2/5/26 6:30pm-6:50pm Never have I had a bad experience at this Mc Donald’s. The young man at tbe first window was super friendly and courteous, however the girl at the second window (yamilet) which I was informed is the assistant manager has a terrible attitude. She gave me the first drink and as I was placing the first drink down she was already shoving the next drink to me I asked her to give me a moment and she rolled her eyes I asked her if she was okay? She said yeah why?? This lady with glasses was super impatient and mind you it wasn’t even busy at that time! Do better! I will be contacting management and corporate as well This assistant manager needs to be properly trained or maybe switch jobs if you can’t handle this position!

I’m a little older mind you , I WISH MCDONALDS WAS LIKE IT WAS BEFORE , friendly counter people willing to help . Now there’s a kiosk and NO ATTENDANTS AT COUNTER WHATSOEVER. I waited there 5 min . And nobody cared to ask to take my order . So I just walked away . I don’t want to use the kiosk . So I guess that’s it for me . Well I’ll probably get healthier anyways ha!

Worst McDonald’s in history. Everything is Kiosk ordering now. They will not take your order at the counter anymore like other McDonald’s. This is straight discrimination on people that are tech illiterate. I do not recommend this place!!!!!

You can no longer speak to the cashier and tell them your order directly. Now you have to order on the screen they have, and then go to the cashier to pay in cash. I wanted the 2 sausage and egg McMuffins and the Big Breakfast with hotcakes. Something that use to take about 10 seconds now takes about 5 minutes to do. It pointless and a waste of time.

If you order in person or at the drive thru it’s usually okay. But if you are ordering through the mobile app triple check your order! We had items missing and they gave us medium fries even though we ordered large fries. Unfortunately wasn’t able to complain because we were on our lunch break and could waste the time. But they need to look at what they are packing more clearly as this isn’t the first time this has happened on a mobile app order for us. Update** Gave them a second chance and now they get 1 star. Forgot my second Apple pie and just looks like they threw my burger in the container and the container is even broken at the side. THIS LOCATION NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

I am a regular customer, and a bald manager with a nose ring gave me my order. I think his name was Paul. I had asked for extra sauces since it was a big order, and he gave me a nasty look and attitude. I have never had this problem before with any other managers. He seems to always be in a bad mood when I go. Horrible customer service. He should be fired.

I keep track of my reviews. For deleting my honest review to manipulate your rating, you get the lowest stars possible. Interesting location with the double arches. Nicest McD I've seen, and they were all remodeled. Clean interior and exterior. Good service. Decent parking when I went (early dinner). The food here is like any other McD that's operated properly; you know what you'll get. The Grimmace shake meal was good but this location was charging more than other locations; I had to pay a 50% premium and it had to be a meal lol ridiculous, but at least this location still had some left. I bought the 2nd to last shake for the day (ran out of syrup). Is there any McD that actually fills up the large fries?!?!?!!!! Every McD I've been to fills them up less than half way, this location isn't an exception.

The thin male manager kept ignoring me as I waited for over 15mins for him to take my order. He favored the drive-thru window customers more. After he noticed that there were 3 more people in line behind me, is when he decided to take my order and had a horrible attitude as well. He needs to go through training all over again or get replaced. Thumbs down.
