I went to the McDonald's on blvd today & everything was good but did someone bust in my sandwich .

This McDonalds never gets the order right, they ask what sauce we want for our nuggets and never get any sauce. One morning we ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg, the sandwich only had a egg no sausage or cheese. Unhappy with this McDonalds.

I asked for 2 double cheeseburgers plain and a few other stuff. He repeated the stuff back to me correctly but once I got home I notice 1 double cheeseburger was missing and the one I received had everything bulldog service.

They have horrible employees. I ordered thru the app to do pick up. They forgot half my order. It was breakfast deluxe.. they forgot the major part. I drive and get to my location to eat. No forks, syrup butter or napkins. How do they operate. Honestly they need to be restrained from top to bottom. Triple check your order with this location or go to the one in walmart.

Manager there sucks was there for 10 min until I asked for help he replied with an attitude and said you will still have to wait for your for for 15 min so will be there in total of 40 min not even a fancy restaurant will take this long to get seated and put I. I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup and waited about 30 minutes in line. When I finally reached the speaker, no one responded. Meanwhile, cars from the other lane were being helped and their orders were popping up on my screen. When I pulled up to the window and explained I was picking up a mobile order, the employee asked if I had checked in at the speaker. When I said no (because no one answered), he told me I’d need to get back in the drive-thru line and that there was “nothing he could do,he told me if I want I can pay for a 40 piece nuggets” adding that his manager would say the same thing. I was calm and understanding, but he came off aggressive and unprofessional. I ended up leaving because I had tickets to the Polar Express nearby and didn’t want to miss the show. I came back after the show to finally pick up my food. At that point the restaurant was pretty empty. Since I had ordered an iced coffee around 5 PM and it was now closer to 8 PM, I asked if it could be removed from the order. The same employee initially ignored me at the window, then told me to pull forward. When I explained I just wanted to remove the coffee, he responded rudely, saying you can’t change mobile orders and went on about how the system works in a very dismissive tone. A simple “no” would’ve been fine. Ironically, when I got to the next window, I was told they didn’t even have sugar-free vanilla, so they couldn’t make the iced coffee anyway. When I asked if it could be removed, the employee looked confused. I finally asked for a Coke instead, which they agreed to. Overall, terrible communication, unnecessary attitude, and zero effort to help the customer. I was literally trying to convince my wife earlier that we should move to Perris after this experience, that conversation is officially over. My wife said I got punked literally. I was just chilling dude was wilding.

This was, without a doubt, the worst fast-food experience I have had in recent memory. I am leaving one star because zero stars is not an option. First, the basic stuff: they were out of pretty much every sauce. How does a major food chain run out of sauces? It set a terrible tone, but it got worse. I was informed they were out of small cups. Instead of offering to upgrade me to a medium to fix their supply chain error, I was given the option of either getting an xtra small or pay extra for the medium drink. Excuse me? I have to foot the bill because someone screwed up the ordering? Already furious, I reluctantly paid the upcharge. But the final insults were waiting for me at home. The drink they up charged me, a Sprite, I took a sip and realized it was just plain water. I made everyone in the house try it, thinking maybe my annoyance was making me overreact, but the verdict was unanimous, it was water. Additionally, when I placed my order for a Daily Double I tripled checked the ingredients to make sure there were no tomatoes in it. The kiosk didn’t give me an option to remove tomatoes, so I assumed the burger didn’t come with them. Lo and behold, tomatoes on the burger. Please fix that kiosk system. So, I paid extra for an unwanted size, didn't get my sauces, and didn't even get the basic products I ordered. This location is poorly managed. Avoid at all costs.

The food order was incorrect, and when my boyfriend brought it to the staff's attention, they refused to correct it and were laughing about it. It's no surprise the reviews are so low. The management should reconsider their hiring choices; there are many people who need jobs and would bring better work ethic to the table.

Not even one sauce per item. It’s ridiculous. You would think it comes out of their pockets. Pick up orders always take way too long too.

Does corporate know this McDonald’s owner is over charging his coffee? He is charging for a medium size cup 4 dollars. I’m a truck driver and I go to different McDonalds to order coffee and this is the only McDonald’s charging double! I will send a foto to corporate of all the prices!

If you are using the drive thru check your order before you leave. Multiple times my order has been wrong and I have to go inside and get the correct item or something they forgot to give me.

This McDonald’s is terrible. About 80% of the time, something is missing from my order. You can ask for nuggets and somehow they don’t find it important to include the sauce you requested. It’s frustrating and feels like they just don’t care. I’m not sure if they’re being stingy or just careless, but this location seriously needs new management or someone who actually values customer service.

The management here is rude and they don’t follow simple guidelines from corporate like walking out to the curb or walking out to the table (for curbside and table surface) just placed order at curbside it took so long I had to go into the drive-through to pick it up. Just one coffee.

Do not go here. Clearly taking advantage of the community. Orders are consistently INCORRECT. They are about 10% more expensive than other McDonald's in nearby cities. You can't get someone to answer the phone and their mailbox is full. Worst experience ever.

Homeless hang around here and the drive thru is difficult to manage. Plus check your order to make sure you have everything that you ordered. Plus check the receipt that something wasn't added on that you didnt receive. Workers are always rude and will ignore you until you persistently try to ask a question.

Horrible service. Picked up an order for a regular customer who order a ice coffee and food. Bag sealed for delivery..Upon retrieving from hot bag to deliver to customer the bag was drenched apparently due to zero drink holder. So, therefore, drink was not secure and leaked thru all over hot bag, customer bag & the back seat of my car. I attempted to contact the store...what a surprise...NO ANSWER!!!! I feel terrible for the customer. OWNERS/MANAGEMENT THIS STORES BEHAVIORS ARE OUT OF CONTROL.THIS ISN'T MY FIRST DEBACLE. JUST MY FIRST COMPLAINT!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. I did mobile order to pickup and it said it was ready but when i got there it was not. I waited there for more than 1 hour for the food to be handed to me. I kept asking where was my order nicely to see if they can check and they ignored me. I was loosing my patience, I couldn’t even cancel my order to get a refund so I was forced to stay there until I got my order. I was late for work because of this. An hour in of waiting a gentleman helped me and said he didn’t see my order on the screen. Which was so weird because I had ordered it a while back. A lot of people were waiting there for up to an hour too and were very upset. The lady next to me had a uber eats order and customer was very upset. We all wasted out times waiting because we couldn’t get refunded it’s unacceptable.

Usually everyone here is really nice but today when i ordered curbside, girl with black hair in a ponytail gray tee didn't say a single world and almost dropped my food into my car without handing it to me and looked angry when i still said thank you. I work with customers too but i don't let whatever is bothering me effect the way i treat people. Be better and i hope your day gets better.

Update: May 2025 No napkins again, good thing I asked him if they are in the bag he gave me some because look at this McChicken sandwich that I got through drive-thru that I'm probably going to want to eat driving not possible March 2025 Be it as it may I only had one item in my curbside order PLEASE TRY to be more efficient!!!! Don't be be suspenseful and wonder if I want napkins. Since you're walking out just bring some napkins with you just in case or put it in bag. It doesn't give you the option to ask for napkins in the app. A lot of restaurants they carry ketchup and sauces and straws and napkins in their safety vest so that they have it handy and ready that makes much sense to me. And to top it all off when I ask him to bring me some napkins he turns around, nods, goes inside, and never come back out! SSMMMHH Really how rude!

Ordered online from them, got everything but my shamrock shake and my nuggets. The shake I got was a large size and vanilla flavor when I purchased regular size shamrock shake. And Then my Nuggets!?? Melted Cheese???? not even one nugget was in there when I opened It. Also tried to call them and went straight to voicemail but their voicemail box is full…. Great service😒 And whoever did my order I hope both sides of your pillow are warm😡
