Jack in the Box

I bought an order of potatoes with cheese and it's the only place where the two times I've bought them they serve you half of the order they deliver them frozen and to add to that they send you to wait in front it really has been a bad experience.

The slowest most disorganized Jack in the Box around. Avoid this place especially on the weekends. Who trains these people?

This place is dirty. The drive thru worker was so rude. They didn't give me my tacos.

I bought 3 breakfast Jacks and 3 Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger they service it's good but all of burger were cold 😔

I ordered 2 tacos and a JR bacon cheeseburger. So apparantly they don't give you buttermilk sauce anymore. They charge 25 cents per sauce. I thought it came with tacos if you bought any. I went ahead and bought 4. If I hadn't looked in the bag, I would have paid extra and not even gotten the sauce. The bacon cheeseburger was unfortunately terrible, and I couldn't even finish it. The tacos have gotten more and more skimpy with their filling. I was really disappointed in the quality of their food. I really enjoyed their food when I was a kid, but the taste has dramatically declined. I did read an article that a customer shot an employee because they told them they had to pay for the sauce. Now, it is annoying, but buttermilk sauce is not worth a human life...lol. Please, people, let's all calm down.

I don't know what's going on at this location. I buy there quite frequently and for a while now they have been leaving food out of my order or not fixing it to my specifications. Yes, I know to look in the bag before driving off but sometimes I've waited in a long line and I just want to get home. Focus needs to be implemented here to avoid these problems. It's a shame because the food is usually good and the service friendly.

Jack always use to hand out buttermilk with a order now they've got to a point where they said buttermilk is only for the ones who order chicken strips or nuggets well tonight they also added poppers to it. If you aren't ordering those items then you can't get buttermilk yet they want to hand out a whole handful of taco sauce and ketchup I didn't ask for. I understand the employee was just trying to do their job but if your going to take care of your product then don't be wasting handing out taco sauce and ketchup I didn't ask for.

Well, much to say other than. Everytime I go there, my order is always screwed up. The person repeats it correctly. But when we get home it's always messed up. I don't know why I keep going there but I guess cause that's thy he only place open late. I'm going to have to check my order before I leave. My son doesn't like for me to say anything to them because he things they might do something dirty to our food. It has happened before. There are some very rude and nasty people. If they only pay more attention to what there doing then it would be right. I know what's it's like to work in a restuarant. I work in one for 40 years. At the moment I would not recommend this place.

I order a munchie meal and I asked for no pickles because I am deathly allergic and my brother had to use an EpiPen on me.

Today I went to my local Jack in the box this young lady made my experience there not so great. When ordering my food this young lady was not able to hear me I was repeating myself over and over and she started to laugh not sure if she found situation funny or what. I go to pay my food and this girl snatches it from my hand and closes the window I then say I will call corporate about her she then gives me card nicely now ! And then tells me to proceed to go around and not allow to tell her I need buttermilk, ketchup and taco sauce. She stares at me trying to tell her what I need through the closed window and gets bother employee to hear me out and she says yes ma'am the correct way to respond and treat customers and I do as told go around and wait for my order but this young lady was not having a good day or something. I then go in building and she's making a new story with employees. Just wow just wow

The tacos were stale and cold and the jumbo jack cheese burger was cold and no flavor ..this food went straight to the trash .terrible

1/8/23 around 8:30 am Disappointing to see and not what I wanted to receive this morning. Cold fries & Lazy asz “worker” didn’t toast both buns on my sourdough 🤦‍♀️ not satisfied at all. if I could I would of got a refund for both meal orders if my husband wasn’t already home from a long night of working.

Horrible! Ordered a chicken fajita pita medium combo the only good thing was the Dr pepper! Fries weren't full and @ 4 PC of grilled chicken With alot of lettuce and more pita bread inside! Tried to go get a refund and no one there could do it!! They said come back in the morning 🤦‍♀️so I'm stuck paying for less than half a pita and little french fries!! I doubt I will go back to this location but if anyone does definitely don't go on a sun evening! They need to get it together!!

worst visit yet, got the wrong order at first and after i thought i still had the wrong order because my food didn’t even look like what i ordered. it looked like the other guys order, the bacon was diced and barley had any. i usually come here at least 4-5 times a week and lately they’ve been disappointing me.

On lunch break could not even go back. Get to go hungry today!

They charge for buttermilk 25cents each is crazy other jacks don’t so looks like I will not come here anymore. If I had asked for 3 or more I understand but one buttermilk is crazy.

This is the most worthless place to go at night I waited 30 min in front from a online order bunch of kids work here only one guy who is older knows what he is doing he should be manager not the lazy kids they have working calling corporate

-When to pick up an order, got told to go through drive thru cause the lobby's gonna close. Someone came inside a few minutes later after me and got his order. -Told my name in the order, cashier confused my name for a different name that sounds nothing like it -Idk how my order got messed up multiple times. A dollar cheeseburger is not a Chicken teriyaki bowl. A lemonade is definitely not Coke Zero and Sprite. Got my order, but no fries and eggroll or fork for the bowl All this while going around the drive thru and wait in the parking lot multiple times for an hour

So i ordered on the Jack in the box app and upon arrival i still have to wait like 10 to 20 minutes from the time i ordered. I understand i am not the only one but there was literally people that ordered after me that got their food before i did its called fast food for a reason not slow food. Finally i get my food its all good until i realized they gave me a cold brownie. 1/5 Stars if i could i'd give 0 stars.

Asked me to park in the front to wait on curly fries. I watched 3 cars drive off and then had to complain to finally get my order. There’s no way it took over 10 minutes to cool curly fries….

Absolutely horrible service. I was told the deluxe fish was two fish patties like it shows on the banner outside. My sandwich only had one piece of fish. The curly fries were not curly fries but pieces of crumbs like the cleaned out the basket. And for all this I was told to pull through and part out front after 10 minutes later, I walked in to get my meal myself. Unbelievable. If I didn’t have to rush back to work, I would have given this garbage back.

Went thru the drive thru and employees were sick and coughing. I know this is a health hazard and OSHA needs to know. To let the employees handle the food like this is ridiculous and not legal. Something has to be done.

I said thank you when I placed my order and I said thank you when I received my order both times ignored. I let that slide but when I went to eat my food the Curly fries were so old and cold they had to have been hours old.

I ordered from this Jack in the box twice online the first time found eggshells in my sandwich and the second time find a bread twist inside my burger and also tacos were cold caught up there and talked to a manager and they said all I could do is give you another burger with nothing in there that you could choke on I want my money back not nothing else

This location is so stingy with their sauces, i live in La Porte and they never have no problem giving me extra . I only came to this location because I was by a friends house NEVER AGAIN! I ordered 8 tacos and this old white lady said they don’t go by the count. So only gave me 1. Loosin up lady they don’t come out your paychecks

Went there Saturday night to pick up a mobile order for Uber eats. First A young black guy in the drive-through told me that they didn’t have the order. Then I had to try to cancel the order for about an hour, then I go back to the drive-through and tell them again while I’m still on hold trying to cancel that I have an order to pick up if they have it. After I get to the window the white guy in the face mask comes up and tells me that I was supposed to inform them to make the order. I don’t know how I’m even supposed to tell a restaurant how to do their job. I’ve never went somewhere where I was supposed to tell somebody to do something and it was my responsibility aside from my regular duties-that they couldn’t do themselves.

This place is going down hill bad! The last 2 times we have been there the tacos were horrible. 1 time they tasted spoiled and the 2nd time they tasted burnt as if the oil was old, which I know it was because there was balck specks all over the tacos which is the residue at the bottom of the fryer. This was my go to jack but idk what's going that they are not caring about quality anymore.

Inside service was terrible. 1/7/22 - I walk in, the dude sees me walk in and still makes me wait at the counter for 2 minutes while he talks to his friends that are taking down a Christmas tree. Some lady had to come out of the kitchen and tell him to take my order. Otherwise I probably would’ve been waiting longer. He takes my order with attitude, then comes and gives me my drinks that are barely filled above halfway. Then throws my bag on the counter and walks away. I go back to my car and realize he never gave me straws. I go back inside and wait another few minutes for him to come out and look at me like I’m stupid. Like if you hate your job get another one. Makes me not want to come here anymore.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 30 minutes i the drive through waiting area. Got no food went thru the drive thru again and the food was cold. Manager did not fix the issue so I asked for a refund. Took 5 extra minutes to do this as well.

Brah I ordered 6 tacos from Jack. Got 2 buttermilks. I asked for one more this man refused till I gave him .27 cents. I paid it because I needed it but we had a whole debate. He said buttermilk doesn’t come with tacos!! Brah EVERYONE eats the tacos with buttermilk! This man must really love his job 😒 Jack you really slipping up! I will never go to that dam place again! Jack in the Box Y’all need to stop it! Ok I would enjoy my food a lot more if your employee wasn’t so rude over .27 cents!!!!

I was there to pick up a DoorDash order and I got stuck in the line at 10:15pm on Saturday, June 11th. The line hadn’t moved in over 5 minutes. When I decided to back out someone pulled in behind me and I was stuck. 20 minutes later I was at the window and I was told to park out front because they couldn’t find the order and they needed to get the orders to the cars behind me. I was upset because I told them at the speaker box the name and they told me to pull to the second window. Why were the people behind me now priority and I was supposed to pull around front? They’ve done this before and I get stuck in the parking lot for 10 minutes and then I have to call to see if they’re ever bringing the order out. The 2 guys working kept telling me I had to move and I kept telling them I had already been there 20 minutes and the order should’ve been picked up 15 minutes ago. Then there was a black lady that came to the window and she was telling me I had to move or she’d cancel the order completely. She kept saying “it’s DoorDash” as if the DoorDash customers are less important. And then she walked away and said “we can just cancel her shit”. I proceeded to sit there and within 2 minutes they had the order to me. I asked her name and she shook her head and said “it’s Marie” I really don’t think that was her name I think she gave me a fake name. The 2 guys made me mad because they kept telling me to park in the front when they could’ve used that time to make the order but she was completely unprofessional.

24 hour open?? don't mean bs. the service is bad don't they mess up my order and wait for a long time and trying to correct the mistake with the most kind manner fro my behalf. but they would still put an attitude from the cashier to the supervisor to the manager and myself feeling ashamed of their mistakes almost put to make feel guilty as well.

I don't know how this jack in the box stays open. it's the worst one in the area. I have been to this location 3 times now and each time I think its been a few months maybe it was just bad employees working last time... but NO!! ! It's so bad I've had to throw most my food away every single time... food its just that unedible. If it's late night don't go here! 😒

It’s was about 4 am and the lady from the register said they’re closed and she’s an employee. She has lines going all the way around and other car coming in from your right side. The night shift can’t run a line. Someone can get hurt or or their feeling hurt. (Good Karma)

Ordered 50 tacos and they DID NOT GIVE A SINGLE SAUCE even after I put a note to put extra taco sauce,Even after that Tacos were dipped in oil and you take a bite and at that point you could just drench youre face in it these tacos were dripping in oil DO NOT GET TACOS FROM HERE!!l

I have never been somewhere where someone was so annoyed to take my order. They cut me off when I’m ordering and when I ask for potatoe wedges he literally yelled no we’re out! Then when I waited for my total he yelled are you done?! I said yes and he said well pull around! I will never come back to this location. Apparently I’m a problem for ordering food.

I ordered my food and they gave me a wrong order and I left and had to drive back and wait 20 minutes just to get my order right smh and didn’t even give me nothing for my time wasted unprofessional service not well trained

What the hell does it take to get fresh food and the proper order from this place??!! Once again a roll of the dice. 6:30pm 2 tacos, Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and small sweet tea, simple, right? The tacos were cold, stale and no cheese, only got jr. cheeseburger no bacon, she didn't hear the bacon part I guess. At least they got the small tea right!! Maybe District Manager should secretly do a drive through! Disgusting!!

Took way too long to get our food, we were shorted on our eggrolls we ordered and we only received ranch with none of the sauces we actually asked for. Idk what happened to this location but your quality standards on everything has dropped significantly
