It was my first time there, and as a vegetarian I was a little worry. Soul and Courtney were able to tell me what available to me! Courtney was amazing when I first came and greeted me very warming welcome. Sole was able to help me figure out the menu and what I could and couldn’t get an. They helped me add on some stuff that I did want. Overall amazing experience!!

I enjoy jimmy John's. Not much to say, my wife had ordered it when I was on my way back and it was ready by the time I got there to pick it up. Probably had it ready in less than 10 minutes. Jimmy John's is very fast, and delicious. The guy that was working there I spoke with briefly was nice and friendly. Just note the main entrance is behind the building.

Great sandwiches and friendly staff. I've never had an issue with an order being incorrect, and one time my delivery took a long time they gave me a free cookie to apologize. I love being able to order in the app and pick up my food. The app can be a bit glitchy about notifying you when your food is ready, but that's not the staffs fault. Always will recommend and keep coming back

It was a very long wait even though I placed my order through the app. However, it was worth it because my sandwich, potato chips and cookie were so good! I'm going back and will place my order early to allow them more preparation time.

Ingredient options and quality were excellent. The french bread was good, but not the best I've had. I also liked that they had wheat bread as an option. Service was fantastic. It wasn't busy at the time so I wasn't really surprised by the fact that they had my order ready 10 seconds after paying, but nevertheless I was impressed by the efficiency. I would visit again.

I have generally had positive experiences at this location; however, I recently received a sandwich with the deli paper still on my #7 sandwich. While this was disappointing, the staff handled the situation professionally, providing a refund to my account. The service remains excellent, but I was very disappointed.

The sandwiches here are pretty good. I would like the option of having a hot sandwich now and again. But mostly, I have gone elsewhere lately because their ice machine and soda fountain isn’t working. It hasn’t worked in over a month. Before that, it worked for a few weeks and then it didn’t work prior to that for a month or so. I’m not sure why they can’t keep it operational, but I like a fountain drink with my sandwiches, so this is a deal breaker for me. You can get a bottle of soda, but it’s not very cold. Since it’s in the 90’s and 100’s here in Southern California, the last thing you want is a less than cold soda to go with your sub sandwich. I’ve called three times now in the last month to find out if the machines are working and they have not been. I wrote to Jimmy John’s and I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours, but I was not. I placed an order online for pick up around six weeks ago, and when I got there, I found out that the fountain machine was not working and was given a bottle of Coke. They only had three sodas to choose from. I was not happy considering I paid for a fountain drink with my combo meal and with the combo meal, you get free refills of your drink, however, that was not available because the machine was not in working order. The place is usually clean, nice and cool, and the staff is usually friendly. However, I won’t return until they fix their machines.

Wow if I could give you no stars I will I had this order to my store I even tip for bringing it in.And I got no avocado which I might add my receipt says add avocado for .99cents very very disappointed was craving a sandwich and there is barely any turkey is this what you guys are made off.. wow very truly disappointed 😞

Worst sandwich I have ever had! Tuna was loaded with onions, had a terrible fish taste and a very small amount of lettuce. Bread was not fresh. So disappointing

got a #10 with just meat cheese and mayo for my lunch at work, so i wouldn't be eating it for about 5 hrs. At lunch I unwrapped it to find the bread scooped out WHICH I DIDN'T ORDER and it was full of iceberg lettuce & tomatoes I HATE ICEBERG LETTUCE after 5 hrs the lettuce flavor had permeated what little bread was left it was horrible, i ended up eating just the meat & cheese out of it. They weren't busy when I went in & the girl making my sandwich watched the guy ring it up and still got it completely wrong, they are now making $20 an hour & still EXPECTING A TIP! but can't even get a sandwich with only meat cheese & mayo correctly. If I did my job this badly I would be fired,I'm not saying that should happen at all but for $20 an hr you REEEALY SHOULD be able to make a sandwich without screwing it up. thanks for ruining my lunch jj's with your ineptitude

I called the store and he offered to send one out - but not for at least another 1 1/2 hours -- "..we're really busy..." I asked for a credit to my CC. Nope, can't do that. I can give you a store credit. I guess I'll need to see how AMEX feels about that. (Why would I want a store credit to a store I'll likely not be patronizing again?) Extremely disappointed in the service, the attitude and the inflexibility of this group. Times are pretty good right now so I guess they won't miss my business since they are so busy.

got a #10 with just meat cheese and mayo for my lunch at work, so i wouldn't be eating it for about 5 hrs.
