The service here is unbelievable! Picked up my app order in the drive thru. Announced my order to the speaker and received my 100% accurate order in less than 30 seconds. All fast food should be like this!
I’m pretty sure they’re fairly short staffed at this location b/c I only ever see 2-3 staff members when I go, but everyone I deal with is always so pleasant and the food is ready quick. I get pretty much the same thing every time I go and it’s very consistent. Sometimes the food is a little lukewarm, but I’d rather not get a glob of molten cheese as soon as I bite into my burrito
The food is what it is u either don't get sick from the bell or your bathroom gets a long term user in it after consuming it
If they forget my sauce one more time, I am putting another car sized whole in yalls wall
I really try to give this location the benefit of the doubt because I understand places can be understaffed or having a rough shift. However, this has happened more than once, so I feel it’s important to say something. During my most recent visit, I sat at the drive-through speaker for over 10 minutes. I even said “hello” a few times just to make sure the system was working, but no one responded. Eventually, I had to drive around to the window and let them know I had placed a mobile order. After that whole delay and confusion, my order was still incorrect. I completely understand that staffing issues and busy times happen, but consistent lack of communication and incorrect orders are frustrating, especially when ordering ahead for convenience. I hope management can address these issues so future customers have a better experience.
If you find yourself capable of going to any other Taco Bell location, that decision would be best. I have never received my order with all components correctly, and sometimes I just don't get some items. Most recently I ordered through GrubHub forcing me through this location, and I received someone else's order entirely, and upon scanning the receipt, even THIS order had incorrect items from whatever this person attempted to order.
I placed an online order ahead, waited behind 4 cars, get to the window, she asks me to pay when I ordered ahead, she then disappears for 2 minutes then comes back and asks me to circle around, then to wait in a 2 car line, doesn’t acknowledge me when I come around and then I proceed to wait like I was before. So far this has been one of the worst experiences ever which is why I don’t come to Taco Bell, and my food was lukewarm, service was awful and the only reason is because my girlfriend likes it, if I could I would leave -5 stars.
The people that were there need to be trained better for customer service. The food is always cold and they’re possibly making mistakes and being rude about it.
Ordered taco bell on uber eats, im originally from Long Island and never had problem with portions however. The discovery box i ordered was the more depressing taco bell order i’ve ever eaten. The redhot burrito was light as a feather, the meat was all the way at the bottom so i was eating fritos the entire time. The chalupa was just sad, they missed the sour cream by a long shot and there was barely any meat. The taco was full of cheese and lettuce and had a mere sliver of ground beef. The cinnamon twists weren’t coated in cinnamon at all. Honestly skip this location, the only thing that wasn’t messed up was the baja blast.
Worst fastfood in the world.. too slow and nonchalant (you could literally wait for a cashier for hours before they attend to you coz they assume everyone in the lobby is a delivery driver).. a very terrible place
Honestly? The photos (and a video I can’t upload) say enough. But this experience became all the more insulting when I called to express my feelings about the Cantina tacos and was met with a gaslighting male employee. Other than the usual dismissive tone, he kept trying to insinuate my Dasher sat idle or delivered multiple orders and “that’s why your order is soggy, sorry.” Sir? No. Displacing the blame onto your third party delivery service when entirely broken shells is not a one off with this location is laughable. I was then put on the phone with another male who claims he is a manager and it is his first day at this location. He said I can come in tomorrow (12/23) to have it re-done for free so I will be stopping by and will update accordingly. Whoever the first male was lied though, as I asked if I could speak to a manager or team leader of sorts when I first called and he said he was. He was not and now his dialogue with me makes more sense. If the other location wasn’t literally at the mall, I’d stop going here altogether. No bueno. Update 9/10/25 : My first visit back to this location since the initial review and the added photo of the burned Cantina tacos will serve as reason to continue my hiatus there lol.
I was in the drive thru line for a HALF HOUR! I have never spent that long in a drive through EVER!! You would think for the wait that my MOBILE order would at least be correct… WRONG! I would rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to the next closest taco bell than to ever return to this location.
I had a very bad experience at this Taco Bell (755 Main Street, Poughkeepsie, NY). I placed a small order in-store (Spicy Potato Taco, Cantina Crispy Taco, Bean Burrito, etc.) and ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes before receiving my food. During this time, I saw online orders being served quickly while walk-in customers like me were left waiting. To make things worse, even after waiting that long, my order was missing the nacho cheese and onions I paid for. It’s very frustrating to waste so much time and still not get the food prepared correctly. This location really needs to improve its service, pay attention to in-store customers, and double-check orders before handing them out. Never going to Taco Bell again.
WOST TACO BELL IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. If your food isn’t looking disgusting, you won’t even get it! TACO BELLS NEW THING IS FOOD ORDERED ON AN APP IS JUST NEVER MADE! THEY PRIORITIZE THE DRIVE THROUGH SND LOBBY, SO THEY WILL JUST PLAIN LIE SND REFUSE TO MAKE YOUR FOOD! Do you have an idea how many times I have waited an hour for my food just to be lied too “oh it’s almost ready, to “oh we don’t even have that order. No im not going to let you put the order in. They make us wait in the drive through all night just to tell us we have to go to the lobby for the food. THE LOBBY IS LOCKED THEY LIED TO ME TO GET ME OUT OF THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE! They refuse to make the food here. And when they do it’s disgusting.
Every time I’ve gotten food from this location there is always something wrong with my order. Most recently, I ordered 12 tacos, and chalupa, and a cheesy gordita crunch with 2 Pepsis. The 12 pack was nowhere to be found on delivery and the driver told me he delivered what the store gave him. It even showed in the picture that the 12 tacos were part of the ticket, which was stickered onto the bag that was delivered.
This Taco Bell has never done anything but disappoint. We are always skeptical to have anything delivered because they always get it wrong. 2 nights ago we ordered delivery because we figured we would give them another shot. Ordered 4 cheese quasadillas and they all came with chicken. I've been a vegetarian for 14 years and it made me violently sick eating just one second of it. So being that we were all vegetarians no one could actually eat the order. When we called the store they had no care and instead just told us there was nothing they could do because it was just new people working. Didn't offer a refund, or for us to come get the correct food, genuinely didn't care. We then did the survey in the app thinking maybe someone would actually reach out, no surprise they also did not. It's insane how downhill taco bell (especially this one) has went in the past couple years. Also on top of the chicken they also were missing 3 things, but it was irrelevant since I was throwing up the one thing I had started eating anyways, so it's not like I needed the missing items anyways.
I place a mobile order at this Taco Bell on Main Street not only is my food code, but I add for nachos and I did not receive any meat on my nachos. It looks like a dog food. My fiancé taco was soggy and wet. These people need to be ashamed then when I called and asked to speak to somebody, I was rudely hung up on and every time I keep trying to call back I get a busy signal. This needs to be addressed before something happens because they’re playing with peoples food and money.
I ordered a cheese quesadilla from this store and the cheese was not melted at all. I understand people don’t want to go to work but at least do your job otherwise you should quit. I cannot believe this at all this is my first time going to this location and am very disappointed this has never happened to me before and Taco Bell will be getting a call from me.
Clean and fresh store BUT absolutely a S show ordering or getting food. I left my chicken burrito 🌯 in the store ( they never even made it) and walked out after 15 mins with 1 person in front of me(waiting for a door dash order for 20 mins ) and 3 others that didn't even order yet and went next doors to Wendy's. People were working hard but too few people for a busy place . I wouldn't go back and lost my money too, but got a life lesson learned ( if it looks like a S show waiting to order walk out now or you'll be there awhile 30 mins or more ).
The order is incorrect every single time. If you state no sour cream it seems they do the opposite and load it onto everything. The employees do not seem to care about the food they are serving. We have ordered via door dash multiple times and it has never once been correct. For example, this order was not supposed to even come with sour cream and it somehow is on there. The manager of this establishment really must not care about the customers as reading other customers reviews I realize I am not the only one feeling this way.
