I recently visited Wingstop and had an amazing experience. The wings were incredibly delicious, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. The variety of flavors offered is fantastic, catering to all taste preferences. Service was quick, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. Additionally, I have serviced the refrigeration units at Wingstop, and I can confidently say that management strictly adheres to cleanliness, food quality, and preservation standards. Their commitment to maintaining high standards ensures that every meal is safe and delicious. Overall, Wingstop exceeded my expectations with its tasty wings, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and a welcoming atmosphere.
I really love this Wingstop location for a lot of reasons. Everyone here complains about how the service is bad and why it is not good in there. But I disagree and blame the customers. People like Tia and Juan that work there are extremely kind and cared for my order. And believe me, I'm saying this unbiased because I've worked at this Wingstop before (for 2-3 months), and everyone here is down to earth. So thank you Tia and Juan for making it a good place!
This Wingstop location is always on top of their game. I go to this location quite often and never had any problems. The food is always cooked perfectly. Like other restaurants, when they are super busy and under pressure, they tend to make mistakes with orders, but not this location. Even when it’s hectic (especially at night), the workers are always nice and respectful. They keep the dining area and the fountain drink/napkin counter clean and organized.
I will say this place is really overpriced. I've only tried this place once back in 2011 when I was a kid now trying out for the second time it's not great not awful Just overpriced very salty food
On Saturday I came here with my buddies to eat after the Canelo fight, walked In the restaurant and It was only maybe 4 people waiting inside. We stood In front of the counter and the young guy said It's faster to order online using the Wingstop app which Is true but there should always be a cashier up front placing the orders. I went ahead and ordered and my buddies got their food a bit faster than mine but we ordered at the same time. My order was the 15 boneless wings, atomic and buffalo flavored. I didn't get my order until 30 minutes when it said 14-19 minutes but the guy was nice and gave me a cup and I didn't order any drink. By then about 8 more orders were probably ahead of me. I did like his positive attitude and he joked about how he is always the last one to get his order when he eats out with his friends since I mentioned about that haha, very funny guy. So overall this location just needs to work on speed, better service, have a cashier up front and always best to greet customers when they walk in. Please stay open and serve food until midnight like advertised!
I hadnt been to wing stop in over 10 years due to bad service and food. Decided to give it another chance since it had been so long. Uh yeah..... Wings were good, I had Cajun and Hawaiian bbq. Fries weren't as good as they used to be. Would strongly recommend ordering ahead.
When I went to eat there I got food poisoning because the chicken was not fully cooked the chicken was chilly peper something like that and I have been sick for 3 days for now so im eating at a different wing stop and wing stop womp womp you made me have food poisoning
I ordered $40 worth of food online and it took about 1 hour to receive my order. I waited at Wingstop for 40-45 mins. All the chicken was lukewarm by the time I returned home and required microwaving. I don’t recommend ordering from here.
This is by far the worst resturant that I have been to in USA...they asked to wait 2 hours and after that came and said the order is not in the system..Plz stay away from this place..I beg you
So I got the fries from the Wing stop which is in Pleasanton and when I got my fries that was totally burn and I told them like hey your fries are burn can you guys please change that fires and then they said no all the fries are like this it’s always same so I recommend you guys don’t go at that location its Wild
Food worse than mid, frozen chicken wings, food took forever, no trash cans, overpriced and they couldnt read the order back to me
No trash cans inside, too expensive, waited for an hour, and it was more salty than my grandpas dih
Stopped in expecting a quick order, but was told I had to wait just to place my order because the two employees working were “too swamped” with delivery orders. Despite that, they spent more time chatting than actually helping customers. What really stood out was the attitude toward customers. One employee was openly rude, spoke down to people while they were ordering, and made it clear through her tone and expressions that customers were an inconvenience. It made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. To make things worse, the bathroom key was sitting directly on the counter in plain view—and it was visibly dirty. That’s a basic cleanliness issue that shouldn’t happen in a food establishment. The food itself was below average, but the poor customer service and lack of cleanliness are what made the experience memorable—in the worst way. I won’t be coming back.
I had to wait over 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich It took forever, and they weren’t even busy
They gave a really small patty inside the sandwich and the tenders they made were really like fried chicken skin. I got it for my daughter after I was waiting there for 25 minutes came home after 25 minutes. My daughter was really hungry, she said mommy why is the sandwich patty very little, she got mad, I’m tired after my work, how these people at the restaurant work, they’re working too, how crappy job, you do. I went back, but my daughters ate the sandwich and half of the tender, I am not satisfied with the food that was delivered, I went back to them and fighting for the reasons but they said I have to come the next day.
The manager Jasmine was being super rude and unprofessional. She kept correcting an older man who mainly spoke Spanish and got visibly annoyed when he asked for fresh fries. She was rushing everyone and giving attitude to pretty much every customer, even a DoorDasher who’d been waiting a long time for his order. They weren’t even busy, but she acted like everyone was bothering her. Really uncomfortable experience.
I have yet to receive my food (after 30+ minutes) and I let the need to write this review prior to leaving the store. I have NEVER witnessed the level of disrespect in the workplace that the manager Jasmine exhibits towards staff, patrons, and DoorDash employees. Between belittling her staff member for their efficiency, yelling at a DoorDash driver when he asked about his order and using the time she claimed needed to be dedicated to “bagging fries faster” to instead call DoorDash and cancel his order after a simple request. When I approached her, asked for her name, and POLITELY reminded her that there is a kind way to speak with staff and customers, she basically told me that she wasn’t rude, call corporate, and to get lost. Rather than diffusing the situation, she decided to escalate it to an uncomfortable and confrontational level. I refrained from expressing my opinion on the wait time and tried to explain constructive criticism to an employee (Jasmine) who is either overworked or unqualified. I highly encourage anyone interested in purchasing food or intending to be employed by this location, to find anywhere else where customer service and hospitality is prioritized. ~ a professional who has 7+ years in management experience
I had to ask for a refund after waiting for almost an hour, when I ordered they said the wait time was around 20 minutes. The place was completely alone. The service was not the best. Would never come back there
This store is horrible.. I ordered here and there was a piece of hair cooked into my food and they didnt reach out after I asked them to. Now, the employees put me on hold and everytime I call back they do th same thing??
Extremely disappointing service. My online order was completely forgotten and only prepared after I arrived for pickup, with no apology or acknowledgment. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes.
