Food was fresh and hot. The burger was cooked well, buns were soft, and toppings tasted fresh. Fries were crispy and not overdone. Everything was packed properly and the order was exactly how it was requested. Service was quick and the place was clean. Good, consistent fast-food experience.

I decided on Burger King because I haven't been to BK in a while. I stopped in to grab a burger at 8:00 p.m. and restaurant is clean! Ordering went well with a little communication problem. The double Whopper is as good as I remember it. The fries were outstanding. Everything was hot and fresh.

AUG 29, 2025 I have 2 coupons. The one that expires today August 29, 2025 is for $6.49. The other one that expires October 11 is for $6.99. Same food deal. Oh well. I guess all good things come to an end. It was a good run. It was busy today, but the service was quick. The flame-grillers were working hard. So was Jesus. The burgers and fries were freshly cooked. Hot and good. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews! I'll be coming back.... even if I have to pay a little bit more.

Stopped by Burger King for a quick lunch and honestly had a way better experience than I expected. The food was solid, and the service was quick. But what really stood out to me was how clean everything was. The dining area was spotless, floors looked freshly mopped, and even the bathrooms were super tidy (which is rare at most fast food spots). I happened to catch the name of the janitor on his name tag “Heybor”and I just want to give credit where it’s due. You can tell he actually cares about his job. He was moving around efficiently, checking on things, and keeping the place in great shape without being in the way. So yeah, props to Burger King for the good food, but extra props to Heybor for keeping the place feeling clean and comfortable. Small details like that make a big difference.

Probably one of my best experiences at a burger king ever. Maria the manager was so Helpful explaining costs and explaining menu items. Food was freakishly fast, but amazingly good. Fries were hot and full of flavor. This will be the only location I visit if I'm in town, and they need to give Maria raise!!

I really appreciate the people working at this location. I go once a week or so and they always notice my nails or new hair style. The service is fast and accurate. I love the fries! Just the perfect amount of salt. I will return and I highly recommend.

I recently visited this Burger King, and overall, it was a solid experience! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected from a classic BK. The Whopper was well-prepared, and the fries were crispy and salted just right. The staff was friendly and handled my order quickly, even though it was pretty busy at the time. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the dining area could have been a bit cleaner. A couple of tables were left uncleaned, and the soda machine area was a little sticky. But otherwise, it was a good visit, and I’d definitely come back for another quick, tasty meal. This captures the positive aspects while still acknowledging an area for improvement. Would you like to adjust anything?

Food was great once I got the correct order. They had a big order for 22 whoppers come in while I was ordering mine. The mix up is understandable since it was nothing but whoppers so I mentioned it to them and they immediately fixed it

Went to get a whopper and a cheese burger along with some fries, the person that took my order was nice and patient with me she doesn't rush me at all or didn't insult me or my stutter. Everything was hot and fresh including the fries, but the only thing that I didn't like was that the fries had too much salt compared to how much salt was on them on other days.

I order two whopper jr with two small fries for $4.32. They came out quick [11/9/2021] ordered a drive through pick up order, she gave away the order to the car in front. She messes up my order every time I go. [10/27/2021] two ladies working. Expect long wait time. Ordered at 6:41 pm and received the order at 7:07 pm for dine in order. I went home and a $2.69 large onion ring was missing. Stupid T-Mobile Tuesday coupon. Let’s not go to Burger King anymore. It is stupid. This isn’t worth it. BK corporate had coupon going. Disaster.

In the pass month I gone her few and see some crazy stuff like employee cleaning and try to make food without gloves.Or even washing hands. The other incidents was no one standing at the front counter food made center for ten minutes, waiting for them just to put fries in the food in a bag. The atmosphere is okay, but it seems like they have changed management or even owners.And it's going downhill fast

Drive through service is bad, they don’t confirm the orders and just give it. My delivery order was stolen twice because they didn’t check if the delivery driver confirm the order.

All I have to say is this - JUST DO BETTER BURGER KING!!!! I dont get it. It's not that hard. It's an already prebaked cookie... Maybe the 550° bake temp for 3 hours is a tad too long. I broke a nail trying to break a piece off. Also, the Large Mountain Dew I didn't order was not a great substitute for my Iced Tea. Now about my French fries.... Not receiving them at all would've been better than the unacceptable way they left your restaurant! Couldnt bite into it. Just the worst meal I've honestly had. I'll definitely not be back to this location. Ohhh... The chicken sandwich had no cheese which I paid extra for, the lettuce was brown and intermittent. I ADVISE TO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

This was my first time at Burger King, and I was extremely disappointed. They were indifferent and rude to customers. I couldn't understand why they were selling items they didn't have, and even after I paid for the extra items, they refused to refund me. They were like thieves, stealing my money. I will never eat at Burger King again.

This place sucks. I stood there for 5min waiting to get service and the lady with the braces decided to help here door dash buddy that was behind me first and then has a casual conversation with him instead of helping the customer. Wouldn't hurt my feelings to see this establishment disappear.

I arrived there and ordered my food thru kiosk and waited, this was in the morning 10 minutes went buy nothing and then 15 min and at 20min I asked Anthony how much longer it would take and he said they just started making the fries ( I am sorry if I am being demanding but it is taking way to long could I please have my money back) Anthony said rudely sure if dont want to wait no apology or anything. Poor customer service.

The lady was nice but when I told her the tater tots were so salty they would give my son kidney stones she told me she would make me a fresh batch. I can tell they aren’t fresh cause they got super hard and tasted the same. I usually go to the one near my house but homeless people made it unsanitary. Guess this is a sign to stop coming to get this unhealthy junk anyways

Horrible customer service. Instead of helping customers the employee was outside playing in the snow. I asked to use the bathroom and "Maria the manager" said the bathroom was clogged, i told them i just needed to wash my hands, when another employee in Spanish said "just make something up" I guess they figured they were the only people in the world who spoke Spanish.

ordered online, but when I got to the drive thru they couldn't find my order. They didn't have coke zero as ordered and it took three times to get a drink without ice. I had to specifically ask for a napkin to to wipe the coke off the outside of the cup.

Im at uber eats driver and this is the only place they dont do the order till you arrive! We end up waiting 10 mi uses when we could be out there making money. The guy with the name tag Heyboy is so rude. He needs a new job cause he sucks at this one

I’ve come to this location quite a few times now on my lunch since it is close to where I work and the service is good but there is always an unhoused person either in the lobby begging or sleep at one of the tables. Last time it was a lady begging, this time it’s a man asleep having nightmares making noises. So I sat on the other side of the restaurant only for him to wake up and start complaining that someone “stole” his phone while he was asleep inside this fast food restaurant having nightmares. I wouldn’t recommend bringing any children to this location. I was creeped out so I could only imagine.

There was a suspicious person in tattered clothing leaning on the fountain drink station, not getting off. He had a beverage from another fast food establishment. That made me feel uncomfortable . This whole city block is a dump, and the whopper was...edible, to say the least. It felt like I was eating dog food. I don't even like bk anymore (or any fast food in general), but I only came here because they were running a 6 dollar deal for a quick fix (I didn't have time to cook today). Maybe I should've forked up the extra 15 bucks on some Kung Pao sichuan chicken at the Chinese plaza.

Hands down one of the worse Burger Kings I've ever been to. I worked at one as a 16 year old kid and can tell you they don't care. The fries were barely cooked and the whopper was terrible. I threw it in the trash. Stay away, go somewhere else. Fire this crew.

Didn’t get HALF my order and what was in the bag was wrong. They refused to refund me for the food that I didn’t receive and offered coupons instead. Why would I ever want to eat here again? Poor customer service, poor food handling, basically stealing money.
