The guy was super fast , especially after some random weird lady asked for pancakes at 12pm... its Arby's lady not dennys . But other then that it was fast , and they have a drive through while attached to Loves.

Adrianna was super sweet, and made us fresh pumpkin turnovers when I wanted some and they were out of them. Amazing going above and beyond for her customers! Great food friendly staff and most definitely try the pumpkin turnovers they are delicious :-)

Truck driver here, when I tell you... confident and good energy can change a whole outlook. This place does that, especially how they trained their employees. There's a young man who works here, very energetic, very positive, very polite, and eager to provide service. It brings positive aura to this place. Thank you, brother. Great food. So happy to have an Arby’s around. My food is always hot and fresh. Which can’t be said for other fast food restaurants around here. Staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location!

This Arby's is attached to the loves truck stop. And this was the first time the family tried it. The orange cream shake took me and my wife back to our childhoods. The 2 for 7 crispy chicken sandwiches were good and the honey dejon sauce was a great dipping sauce. The boys tried the loaded chicken and bacon ranch loaded fries. We rang the bell on our way out to let them know we had a great meal and service.

I didn't actually make it to Arby's but I wanted to give them a rating cuz I really wanted to go. If they had a closer location I definitely would have gone. The 30 minutes is just too far to drive for, the meats

Haven't been to an Arby's in decades since there's none in my area anymore. The food is delicious and very fulfilling and satisfying. They also offer a nice abundance of sauces too that can be added, increasing the flavor factor of their food.

They were serving limited breakfast at 4:20am. Ordered egg & cheese croissant 🥐 with potato 🥔 Cake. Food was good👍 and crew was friendly. ⚠️But They don’t cook fresh eggs i saw him microwaving egg🍳before putting into croissant🥐.

Good food. The new Patterson location is clean and fresh. Only problem is that sometimes there are insufficient staff to maintain the drive thru.

The staff is friendly, and the food is good. Service seems a little slow. We ordered the 2 for $7 deal. Did get something different than what we ordered, have to get back to the counter and get someone to correct it. The staff fixed the issue quickly. The restaurant is clean. Parking is super easy. The restroom is clean. Gas here is always a little cheaper compared to other locations along I-5. The convenience store next store has lots of energy drinks options nicely stocked.

This Arby's shares a small plaza with Love's truck stop, right off the 5 freeway. Hadn't been to an Arby's in over a decade so we stopped here during our road trip. We got a french dip combo and some sliders. The french dip was okay but the sliders were small, smashed, and sad. Overall, the food was pretty greasy and heavy but maybe that's what Arby's tastes like. I don't know because I don't remember what they tasted like last time. I did appreciate their sauce station, fast service, and moderate-sized seating area.

I haven’t had any issues with them making the food however… if you come here late at night (past 11PM) or early in the morning (before 6 AM) good luck. Past few times the systems have been down (not their fault) or something is wrong, and you wait at their speaker or their window (seen someone else do) for 5+ minutes and they don’t tell you. So then you have to go inside and have someone just point to a sign saying their systems are down… Seems more like a regular fast food hour store (5AM-12 PM) than a 24 hour store. Only time i ever had an issue was when there was only 1 person working and i don’t think he really knew how to take orders.

I ordered the sliders. What a joke for two and a half dollars each. The chicken slider had a piece of chicken with breading about as big as my little finger. The beef slider I didn't even know if there was one ounce of meat. I'll not be going back to Arby's ever.

I keep giving them the opportunity to get better, but they continually fail to do so. I love Arby's. A good Arby's that is, and this isn't one. It a new restaurant but it's like they didn't do any training with rhe new crew, really bad. The manager should be strung up!! Horrible!!!!!!

Surprising how poor this place is. The ONLY time I have been served bad crinkle cut fries at an Arby’s was tonight, at THIS location. Dried out and obviously held over they were a 4.00 exercise in wasting money and resources. That, coupled with the fact that although fully staffed there was NO coffee in the Love’s means it will be a while until I darken the doors here again. Pity, as the nice new location was very clean and presentable, as is the norm with Love’s but proximity to their competition has worn off on them in a negative fashion. No greeting, no coffee and a lackadaisical attitude means that self-same competition will be where I spend my roadside dollars.

Went on the website to see what is on the menu, and got an order ready to take to the restaurant to order in person they have nothing that is advertised on the website menu, just so basic and shorted the order luckily it was checked before we left, just disappointed

My daughter ordered food here on 1/15/2025. She got food poisoning. The mozzarella sticks had a fishy taste, and the fish in her sandwich was cold. Stanislaus county needs to inspect this place, stat.

I have gone through the drive-through here a couple of times. Both times, they have gotten my order wrong, and I'm the only one in the drive-through. Seriously... I guess when you're ordering and asking for sauce, they still won't give it to you. I ordered the beef and cheddar but only got the beef. They still won't put napkins in the bag either. I ordered the Mac & cheese; no utensils. **that, by the way, is the nastiest mac & cheese I have ever had.** On a brighter note, my curly fries were super hot and awesome. *Whoever is training their staff needs to do better and the lady I've seen twice now at the drive through, needs a vacation or something. She's not a pleasant person.*

New location I wanted to try out since Arby’s is more rare now. Ordered the Roast Beef & Cheddar cheese sandwich (no combo). Got bread and roast beef. How do you forget 50% of ingredients when there are only 2 inside. Good thing they remembered the wrapper. I was the only car in the drive-thru, so that’s no excuse.

Went there and ordered. They messed up my order. Management said they would write my number down. Went in a few days later. Guess what?? They didn't write my name down and pretended like they knew nothing about it. Won't go back.

This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we noticed it was consistently empty. Before hitting the freeway to go to work, my coworkers and I decided to grab something from the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking.. There was no greeting, and the staff member, who appeared to be the manager based on the receipt, seemed to have an attitude. After eating, one of my coworkers left work later in the day due to stomach issues. My burger was also undercooked, it had a strange, rubbery texture, a fishy taste, and a lot of pink in the middle. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to reconsider returning, and we’ll likely stick to our usual McDonald’s location near Westley next time. This location could greatly benefit from improving both food quality and customer service to ensure a more positive experience for all customers.

Stop 🛑 there is an outlet grocery store across the street, not the big street the little one that goes along side the truck stop. The outlet grocery store has made it their mission to provide fresh produce, cooked meals for reheating and all sorts of beverages at a discounted price. You can stock up here and save bundles and get fresh food. If you don't understand why I'm saying this. Check the reviews for this place, I don't know first hand because after reading about two people who got food poisoning and several people whose orders came out wrong or uckie I found this place. The issue is when you googled restaurants, it won't tell you that this grocery is right here. So go check it out! Even if you just buy a month's worth of drinks instead of paying truck stop prices for drinks, you'll love the savings!!

Went in and made my purchase on the kiosk, and that went perfectly. After waiting a considerable amount of time for my food, I finally had to leave without the fries and when I got to the truck with my roast beef sandwich, it was missing the red ranch sauce, so I couldn’t even eat that but the Coca-Cola from the truckstop was fine since the soda machine was also not working. This issue with the fries seems to be a constant there and I’ve waited sometimes up to 15 minutes for my order because of fries

To all those traveling please do not stop here to consume there was a lead working (Adriana) that was very rude, unprofessional and a lier. They gave us old burnt fries that were half way full and when we got them we asked to exchange them for fresh ones, she accused us of eating half of the fries and said that she technically couldn’t exchange them and instead tried to argue. And another female coworker took it personal and tried to gang up.

I would give a zero if I could. That was the worst Food I've gotten in my life. Somebody wanted to buy my dinner. I let them. Itshould have been extra good. I was traveling, tired and hungry. Hadn't eaten since the day before. I ended up having to throw it all away. The curly Fry's were cold and soggy. The roast beef sandwich had so much nacho cheese on it that it was all over the paper and me. I got rid of the bun and as much of the cheese that I could. Then the meat tasted off. It was just terrible.

Don't bother coming here it's a bunch of teens playing with each other in the back while the manager sits on the back playing with his phone took 10 minutes before they noticed me and the 2 other customers in line the only up is they didn't screw up my order

Came from out of town. Ordered the good burger meals and was told they were out of the special sauce along with pickles but we went ahead and ordered still. The food tasted old and cold. The burger patties were burnt, really dark, hard and dry. The crinkle fries were not any better. They were dry and old. The strawberry milkshake tasted more like vanilla and not strawberry. Also ordered a small drink and was told they were out of small cups so we had to get a medium. Spent $50 on food that we did not eat. Highly disappointed. Will not be going back there again.

One star is too much, traveling and really craving Arby's..have not had it in years. Well, I did not get my craving satisfied due to Holly the tending manager being so abruptly rude. Her face alone was scary..she was not dealing w/ anything or anyone in any courteous much less professional manner. I hope the owner of this location is keeping up with his store and the folk he has running it. When customers stop by, you just don't know what their situation is, they are there for comfort food..you work there, treat your customers right!

Was on the road from out of town and ordered a 2 for 7$ specifically asked for the roast beef classic. If that wasn’t on the 2 for $7 she could have told me but instead rung it up and served a beef and cheddar. When I told them I would like just a classic I was told that wasn’t the same price and instead of remaking it or working something out I walked out without a refund and left the food since I didn’t want the sandwich

I stopped at this location twice I never had an issue with arby at other locations but this place is the worst. First time I went there last Thursday night. I waited at the counter to order for 10 minutes but no one cared to take order at that time ,There were 3 staff members working so I left without saying anything and I went there again On Wednesday around 10:30 pm. I went to the counter to order and I was told that there system is down it will take half hr to be functional. So I asked the cashier why didn’t he took my order last time he laughed and walked away. So I went to fuel desk to get other stuff and other customer went in there and ordered in less than 5 mins. Then I went there and he was shocked to see me. When I asked him what’s going on he had no words. Just to clarify 2 of the boys were present which didn’t took my order last time. Management needs to teach some manners to their staff otherwise no one is going here with this kind of behaviour

Gave it a second chance. Regret it. Fries were cold and stale af. Burger wad flavorless and VERY sloppily put together. Loves should get rid of the Arby's chain in all their stores.

I've only had drive thru and order was simple..5 reg roast beef..has the service and Food gotten better? 35 min drive has to be worth driving 35 mins✊🏽I'm asking before making that journey and really give you a BAD REVIEW for my wasted gas and time..I Love ❤️ Arbys

I was on the phone with my husband as he was ordering through the drive through. Whoever was taking his order kept interrupting him and was rude. She was not professional at all. Definitely not going back. Not even worth 1 star in my opinion.

Do NOT stop here unless you have 3 days to wait on your order. 2nd day in a row waiting over 15 minutes to get breakfast and no other orders being made. The absolute slowest "fast food" in the United States

Gentlemen in front of me was trying to pay with his phone. It wasn't working. So I asked Holly Cole was trying to figure out his phone. I asked if I could order. She told me in rude manner that if I could wait. IF NOT. TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Well that didn't go well with me. I said. You know what. That was not very nice what you said to me. So she said she wasn't going to put up with rude people. So I did cuss her out. I said. F... YOU. I walked out. To top it off. She gave the meal to the guy that couldn't pay!!

Only been inside once and that’s all it took for me not to return. The manager Holly was ugly rude she had no customers service skills whatsoever. The food was gross fries tasted really old which I’m thinking it’s from the days old oil that never gotten changed.
