This location has just become worse over the years. The store is overcrowded at certain hours yet staff leaves the downstairs section shut leaving little to no seating space while the temperature outside is blistering. The trash cans are always overflowing when I'm visiting. As of roughly 5 months ago, the fountain drinks aren't in the customer section anymore due to renovations. After waiting almost 30 minutes for my order, my drink is warm and my food is cold. The store hours are also wrong. They close in-store dining way earlier than indicated by the hours. This location has also slowly been raising prices. It's starting to be hard to justify paying the premium for this sort of service and being in a mosh pit. I'd recommend saving your money and going somewhere else.

Pretty much horrible customer service in my life The MANAGER kierby forced me wait for a wrong order for 25 minutes and didn't apologize at all. They made the drive through a joke. The tomato was spoiled. I asked the girl for mayonnaise and she gave me only one packet and in a rude manner. The staff is unprofessional and always in a bad mood.

Although it looked like there were many employees, the work efficiency was extremely low and the operation was very chaotic. I ordered a chicken junior sandwich and a coffee, and the waiting time exceeded 20 minutes. It turned out the order had already been prepared, but no staff notified the front counter for pickup. The overall experience was very poor.

I placed an online McDonald’s order for curbside pickup / parking spot delivery. I was with my child, who was sleeping in the car, so I couldn’t leave the vehicle and go inside. I waited about 30 minutes while the restaurant was very busy. Later I found out that the order had been ready for a long time, but no one came out or informed me. When I asked the staff, I was told that I had to pick it up at the counter, and that no one brings orders to the parking area. I finally picked it up myself, but the food was already cold. No one took responsibility — every employee said “it wasn’t me.” Very disappointed with the service. If curbside pickup is offered, it should work as promised, especially for customers with a sleeping child.

This is hard to write because it’s clear the staff was extremely overwhelmed and working hard. The service, systems, crowd handling and food were unacceptable to the point where something needs to change — likely from the internal / managerial end as the workers were 👏working👏. This was midday Saturday close to 2pm. The drive through lane is small and was full up to the street. We opted to go inside (mistake, stay in drive thru lane, they seem to prioritize it). Inside were approximately 70 people waiting. Lines were unclear. We ordered through the self-serve machine. Our number popped up on the screen as in progress — there was a section for “about to be served” but it was always blank. Our number then disappeared about 15 minutes later. For the next 20+ minutes (our order took 35), it was unclear if it was coming or not. Lots of burgers were in a row for nearly 15-20 minutes at a time, made but not being served. People who ordered after us were being served first. It seemed random. The food eventually came after a few gentle “where is 1065” reminders from us. It was all cold, including the coffee. Something is not working — this team (which was heavily staffed) is not trained to handle groups anywhere near this large, and that is the fault of internal management for not training them efficiently and/or failing to predict this would happen around the time a bunch of coupons came in the mail. The problem was not production — burgers were made and piling up. It was which burgers went into what bags, drinks being made too early, and stalling / forgetting about things if French fries were missing. A better chain of command needs to run this ship, because it literally sunk and we all drowned ☠️

Iced coffee not filled all the way. I mention something about it but people were unresponsive towards me about it so I just walked away. 😡 very frustrating I visited again on Dec 14th. Placed an order on the app at 5:41am. Had to approach the counter at 5:57am with my order just sitting under the Heat lamp. Nothing was done on their end to notify me that my order was ready. 5 to 6 employees standing around and not doing anything. Completely Unprofessional! 😡

Been regularly visiting this place over the past, today was the most disappointing experience. Waited about 20 mins still didn’t receive our food so we went ask, cuz we saw the order no. on screen at first. our order was lost maybe? Kept waiting until about another 30mins later we finally received our order, telling me that fish burger need more time, just let us wait and wait, got crispy chicken as replacement, however, Still received fish burger but potato bite from the bundle missing. Missing patty from other burger, missing socks missing sauce, cold burgers for all, apple juice taste just like water. Waste almost an hour in nothing. So disappointed!

Can never get an order right. Like just now. Went home. Opened my bag. Got me 2 regular fries instead of the large one i paid for. I paid extra for 2 sauces "because got forbid they give you dipping sauces" there was 1 in the bag. I paid for those items and you are jot even capable of filling up my order. On top of making me move to the side and making me wait to get better times. Ridiculous. Changing my review to 1 star... 25 minutes for 2 big mac trios... wow... you actually managed to get even worst.

Worst Mcdonald’s i’ve visited in my life. I ordered 2 McDoubles,a large poutine,20 Mcnuggets,a large Strawberry Fruitorpia with no ice,a large Moka coffee, and a large coke zero with no ice. They gave me 1/2 McDoubles and then they argue with me saying I only ordered 1. And they tried to give me a small strawberry fruitorpia with ice. The rest was fine but they refused to give me my 2 Mcdoubles and made 2 mistakes in my order. Literally this Mcdonald’s is rated 3.1/5.

As for why I gave this evaluation, go to the McDonald's in the downtown Atwater shopping mall and you will know. Although the atmosphere there is not good and there are homeless people, at least their food is generous and not stingy.I ordered two set meals and two drinks here, and you told me about my lemon.The medium-sized juice cup and the small Sprite cup are the same, and so are the coffee cups.Why don't you use coffee cups to hold juice instead of coffee?And the fruit is as hard to drink as the sour foot-washing water after washing the feet of an old lady. Fortunately, the size is relatively small, otherwise I couldn't drink this disgusting stuff.

This still absolutely ridiculous. They messed up my order and forgot to add a cheeseburger that I ordered and they gave me a hard time and telling me I have to go to DoorDash when I did my order through the McDonald's application. Poor service and poor quality of food. The food I did get was very cold and my big Mac was more sauce than big Mac itself. I'm never ordering from this restaurant again or stepping a foot in their store. Shameful experience and this is most McDonald's nowadays. 0 stars across the board if possible.
