This is one of the busiest locations ive been to, but they sure do the best they can. The manager Gabby is always on top of the cooks and her back up manager Elijah is always on top of the orders coming in. I see them moving fast and hustling. I notice people get impatient but its understandable i guess. The place was packed. The wait time was moderate considering the amount of orders going in. I just appreciate the cooks at this location, im sure they take a lot of crap. They still manage to get it done. This place is packed all the time. Foods fresh. Havent had issues with my meals here so i dont mind the wait. Good hustling guys!
The McDonald’s was great the food was delicious and they even gave me an extra cup so I could share my drink with my sister
Great Experience! I was tired after work and decided to pass on by to end off my year with some Mickey D's and I placed my online order and the person handling the front was kind enough to show me how it works and I was able to have a great last day of 2025 because of them. Thank you for your kindness and service :)
Excellent service! I had a completely different experience here — great service, fast attention, and delicious food. The staff was friendly and efficient, and everything was handled quickly. I actually came from Church’s Chicken next door, where the experience was the total opposite. Because of that, McDonald’s really stood out in the best way possible. Everything is better at McDonald’s. I’ll definitely be coming back.
We ordered ahead and parked in the curbside spot. It only took a few minutes for the young man to bring out our order. He was very courteous and helpful.

Used the drive through after the noon rush and the employees were quick and efficient with taking my order, payment, and food pickup. The person taking my order on the intercom was clear and coherent, did everything excellent. I’m giving 4 stars because my medium fry was more like a small fry in a medium container. It’s not the first time they under serve the fries at this location and others, I guess pretty much it’s their new norm. Picture is before eating, I put pepper and when I shook it to disperse the pepper the fries just settled down lower. They were fresh fries though so I had that going.
We ordered in the drive thru and we didn't get the right order. I know we are partly at fault too because we didn't check the order before leaving but this is not the first time this happened in this particular McDonald's. This time, we didn't receive nuggets, before we are missing the fries, or the soda was wrong or wrong burger 🤦. It just happens that this is the only one near us. If not, we will not go to this branch.
Always missing something from my order or they don’t get it right. Even if there’s no cars they will ask you to park to the side I’ve waiting 25+ minutes or more for my order. Currently waiting in my car on the side for other part of my order! I missing one HAPPY MEAL, it’s been almost 30 minutes.
People are nice with great service at the front counter. It just takes forever to get ur food. Would be a 4 or 5 star place if they get faster
Shame on the owner and manager for failing their employees. They don't get paid enough to be honked at and yelled because they have 1 chef making the food. The staff is kind and patient even after receiving negative complaints for the wait time. This is supposed to be fast food. What the he'll happened to McDonald's. Don't think that because you franchised McDonald's secures your wealth. Your greedy for not having the adequate number of staff. If it wasn't for us who don't want to cook or eat unhealthy you wouldn't have a location.
Ordering through the McDonald’s app is marketed as a time-saver. “Skip the line.” “Ready when you arrive.” But when orders aren’t prepared until the customer shows up, those promises collapse. The result? No faster than ordering at the counter. If mobile orders are only triggered upon arrival, the app isn’t a convenience tool—it’s a digital placeholder. That’s not just inefficient; it’s misleading. Either honor the promise by prepping ahead, or be transparent about the wait. Because delay dressed up as efficiency isn’t convenience. It’s a broken expectation.
This McDonald’s made me park in a reserved drive-thru spot and wait 30 minutes… for 10 nuggets. Not a huge order. Just 10 nuggets. If you’re going to make people pull forward, at least bring the food out fast. Waiting half an hour for something that should take a few minutes is crazy.
Today I order 20 piece chicken nuggets and 2 big Macs. And the chicken nuggets taste like roten eggs and the big Macs dindt have no meat just one. and they took more than 30 minutes for my food. And I complain they didn't let me have a refund. And I counted the chicken nuggets and there were only 14 chicken nuggets. And this is the worst experience in this location I would not recommend to people come to this location.
I've experienced issues with my charge, and the general manager's employees often seem unwelcoming and lacking in positivity. The manager could improve by focusing on staff training and promoting a more supportive work environment. Too many bad reviews here - it's an embarrassing reputation. Meh
Either the workers are purposely bad at their jobs or something is wrong. Had to retake my order at the window (which is totally fine) but the girl at the window had an attitude and got it wrong the second time. Wrong sauce, no extra fries, and a terrible face. You'd think they dont get paid to do their job. Go anywhere else.
They got my order wrong when i told them the girl from the window and other one were touching my food with out gloves also i order a 2 sides of spicy pepper sauce they only give me one with little nothing when i ask for the other one the manager Araceli didn’t wanted to give it to me even thought i paid for it. This is not the first time i have a problem with this McDonald they are always getting the orders wrong and when you told them they got mad.
Order my food ahead of time and park on curbside. They always take a long time. They prioritize drive-through. What’s the point in ordering online ahead of time? They should just remove curbside period.
Horrible experience. Like 15 employees working and my order still took a long time. People who ordered after me got theirs faster and it was absolutely horrendous. They also didn't do anything other than 2 people did actual work. Didn't have any other option rather than iced tea or lemonade? Horrible lemonade btw.
So they get everyone parked on the mobil orders and then get every meal together enside like 7-8 different ones to take them out all at once. Htf does that work? So peple order at the sane dan time. No you holding people up to no walk outside more then once or your jut to slow that every car gets parked
Horrible service went this morning. Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches. They took 40 minutes for my order to be taken out to me in dine in. This is unacceptable, explained to the manager in charge. I been waiting for 40 minutes for my order. She gave me an attitude said she said has other people with more orders than me. So technically I’m not a priority. I don’t understand how is it my problem. I been waiting for 40 minutes. I wasn’t offered nothing for the inconvenience or an apology for the delay. On top of the 40 minutes she made me wait another 5 minutes. Other orders before me were handed sooner than mine. It’s not like ordered 20 sandwiches. It was only 3 sandwiches You shouldn’t be in charge if you don’t know how to treat your customers. I won’t be coming ever again lost my business. She needs to be held accountable get more training she doesn’t understand the principle of treating customers with respect. So if you want a horrible service don’t go in the morning to have breakfast.
Every time i come here they take for ever, the app does not help to hurry things up. My order is always wrong or incomplete. Worst Mcdonalds ever.
What a surprise… another absolutely horrible experience picking up from this location. I recommend to anyone planning on ordering even a simple small order of fry, don’t… you might wait there 30 +min MINIMUM!!! Every single time I go to this McDonald’s I get the order messed up, items missing, ridiculously long wait time and absolutely zero customer service.
Horrible service. Waited 40 mins for a burger and frappe. Went to ask for help and a manager but was ignored and barely helped. My burger was missing cheese and my frappe was missing Oreo crumbles that I had requested on the app. Never will I go to this McDonald’s again. I rather drive 15 extra minutes to go to the further one from me and I probably would still get my food faster from them.
I ordered an online order before 10:30am. It was ordered about 10 minutes before, and I arrive to be told they no longer have breakfast and can’t make the order. What is the point of ordering online if it its not going to be made anyways. I’ve always had problems at this location. Takes forever to receive the food, they’re missing items, they don’t give you the condiments you ask for etc. It’s always an issue. This place sucks.
Ordering curbside was a nightmare, order was canceled twice, had to order in the store kiosk. Orange juice seemed watered down incredibly…
Their system is always down at night. The application lets you order. But in the drive through is telling you their system is down. Somebody needs to take a look at their management because you're not doing a good job. sep 26 2025 3:50am
Today I went to this location for some food and when I went in a lady was mopping the ground but the smell of the water was old and moldy and when I had made my order flies were flying all over the food and on top of that the order had took a hour for 2 SANDWICHES very unprofessional I asked about my food and didn’t get a reply from anyone at the desk for another 20 minutes after sitting for a combined 1 hour and 30 mins
Tried to make a phone order but the manager who was working during 6pm refused to take my order, only if I made a huge order. I tried to explain my reason why I couldn't do it online & how I was limited on time because my mother was coming out of dialysis & the little time I would have to spend my mother & the manager coldly refused. I can see why this location has such a low rating due to poor management for its costumers.
I’m really disappointed with this service my kids was hungry and went to this branch for 7 chicken sandwiches after I drive home I find the sandwiches are burned like the picture . Unfortunately my kids was so hungry they eat bits of the chicken I live far to go back to return it to the restaurant . I hope they can respect the customer more than that
I door dashed almost $100 in food for my family and I didn’t even receive half of my order!! I called the store and they told me that they couldn’t even offer me a credit! It happens every time I order here!! Subpar quality. They need to reevaluate and hire some new staff because the staff there was C Team at best.
picking between wattaburrger, taco bell and mcdonals we went to mcdonals in nolana, worst service ever, 3 to 5 minutes to get a just a coke they took the burgers and they forgot the cokes around 8 people working there and nobody ask you if needed something with clients standing in front of the desk by the time we stand up to get our cokes the food was already cold....,the floor and tables were very dirty and the most important of all, the fries were almost burn those are not mcdonals signature fries... I would like to say never againg....
Really bad experience..went to pick up an order and the meat super raw blood coming out really disappointed..and manager giving an attitude like if it was my fault of what they did wrong.. I went thru the reviews and iam not the only one with raw food this is something serious I feel nauseated and stomach ache I think I have food poisoning
The worst I swear, I’m seriously done going to this place. When you order your food it would be nice to get some good fries my kids always need up getting the worst fries. I know it’s a small box for the happy meals but when we even order xtra fries we still the worst so here I go ordering a medium size to think maybe I’ll get them better ones. The WORST even old and cold ones on the bottom. I hate it that one little thing they can’t do right. Again the worst McDonald’s
They took over 15 minutes to bring the entire order. Then they got the order wrong and a girl with braces was rude and unapologetic. She made excuses and just said they were short-staffed. They also forgot my side salads. Then, girl with braces said they were "making" them. The picture shows one of them that they threw together. There were no utensils nor salad dressing. Very disappointed.
