I had a couple of coupons and had a hard time applying it to my order via kiosk inside and Yolanda was so complimentary and accommodating, managing the windows, cook and the line of orders that came in the door. She had a air of professionalism thst made me feel competent she knew EXACTLY what she was doing, I would recommend this del taco to anyone who wants sure service with a friendly smile! I will be coming back in the future!!

I will not go back. I went through the drive-through and ordered 2 fish taco meals for my daughter and I. When I got to the window to pay, my card wouldn't go through even though I had ample funds, so I had to pay with cash that i needed for the following day. The price was $15.00 per meal and was enough to feed a toddler. No kidding, the 2 tacos were about 5 inches in diameter and skimpy on the filings, and the fries were a tiny amount in a bag 4 inches big and not filled to the top. After spending $15.00 on a meal, I should not still be hungry! At least the flavors were good even though the food was luke warm. The guy at the window was tolerable but far from nice, friendly, or welcoming, which are all attributes I would expect from a service worker. The window was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned ever. I left and had to go to the bank to withdraw the cash I spent here. It was a burden I wasn't anticipating.

Their is a leak from the ceiling, and they don't put a bucket under the drop, just a slippery floor sign. The chili cheese fries are way overpriced. The bathroom smells like mildew. And they no longer have the best thing on the menu; a spicy chicken jack quesadilla.

The service was good, the food was good the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, after I ordered my meal, my eyes wandered to the registers and the plexiglass dividers that were at the counter. I couldn't help but notice the amount of grime and dirt that were on the corners or them. A good cleaning would do it some justice, but hey, who am I to notice this... It makes you wonder how clean the food prep area is... 🤔🤔🤔

Came here for first time to try their food. Got a kids meal with burger fries milk and toy for $6...I also got a flatbread taco and the bite size donut? ...total was around $12...the taco was ok, the donuts reminded me of the super donut but wayyy more oil and sugar on outer side but the worst was the burger...the bread was dry and basically expired, the meat was dry and disgusting ...my son took a few bites then complained...hes 3 and knew something wasnt right...if i had went anywhere else i wouldve gotten better fast food for less...gave 2 stars because taco wasnt bad and they had a play place.

The food was cold and the chicken tasted old. Never ever going back there. It was a complete waste of money. Customer service was also horrible. We also waited for over 25 minutes and were the only ones there!

Been in line for almost 30 minutes our order was taken over 20 minutes ago. There was 2 cars in front of us. This is RIDICULOUS. HOW IS THIS FAST FOOD? IM PEEVED. This is ridiculous. 10-15 minutes PER CAR?????? is NOT normal.

I ordered 3 soft tacos no cheese. And they decided to add tomato’s. We went back in again asked for no tomatoes and they just gave us the taco with just meat and didn’t even put the lettuce. Not to mention you can barely hear them through their speakers when you’re ordering. Do not come here at all. Very much bad service and they don’t listen to what you really wanted to order. My order is so simple just the meat and lettuce nothing else.

I drove a total of 80 miles to get here because I had a craving for Del Taco's strawberry shake. (What can I say, it's distinctly better than other fast food strawberry shakes.) I had ordered it on their app and it showed up as available, but when I came up to the window I was told to cancel the order because they don't have it. Funnily enough, I got the same speech at a Del Taco all the way in SoCal. Is this their version of "the ice cream machine is broken" that McDonald's is famous for? Sure seems like it. I got carne asada fries and it's the worst version I've ever had, compared to other Del Taco locations. The meat tasted weird like beef jerky. The fries were too soft and mushy. The guacamole tastes like it's a day old left in the fridge with no lid. Completely inexcusable considering the $10.99 price. The best version I ever tasted was only $7.99 at a SoCal location. I also got the epic burrito with guac and the bad guac taste as described above is making eating it feel like a chore. Never going to come to this location again.

If I could give no stars I would. I am traumatized after eating here. I got fish tacos and was extremely disappointed. I bit down and felt something as I pulled it out of my mouth it was a straw wrapper balled up. I don't understand how a straw wrapper got into the slaw of my taco. It's trash so how did it end up in there. I will NEVER eat at Del Taco again.

I don't come here often, and after doing errands I went there to pick up some chicken tacos and a chicken burrito. When I got home I opened the bag and saw this. 1st the tacos were swimming in sauce, almost no lettuce and only one piece of chicken with few little crumbs of chicken that most likely was from the bottom left over cooked chicken. The tortilla on the burrito had mold. Also, they didn't give me my receipt but I have payment record thru my credit card. So not worth coming here, I'm so disappointed and disgusted.
