I come here at least once a week, and the service is always great and so is the food! The staff is always friendly, I never had an issue with any of my orders. Yes they are pretty busy at times but they try their absolute best! They just need to hire more staff but other than that, I love coming here! 😽
I love this place. I work as a delivery guy and often receive orders from this restaurant. The staff is always very kind and friendly, which does not happen often (in other restaurants), especially in relation to those who work in the delivery industry. Although the waiting time for an order can sometimes be excessive, but this does not bother me, because I understand perfectly well that this restaurant operates in several districts and they always have a large flow of customers. I would like to note once again that the friendliness of the restaurant staff is simply at its best, this is the best place in terms of sociability and friendliness (especially during the night shift). I also often buy their delicious wings myself, and I must admit that I have never had such situations when they forgot to put something in or replaced the dish with another one. I am surprised by such reviews, because in this restaurant everything always happens perfectly with my order. The only thing that could be added are the trash cans inside the restaurant and the internal latch on the door of the second restroom. Everything else is perfect! I love this place :)
Honestly some great and amazing service. The wife and I have been going here for the past 3 weeks while our daughter is at dance. 0.80 cent boneless wings are such a great deal. Food is delicous, hot, fresh and cooked to order. But the service is even better. The young guy at the counter was polite, professional and helpful. We didn't know the menu, or specials, but he talked us through it. Gave us suggestions and info on flavours. This will now be our regular Tuesdsy venue.
The sauce is very flavorful! I hit the Cajun and the original hot and the wings were awesomely delicious! The fries are salty sweet and they taste delicious! Will be back for sure!

I went to this Winstop. I placed my order with Jenny. Her customer service skills are Top Tier. She helped me soon as I walked in the door. I didn’t have to wait. Jenny truly goes above and beyond. Thank you again Jenny for all your help and kindness.
Fresh hot wings to go. Friendly service. Wings take a little longer than other kinds of fast food, so it's good to order online before you pick them up. My favorites are the garlic parmesan and the BBQ - ALWAYS get the bone-in - they're the most flavorful and moist!

I am by no means, the type to write a review. On top of this, I have not lived on this Earth for very long. But in all 18 years of my short, but hopefully long life— which will be lived alongside this dinery—I have NEVER had a more desirable wing meal than the one I had tonight. The Hickory Smoked Wings put my tastebuds through an ethereal dining experience. The crispiness of both the wings and the fries nearly drove me to tears. Your heaven-sent employees, especially Giselle who coordinated my transaction, exceeded my expectations with the sauce that graced my chicken and the seasoning that blessed my potatoes. Upon my offering of monetary compensation, it’s almost as if I turned around to find a table, and the moment the atoms of my denim only felt the gravitational pull of the molecules in the chair cushion was my order prepared for consumption. The heat was so perfect it felt as if the flames of a phoenix rebirth were used to attend to my meal. If anyone is reading this message, I implore you… no… I’m BEGGING you to get up out of whatever you may be occupied with in the moment and, by whatever means necessary, get to this Wingstop. I would like to thank Giselle for ringing me up, the employees who prepared my meal, the manager who works diligently to run this store, the ground the store rests upon, the brick that upholds this establishment, and everything else that went into this restaurant. Place was nice and the food was good, I didn’t know what sauce to get for my wings and this nice employee recommended me the mango habanero, real nice kid he said his name was Julian. Service was fast and overall good experience.

(updated) They seem to have improved a lot recently. Friendly staff. Food ready in a reasonable amount of time. Food is warm and fresh. We stopped going for a while because the service was terrible and would take an extra 30-60 minutes from the time estimate and still be cold food somehow. But now it is much better.
We just hit up the Poway Wingstop to try their new Sweet BBQ sauce, and let me tell you it’s like BBQ sauce decided to take a spa day and came back feeling smoother, sweeter, and just all-around better. It’s got that perfect balance of smoky and sweet that makes you think, ..’Yeah, I could eat this on pretty much anything But let’s not forget the heavy hitters! Honey BBQ and Mango Habanero? Those two are the MVPs. Honey BBQ is like sinking into your favorite chair comforting, sweet, and just right. And Mango Habanero? It’s for those moments when you’re feeling a little adventurous. It’s sweet and fruity at first, then bam! The spice hits, and you’re like, Okay, that’s some heat, but I’m here for it And of course, the Original Hot wings never disappoint. They’re like a classic pair of sneakers always reliable, never go out of style, and you can’t help but keep going back to them. Just the right amount of heat, always consistent. Went there to pick up an order - worker wasn't friendly at all, never really had an issue here before until tonight. The soda machine had no ice so we just asked for ice and he just went about it in an unprofessional manner. Food has been okay, sometimes we order a newer flavor but end up getting a completely different one. Other then that, it's been decent.
Ordered there, nothing was right. Ordered two different flavors; Louisiana rub and garlic Parmesan. Received plain and mild buffalo sauce. Ordered seasoned fries; received plain fries not even salt on them. The ranch was all over the bottom of my bag. Not happy, no one was there! No reason at all for this! 10:30pm and no customers.
This place is primarily for take out. Very few people dine in. The AC is blasted on high at all times here , so even on the coldest days expect the ambient temperature inside to be in the 60s. I can only comment on the chicken tenders atomic level - I have ordered these twice and have regretted it each time. Not because of the heat level - it pales in comparison to Dave's Hot's lower levels of heat. It's because the food just isn't that tasty. It's way oversalted and difficult to eat. I haven't tried the wings but will give them a try too at least once.
I been ordering here this is the first time this happened. I love the parmesan tenders and it arrived like that, I didn’t even eat it I just checked and throw the other 2 cause its so greasy the brownies that i ordered was good tho. I still love wingstop but please do better

No one holds a candle to how good your wings are, is this why you choose to make your customer service so bad? I have eaten at this location several times and have had many issues. I called once and they lost my complete order. I used the app and they lost my order. They left out the ranch I paid extra for. They replaced one of my sides without telling me because they were out. They gave me literally all drums and told me that how it be sometimes. The soda machine looks like someone blew up a toilet and never cleaned it up, splatters of dried syrup painting its insides. Also, for the last like month, they did not have any trashcans in their store so trash was literally just stewing on the tables. The workers overall are very nice but honestly incompetent. I do not blame them but blame the management as it is evident learning how to use their systems and policy on fixing customer issues have not been properly addressed. If you want bomb wings with some headaches, this is your place. Triple Meal Deal: 4/5 This is an awesome deal for someone or a pair of someones who love traditional and boneless wings. A great great value and worth getting if you are not a purist. Though Wing Stop is very expensive at times, this deal reminds me that they are merciful. Hot Honey Rub: 6/5 The illustrious 6/5 rating has come. Sweet, savory, smokey, spiced, and slightly buttery are the main flavor points in this hot honey rub. Honestly, there is not much of a distinct flavor but it is overall very tasty and dare I say, nuanced in taste compared to their other much more aggressive offerings. I do not think anyone can dislike this flavor. Wing Stop, please keep this permanently! Classic Wings: 4.5/5 Perfection. No batter, just perfectly rendered crispy skin with moist molten meat on the inside. They have a tendency to put too much oil when they serve them and also overcook their drums, but it is all good. If you can spare the change, get all flats. Boneless Wings: 3.5/5 Boneless wings are just breaded chicken nuggets. Wing Stop does them a little better than other places. The batter is thick, but the white meat inside is always moist. The breading also does a great job at soaking up whatever seasoning you choose but be warned that it is also an oil magnet. Tenders: 3.5/5 These are literally long boneless wings. I would say that about 4 boneless wings are the same size. I cut these up and could not tell a difference. Fries: 2.5/5 Their fries are okay. Very potato-y for a lack of better words. They are neither thin nor thick and come with a salty sweet seasoning but you can opt for any other dry rub. When they are fresh, I would say they are closer to a 4/5, but let’s just say the majority of fries I have eaten from here are not in that category. When they are old/not fresh, they are very limp, oily, and become very dry in the center. Cajun Fried Corn: 2/5 The last time I ordered this it was ice cold. The flavor is good and the texture is slightly crispy when it’s fresh. On a good day it is more a 3.5/5. Ranch: 5/5 This is the nectar of the gods and even though everyone knows the recipe, it just does not taste the same when you make it at home. I know that they are exploiting me with their prices but this is one of the only splurges I make confidently knowing that it will make my meal just that much better.
Stop at this wing stop tmoblie Tuesdays gave 3 chicken tenders and a drink and frys for .01 and they had 2 tender for 3 dollars . First of its was so busy it took 1 and a half hours to get food and drinks. When I got the food the chicken tenders were amazing had the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. That was the only thing worth it. Fire were over cooked . 3 out of fire stars for all but tenders 5 out of 5.

This restaurant really needs a deep clean, no trash bin anywhere. Also it’s bone freezing cold. The wings are good but not pleasant to sit and enjoy at the restaurant. While I was at a restaurant I saw a co- worker pull a chair that customers sit on and stand on it with his shoes on to fill the ice in the fountain machine— yuck that’s so gross.
I don’t know where to begin. They asked me to wear a mask after the state lifted mandate. Using the “it’s for our protection” excuse. But the state gave us all free vaccinations. So what was that for if we still need masks? They provided a mask so I didn’t complain. Second, I ordered, paid, she said it’ll be 15 minutes. Waited 15 minutes in my cat. Went back in to find no one working behind the counter or in the kitchen. A different girl walks out from the office and asks if she can help me. I told my name, there’s an order ready for pick up. But not me. So she says, give me 15 minutes. Then, got my food. Asked for ranch, got blue cheese. Food was mediocre at best. Sauce was overly abundant and super watery. Leaked everywhere. 3 strikes on one visit. I hadn’t checked the reviews before going. The 3.3 stars they have is deserved. Maybe corporate will notice and fix it or at least Shut it down and let someone who wants to be successful give it a go.

I called, expecting an apology or at least a prompt solution. Instead, they told me I had to come pick it up. After waiting over an hour? Unbelievable. The frustration, the inconvenience—it was beyond disappointing. Never again.
I visited the Poway store on 1/25/2026 and must say that I was very disappointed. This is my first Wing Stop experience and my last Wing Stop experience. I was really looking forward to trying your food. I paid out a total of $40 for a 20 count of boneless wings, including the tip and a small donation to your charity. The wings were quite small, and did not taste any different than the ones you buy at the grocery store. Considering all of this, the cost was much to high and I will not be returning. If anyone was to ask me about Wing Stop in general my comments will not be favorable. Good luck.

I came to this location that was absolutely not busy at all. They only had one other customer in the dine area with me. I placed my order exactly at 8:40pm 09/07/2024 with an employee named Kristan. My order was 6pc boneless combo and 15pc classic combo. I waited well over 30min for my food to be prepared which is quite long for an empty store. I finally grabbed my order and took it home which is already a 30 min drive. I came to realize after I got home they forgot my 6pc combo wings. Unfortunately, I did not want to drive back to the store for the order.. so I tried to call the store to issue a refund. I knew the store wasn’t even busy so I called and waited 10 min for them to answer but no one picked up… I already knew from there they weren’t going to answer the phone.. so I drove back and I called again and remained on hold for through out the whole drive to the store. Once I arrived to the store i walked in.. of course no one is to be found. finally someone came from the back and I explained the issue and let them know I was trying to call and showed them I was still on hold with them. I insisted on a refund because I did not want to wait at that store any longer.. but they insisted they can make it fast all of the sudden.. so I got my missing item on the order. Once I got home I open it and the order is still wrong!!!!!! They gave me the wrong flavors. This is unacceptable service and a waste of my time and my gas. Imagine driving 30 min back to the store because your employees lack to do their job and answer the phone. For them to still get your order wrong!!!! Even after insisting to get a refund… I wasn’t even asking for a refund for the whole order just for what was missing. I already had a bad experience at this location a couple years back and decided to give this location another shot but it is sad to see nothing has changed with this store.. please have attention with the employees of this store. I want compensation for this terrible experience.. please get back to me because I paid for service and food and did not receive what is owed from this store.
We ordered wings for the Super Bowl today. We placed our order for 20pc wings and 2 sides at 9:30 am for 3pm pickup. Got there and the entire place was filled with upset/hungry customers that were waiting for over an hour. The manager (who was very overwhelmed) was a bit snippy and kept telling people random wait times, was inconsistent and yelled at a few customers to “stop touching” the take out orders that were on the table. I get he was under pressure but he did not handle himself or the situation well at all. It seems they oversold, which caused a huge catastrophe. They did offer a refund, only took my name and phone number down on a receipt and said to look for the refund within 3-5 business days. Highly recommend another location. UPDATE!!! We still have not gotten a refund. Corporate doesn’t help, they gave us a $5.00 coupon for the “inconvenience”. I spoke to the same manager on the phone today and he just said “oh, I’m sorry. You’ll get a refund in 3-5 business days, maybe up to a week”. This place is a complete joke. Please take your money elsewhere, do not support this Wingstop
I hate being a Karen but this time I believe it’s necessary. I’ve worked in the fast food industry for a lil over 3 years in management to be exact I know when promo deal days happen you over schedule staff. First things first I ordered online and it gave me an estimated time of being ready in about 16-20 minutes so I waited to head over to this location at that time but when I get there the whole place was flooded with people and I’m greeted by a young man telling everyone “we are not retaking your orders we are 2 hours backed up, you can come back in 2 hours or if you want to cancel your order please write your Email and order number on a receipt and I’ll give to my manager so he can refund it”. Red flag no refund on the spot? It gets better! Then he proceeds to say “or you can go ahead and take other peoples orders coming out off the rack because we are having issues with people stealing orders at the moment.” So your solution is to give other peoples orders away and claim it as “others stealing” got it! I didn’t say something because I was trying to sympathize with him I understand how it may get overwhelming making that many orders all at once but that creates more issues later. He proceeded to tell door dashers and Uber eats workers they weren’t taking their order that they shut down all Uber and doordash, making it harder for those people to do their job as well. No phone calls were allowed to come in they weren’t even taking walk in customers. And he did not help the kitchen staff to catch up just paced back and forth doing nothing really. Thankfully this young lady told him to stop saying all that he was saying and creating a mess for the kitchen staff and asked customers to write down their full order on a receipt paper and she would focus on getting those out first you could tell she was under pressure but at least tried to make it right. And I appreciate her for it. I waited a whole 1 hour others were waiting there for 2-3 hours some went back home waited 2 hours to come back and wait some more when we all got the same notification that it would be ready in 16-20 min. In conclusion management should be notified way in advance if a promo deal is going on and schedule accordingly to make sure situation’s like this don’t ever happen again! And also fix your online system to notify if it’s going to be a 2 hour wait and an option to cancel and refund my online order if I please. I hate being a Karen but this was absolutely insane. And not in my 3 years of working in the food industry did I ever give away ON PURPOSE others food someone should retrain that young man.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Normally I don't leave 1 star reviews but this morning on June 24th. I went to do take out and as I walk in, I was not greeted. It was more like I was a inconvenience, 3 young male employees saw me walk in, the younger guy of the 3 asked me if I was picking up or ordering, apparently only guy(blonde guy) who was able to take my order in-person walked away from the front when he heard me say ordering. Then I was left unattended for 4mins without a word and then the younger guy said if I wanted wings I had to order online instead of taking my order because the only guy who could take my order was super busy, mind you I was the only customer in the store. How could an employee be so busy when he wasn't even making the wings, 3mins max is what it would've taken to ring up my order. This wing stop store morning employees are clowns.
Poor customer service on getting a refund. I placed an order and I had to canceled. I was told I'm getting a refund within 3-5 business days. It's been nearly a month and still haven't got my money back. I will never go there again.
I ordered delivery and my food was cold, Not warm but cold. My fries had no seasoning I called to make a complaint and their manager told me their name was John and later he told me his name was Toney he gave me two names and told me it was probably the delivery driver that took too long The delivery driver did not take long at all as I was keeping track. They won’t do anything if your order being cold or wrong they will just give you the runaround that their stove runs 350° The manager was a joke for giving me two names. Don’t get delivery. And always check your food before you walk out.
They never give you cajun corn. If you order it, they won't let you know that they "ran out". After we checked our bag to see if the order was right (because apparently often times they are not) we told them we didn't get our corn. The guy tells us they ran out. When asked for our $ back, the worker said he's not able to refund us, only his manager can. He said the manager will be in the next day but they are going to keep our order number so our boss knows to refund us. Of course they didn't. I've ordered corn a couple other times, never gave it to us. Also, it's so understaffed.. food takes forever
I placed a large order for pickup. When I got home I realized the corn I ordered was not in the bag. I call at 11:40pm , which was about 15 mins after picking up, and I was told they were closed, all the computers were down, and I’d have to call back tomorrow to correct the problem. The posted closing time is 12am and it’s not like it’s my fault. SMH
This location never gets my order right. Food quality also lacks compared to other wingstops I’ve been to. Also my food is always super cold. Employees always in the back having too much of good time and leaving customers unattended in the front. Wish I could love this spot but it’s just not the greatest. Also pro tip: stop smothering the chicken in sauce!!!!! It makes it soggy and defeats the purpose of ordering “well done” chicken. Not to mention, service is very slow.
I came in at 6:15 on Friday night and ordered food. I waited for 30 minutes while other people were getting their food. I then walked up to the counter and asked them if my order was ready. Then they proceeded to say sorry and that they would make my order right away. I think they forgot about me. One set of wings was overly seasoned and I didn't get my celery and carrot sticks. But otherwise it was good
Worst Wingstop and that's saying something because literally all Wingstops suck. Walk in an HOUR AFTER ordering, when the due time was 30 minutes, and get the response of "you can either get a refund or wait an hour." Dozens of other similarly annoyed customers around me, and the single open cashier doesn't seem to care or be hospitable at all. Plus the two teenage "cooks" in the back are laughing along with no sense of urgency or care about the customers waiting outside. Never coming here again, since it's not like I even got food this time (ended up refunding because who's going to wait an hour for middling quality chicken wings).
By far the slowest restaurant I have ever been too. I have placed my order in over an hour and a half ago. Still not ready yet. The worker at the front keeps telling me it'll be about 8-10 minutes wait. I have been here over a hour. Every customer that has come in here is waiting and keeps getting greeted with a "8-10 minute wait." No one has left here with food within 45 minutes of entering. One employee got snippy and passive aggressive with a customer who had been waiting for nearly 2 hours for their food. The drink machine was out of almost every drink and even the drinks that said was in stock came out clear water. They had no trash cans out which led people to leave their trash and empty cups all over the place. The tables were sticky and messy with napkins, empty bags, and drinks all over the floor. At the end of it all, the employee offered us another drink only for a dollar because we have been waiting so long. Absolute slap in the face.
I am thoroughly disgusted with this Wing Stop location's evening crew. The day crew is amazing so let me make that clear. My husband ordered wings to go, and I found several chicken wings covered in feathers. I took pictures, and too bad I can't post them. The employees are rushing and not paying attention to what they are putting in your bag. I ordered extra ranch (4 to be exact) and they gave me 2 blue cheese, which I am allergic to. Thank goodness, I smelled it first! I only write reviews when necessary, but this time took the cake. I have had similar issues in the past, where they did not call me to tell me they were out of corn and they decided to upgrade our fries as if that covered the cost. So today, I'm done! I refuse to waste my hard earned money ($93) on food I wouldn't feed to my dog. Get real,do better!
i preorder wings through the website to be delivered to me at 4pm. When it was time for a driver to pickup my order, i got a message from the driver that it would be 40 minutes for my order to be ready. Took two hour and 3 driver for my order to be canceled. Never received my order. called the store several times and have visited the store days after to receive refund. It has been a week and still out 64.67. Employees were very dismissive and didn't provide answers or even an apology

The absolute worst wing stop ever! Rude workers, slowest delivery time of all time, and on top of that half of my food is missing. You call them on the phone and they don’t even give you a refund! Such bs and a horrible horrible company. Never order or takeout from here. This place deserves 0 stars.

The lemon pepper and garlic are both supposed to be dry as stated in there app. You can see clearly in the picture that both flavors were swimming in that oil.

I placed an order at 9:50 pm and online it said 16-21 minutes I showed up 20 minutes later and was told it would be an hour until it’s ready from one of the rudest ladies in customer service . I returned 45 minutes later to freezing cold food and and an incorrect order (15 minutes earlier then what they told me) after requesting the order to be re-made he responded my order was placed at 9 and that’s why it’s cold…even though I arrived 15 minutes before I was told it would be ready and was more than okay with waiting the additional HOUR and some how it was ice cold and WRONG and that’s my fault ? however a gentleman who placed their order 15 minutes prior to me (9:35) didn’t have his order ready and had to wait an additional 20 minutes after he returned an hour later … I It’s now midnight and I am still waiting and was ignored after several attempts of speaking with the worker.. after asking about my order, I was told they won’t remake the order and I’d have to call in to request a refund or leave my PRIVATE personal info and phone numbers on a list that’s left on display for anyone to see and/ or grab and take . So if you left your name and phone number for a “refund” it was on display ALL NIGHT LONG for anyone to have access to.
If you want to eat here you’re better off eating at the dumpster behind a CVS in downtown. I placed an order for delivery on the wingstop app at 8pm and the two employees are sitting on their butts in the store saying “my order never went through” or “we’re making it now” “you future dated this for next week. Excuse me? I get It if you’re busy but after calling them two times and waiting 2 hours I drove to the restaurant and told them that I was Here for a pickup. The guy said he can make it in 6 mins or give me a refund and that can take up to 67 days. This is ridiculous I had to escalate this to their instagram page for a refund. I don't Recommend this place at all whatsoever. Waste of time and money

Ordering on the app is great, however the app doesn’t help the store out cause I don’t think it has a function where it truly has an idea how far behind they are or has many orders are ahead of yours. We have ordered on the app several times. The app says it will be ready in 10-15, but we don’t leave the house till 25 minutes later and even then we still have to wait for our order once arriving at the store. The boneless wings and flavors are yummy! But tonight we ordered bone in and boneless and arrived home to find everything was boneless even though we paid more for the bone in items. The fries were so soggy and under cooked we had to put them in the air fryer. This store is always so busy that you would think they would have the staff to support their rush.
Wait 30 minutes for food? Wings were ok. Not restaurant level when you pay a lot and wait 30 min. Domino's has better wings if that sets the expectations
Disgusting service and food. Placed an order to have done at a certain time arrived and they said food was not ready. Get my food to get home and the food is cold. Called and spoke with someone girl who was laughing the entire time I was adressing my concern. I asked for a manager and Kalia picks the phone and was kind and understanding and got the manager Efrain on the phone. He was rude and said he could answer why the food is cold and can remake it and it would have my food ready 2 hours. I asked for my money back and said bri g me the food back and I will process your refund in a week. I him for the district manager and he said he could not provide that information because he is not allowed to amd hung up on me.
