Came in today because we were craving the Mongolian beef and Chicken lettuce wraps but decided to also get beef lo mein as well as a California roll! All SO good!!! Our server Aaron was awesome and our food came out quick. Highly recommend coming to this Pf Changs!! We’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic service from the bar area ( to avoid the 30 minite wait time to be seated in restaurant area). We shared appetizers of lettuce wraps, edamame, pork pan fried potstickers, white rice & apple dessert. Everything delicious and plenty for 2 of us.

I usually visit the location in chino hills, which is a little closer to my house, but I will now go slightly out of my way in hopes of getting Justin as my server again. Above and beyond service, I never had to look around and wonder where my server was. He took care of everything and created what I can only describe as an unforgettable dining experience. The best part of our night was our server Keith. Other than that it was average at best. We had reservations for 7:45 and didn’t get seated until after 8:30. We only had a party of 6. We’ve eaten here numerous times and have never waited more than 10-15 minutes to be seated with a reservation. It might be awhile before we come back if that’s how the service is.

I came to P.F. Chang’s hungry. I left spiritually renewed, emotionally stabilized, and possibly legally adopted by the concept of hospitality—because Justin was running the floor like it was an action movie and we were the VIPs he was sworn to protect. We roll in as a group, already chaotic. Everyone’s talking at once. Someone’s ordering like they’re building a tasting menu for the United Nations. I’m trying to play it cool but I’m low-key starving and the vibes are “one wrong word and this turns into an argument about lo mein vs rice.” Enter Justin. This man appears like a summoned guardian spirit. Calm. Friendly. Zero fear in his eyes. He takes our order the way a therapist takes notes—with compassion, precision, and the quiet confidence of someone who has seen families fall apart over appetizer choices and refused to let it happen again. We start with the drinks: blood orange martini, Peartini, and an espresso martini later because apparently we were celebrating something (survival, probably). Justin is not just taking orders—he’s curating outcomes. Every time someone hesitated, he’d gently guide them like: “I got you.” And weirdly? He did. Then the food parade begins. • Chicken lettuce wraps hit the table and suddenly we’re all friends again. • Crispy beans show up and I’m pretty sure one person saw God. • Kung Pao chicken arrives with the kind of confidence that says, “Yes. You made the right choice.” • Mongolian beef with lo mein lands and there’s a moment of silence—like we were paying respects. • Honey chicken pulls up sweet and dangerous like it’s got a mixtape dropping. • (We also got this thing called duck horn which sounds like an ancient artifact and tasted like it should come with a prophecy.) And Justin? Justin is everywhere. Refills appear before you realize you need them. Plates vanish like a magic trick. We’re laughing, we’re eating, we’re thriving. At one point someone dropped a napkin and I swear Justin caught it emotionally before it even hit the floor. Then dessert. Cheesecake. Butter cake. Absolute knockout combo. The kind of ending where you sit back and realize you’ve eaten like royalty and you might need to be rolled to the car. Justin made sure we got the full cinematic finale. I don’t know what they’re paying Justin, but it’s not enough. He’s not a server—he’s a crisis manager, peace negotiator, and vibe architect who just happens to also be really good at getting your food exactly right. If you go to P.F. Chang’s, ask for Justin. If Justin isn’t there… honestly, you might want to come back when he is.

I almost cried. The food is THAT good. It was like I was eating for the first time in my life! 5 Stars? NO it should be 10 for an experience like this!! P.F. Chang's is simply heads and shoulders above the rest!! The Orange chicken melted in my mouth like butter!! I THOUGHT I just didn't like sushi... UNTIL I had a sample here!! I cannot believe how inexpensive it was. For what I tasted, I thought the plate would have been $100. It was literally a quarter of that. This has GOT to be the most underrated place to eat in the WORLD! I can't imagine anything tasting BETTER! I am wowed!! 🤩🤩🤩😍

Chang’s location we were seated our server Justin greeted us he was very polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome there! He knows the menu completely and was happy to make recommendations based on our liking Totally satisfied we enjoyed the food definitely will be back and hopes to get Justin as our server again!

It was such a wonderful experience! We reserved a table and a lovely set up was placed for us! The food was delicious and we enjoyed the shrimp with lobster sauce the most. The food was at a great temperature! We didn't finish it all as we wanted to try the Hot & Ice dessert! Both the Red Lantern and Flaming Dragon drinks (alcoholic) were delicious! We even got a card from the staff which was super adorable ❤️ It was truly an extraordinary experience for us! Would recommend!

Wowwww, just like i remembered it!!! I haven’t been to P.F. Chang’s since i was in high school for a banquet dinner and it’s as good as i remember. I ordered the orange chicken and chow mein with honey shrimp and fried rice. My host of the night was a young man named Justin he recommended we try the lychee martini and a lemon drop martini and let me tell you no complaints. He was a very attentive host and constantly checked in with us throughout the night. I will definitely be asking for him again. As for my bartender we never got the name but damn good drinks! Thank you P.F. Chang’s i’ll be back soon!

Our server was excellent. One of our orders came out wrong, I didn't even realize (was too busy talking my husband). Server came by to notify us the incorrect order, and later delivered the correct one, with no charge to the incorrect one. I have to say, the food was very delicious (every one of them). My friend and I went to the P.F. Chang’s in Rancho Cucamonga for dinner on 11/3/25. The food was excellent, but even more superlative was our server Justin, who was attentive but not intrusive. He refilled our drinks even before we asked and subtly asked if we needed anything as we finished our courses. We could not have asked for a better meal or more amazing waiter. Please ask for him by name next time you go.

Big fan of PF Chang’s food……especially Chang’s spicy chicken, kung pao shrimp, and chicken fried rice. Glad that the restaurant offers gluten free options. If dining, make sure to enjoy chocolate soufflé dessert served warm with creamy vanilla ice cream and drizzled with tangy raspberry sauce.

The bathroom needs soap to wash your hands and paper towels. Someone needs to clean the restroom. So it was a good deal with that coupon

We started with the Northern Style ribs as an appetizer. The seasoning was really good and they came right off the bone. Definitely recommend them. They come with a spicy coleslaw. I liked it as well. A different taste. The Mongolian beef and honey shrimp was next. Both were cooked to perfection. The accompanying rice was well cooked as well. Dessert was an apple crisp with ice cream. The crisps were filled with an apple filling and dusted with cinnamon and powdered sugar. They were good and the contrast between the warm pastry and the cold ice cream was nice. All in all a very nice lunch for just under $100

He made our VALENTINES LUCH Special and we loved the Special that they were offering it was a 5 Course Meal for 2 & $89.95. Well worth the price. Reservations were made for 745p. We arrived at 730p and were immediately seated. Chris was an awesome server. He was very accommodating and polite. He gave good recommendations about the food menu. It was my first time there in years. The Cadillac Margarita was the business! I couldn't even finish it all lol. #lightweight The crunchy Asian salad was delicious. Plenty was given so I had it for leftovers this evening. Mongolian chicken was tasty. The shrimp dumplings were good. Idk they paired it with the right sauce 😆 they were still good 'sauceless'.

Food was good, our service was great. My main complaint was the hostess. She was rude to say the least. Aside from her, everything was was good! Overall, I’d say prices are a little on the high end, but nothing astronomical. Worth a visit if you haven’t been!

We had Justin as our server and he was amazing. I ate the Mongolian tofu as my entree, the tofu tasted a bit strange, but the fried rice, egg drop soup, and fried green beans were perfect.

Birthday gathering for husband, he ordered keylime pie to go..was charged $8.00 plus tax for a slice of pie the size of a Oreo cookie, waitress would do nothing after I told her of my concerns, my party spent 500.00 plus..the least they could have done was made the birthday guy happy...He was disappointed, key lime is his favorite..THIS WAS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE..Staff must be aware that if you have no customer you have no business..No Job! The customer keeps you in business..

Update 11/23: Went with a party of six to celebrate my eldest sons B-day. It was a Wednesday so we got a seat right away with NO reservations. We had the Edamame, Pot stickers, lo-mein, fried rice, Orange Chicken, and Pepper Chicken. But the star for me was the Duck. We also manged to kill a couple deserts. ALL the food was great. And the candles they brought out to sing Happy Birthday were awesome, fun night. Nice happy hour.

So I've reviewed majority of the restaurants at the typical dine in. I thought this time I'd change it up by taking my food to go and seeing how the quality of the food holds when eating it at home. Right off the bat the difference is the freshness of the heat of the food. I live about 20 minutes away so obviously it was not as hot. But other than the soup everything was still delicious. Broccoli Beef and Chicken Sesame tasted great! Flavorful but not overly done. The packing of the food was done well and the amount of the portions was good. Curbside delivery was curteous and polite. Overall Id rate the restaurant its service and food 4/5.

Overall the food was really good- somewhat generic Chinese food but still tasty! The spicy P F changs chicken was my favourite! A bit short staffed but our server was very nice! We had a short wait as is it was a weekday but typically very busy so suggest you get a reservation before you go! I also ordered take out from there a week later.. food was a bit soggy, so rather eat there in person.

Loved the service but only issue was the pad Thai as it wasn’t the normal noodles that it’s made with as it was so chewy and literally was rubber bands with sauce. I had to spit it out. We didn’t even take it home, please ensure your kitchen staff cooks them fully as my step daughter was disappointed with them for her bday meal.

I went to a Christmas Party. They had wild decor at PF Changs at Victoria Gardens, with okay appetizers, yummy entrees, and some delicious desserts. They have some of the worst versions of these foods I've had. I didn't have to pay because it was a work party. Likes: lo mein and beef, broccoli beef, chicken and peppers, and lettuce wraps. Dislikes: red dragon margarita, banana egg rolls, egg drop soup, gyoza, and honey chicken. Scared to try the fried rice. Nothing special house white wine, cream cheese wontons, salad, and chocolate cake from my small bites.

The customer service was excellent, the restaurant itself was nice. The beef fried rice was not seasoned and the meat was kinda tough, the calamari was dry and chewy and had no flavor, and the fried green beans (I believe that's what they were) was a horrible choice, it was not seasoned and dry. The beef and broccoli had no flavor either. Not even salt could help these meals. Will not be returning, respectfully, not my kind of food.

Food was mid. Felt like i got robbed after eating here should’ve just went down the street to my usual spot for way less and just about the same food I got here for 90 bucks. Mind you I’ve paid 40 dollars for one plate at a really good chinese spot that’s TikTok famous and they didn’t come close. This review is in regards to food only. Service was great and so was the mojito. However, my birthday meal was the worst teriyaki chicken I've ever had by far the worst. I had been waiting for over 6 months to go there for my birthday and I just couldn't believe the disgusting dish I was served and the lousy chocolate slice of dessert. Mind you the teriyaki chicken was like $24.00 the plate. The description of the dish in the menu was nothing like what I got.

I would give this location a zero if that were an option. This was easily the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in the past year. To start, the service was painfully slow. We sat for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged at all, not even for drinks. When we finally looked at the table, we noticed the plates underneath the menus were already dirty, with dried-on food still stuck to them. The menus themselves were greasy and covered in more dried food, and they had been placed directly on top of those supposedly “clean” plates. It was disgusting before we even ordered. When the food eventually arrived, the problems only got worse. Some dishes were cold, while others were still steaming like they’d just come out of a microwave. The rice was severely undercooked, crunchy, and cold. The shrimp tasted extremely fishy, like it was well past being fresh. Seafood that has gone bad should never be served, but apparently that’s not common sense here. The Mongolian beef was burnt to the point where all you could taste was bitter char. Portion sizes were laughably small, maybe one to one-and-a-half scoops per entrée, portions that would have fit better in a styrofoam to-go container from Panda Express. The honey shrimp tasted like cardboard, which usually happens when food is cooked far too far in advance and left sitting out. It was beyond stale. The spring rolls were clearly frozen, pre-made items reheated from a vendor. They were overly oily, mushy, and completely flavorless. As if the food and service weren’t bad enough, the staff decided to celebrate a birthday at the table behind us using a bubble gun while singing. This resulted in bubbles landing directly in my food, which somehow managed to make the experience even worse. Overall, the food and service were below average in every metric that matters. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and I will never be returning. The fact that this place is still open is honestly astonishing.
