Service feels disconnected and lazy because of the ordering kiosks at the table. We only come here for soup salad and breadsticks with tons of Alfredo. Anyone can make basic pasta. This is that. Its just a decent place to go where you know what you're getting and leave full. Bring back the one on one service. We dont want to order for ourselves.

Brought a college soccer team here on fairly short notice and, on a Saturday night. It felt like they rolled out the red carpet for us. Manager arranged to have us sit together in a big group and our server could not have been more friendly, especially dealing with a large group. Thank you Olive Garden managers, servers and chefs. A relaxing end to a long day of soccer.

They were super busy and they said we had a 15 minute wait, it was only about that long before we were seated. The food came in a timely way and was very good. The bowl of salad was good and plentiful. I had lasagne my friends had ravioli and egg plant parm. We were all pleased with the flavors and quantity. Our server was excellent, as good as any fine dining experience. The front of house staff were also great. Each of our meals were in the low $20’s, very convient check out with at table tablet. We also got a kick out of the lively Italian music being played in the bathroom. Will go back and highly recommend

I had such a wonderful experience at the Olive Garden in Queensbury, NY! Jean gave us the best service—so friendly, attentive, and always with a big smile. She made our meal even more enjoyable, and her positive energy really stood out. Thank you, Jean, for making our visit so pleasant. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped in today to have some good old Olive Garden for lunch. The service was on point and with a bright smile. Lindsey was wonderful. Attentive and kind. The food was delicious as always. I was there and I felt like family.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in over 10 years, and I was not disappointed. Unlimited salad and breadsticks are still delicious. Waitress was so nice and courteous. Food was all tasty. The new thing for me was the tablet at the table. It's a nice touch when it comes to paying. The only ick is that my kids grabbed the tablet and started playing the games. They thought it was free but no, it costs 2.99$.

The food and their drinks here were great. They give you a good amount of food and their drink prices are relatively cheap. The service was phenomenal. We didn't have to wait much for the food to come. The prices weren't bad.

I know this may seem weird for a major chain restaurant but the meals we had were very good. The entrees came out fresh, tasty and hot. No sitting around in the kitchen. I had a raspberry lemonade which was very refreshing. Only complaint was the signature bread sticks were a bit stale.

We stopped in on our way back to Long Island and our experience here was definitely a Good one. Our server Corey was very friendly and attentive, great service. The atmosphere is like your typical Olive Garden and very clean. We ordered the Spinach and Artichoke Dip and Lasagna Fritters as appetizers which were delicious. The Chicken and Gnocchi soup is my favorite and the salad did not disappoint. Our main courses we ordered a build your own pasta (mushrooms, shrimp and pasta), and the Chicken and Shrimp Cabanara which was delicious as well. The children ordered Spaghetti and Meatballs and Chicken Alfredo and they had no complaints. Everything came out HOT!! Just the way I like it. I hate cold food. The food was seasoned well very flavorful. Over all Great experience I would definitely recommend this place.

(July 6, 2025) We came here for dinner after considering a lot of other options, we were pleasantly satisfied with the food quality and quantity and the overall service. The minestrone soup and bottomless salad (unlimited refills) were good. The pastas we ordered were decent and came in very large portions, we ended up packing some of it for the next day of our trip. Sisi was a very friendly waitress.

Normally no complaints here, but on a recent visit, the group salad was really short on dressing, and the bread sticks were hard. Didn't the bread sticks used to be soft & fresh? The 1st basket we got replaced, but the "fresh" ones were barely better. 🤔 Texas Roadhouse rolls got them beat hands down. Not impressed with the traditional or five cheese marinara sauces, nor the meatballs - tasted like pre-made frozen to me. Our server was super nice, although a bit hard to get a hold of bc of where they sat us.

Alfredo is always a go to here, I enjoy the unlimited salad and breadsticks too. Usually never get soup. Pretty busy here but for a table of 2 we didn't have to wait too long. Iced teas were really good and also have free refills. Our desert was delicious but on the pricey side.

Meh...it was ok . The soup salad portions at lunch are very small . It seems like initially a actual bowl of soup would be given. I understand if someone wants more after the initial bowl that you might give a smaller portion . There was probably 8-10oz of soup and barely enough salad for three initially. The chicken gnocchi soup had no chicken , 4 gnocchi

The Olive Garden outlet at Lake George has always provided good service, but this time was a bit disappointing due to a few dishes. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The ambiance was pleasant, with ample space for free parking. The tables were clean, and overall, we had a nice time with the family. However, the Alfredo Pasta was undercooked, and the sauce didn't cover the pasta properly, leaving it tasting almost raw. Additionally, the Artichoke Dip was served in a smaller portion than at other outlets, and it seemed overcooked and dry. Despite this, I'd be happy to visit again may be next time we will get better food no complains about service. We were very hungry, so we didn't raise a complaint.

1/24/26 got takeout at queensbury, chicken parm and there was only about a cup of pasta in the container with the chicken, hardly any sauce and my wife's manicoti had no sauce to speak of. The garden salad lettuce was wilted. This dinner was not worth the $40.00 i spent.

Meatballs were awful tasted like frozen meatballs and were not cooked, could not eat but no one took off the bill. Sausage smelled bad , like it was out and then recooked. It was not even Italian sausage. The bread sticks are not the same at all and we were told yes not the same bread sticks by a wait staff. We will not be back nor will our friends. The waitress was so very nice , quick, and asked us if we needed anything, refills. Jeanmarie? I think. She was wonderful in fact the only good thing about the experience. 4th time in Queensbury and the last 3 times horrid so 3 strikes and out.
