When I drive up to the outdoor menu board, I am overwhelmed with the choices. My favorites include the hamburger or the hotdog with an amazing array of addons. Love the tots or the fries or onion rings. Don't even get me started with the drink choices. I think we could go there everyday for a month and still not try everything.

This particular visit exceeded expectations! Placed a large order. Jennifer made sure every detail was accurate & made a personal trip to my car to make sure I could get to my destination without items jostling/spilling.

I love my Sonic! The best sweet tea. Good, quick service. Energetic carrots. My food orders are always correct even with special instructions.

This is an okay Sonic. They don’t usually mess up my order, and their “soda mix” is good. However, it’s kind of difficult to get to; and it can be a pain to get out of when there’s a ton of traffic. Because of where it’s located there’s not really any way to fix that.

The younger generation of today are the workers at Sonic very courteous and friendly. and is simply the best. always! Not like the older groumpy people of yesterdays generation. The food is okay for a midnight snack.

I've been coming here for a long time, as I've been in the area since the late '70's, and to this day, I can't think of a bad experience at this location. The service and food is always good and on time.

My burger was fantastic, they changed the meat patties awhile back and I love it. The meat isn't wafer thin and the buns don't swallow the patty like some other very popular burger joints. My fries were hot and crisp, perfect! I ate at Sonic when I was young, from Jr High through college and got away from eating there other than an occasional shake or soft serve ice cream. I tried Sonic about two years ago and I really enjoy it! If you haven't been to Sonic lately give it a try.

The Carhop, Jen, was so sweet and attentive. Her smile showed in her eyes as she spoke. You never know what a smile will do. I had just come from making funeral arrangements. I needed a soothing smile. Thank you Jen. The food was delicious too!

I love Sonic because it is so convenient with curbside service. The drinks are great and half price from 2 pm to 4 pm. They also have half price specials on food at night. Service is fast and courteous. Great place to stop!

They put my original order in and then changed it to another type of food for some inexplicable reason. This was the explanation I was given. Maybe it was a slip of the fingers or they were trying to change another similar order and got them confused? Ordinarily I think reviewing fast food is Kind of petty. Honestly I'm just bored now. The food was delicious and the hiccup in service wasn't that big of a deal. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes

A couple of weeks ago they gave me the wrong order. I didn't realize it until I returned to the office. Alex from Sonic was very polite on the phone and told me he would replace my order free of charge. Went back today and he remembered who I was and took care of my order.

Most Sonic experiences are the same old, same old and sometimes the food can be subpar, but this experience had a sweet server and warm, fresh food. Thankful for that crew that day!

This location has easy access and a large number of slots to accommodate many customers simultaneously, in addition to a few outdoor picnic tables adjacent to the building. The ordering screens are large and viewable. Ordering was easy and accurate. The food was cooked properly and delivered to the car hot. Service was great. I love the large selection of shakes available.

I eat here regularly. The staff is friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. I have never had an issue at this Sonic location. I often drive long distances just to frequent this location because of the quality of the food. The broccoli tots are so good.

Great food as always, drinks can be hit or miss at any Sonic but this one was on point tonight. Added bonus; The guy that took our order had a very chill demeanor and spoke in a voice smooth like butter, made for radio. Awesome.

By far my favorite location 🥰🙌🏼 The morning staff is awesome!! All of the employees are in sure but mornings are super bubbly- also for the summer…… they have PICKLE FRIES!!!!!! I have been eating at this Sonic since I moved to Richardson over 18 years ago. Besides some cosmetic changes to keep the place "fresh" the food has remained the same. Phenomenal! And it is just so CLEAN! The servers are genuine and make certain you have all the condiments and things you need. And if you like your tray in the car and make a big mess, just push the red button and someone will skittle out to pick it up for you. Make certain to sign up for all the great offers and be sure and use a Sonic Card when paying. Free burgers, text alerts, you name it! Yesterdays feast was just so good! Large onion rings! Giant cheese-burger and a large DIET coke with watermelon flavor. Mmmmmmmm good eating!

We came 20 minutes till close and got a few milkshakes. They were so nice and even though they made a mistake the manager was extremely professional and kind. They took good care of us and made it right!

I absolutely love this location! The staff and management, I believe his name is Steven, are beyond customer oriented and friendly! My food is always fresh and my daughter loves how her grilled cheese sandwich is always hot and perfectly cheesy! THANK YOU STEVEN AND STAFF!

Just grabbed some cheese sticks. Very hot. And a cold Cherry Limeade to washed it down. Staff was nice and the order was on spot.

Been to this location quite a few times. Order has always been correct and prepared fairly quick. My only complaint is that portions are always small for the price.

I receive consistently good service at this Sonic location. The food is good and the location seems clean. If you're in the mood for a corndog or tots I recommend this Sonic.

Popular chain of drive-in or drive-thru fast food. This location at Custer just north of 15th in Plano has good car hop service, experienced many various times and seasons. Restroom is clean, which is a good indicator of general facility.

Reasonable fast food place. No complaints. Employees are nice. I tip some of my changes since I’m used to doing it when it was popular back in the day. I don’t really know if it is still a thing now. The food is standard for fast food. Never any issues here.

This is a clean place with quick service. I love the burgers and tots. The drinks are generous. The best shakes and malts are make quickly and brought to your car. This place is perfect for social distancing, everyone stays in their own car!

The drinks are amazing. The only thing we have had to stay on top of, is making sure we get the cheese that goes with their delicious pretzel. Not just at one Sonic, but at several locations. But when pointed out they all go over and above to make it right.

Still can't resist stopping by for happy hour when I'm out running errands. I love all of the different kinds of unsweetened tea. Plus they have my favorite kind of ice. Sometimes, it's the little things that brighten you day. Don't forget to tip your car hop, like you would any other server.

One of the screens was not functioning properly, forcing me to choose a different parking place. Not a big deal. but would have been good to have a sign saying it was out of order. Possible they were unaware of the problem until I informed the carhop. Otherwise, the food was good. Met expectations for Sonic fast food. Temp was good and service was fairly quick.

The wait time was longer at this location but the customer service was great. Despite how busy it was,the orders moved swiftly and they had a lot of staff to accommodate.

It is a good place to get a LOT of drink. Route 44s are lifesavers. Breakfast is great here. Dont get things that seem iffy. Because they are.

This location is about the same as others. The service was fast they got the order right also. I had the chicken wrap grilled with fries. The fries were ok luke warm. The wrap was decent. I would come to this location again.

Between my self and my siblings me and my family easily come to this location 10x a week and some weeks push 20. Lately I come by after getting off work at 9 and several times it's been closed early or I've gone to multiple stalls to order and simply not even gotten an answer through the things. I don't know whether the stalls are broken and I just manage to get unlucky in that I go to the ones that are but either the equipment or the employees need to be fixed cause given how inexpensive the food is I always tip more than 100% and it kind of feels like a slap I'm the face to not even be able to get service on the nights when it hasn't been closed early and every franchise has the same mozzarella sticks. Maisy and Amelia are great but half the staff literally walks away when I try to give them a cash tip like they don't have money to make. Some people hustle hard up there but others don't seem to care at all.

Tried the new chicken wraps and it was a no for me. The flavors were not good and the grease used to fry the food needs to replaced often enough where the food doesn't absorb too many other flavors which resulted in a disgusting flavor on the chicken.

Haven't had a problem with food or speed. And drinks were okay in the past. But I went during happy hour today and ordered a route 44 and large drink, both had 3/4 of the cup full of ice. Very disappointed in our drinks, which we were looking forward to since it was happy hour!

The food is always good at this location, but the service outweighs it completely. The workers are nice they are not the problem, the problem is that they are so understaffed everything takes forever. Today I ordered online two items at 4:05 and did not get my food until 4:55 even though I ordered it for ASAP. Several screens were glitching so I had to try four different spots until I could mark on the app I had arrived. To get my food I had to go outside my car and talk to an employee who was technically off the clock who had to step in (she was great and very nice, didn’t get her name but she was a pretty black girl around 18 years old). Do not come to this location unless you have a lot of time to kill.

I pulled in last evening between 9:30pm and 9:45pm and ordered an Oreo/Reeses shake. It came out promptly and the carhop was very curteous and polite. About 11pm I began to sweat profusely, vomit and cramp. It was clear that I had food poisoning. I did not notice anything odd about the shake I consumed, but can only guess that with whipped topping and add-ins, it could have been difficult to detect. I had an early supper yesterday afternoon, so I have ruled out that meal causing my issue. I am not lactose intolerant. The only conclusion that I can come up with is that the machine needs to be emptied and cleaned and it was the tail-end of their business day when I ordered my treat. I have never had an issue at Sonic, but I hope that no one else does either moving forward.

I ordered food to take home. When I got home, the chicken strips had no dipping sauce even though I ordered it with the chicken strips. There was also no ketchup for the fries and no mustard for the corn dog, but the biggest disappointment was no sauce for the chicken, as I specifically asked for BBQ sauce. That tells me that they just don't care about their customer. The young lady that brought our order was friendly; the only reason for the 2 **s for service.

It’s good, but slow and the food was cold and nothing was filled full it was all half empty. Server was nice but the atmosphere was not clean or welcoming. They also forgot part of my meal and had a long wait time.

I waited 15 minutes past the stated pickup time. I had checked in with the stall immediately on arrival and had visual confirmation that my order was checked in for that stall. After waiting so long, I finally had to get out and wave down a server, she was clearly stressed and overloaded but trying to be polite. She said someone would check. A few minutes later a 2nd server delivered the food with an attitude saying that I wasn't checked in and offered no path to remedy the situation. I would have take a simple apology that they are having system issues. I got attitude, which implies they either don't care about the problem, the customer waiting, or what that extra 15min waiting past the stated pickup time might have cost others down stream - Which it nearly did. Sonic needs to have better pick-up processing, this issue shouldn't be possible. They need servers who aren't being put under such terrible stressful conditions. I give them the benefit of doubt here that it's Sonic who isn't giving them what they need on multiple levels for this situation to be handled this badly. I sympathize for anyone feeling stuck there. I will never order Sonic again from this or any location. There are too many better options than to deal with their clearly broken corporate ethos.

The chicken strip snack was horrible and not up to this Sonic's usual standards. They were hard, flat, small, and dried out like they had been under the heat lamp all day! Not fresh cooked chicken steps at all. Asked for two honey mustard and only got one. Disappointing experience!!

The manager screamed at my 2yo son and I while we sat in o car with the incorrect food so we just left. My other review got taken down, censorship at its finest. Go Google Go! The only thing I hope for while writing this review is that corporate sends a training team to train management on how to treat customers correctly. And if you have read this far, avoid this location. Go to the Coit location just south of George Bush. The manager there is VERY NICE, he is VERY UNDERSTANDING, maybe he should train your team?

Ordered they Uber. They didn’t include my sauces or ketchup despite me asking specifically. Then once I called the store he stated “I could’ve sworn we put the sauces in there!” As if I were lying. Previous time, same location. I want a Jr Burger which i have been ordering for 20 plus years and they say they can only ring it up as a jr deluxe and do mustard ketchup pickle only but its almost double the cost. Maybe I am being cheap but Sonic shouldnt be twice as much for an item and have 12$ combos one day and not the other. Ring this stuff up consistently. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!

Been going to this place now for the 3rd time and there is always something. The rudeness of them staff is unbelievable. I ordered no meat burrito just veggies and eggs and they got it wrong and when I tried to get it fixed the manager’s answer was « you said no meat ». I was lost at that point. Second issue, my card works everywhere on earth except with this specific sonic, I said just tap it or insert it. Their answer: you need a new card. Then, I said « you can have the order back then ». His response: « If you want it for free, you can keep the drink ». I said « nope I don’t want the order for free, you can take back everything. » So rude, if you guys don’t want to be there find some else to do. Clients don’t have to go through this. Seriously . . . So mean.

The worst place you can go!. Terrible customer service. Today I went with my 2 years old to get a strawberry shake. Only that! and I waited for 20 minutes. After that called again to ask what was going on with my order and the guy say that my order didn't go through. When I heard that I got really upset and disappointed that I left. When I was leaving the girl came with the shake but at that point I didn't want it. My 2 years old was crying because of that!!! I check my card and they charge me for it. Please go somewhere else. Tonight was definitely not my best experience at Sonic. I spent a good 5 minutes placing a very specific food order. I wanted my hotdog toppings ON THE SIDE so they wouldn't get soggy before I got home with them. The gentleman read everything back to me as I had ordered, as did the carhop when she came out, so I left without checking it, assuming my order was correct. Stupid me, but it took forever to get the food to begin with. When I got home, I realized that they had added all of the toppings to the hotdog, and everything was a mess. I wouldn't normally post about something like this, but I spent $30 on this trip, and expected to get my order correct. Tip to self...next time check the order BEFORE LEAVING!! It would have been a great rating had they just gotten that ONE THING CORRECT!!

Made a mobile order and in person order at 8:50. It’s currently 10:26 and we have told the workers a total of 8 times my order. The girl took a photo of my receipt and it has been 40 minutes since then. That was the third time. We ordered mozzarella sticks, fries and four drinks. It’s 10:28 and I got a refund and no food. We ordered 2 blasts and 1 shake the shake was milky at best and no cherry. The blasts were about 1 inch below the rim of the cup and didn't have any of the extra stuff we paid for.

I don’t leave reviews very often, but my experience here was awful I am so sorry. I waited like 25 minutes for my food. I used the red button to see if there was something wrong with my anpp or something but nobody answered it, and then when I finally got my food and requested ketchup, the girl was like “uhhhh I mean I have this one in my pocket?” And left instead of offering to grab more. Idk it was just a very lackluster experience and idk that I’d go back to this location because of it.

The people seem nice, but whoever is running their kitchen needs to look for a different job cause they suck at this one. I live nearby so if I'm in a rush this is an easy stop for food - but it's last on my list now because they have messed up every single one of my last 10 orders. Simple stuff like 'No Mayo' or 'No Lettuce' is apparently too much of a modification as somehow it's always wrong even if it's specified correctly on the receipt that they tape to the bag. If you're going here for drinks, you're probably fine, but if you are here for food you should avoid asking for anything different than what the menu says since they'll likely ignore your request if you do. I would believe it's just bad luck, but it's so consistent at this point it seems intentional. If I drive 20 minutes to a different sonic I don't have this issue so it's something with this location specifically. Go across the street to KFC - you're better off getting food there. (Yes, I am frustrated. I like sonic but I do not understand how this location operates so poorly)

I have been going to this sonic for years, never a problem. I went today and I ordered a breakfast meal but said no drink. The girl told me I had to order a drink it is part of the meal! I said "but I don't want one", she said "that's the point of a meal it comes with a drink so you have to order one". I said "No Thank you" and I will NEVER go back! I have ordered meals there before & have never been told I had to get a drink! I won't go back there ever again, I have never been treated so rudely for not ordering drink.

I ordered a soft pretzel and some pickle fries and they didn't bring me the ranch or cheese sauce for the order. So, I call back and ask for the sauces. 10 minutes later (as my food is getting cold) they FINALLY bring my sauces BUT MAKE ME PAY FOR THE SAUCE BECAUSE IT'S A "SECOND ORDER." These items come with sauces and they wouldn't give them to me without me paying for them. I will NOT be coming back here.

Yall, do NOT eat at this sonic location. We went to get some ice cream on Monday night 2/10/25 around 715pm and the lady taking our order just cut it short after we ordered one thing, but the most disturbing part was that we could see another lady making the hot fudge sundae and she had a cigarette hanging out of her mouth and I watched her stick her bare and likely dirty fingers in the ice cream or whip cream to pick something out of it. Totally disgusting and when we called them out and cancelled the order, the lady with the cigarette waved at us with a big smile on her face like we were the jerks. So completely gross and totally unprofessional.

They give you no sauce with your chicken strips. Zero. None. Even the guy working there was like Yeah it’s crazy I can’t believe they did that. I can understand wanting extra and charging but just not offering a Single one with a 5 piece chicken strips is just insane. I hope you like dry chicken. What a joke. It’s this kind of stuff that makes you never come back to a place.

Imagine waiting until 9am for Sonic to be open, pulling up to the drive thru kiosk, hitting the red button and waiting for 5 minutes without even an acknowledgement ... and there are no other cars in the stalls ... Visiting from out of town, every other Sonic I have been thru, someone acknowledges you, even when they're busy. I left and went to Whataburger.

Came to sonic and as I have 100 time I ordered a water with strawberry's, got to the screen and pressed the button to ask them to make my drink with sparkling water (because this is not a option on the app) normally this is a fairly painless process and they make the drink with sparkling water, as it's literally just water. But when I clicked the button at this sonic and told the lady I had an order before I could politely ask anything I was barked at and told my order was on the way. After I was given the chance to speak I asked, as I have hundreds of times, if I could have my drink with sparkling water and I was told no, that's a completely different thing then water, I asked if they can just make it sparking instead of still I was told no again, and you have to do that on the app, when I reminded the worker that isn't a option on the app she ended the chat over the system and just brought my water out with no solution to my problem. I'm truly at a loss on why this turned into be being attacked for something I've done many many times. I hope this doesn't happen again but I'll definitely be trying to avoid this sonic.

Ordered a burger that was supposed to come with Pickles, and I also ordered a side of pickles which they charge you for now! Needless to say they didn't put pickles in my burger so I got charged for pickles that they were supposed to put on my burger to begin with! Don't do mobile orders here. Placed a mobile app. Two drinks and one chicken strip wrap. After 20 minutes waiting they said it might be another 10 minutes wait but they really didn't know. The staff was just walking in circles inside clearly not managed. Just spinning in circles. They said they could not cancel the order and told me I had to call a 1800 number to get my payment back. I asked for my receipt and written documentstion that they did not fulfill the order. They brought me a receipt that they wadded up and retrieved from the trash! THEN the online complaint resolution said they could not refund my account because they couldn't read the receipt...the one damaged by their staff...the one attached for the public to see. Outrageous! Sad to see this American icon of a restaurant chain go down the toilet.

I'm pretty sick of getting cold food because they subsequently forget about me because they're too busy. I'm going to boycott this location going forward as I never have this problem at the 605 location just across 75.

That's really bad for the atmosphere, to others employees also for customers! A manager can lost the position for allowing this bad behavior! Next time I'll informed to main office.

I live next door to this location and have so for the last couple of years. Everything I have come here it has been terrible, even for a McDonald's. The staff has always been very rude, not once have they been kind in the slightest. I asked the lady tonight how she was doing and she just glared at me. They often get my orders wrong almost without fail each time. Bottom line if you're in this area and want McDonald's just go to the one off park and Ohio. At this location they won't mock you for being cognitively slow due to low blood sugar either. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy Burger from this place, and I was really disappointed. When I opened it, I noticed a slice of tomato in the burger that was clearly rotten—molded, and smelled off. It completely ruined the meal for me. Fresh ingredients are the bare minimum I expect when ordering food. Definitely not ordering from here again!

I order at drive Thur get to the window pay .I get to my job open it and in the bag the raisins and apples are not in their instead i.have hotcake syrup! So now I got no raisins or apples for the the oatmeal. This is not the first time they've screwed up my order. I have learned my lesson I will NOT be back. If you're ordering check your order before you leave or you will be sorry.

They gave us a half filled mcflurry and asked if it was okay. When told "no, can we please get a refund" they rolled their eyes at us. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. They did the order bump, where they said they delivered it to not mess up their metrics and then we had to go inside. Our sandwiches were burned, fries were cold, they gave my daughter a lightyear toy. Lightyear came out TWO years ago! She wanted the inside out 2 toy. Corporate needs to clean house at this location.

Mobile ordered breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, and a coffee this morning. Checked in with curbside at 10:14, waited 30 minutes and joined the drive thru line, got to the drive thru and the lady told me to go back to curbside and they’ll have it figured out. So, I did that and waited another 5-8 minutes and decided to go inside and figure out what was going on. Did not want to do this since I had my dog with me. Got inside and they let me know that their system was done for mobile orders; the drive through window can see out where curbside is so for the workers to see and not check on curbside orders is disappointing. After this, the manager said they would get started on my order. At this point, I had been waiting for 55 minutes- I asked for a refund. To have waited 55 minutes, the best thing the manager could’ve done was just go ahead and refund the money and still offer the food but they did not. Highly disappointed.. probably the worst McDonalds I’ve been to.

Wow this was the most disgusting cheeseburger I got today. Both of the burgers were disgusting. Of course I couldn't eat it. The buns were pressed down. They were crushed, flat, the burger was very very disturbing looking. They were barely any toppings other than dried cheese and lots of ketchup. Absolutely do not recommend this place! It looked and tasted nasty!

It was not very clean for a brand new establishment lots of things dirty behind the counter. The wait was ridiculous for McDonald's. One lady came in who had a large order and had only got her Coke, she had been waiting a long time. I had used my app and usually my wait is less than 5 minutes at any given location however people came in and ordered after me and got their things first as I waited in the pick up line. The young man at the counter did verify my order number pretty quickly upon arrival and said my order would be up shortly. Well several minutes later, a Door Dasher arrives, waits, gets irritated and her order took a while longer as well. It didn't seem as if any adults were around to manage and make sure the usual McDonald's flow occurred. So I finally get my order and I check for everything only to find my cheeseburger missing the burger! I contacted to corporate office who responded via email there was nothing they could do! Even for McDonald's that's simply unacceptable. We don't go all the time, more like when I'm on a time pinch but that pinch money can be spent elsewhere.

Lady at the window very rude!! They asked me to pull up for my order , well they missed some items and my son found a bone on his chicken nuggets happy meal ! Terrible experience.

Everytime we come. Incompitance even with manager. Paided for a meal and a shake. Waited the no shake. Asked about the shake and said the machine was broken (why let me order it then?) And offered a smoothie but I said a large drink would be fine. The manager refunded the shake with the cashier. I asked what about the large drink, I was told to get back in line and order one. Really?! Once i got my drink the food was cold. Worst service and were grown adults behind the register and not kids.
