I thought I would try Papa Johns for the first time. I ordered for delivery online and the attendant was courteous and made sure everything was correct on my order. She told me it would be close to an hour. I appreciate her truthfulness. I told her that was fine. The driver had problems finding my address on his GPS. He called me and I gave him directions. The pizza arrived hot; not like any other pizza I’ve had delivered. It was delicious and it’s true what they say about their fresh dough not frozen. The second time I ordered a couple of days later was just as great. Delivered faster because it was a week day.

Order some breadsticks 15 before I got off work. Did a couple of stop before getting there. The inconsistency of the breadsticks looked horrible. They were hard and dry. I’ve had better breadsticks from circle k or out of the frozen section at the grocery store. The customer service and quality is to be so much better. Now it seems like no one cares at all. Just lost a customer.

Ordered a loaded pizza for a total of $27. Pepperoni, Canadian bacon, black olives, mushrooms, green peppers and extra cheese. Sounds good huh! Well, we picked it up and it looked like the pic with insufficient toppings for what was requested and paid for. I'm normally a pizza hut guy but thought I would give PJ'S a try. One and done. Won't try it again and deleting the app.

Staff was nice, but by all means, I absolutely do not reccomend the XL Shaq pizza. Website states that its supposed to have extra pepperoni, and extra cheese. They gave me a box with a squished and exploded garlic cup. And just look at that pepper! It looks like they dug something up from under neath the oven and through it in my box. This USED to be an outstanding location. Wondering what happend. I'll take my business to another pizza spot from now on.

I have tried multiple times to give them a chance. We don't order pizza delivery often. But when we do, we'd expect the pizza joint right down the road could find us. First time delivery was a non delivery. An hour and a half after ordering, I called to ask what happened... since no call from them. A delivery person quit. Is what I was told. So, I went and picked up my pizzas. They were cold, hard and disappointing. Manager gave me a free order of the same. That replacement order a month later was great! Now, again.....very late. Was on the phone with the delivery guy for 10 minutes in the cold trying to explain where he needed to go. Pickup here is great! But delivery will make this a 2 star for this guide. They should make this a carryout only location.

The food that was delivered by Doordash was luke warm as it looked like the driver had 2 or 3 stops ahead of me as I was following the driver thru that Doordash app that I thought was being delivered from the Papa John's store not thru a 3rd party. Site online from my laptop was bad when I logged out and then tried to log back in I got an error message. I can not recommend this store as like they say 1st impressions makes a difference and I was not impressed with the temp of the food and the taste was not up to my standards.

Today I ordered a veggie thin crust pizza from this location and went for pickup. Unfortunately, the pickup experience was disappointing. When I asked for red pepper flakes, I was told they were chargeable, so I paid for two. The staff member was very rude in his behavior — instead of handing them to me, he threw them on top of the pizza box. He also did not provide garlic sauce. I’m not concerned about the sauce itself, but customer service really matters. A little politeness and basic courtesy can make a big difference. Because of the rude behavior, I would not recommend this location.

The pizza itself tasted undercooked. I'd already paid $31.02 online for the large pizza, which originally cost $21. As I took the pizza, the driver asked for a signature and a tip. I signed and told him I'd tipped online. He shouted at me, demanding a tip. I refused to tip again since I'd already done so online. Considering the pizza arrived cold and the place is just 3 miles away, it doesn't make sense. It was supposedly en route for only 7 minutes. I'm disputing this charge and will advise others in Prosper to avoid this Papa John's until they address these issues. Without question the worst pizza I've ever had from Papa John's the worst absolute worst delivery and the worst experience.

I placed my order before 7:30 and my incorrect order arrived over an hour later. I was informed a Door Dasher stole my order and that was the reason for the holdup with its delivery. However stolen order or not to have my food incorrect isn’t theft but negligence of my money and most importantly my time. Papa John’s has become pure dumpster juice and this location has really sealed the deal for them to be on ice with me indefinitely.

Forced to change my review from 5 stars to 1. The app forces you to leave a tip, even for pick up orders. This is a corporate problem where they try to force us to pay their employees. It's not right. While this location is perfect, the employees are great, the food is delicious, I will NOT be forced to pay their employees. Papa Johns (as a company) gets an F.

I showed them the picture online on how original crust should look like, the employees telling me that this is how it is. Offered me to remake the pizza, I said yes. But I am 100% sure, he handed me same pizza after 7-8 mins. I didn’t want to argue so I left! But not going back here! Please avoid this location at all costs! I complained but no call back whatsoever!

Ok The food was good for pizza… but the service was horrible so I’m ordering my pizza right then I get to drinks I’m with my 5 friends and as I’m telling her she GETS ON HER PHONE and doesn’t hear half the drinks so we FINALLY get everything ordered then instead of starting to make the pizza she goes to the back and starts vaping and then we our pizza and drinks but there is only 4 chairs and we can’t sit inside and we have to sit on the curb out side
