on MSG all day. People shouldnt complain just dont go in in the first place when you see a line or you see that you really cant afford it. If you like or love Panda this one is no different from the others.

I came on Feb 15, 2024 9pm and the cook and the staff are great and everything is always fresh and they are always nice. I drive past all the ones in Lancaster/Palmdale on my way to Victorville and I drive out of my way to this one just because the staff is always great and same with he quality of food. Thank You All.

Review for March 6th 2022. This particular Panda Express is located in east Palmdale California. Good spot to have lunch and I especially like the Kung Pao chicken. The staff is fairly nice and the food is okay. Honestly not bad for a quick take out when you're in the mood for some Americanized Chinese food. I honestly don't come here often but when I do, I can expect the same service and quality food has always. I'm not guilty, to say that I do appreciate customer service and good food. Thank you very much for today's visit.

Just like any other day today the food was so hot n fresh that's what I like about them, food was outstanding my God son loves his kids meal great place to come and eat.

Pretty fast nice customer service, food is good, very busy during dinner time.

No drive thru, staff is kinda short and not that great on portions. Taste was great and price is fair.

Great amount of good inexpensive food, however the online ordering didn't work here, I ordered before my wife parked and she got & ate her food before they pulled my online order. Note that there was a line of 8-10 customers ahead of her which prompted me to think that I had made a great choice in placing my order through the site. They didn't start building my order until I went to the front counter and told them i had been waiting over half an hour for it.

Food was fresh and all staff seem to be working together from the server,cashier and cook's. The only reason I'm not given it 5 stars is they only had one server and she was going as fast as she could ,but line was always had 7to8 people. Panda you need to more staff on Holidays.

This Panda Express is always packed be prepared to spend at least $20 per person somehow I'm not joking. The food portions are small especially if you are 200 plus pounds like me. You might want to go in groups of two or less if you eat by yourself that's fine but this place is a little small in seating. It's always cold in here that's a plus and they do have a restroom Don't forget that you're close to the Walmart just in case you see people outside panhandling I would recommend this option over all the food places there The food is always fresh it's always serving fresh food and they have bottled drinks which I really enjoy especially the Coca-Cola.... PS don't try their custom juice drinks they don't have much flavor but it's up to you. My recommendation here is one plate half steamed rice half chow mein the side of orange chicken and beef and broccoli.

This is a fast food join, so set your expectations accordingly. That said, the portions are generous, food is consistently good, and the staff at this location have always been helpful to us. I've been getting a half chow mein half super greens mix which is tasty and helps bring the calories down, if you're into that kind of thing.

Alot of the different items I got were not that great tasting. I've had them at other locations before and it wasn't anything like the other locations

I do not know why this location lets you order food online. 2 out of the last 3 times I ordered online the people standing in line got their food before me when I ordered it 15 to 20 minutes ago.

The food is good but for some reason the one always serving the food has an attitude and they serve you as if the food was being given for free. Prices gone up and the serving portions are so limited.

My wife and I come here twice a week, and I love the food,always hot and delicious, but now everytime I go, there's more and more vegetables in everything, first they started putting a lot of cabbage in the noodles,now they're putting so much vegetables in everything else, that it loox like they're counting the pieces of meat and even chicken they're putting in the item, very disappointed, not sure when I'll be back.

Food was good but the girl taking my order or the guy she told messed up and both 2 item combos were wrong... I'm guessing it's because 2 people were involved instead of 1 person taking and boxing up the food and was a communication breakdown..... Decent food and has plenty of seating. Menu is good and food is also not bad. Not a big fan of the egg rolls. I prefer Dragon express, their portions are larger. Actualy seen them drop food off the spoon. I was like wow, im paying a but load for this and your skimping on the portions. Has out door seating, so its nice on cool days.

The food is fine, but the employees really need to be treated better. This was my second time going in and having to see a new employee being talked down to, given attitude by what I’m guessing was the manager.

The online ordering process is excellent. And then you come to this restaurant for pickup and it SUCKS! I arrived 5 minutes early for the time the app told me the food would be available for pickup. Three times I asked the cashier for the food because it would have been quicker to go through the line. This is the 2nd time using online ordering and getting terrible service.

I had a really bad experience ordering food from the online portal (it was delayed by an hour and a half and ended up being very late), but the manager JB was awesome and really helpful to get my order made as quickly as possible even during a busy time. And the food is always great.

Good food but plan on at least 1/2 hr to actually get ur food. They seriously need better management skills. Slow service... It sucks that this is the only panda on this side of town. Need more people on staff to get it moving faster.

It's still good, but the chowmein is mostly lettuce now. It used to be so good I would order extra. Now you can tell they are trying hard to save money on their chow mein. They stopped making the teriyaki sauce in store now just give packets =/ going down hill just to save money.

Took almost 1 hour to get order, with only 2 people ahead of us. Portions were very small, chicken extremely over cooked. This Panda is usually 4 star. I am being very generous giving 2 stars. Food tasted as if it has been sitting all day. The second star is only because the workers were very friendly.

The food is not good ...the green salad was just undercooked cabbage with a little sea salt and onion. The walnut shrimp was soggy and soft not fried ...The orange chicken was extremely processed and soggy and not fried but the Beijing beef was okay. The way things are cooked I can imagine someone getting sick.

I have eating at Panda for years. Then I started to notice their prices went up and their portions got smaller. We all work hard for our money so I now go to Dragon Express Right up the street at 38037 47th St E suite F, Palmdale, CA. The amount of food that they give you can last you for 3 servings and the food is fresh and delicious. Sorry Panda I won't be coming back, my money goes further at Dragon Express.

Don’t bother with this location…minuscule portions, cold and seriously…ridiculous cheap portions…if I pay an extra 1.50 for a shrimp choice, I want more than 3! Never ever again…

Horrible service the person that help me was very disrespectful with my son he has a mental illness and she was yelling at both of us I told her off and tell her about my sons mental disability and she still didn't even care kept and tell me to hurry up and order because they were really busy and she didn't had the time to waiting and if I didn't like it they I could go somewhere else or she could refuse service to me if she felt like it! I ask her for management she said she was so Of course I will be calling corporate to find out and also to complain about this situation because that's Discrimination Against a disable person.

Ordered a kids meal and they only put 6 pieces of the teriyaki chicken, yeah six pieces of chicken. Prices went up, yet they put less food in your plate.

Everytime we order for pick up or delivery it is incomplete! I have had to call and basically argue the fact that we ordered it correctly. Open the bag and confirm your contents!

By far the worst Panda Express. All the little girls here are terrible. Look we all know covid happened.. my order was not what I asked, when I went in to tell the other little girl she tells me I should wait outside for my order. Portions are too small compared to other Panda Express locations. When you mention it to the employees, they answer in a very rude way saying that's the serving size. Most of the time you can't hardly find any chicken or beef in your order.

When you here yesterday May 7th to get lunch at about 11:45 they didn't have what I asked for did not pay attention to my order when I got to the checkout point the lady asked me how many sauces I wanted and I told her I wanted on top she acted like I had committed armed robbery I asked her about my spring rolls that they didn't bag up and she said what spring rolls did you want them place has really gone downhill in the last few weeks someone really needs to change this around I would not return here if it wasn't the only place close that was decent Chinese food most of the time

Uber eats driver here: I was waiting and waiting and waiting for an order that was never made. Drivers do not get paid to wait to pickup the order. Please have the order ready BEFORE we arrive. Thank you for wasting the time I could have used on another order.

Sometimes it's what you imagined panda would taste like. Usually they'll forget something. Sometimes the chowmein tastes like soap. They'll give you the soggy old shrimp even though they just brought out the fresh batch right in front of you. I've had a long hair in my chow mein before also. 2/10 times it will be acceptable. Disappointing because every other panda I've been to is delicious.

Order took forever, they had to cook every item in my family meal because they don't keep up on inventory. When I got home I saw they then forgot one entree and when I called and told them they had ruined my family's dinner, they told me the only thing I could do was drive back for a refund... They couldn't look up my ticket and refund my charge for some inexplicable reason. They wanted to waste my time more.

Had dinner here last night and I did not expect the treatment I got from one of their crew named "Ana". I was the first one in line and there was a white guy beside me and instead of taking my order first she asked the guy instead, but the guy said to her to take my order first since I was the first one in line, and so she did. To my dismay she only did my order halfway and got back to the guy again and completed his order. The guy apologized to me saying "I'm really sorry. I thought she would finish your order first." Well I though so too. I do not know her and I do not know what her problem was but she should not treat anyone like that. I do not know if she was just plain racist or what. The one star I am giving is not for the store or their food. I like their food and they have nice, friendly crew except they were mixed with this one rotten tomato who does not treat the customers right. She does not even greet nor smile at the customers. How rude! By the way if you are curious enough to see who Ana is when you come to this store, she is the tallest female employee there. And maybe she would treat you in a certain way just because she would take white people's orders first.

Very disgusted with the management. A poor "But Clean" young homeless man came in and asked them for water. The lady behind the counter told him NO they don't give out water. There was a man and wife sitting at a table and watched this as I did, and as this young man was leaving, the woman gave him her drink. He thanked her, then left. As I left I spoke with the woman and thanked her for what she'd done. God bless people like her. Now as for me I'm never going back to "any panda express" that will never happen again. What would it have hurt to of given the man a drink of water? NOT ONE THING. So management or corporate offices, you should change your policy or rules partaining to how you treat those people that are less fortunate than other's.

Don’t go in the AM or afternoon! I was the only customer there and the totally skimped me. As a loyal panda customer I know exactly how the portions work. I got a limp scoop of orange chicken and an even limper scoop of sweet fire chicken. I know this may sound subjective but I can see the the bottom of my plate without eating anything! Visited early January & the frontline staff were sub parr when compared w/ other Panda Expresses. They made mistakes (most egregious being designating Spring Rolls as an entree item (instead of side appetizer as I ordered which was probably more expensive) & failing to provide the ordered item A rather unpleasant (Supervisor?) who had very shoddy customer service was indignant that I called them on the mistake (after I waited in line again). When she explained that I wasn't charged for Spring Rolls (she smeared food sauce over my receipt) I offered to purchase another entree but she said there were too many people I was keeping waiting in line & w/ very bad grace provided the missing Orange Chicken but only filling the container less than 3/4 full. How was I delaying the other customers? I had waited my 2nd turn & could shuffle forward to pay - just like everyone else. Not only did she leave me w/ a bad feeling w/ her unprofessional manner & rudeness by not taking responsibility & apologizing for their confusion, but she stole the cost of an entree from Panda Express. I'll not be returning. The staff at the Panda on 10th street near the mall are generally better behaved. Think I'll visit them today to confirm. Beef & Broccoli sounds good...

Usually when I get food from here it is very good but all the food I got today tasted as if it had been sitting out the whole day, I didn't end up eating any of it. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered through Uber eats for (pick up) from here and they ended up giving my order to someone else. The person they gave it to went to his car opened my food then returned the food while I was there. The worker wanted to give me the returned food? I declined it and asked for new plates. Turns out they ran out of everything I ordered by this time and made me wait like 45 minutes. I ended up just leaving. Also this specific panda has had a bad rep. They always give you so little portions and most of the time it isn’t fresh. I prefer to go to the ones on 10th st west for quality and quantity. It’s a shame since this one is near my home. Also the servers always try rushing you through and not very customer service orientated.

Food serving are petty. The plate looks like it's for a kindergarten I'm not expecting a plate flooding out but come on I paid 70 for 3 plates and the serving was pathetic

I ordered a online order thru there app once I received my order I noticed that they messed up on one of my items I had called an Patty answered the phone she was VERY VERY rude she cut cutting me off as I was trying to explain to her and argued with me that I was wrong about the item I had ordered. I then asked to speak to a supervisor she said none was available to talk to me . She then once again started arguing with me stating that 3 people check the order and she doesn’t know what to tell me because the order is right . I came to the store and Joesph the one in charged was VERY understanding and nice and helped me out other no hesitation. I am not trying to get anything for free I just wanted what I paid for . You guys need more people like Joseph ! I Understand order get messed at times I worked in fast food before . But arguing with your customers without hearing them out is very unprofessional. I was upset with my service with Patty for being very rude and very unprofessional.

I went to get some food yesterday around 4 pm. A young man helped me, I ordered noodles with orange chicken, noodles with shrimp walnut. I ordered some thing else cost me almost $57.00 I am ok with that but when I got home I was shocked he gave me lots of noodles but only 1 small tinny of orange chicken and the other container only 1 small tinny of shrimp. Are you kidding me, you are rip off your customers. Never ever go there any more. What a rip off, panda manager please teach your employee how to serve don't rip off your customers So dissatisfied

I am changing my review. I have eaten at two different pandas in Lancaster and food was awful. I used to love eating there but it seems the quality of the food has gone down and the way it is being only 1/2 cooked makes it barely beatable. They also make you wait for just about everything.

I bought food for my family My son and I got shrimp with spices, we were throwing up after 2 hours , now he has fever we threw up 4 time me, and him 5. Wth is that?? What did you guy put in the shrimp. Disgusting, I will NEVER be buying from your place.

The manager got upset because I requested my side to be replaced because they did not taste fresh. She stated to let them know so that I can wait for them to bring out fresh food. Service unfortunately for this location HORRIBLE. 10/20/2025 7pm manager on duty refused to use kids school award coupons as she insisted they needed to be in paper and on hand when the online coupons said otherwise. Furthermore the coupon states to simply use tge attached code online while ordering but the manager insisted it should've been ordered prior to entering the store. Absolutely No! "Can Do Attitude

This came out to be 13$ and it kinda looks deceiving in the pic. In person it was way less. I'd need to spend 50-60 at this place to get full, crazy. Check your bag before you leave or better yet go to a different place
