Good food, only complaint was cleanliness of the drink area. Where the spoons and forks were there was some kind of liquid in the holder so it ruined several utensils. Had to go back up and get some from the cashier. I let them know of the situation and they did not address it the half hour i was there.

Food was great but service was a little slow. There was a buy one get one free entree promotion though so it was understandable. Although portions were a little skimpy.

My daughter ordered guac on her burrito. It was ALL in one big glob at the end of the burrito. Not evenly spread out or even in the middle. One end had nothing but guacamole and that was the only place it was. Sloppy assembly. I had a reward for free guac. I clicked the "free guac" button on the app when ordering. Turns out, it took the money off my bill at the end for the free guac, but didn't actually add the guac to my order. Seems ridiculous to have a button for a reward and not have the redemption of said award actually add the product to my order. I did get a $3 discount on my order, but I also paid for chips and had nothing to dip them in. Do better Chipotle.

Today is the last time I will come to this location. I will drive farther for a CLEANER FOOD PREP STATION, BETTER ATTITUDES WHEN YOU POINT OUT THE MESS AND ASK FOR IT TO BE CLEANED, BUT THEY DON'T AND THEY CONTINUE TO FIX YOUR BOWL AND WRAP THE BURRITO WITH SOUR CREAM ALL OVER THE FOIL ON THE OUTSIDE WHERE WE AS CONSUMERS HAVE TO HOLD OUR FOOD. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE!! I WONT BE BACK. SORRY DIJA, I DIDN'T SEE YOU THERE TODAY, BUT IT'S YOUR STORE, SO ULTIMATELY ON YOU... ALSO EVERY STORE NEEDS AN REVAMP OF THE PREP COUNTER. WHERE WHEN THEY DO CLEAN THE COUNTER, THE MESS DOESN'T GET PUSHES INTO THE FOOD IN THE BINS AT THE SAME LEVEL. FOOD BINS SHOULD BE ELEVATED ABOVE FOOD PREP, EVEN JUST A FEW INCHES. I WAS FAMISHED SO I DIDNT WALK OUT, BUT I WONT BE BACK. SO SAD

I enjoy Chiptle. However, this location has gone down with service and food quality. Incorrect orders, dry food, missing purchased items (guac, chips, etc) and management not willing to help it. My family of 4 patronizing this location quite a bit, but have since stopped. Our local elementary school was having a fundraiser with this location. We presented the flyer and was told since we placed our order online the money could not be applied. Even though the flyer was clear to take it to the cashier. Was disheartened to try to call the Location after I noticed my meal was not correct and was told to go on line to file a complaint so the employees could concentrate more on making delicious food. 🥺 What is it let me see it

When I first arrived at Chipotle's, they were just opening, and I ordered a veggie bowl with no rice, light beans but there was a problem. They didn't have tomatoes or onions. So I told the young lady that I would wait, and then she told me I probably shouldn't wait because it would take a while and I said, No. I have a minute. I waited inside the restaurant for 5 minutes then I went to my vehicle for 45 minutes talking on the phone. I came back in to place my order. And Chipotle's still hadn't made the onions it was a different young lady at the counter. She told me that it would be about twenty minutes for the onions. So I waited inside for 20 minutes. When you get the veggie bowl there's not a lot to choose from, so I decided to wait a second time. I'm off on weekends, but I didn't want to spend my whole Saturday Morning at Chipotle's.

Worst service in the world. Food was old, dried out and had discoloration meaning it’s been sitting longer than 4 hours which is the proper hold time! The workers have thee nastiest attitudes and management needs to do better because they allow it, and the kitchen was DIRTY! Inspection needs to be done ASAP, the area manager should be ashamed.

The food can’t be wrong, it’s chipotle, but the service is all wrong. Slow, they don’t have all the items at the register, some of the employees are disrespectful. It’s a shame, that a good chain of food like chipotle can be this poor because of bad management. I’ve been to chipotle in more than 10 states and this is the worst location i’ve ever been to. More than a 45 minute line at a FAST food place is unacceptable. Keep in mind there wasn’t a long line, no more than 15 people. Also 5 employees working, doesn’t seem understaffed to me. Just lazy people that don’t want to work.

Absolutely awful. I don’t have enough words to express how unfortunate and crap this location is. The service is extremely slow, and I can’t even count how many times on my hands I’ve had to return or get a refund because my delivery order was wrong/someone else’s. Complete waste of time, just go to the one on Van Dyke! absolutely ridiculous! They need new management and they need to evaluate every single worker there!!! Beyond frustrating.

All I can say is rude, rude, rude, rude and never ever have any vegetables available. I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone had addressed me and then someone came in and was picking up a doordash order and the young lady asked him how may I help you just rude. I would never ever go back here. And yes I did wait 10 minutes just to see. Would anybody even say anything? I will not be returning

If I can give this place 0 stars I would I ordered the bowel with chicken that was the worst bowl I had in my life the meat was so chewy like it not cooked all the way 🤮 told the supposed to be team leader or who ever that big girl is she says in a smart way you have to through it away before we make another bowel cool it's seems like fake undone chicken anyways she literally had them remake me another bowel using the same chewy meat instead of giving me a full refund I barely touched the food and she seen the bowel I will never eat at Chipotle again!!!

This location is being ran into the ground by lack thereof management "Althena". I'm understanding to being short staff things happy. To see 2 ppl working online orders and on 1 in front, 1 person cutting and the manager just standing there watching all this. There was no meat but except pork. Then they yelled no black beans and card only. Needless to say they in the back debating over Starbucks drink while the steak just laying there to be cut. I could go on but that should be enough description of circus I saw today.

This Caucasian lady was very rude because I asked her to simple clean the counter off before making me a burrito. Instead she gets a nasty attitude. If you’re going to have a nasty attitude maybe don’t work in the food industry.

They got me AGAIN!! There were 7 people ahead of me in line. I watched the tall young, African-American girl load steak into burrito and bowls prior to my order. However, she then tells the actual server (a young shorter AA girl with glasses)to pull back on the protein portion right in front of me. Of course I felt slighted (especially after i watched tall load the man in front of me with steak.) I barely received a full scoop of meat. I said last time this happened that I would not be back, this time seals the deal. I give this experience a 3 out of 10 and thats only bc the food is usually good. 😡

I always tell myself I'm gambling at this location, and I always lose. Long lines, and multiple ingredients always out several hours before closing time. After waiting in line for 20 minutes while the crew desperately tries to catch up and the manager just stands behind the counter passing items over to the cashier to be bagged, multiple ingredients are out and the wait times are already painful after waiting in line for so long. They need a leader, not someone pointing fingers.

I came in craving the Carne Asada tacos, but the meal was extremely disappointing. The meat had several pieces so tough and chewy that I had to spit them out. The Sofritas taco was soggy and tasted terrible, and both Sprites I ordered tasted nothing like Sprite. Overall, awful experience — I won’t be returning.

The girl working at the register at 1120am on Friday 28th is a rude nightmare. No hello, barely speaking above a whisper and ABSOLUTELY rude when I asked for the vinagrette for a second time (wasn’t told they were out the first time and I LITERALLY SAW IT ON THE BAR) and she must’ve been angry she had to walk 10 feet to look. Don’t work in customer service if MISERY is your baseline.

Went there today August the 11th, horrible experience AGAIN, I purchased chips and queso and they didn’t give me my chips, I was also missing my kid’s chips and drink, employees were busy talking to each other instead of LISTENING to what customers are asking for… and the cashier also gave me an attitude when I asked for the things I was missing. On top of that, there were no napkins, no plastic silverware either and everything was messy and dirty. This store needs new management and needs to retrain their employees on customer service.

My experience here was very disappointing from start to finish. We were second in line and still waited about 10 minutes before anyone even came to the counter—there was no one at the line to take our order. When we finally did get our food, the quality was just as bad. I received maybe ten chips total, my meal was cold instead of warm, and my boyfriend’s burrito was made incorrectly. On top of that, the service was terrible—the woman at the counter had an attitude, and several employees in the back were on their phones instead of paying attention to customers. Overall, the visit was frustrating and unprofessional, and I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with both the food and the service.Pop

Went in to pick up dinner to go tonight around 6pm. They were out of both rices. Told us all they aren’t doing any more brown rice for the night & white rice should be about 10 or 15 mins. After waiting 15 mins for the rice to be done— the cook threw the pan down with an attitude & all of us waiting in line just looked at each other. Then when I created the bowl, I asked for veggies—they told me they aren’t doing any more veggies. Get home to eat and the rice was so undercooked it was disgusting. Both of the bowls I got were ruined because of it. I definitely will not be back to this location.

Absolutely awful employees. I came in around 10:53 pm. I completely understand that is close to closing time, but I was honestly trying to find something better than McDonalds after work. The employees proceeded to tell me they were closed (there was still time) and then when I proceeded to leave, I could hear them calling me stupid and laughing at me because “why would they be open if no one else is in the building”. Horrible customer service, absolutely rude employees.

Do Better, train your employees! My husband was in there tonight he said an employee was cleaning the counter with a rag that smelled like bleach and hit all the crumbs into the white rice so he waited for the new rice to get done just to watch them pour it over the old! I’m surprised he even came home with this food the chicken is so burnt i had to toss it out! seriously disgusting for the price we pay.

This is the 3rd time I've tried to give this particular restaurant a chance. This was the worst experience from a national food chain company. Initially, when I came into the restaurant, I noticed trash on the tables and on the floors. That should've been a red flag. I waited in line for over ten minutes. This was because they ran out of white and brown rice. It was an extra wait because their was none ready. I heard the server say something very disrespectful to a little girl waiting in line when she asked a question. As the group waited for the rice to cook. The young lady's mom verified that the worker said something out of line her daughter. I noticed how filthy the glass was where the food would be packaged. The prep counter was very dirty. A worker from the back was filling the ice foot the fountain machine. I guess he took too long. The same worker who snapped at the little girl. She cussed at him in front of the whole restaurant. I'd had enough, so I left the restaurant. I took pictures of how filthy the restaurant was. This is not inviting, and I know I won't be back

They mess up your order every time and they are always late with your food. They promise it at one and it is always another 10 minutes when you arrive at the promised time. The App and the store need a meeting of the minds.
