I’ve been to many locations and read a lot of bad reviews. But I say otherwise on the reviews I’ve read. I will continue to visit this location.
This is my first time ever eating Whataburger. The food is good and the beautiful lady at the window Rakiyah is so sweet and so nice. She gave outstanding customer service and yall need more people like her. I will visit again thank you.

For the past several years I’ve been saying, Whataburger, customer service and efficiency has gone down hill. When I walked into this store, I was greeted by the manager. She was very polite. She took my order, asked for my name and then said thank you and called me by my name when she brought out my food to my table The worker then said thank you, Benny can I get you anything else very pleased with the customer service at the store And the cleanliness.
Always enjoy ordering from the app and picking up here. Experience has been way better here than at the Marsh Ln Location.

We have been here twice now and both times the burners were great! They were fresh made and the veggies on them were not soggy they were fresh. Also, went inside and had to use the restroom. The bathroom was the cleanest public restroom I have ever been to. Great friendly staff also. We highly recommend this place!
Most people complain on the bad but what about the good. My experience was above and beyond anyone I've had. My food was fresh and hot and the staff was very friendly.

Whataburger.... The best hamburger place... The buns were soft and fresh... The hamburger patties were perfectly done... No slimy grease running down the side or soaking the bun... I haven't been home for 6 months so it HAD to be done! One of our clinics is just up the street and I absolutely had to get a Jalapeño Burger with Onions rings and an Unsweet Ice Tea. Whoever this guy on the drive through is, he's refreshingly chipper and asking all sorts of good questions. Made sure I had the kind of ice tea I wanted, repeated the order back, etc. Whatever he's being paid, he deserves a raise.
That is my favorite Whataburger. The staff there is very friendly. Customer service is awesome and I especially like the manager Ms. Rolanda. She's a sweetheart

This spot goes above and beyond in fixing the orders and making sure the customer is satisfied. My order was missing an item but they went and replaced it right away. On top of that, the manager Ralanda Love is so sweet and provided excellent service. Thank yall! Everyone here was amazing
I come here all the time, staff are super friendly during the morning, and I got my food insanely quick. Ordering was easy and flawless, the man at the front counter made it speedy, and worked very hard, to the point he was running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
The food was very good! I really enjoyed the breakfast Burger They are very nice there! They let me and my church friends come invade them at about 6:00 in the morning and stay there for over two and a half to three hours and never say anything to us about being there so long. The store was very clean and the people were very nice!
I have to say, my last few visit here have been really great! It’s never been the worst Whataburger in the area but I can still tell a huge improvement lately! I’ve been able to get my orders super quick, the orders are always correct with all the modifications and the staff are super pleasant. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing! I was so disappointed about the last whataburger I went to, but they went above and beyond with my order and provided me with the best tasting food ive had in forever. This whataburger is the best around! Update: For the love of God please give everyone here a raise. I've been here multiple days now at different times and I have never eaten anything bad from them. Even just now when I ordered easy sauce on my sandwhich (which was my fault) the chicken still tasted as fresh as possible and made my meal divine. By far the best whataburger you will ever go to!
I had a rough day and decided to stop at Whataburger for a quick bite. Rolanda was the one who helped me, and she honestly turned my whole day around. She was so kind, patient, and upbeat. She even recommended trying a menu item I hadn’t had before—and it was perfect. It might not seem like much, but that type of kindness really matters. Thank you, Ralinda!
The Grilled chicken sandwich is extremely delicious. The fish sandwich is also very nice. Not to forget about the cinnamon rolls and chocolate chips cookies. The food is good. The drive thru is very slow. There is a echo in the speaker when you place your order. The cashiers need to speak up when they repeat the order. Shake is good. Update, good food, very clean. Cashier was very good. She was upbeat and friendly and read order back. (March 2024)
The Burger was good but the Onion rings were a little too greasy. The service was fast and friendly, next time I go I need to remember to buy a Apple pie, nothing tastes better than a small scoop of ice cream on top of the Apple pie they sale. If you don't want or like greasy food. Stay away from the Onion rings. Nut then again ,, what fast food place doesn't have greasy food. I don't eat burgers that often but when I want something fast, Wataburger is the first place I go to. I have a special secret I would like to share but you need to look for it. if you are interested in making a plane jane burger into a really great, spicy tasting burger, I sugest you look real close at the photo I took and you will see the secret.
The food was great don't get me wrong, but the service was slow (It was a morning). But the inside was slightly dirty so I dont blame them.
We only go to this one when we need to. Room for improvement in service and food. Burgers usually taste a day old and drive thru employees could use a morale boost. We go out of our way for the Coppell location most of the time, they seem to care about their customers.
Lately quality of service and food has been lacking. My last few times in the drive through: -I'd ask for unsweet tea and get sweet. -ask for sweet tea and it's so sugary it's too sweet to drink and I can see the sugar at the bottom of the cup. -The food will be warm borderline room temperature. -The line will move pretty slow compared to other nearby fast food. -I'll ask for ketchup and not get any. Some of the staff makes it enjoyable to dine in with their friendliness. If you need to stop somewhere for a quick bite, I'd tell you to keep looking around.
The food is typically good. However, the service is awful. The wait in the drive thru is always ridiculously long, even when they are not busy. I got three orders of pancakes and sausage only to get home and be forced to eat/throw away pancakes because they didn't include any butter or syrup. When I called, the manager said, "Thank you for bringing this to our attention". I literally waisted $ and that was her only response. Will not go back.
Took Forever to get 2 sausage taquitos. Brutal wait time with cars behind getting their orders first.
I love Whataburger, but my last visit was terrible, just spent over $50 with my family and they wanted to charge 70c for a couple of sauces... The guy that brought the order didn't offer not even ketchup. When i went ask he brought some spicy ketchup and told us to pay if we wanted something else. Threw some napkins on the table (literally threw them) and left. Costumer services is bad. Is it because of new owners? Idk but i will think twice before stepping into one of their store.
Tonight, we ordered dinner via curbside pickup since we were working on a project this evening and didn't have time to cook dinner ourselves. When we pulled up to curbside, we checked in with the app and it confirmed the food was ready and was going to be out soon. We waited for around 10-15 minutes and I had to go in. When I went in, I saw the manager running around but nobody else was came to the front desk so I waited while a few people stood around, a couple of minutes later the manager came up and when I informed him I was there for the curbside order, he said that they were just getting the drink and it would be just a couple of minutes. Someone with the nametag of "Ms. B" or "Mrs. B", brought our food in a very callous manner. I said that it was about time and she responded with "whatever". When we got home, we saw the fries were both burnt and cold and both sandwiches that were ordered didn't have cheese even though it was on the label. We went back to th e restaurant, told the manager about the food, he went back to cook it fresh, meanwhile "Ms. B" was standing around and made the comment "they haven't messed up on any orders other this one" with a sarcastic tone, loud enough for those of us that were standing in the lobby could hear it. Another minute or two, the manager returns with the fresh food and apologizes for everything. This time the order was correct. A couple of weeks ago, we ordered delivery because we had a late returning flight (around 10:30pm) and had to be at work 7am the next morning. The order was delayed, we ended up calling and the staff said that the order wasn't printed out, they made the order but at that point nobody was available to deliver the food so we had to go to the store to pick it up, though we were refunded.
The burgers are really good, but sometimes the orders aren’t accurate. I asked for a triple meat burger, but I only received one patty. They told me I had to go back to the restaurant for them to fix it. I can’t drive 20 minutes at 8 PM just for two missing patties, and they didn’t offer any other solution.
Everytime I do curbside pickup I get the drink right away and than wait 10 min for them. I than call and they seem to have forgotten to take the food to me. This is all the time. I don't recommend doing curbside if you want your food fast.
Cashier was so rude and disrespectful. She should be fired!
I went through the drive thru I was placing my order and the lady over the speaker was very rude and was rushing me. I just brushed it off as maybe she was busy but then when I get up to the window the lady in the window kept shutting the window in my face when I would ask for something. I then leave and half way home realized they forgot some of my food and had to drive back and go in they never say hi or anything just what do you want.I was very nice the whole time. I completely understand having bad days but this is just terrible customer service will definitely stop going to this Whataburger👎🏻
Whataburger’s drive-thru today was frustrating. After ordering, I was asked to wait near the bushes for 15 minutes, clearly to manipulate their speed-of-service metrics. Fresh food takes time, but this tactic is misleading and frustrating. Better efficiency and communication are needed.
This is the WORST Whataburger we’ve ever been to. We decided to give this place another chance, we usually go through the drive thru but since they take Forever we decided to go inside this time, to my surprise it wasn’t any different. First they took for ever to take our order and not only that they also forgot our onion rings, you would think since its just some onion rings they would give it to you fast, but we had to remind the cashier like 3 times and never got it, and it wasn’t even busy. One lady was very upset because they messed up her order and not even the manager seemed to be able help her. Employees were more worried to go outside and vape… Never coming back to this location again!!!

I went after midnight and they gave me fries with a bug in it. I went inside to get a refund explaining what happened and they had the same bugs on the counter. Dwight the team lead told me they been having that problem and they are all over the ceiling. He also told me he wasn’t going to “stress” over my refund and said to come back in the morning. Absolutely do not come here with the unorganized night shift crew and disgusting environment.
The breakfast was awful I ordered two bacon egg and cheese taquitos and cheese was just dripping all over the place the taquitos itself were not correctly wrap awful craftsmanship the Fry's itself were so burnt and cold that they didn't even change the peanut oil for the Fry's look like they've been sitting there for more than 30 minutes. I've been to other Whataburgers where they're craftsmanship food and taquitos Were Always On Point never coming back to this location
(Correction... Its now heen 40 minutes.)30 minutes in a drive-thru with one person in front of me. I could have raised the chickens, and then brought back fresh eggs to cook in the time it took them to make one sandwich.
Terrible service, do not go in the AM. It will take them on average 15min to give you 1 taquito. The staff in management have no clue what they're doing and will line up five or six cars collect their payment and then not even bring the food out until they have all five orders ready.
This place is the absolute worse!! Wait time was over 20 mins for one meal! Came out twice with the wrong meal !!! The best part only one person was ahead of me!!!! How hard is it?????
Absolutely worst location in all of the Carrollton area, service is extremely slow and even with them being so slow they will still get your order wrong every single time, avoid this location at all cost!
Not ashamed to admit I have spent thousands of dollars at this location over the last decade. However service is non existent in comparison to past times. When it’s right it’s great but they screw up orders constantly now and there is a total underlying attitude with all staff.
The women at the window/speaker was very rude. We were trying to order for another person in our party and she kept interrupting us and cutting us off. We didn't get to complete our order and decided to not bother since the service was so poor

Unfortunately, the experience fell well below the standards I expect from your brand. The food I received was unacceptable. The fries were cold, soggy, and clearly not fresh, and the rest of the meal was of similarly poor quality. This is not what I expect when paying for a freshly prepared meal, and it significantly impacted my experience. In addition to the food quality, the customer service was disappointing. The staff member I interacted with was rude and unprofessional, which only added to the frustration of receiving subpar food. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. I have visited Whataburger many times in the past and have generally had positive experiences, which makes this incident especially disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as it reflects poorly on your brand.
This location is a few minutes away from the Amazon warehouses and not as busy as the others. Service is great and food is hot and tasty. What else can you ask for! Update March 2024- This restaurant has really gone down hill. The wings are a joke. Really small, mostly breading and no flavor. This is another cash grab for a chain to produce a cheap version of a well known and loved product. The onion rings were fried with dirty fryer oil and came out soggy and dark brown. Onion rings should be crunchy and golden. My wife and I came here for a treat to a long Monday. We were greatly disappointed. It had been a while since I visited Whataburger and it will be a longer time before I come back.
I don't know what it was about this morning, but for some reason the morning staff were sluggish as hell. Their lackadaisical work ethic left me, a semi-regular customer, whom the staff knows and has greeted warmly before this day, standing around for 8 minutes when they know I come in to order before my shift, and I know for a fact that the standard that Whataburger holds its employees to is a speed of service of 3 minutes and 45 seconds. I had to leave before they even put my food down to cook. And the entire time, the staff was giving me attitude at my protests. I had to trust that my order was refunded as I asked because I had to leave.
Horrendous experience, I’m going to get this restaurant reevaluated. Coming back from the casino late at night I stopped at this location for some food. Something told me to check my food and it had a phlegm with blood in the center of my patty. Disgusting and very disturbing. I am not going back there, this location needs to be what it used to be. Drive and wait in line at the McDonalds on Josey instead.
If I could give it NO stars I would! Super rude staff! Waited forever to take my order, there was no one in line just me, they were not super busy and when taking my order finally she seemed like I was a huge inconvenience for her, I ordered 2 potato, egg and cheese taquitos, to-go as I was out working and eating on the go, she tossed the bag on the counter and I left, only to get down the road to find it was still cold and not even what I ordered, last time I checked EGGS come on the taquitos. Needless to say I will be calling corporate to get a refund and never returning here again!
If you can help it and you can go somewhere else to eat go there do not come here. This is my third time coming and I always say I’m going to make a review but I forget this time. I waited 20 minutes just to get a wrong order for only two burgers then he proceeded to have an attitude when I told him that I was missing a burger, almost snatched it back and then replaced it. I understand that everyone needs a job and I’m not trying to make anyone lose their job, but these people are the worst. I am never coming back to this Whataburger again. I will find another Whataburger to go to with the Services way better every time I come to this Whataburger it’s something.
All Whataburgers have gotten to be the slowest fast food restaurants I've ever seen. The last time I was at this particular one it took 15 minutes and I still didn't get my food so I had to leave. I called to get my money back from customer service and I still haven't received my money. They need to do better with their timing on getting people their food as you are not a normal restaurant so it should not take 15 to 20 minutes to get your food
Worst Whataburger EVER! NO help behind the counter despite several customers waiting. The lobby wasn't clean despite a mostly empty lobby. And apparently there's no one intelligent enough here to even know how to load the napkin dispenser the right way! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I'll starve before I ever come back to this place! This is nasty! And no customer service!
Ordered food from this location. After over an hour of waiting for the food I called them. They said the food had been sitting there for a very long time. I told him to hold the food there as I was going to go up there and have them remake it because my shakes were melted and my food was cold. They said that they would hold it for me until I got there. When I got there they had given it to the delivery driver who was an hour late. I told them that I wasn't interested in that food because my shakes were melted and my food was cold. And they told me there was nothing they could do to help me because of food had left the building. This was after they had agreed to keep it in the building. I went home got the food off my porch brought it back to the restaurant and I left it there. This Whataburger location doesn't care about its customers. $75.00 worth of food and delivery wasted.
Food is always good but the new young guy who works the outside lanes in the morning needs more training. Gave me the wrong order yesterday and today was having issues scanning my points and wasted 10 min before my order was put in! I may have to go elsewhere in the mornings.
Worst place ever 😪 they took more than 15 minutes to take my order ,because they were dealing with another costumer because they messed up on his order told me I had to wait till they dealt with the other customer before They could help me Finally when they did, I waited and waited over 15 minutes. And I never got my food got up to ask why it was taking forever! Just to find out they never cooked My food. The manager didn't want to give me my refund my money back She insisted that they would cook my food right away. But I had already waited forever for my food so I was already upset. All she could say was sorry but didn't offer to make up for me wasting time there. That's what I get for giving them a second chance.Because the time before the same thing happened they took forever with my food forever with my order There should be no excuse because they weren't even busy.Definitely not coming back.Definitely don't recommend.
We had not been to this location in at least 2 months because of the manager lady. Went back for breakfast and nothing had changed. This lady has no customer service, dry, short, no smile, talks down to guest, seems as if the guest bother her, yelling at the team members. She is the reason this location has a horrible atmosphere and the food has to be double checked before we leave. Will NOT do drive thru here. We drive to a futher location just to avoid issues at this location...
Horrible experience tonight! I went through the drive through placed order and was told to go to lane B. I was there unattended for about 20 mins. When an employee saw me through the window and told them I was waiting there. Kimberly came up to me and asked what the name of the order was. When I told her she said oh you backed out and we thought you left. I told her are you kidding me. Then I told her to just bring my food that I wasn’t there wasting my time. I blamed her seeing me out there when they came to deliver the car behind me drink and food. When I saw the other girl I apologized to her and told her it was not her fault. It was the other girls fault. Limberly came back out and charged me. She then brought out drinks that were sitting at their window for over 20 mins. When she brought those out I asked her to please get me new drinks as those were probably watered down from sitting there over 20 mins. She got irritated and went inside to get new drinks. The lady that was working the fry station came out and was extremely rude and when I asked for her name she declined to provide. I asked her for the manager and she informed she was the manager. I know she’s not the manager. She’s the fry cook. I know managers wear GREY not orange! Very rude service not even a courtesy or apology for this wait. I was there waiting over 40+ mins RIDICULOUS! And to top it off the burgers were not cooked!
