I write this 5 star because My food and customer service was amazing! My food was brought to my table neatly and everything was correct. BUT⚠️⚠️ Simoniki “Monik” is the WORST RUDEST most disrespectful human ever!! Throughout the whole time of my Dine In, I could not eat in peace due to Monik the general manager screaming at the poor managers and employees swearing and cussing due to things not being how she wanted. She was constantly screaming at employees i felt horrible watching people get treated this way. This should be seriously looked upon I don’t believe she is worthy to have this position.
Restaurant looks modern and I'm in love with their decor. Clean and very friendly staff. The McDonald's in Sealy could definitely learn from this location.
Best McDonalds experience i have had in a long time. Eating here now and the food came out hot and fresh and the staff has been friendly and they are all working hard to make it a good experience. Keeping the food coming and the dining room clean. Great job!!
I like coming here. Miss Kim is amazing and so is Zach. They are very polite. Very good employees
Been awhile since I came here and I love how the place feels good when you come in and have a great breakfast! I know its still morning but love the work ethic of well oriented and great quality of customer service!!! The manager bringing everyone's food, with a smile and excellent courtesy!!! I wish I can give 10 🌟
Was pleasantly surprised to be greeted upon entering, by a wonderful staff who reminded everyone to use floor mat for drying their footwear (it had just started raining) and be careful with wet floors. He was also greeting everyone leaving to have a good day and be safe on the road. Wow! I thought, that was so very nice. Order was correctly and quickly delivered. Food was made just right. Coffee was good. Staff were super attentive, courteous, professional with a smile. Overall, this McDonald’s location made us feeling like dining at an upscale restaurant. Highly recommend.

Fries we're warm kinda cold didn't taste right, I never had this problem here until last night around 11:15 pm. Don't know what was going on but they need to do better. If I wanted cold food I would have went to Burger King really 😔
Old reliable but lord I see why McDonald's is struggling. How did I order a large fries and it was half way full. Can we stop rationing the food. Higher cost less food is interesting to say the least.

Ordered my food online at 1149am. The app said it would be ready in 5 -7 min.....the food was ready, but the staff was very laxidasical about checking to see if the order was up (need better training). Several orders were placed after mine, and they received their orders and left the store. I didn't get my order until 12:06 p.m. I personally will no longer be a patron of this McDonald's.

I tried to give this location multiple chances because I’m local to the area, but this has become a repeated issue. There have been several occasions where items were missing from my order, meaning I paid for food I did not receive. This has happened through drive-thru, in-store pickup, and even delivery orders placed through the app, so it’s clearly not a one-time mistake. I shouldn’t have to double-check every order or go to another location just to get what I paid for. This ongoing lack of accuracy is frustrating and unacceptable. I’ve reported the issue, but until it’s addressed, I can’t recommend this location. **Update: 2/23/26** Although I placed my order through the McDonald’s app and DoorDash handled the delivery, the restaurant refused to take accountability for missing items. I was told to contact DoorDash instead, even though the food is packaged and sealed by the restaurant itself. If items are missing, that is a packaging issue, not a delivery issue. Being redirected without a resolution feels like passing responsibility rather than addressing the problem.
I recently went to this location, I was told to pull up to the 3rd window for my order 4 cars pulled around me at this point I realized they weren't coming out so I went in, and even once I went in I never received a apology or anything, I was heated at this point so I just wanted my money back so I can leave.
Ok So I ordered a small fry and a coke and it took over 9 minutes and then the and the place was clean so respect for McDonald's and bathrooms were so dirty I did not want to use it so much pee on the floor and I can tell why it was so long because of the line where cars go it was very long and I noticed that the chairs were so dirty I just don't want to sit on it the guest at this place need to clean behind there self I saw someone just leave without cleaning or atleast have some responsibilities to clean for u self
That woman at the drive thru window (who has been there for years by the way) is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She really needs to be placed in a non costumer faced position. She even gets aggressive by a simple good morning. Do better McDonald’s!!! there is so many pleasant people out there in need of a job that would provide better customer service. Location: @59 & 36
I have been waiting for my order for over 20 mins and I still didn't receive even though it's only one sandwich. The only serve the drive thru but they don't care even a little about curbside or dine in. If i could rate it less than 1 star i would. And the food was cold when they gave it to me.
I’m so tired of picking up breakfast going to work, open my bag and having the wrong damn thing. They took 20 min this morning only to give me the wrong food. Egg and cheese biscuit. The label says it but where’s the egg? Egg and cheese biscuit no meat. Big bacon in the middle. Every.time.
My kids used to work at this location and the supervisor that they had was amazing. Her name was Shontay. She is no longer at this facility. Neither are my kids. I don’t know who’s in management now, but this place has really gone down. I go here because Of the convenience being close to my job, but today really disgusted me trying to eat a nice quick lunch only to find out my burger is raw
Luz is the rudest manager to the customers and the employees. As a customer, I went through the drive thru for breakfast, the order was incorrect to I took it inside to exchange for my order. She didn't believe me even though they had just handed me that wrong order. This whole time before, during and after...you can hear her berating the workers...that's not a good manager. She's rude. No customer service.
I live down the street from this store so we regularly go to it but everything we do they always manage to mess my order up. Today I ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and a mcgriddle and got 4 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. This is a constant problem with this store and when you tell them about the mix up they make you feel like you are the problem. Once I ordered some nuggets along with some other stuff didnt get my nuggets at all. I ordered sweet tea got unsweet. I'm done with this place
I did not get any monopoly stickers from this location, even though my order qualified for them. they put all my stuff into different rappers and smaller size containers so they wouldn’t have to give me the monopoly stickers.
7/12/25-at 415pm,Supervisor in charge(she said her namewas Lakeisha), Ive always had the best service coming thru this drive thru till today. As you read and agree place a thumbs up to confirm the terrible leadership skills "Lakeisha"portraits. I ordered thru drive thru than was told to pull up because my order would be a bit and they "want to appear"as their service is fliwing and under alloted time. An associate cane out and walked right past(where I was told to pull up"and gave my food to a vehicle that was in line behind me and they was told to park. 15-20 minutes go by and "manager"Lakeisha has 3 more orders go out to cars behind me in line. I asked "Lakeisha 's" associate wheres my order and sheseemed disturbed I dare ask. She said she gave it to someone else and "it'd be a minute. Another 2 cars later,associate of "Lakeishas"han food orders to more customers behind. me. This is when I parked and went inside to ask about my order.By than another one of "Lakeisha the supervisor in charge" associate was about to ealk out and the associate that served all the cars behind me said"its his so the associate gave me my bag and walked off. I said" no Im sorry or have a good day after waiting 20 minutes? They grinned and didnt seem to care what I thought. I asked for the supervisor and here she comes,mouth chewing doid in front of her associates. Well now I know why drive thru was hectic. The supervisor Lakeisha leads poorly so your associates follow suit. No apology,no"your meals on us. Just careless attitude. The manager that me abd my family enjoyed for years was an older supervisor that ran a beautiful shift. Place was clean and assocites knew customer service. This may go on deaf ears and Supervisor Lakeisha is probably all they could hire but if anyone in leadership or corporate see this. LAKEISHA, is not a example of leadership. Bless the workers that do try to give pride in what they do .
