Great service always. My family and I love eating there. Chick fil A food is delicious. There are so many foods/menus to chose from. The salads are so crisp and yummy. The restaurant is always clean, and staff are so kind to take your tray. They also ask if you need refills or anything else. I’ve never been disappointed and this establishment makes me feel at home. We did our order at drive thru so I can not speak of on atmosphere. I imagine it's okay as far as a fast food place could be. Food is always good even with special orders. But what was wonderful was the young lady taking our order. She was so sweet and patient! They need to give her a raise. I love their wrap sandwiches and my grandchildren like the Mac and cheese. But everyone else enjoys chicken sandwiches or the spicy chicken sandwiches.

Chick fil a is always great. These folks go above and beyond to get you great food. Love getting chick fil a sauce and the Texas Pete hot sauce for mixing.

Well, it's Chick-fil-a, so obviously. I was fortunate enough to be part of the grand opening First 100 event and the team did such an incredible job! They fed us all day as part of the staff training, drinks all day, music, games, and so much fun. Can't say enough good things!

Dare I say the best Chick-fil-A in Round Rock. The service is off the charts! Every time I come here the staff is always so friendly! My kids have been given tiny stuffy cows , given a freebie ice cream. Doors opened for us and even the staff asking if we’d like lemonade refills. My kids and I always have an amazing time here. I’ll travel the extra distance to come to University. The service is exceptional and this place is always so clean too :) I don’t write reviews much but had to for this place ❤️

I never had a bad experience at chic fil an until yesterday. it really messed with my spirit on how disrespected i was. Chelsea Lang talked to everyone and checked on everyone except me and my friend. I tried walking by her saying excuse me and she didn’t move as she was talking to a table. i couldnt get by because she was standing in the way. i’m not rude far from it and im not going to bump into anyone.. it’s not necessary because there couldve been space if she acknowledged i was trying to get by. she goes on to another table im still trying to get by.. how can you not see me? or just didn’t care. i ate and sat back to see just how long it would take because if you go to chic fil a faithfully you know someone always makes sure your experience is 10/10!! nope not Chelsea Lang. completely walked past my table to check on the people in front of me, the side of me and behind me. I left disappointed honestly. it’s that one bad experience really puts a bad taste in your mouth and not ever want to go back. Thanks Chelsea Lang.

This place is lighting fast of you do the walk in. I see people sitting in their cars when I walk out who were there when I went in. They smile, greet you sweetly, and LITERALLY hand us our food within one minute every time.

I was here at a strange time between shifts (about 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday); even so, my nuggets were great, the place was clean especially considering it was a busy day and a lovely employee (glasses, female, really long hair in a braid) offered to go up and get me a (free) refill. Nice cashier, too. Since it was Saturday, the place was still humming but by no means mobbed. I paid $7.77 🎰 just for 8 nuggets and a small soda, but that’s how things are right now.

this is usually one of the more decent locations as far as food quality. as far as people, everyone is SO nice. wanted to compliment Teagan (sorry if i misspelled that) specifically, he has been our order-taker the last 2 times and he is AMAZING. very friendly, charismatic, and sweet, also complimented my snake bites which was nice. you guys are great, thank you Teagan. <3

I’ve been coming to Chick-fil-A for years at least 3–4 times a week and to different locations and today one employee truly stood out. A huge shoutout to Brooklyn! She took a genuine moment to ask how my day was, and that small kindness really touched my heart. It’s amazing how a little care and connection can brighten someone’s day. Picked up my order and it was delivered pretty quickly! I did have one issue later in the day, my cookie was rock hard. It had been overcooked! I had to throw it away. I emailed the Manager. We'll see if I get a response. It's not going to deter me from ordering from this location again, but the Manager needs to know the quality of food that is being served at her location. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—our breakfast sandwiches were perfectly made, the hash browns were crispy, and the orange juice was refreshing. The restaurant was very clean, including the dining area, play area, and restrooms, which is always appreciated. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality really stood out and added to the overall experience. While it’s a bit far from where we live, we’ll definitely make this a go-to stop whenever we’re traveling through the area again. Highly recommend this location for great food, cleanliness, and outstanding service.

Stopped by here for a quick breakfast to go on a Saturday morning. Surprisingly, there was only 2 other cars in line, but there were staff taking orders outside. Ordered the Egg White Sandwich, mini Chicken Sandwiches, hash browns, and yogurt. Service was friendly in the line and the window. Food was ready by the time I got to the window. We were greeted at the door and the man (maybe the manager) who was walking around serving/cleaning/checking on customers was so lovely! Friendly and kind, but not intrusive or obnoxious as some table visits can be. My only complaint for most any CFA is cost... it has to be a special day and gift cards in hand for us to be able to afford to visit.

Food was ok, but not the typical "Hot & Ready" that I am accustomed to from this outfit...along with the sweet tea, for it didn't have that sweetness that we look for from Chick-fil-A. Still good, but I will pass on future visits to this particular location.

They were able to make my waffle fries without salt, and they were fresh and hot. I also had chicken nuggets. I prefer McDonald's BBQ sauce, though. The staff were courteous and helpful. The prices, to me, are high.

I guess get what you pay for. The food I paid for was great. The free sauce I had requested never made it into my bag. It’s a small item, but really makes or breaks the meal.

My only issue is they do not have a way to scan when you order online. You just wait in the line with other cars ordering so it is no faster to order ahead. Otherwise same as other Chick-fil-a. Update: this time I brought grandkids to play and eat, it was great! Clean restaurant and play area and the food was tasty.

Sorry, but contrary to popular opinion, Chick-fil-A does not impress me. I don't understand why people would be willing to wait in the insane lines that I see every time I drive near there, for such overpriced, frankly run-of-the-mill chicken. seriously, it's not that good. I had to go there recently to pick up a large order for a work meeting. it had been ordered 3 hours in advance, and they didn't even start it until I got there. I waited for over half an hour for an order that should have already been ready for pickup, and the employee was very short with me, not even trying to get it out quickly. I heard another lady with the same situation, but a single order, and after she had to repeatedly ask for the drinks that she should have gotten, they flat told her to get out! NOT good service. I'll take my business to KFC!

Imagine driving back home and then finding out your order is wrong, except this is the 4th time it’s happened at the same location. I got my order and checked through my bag just to make sure, but I felt bad about holding up the line just to check my order, so I saw that there was a dressing in it but didn’t make sure it was the right one. I get home and it’s zesty apply vinegarette. On a spicy southwest salad that doesn’t sound that great, and if I’m spending 10 bucks on a salad I’d prefer it to be right. I wouldn’t care that much to get it fixed but this was the 4th time this has happened. And it’s always with the salad orders. I drove back and I was at least given a dessert option, but I already had ordered a cookie originally, so I just got a shake and gave it to my brother since im lactose intolerant. The quality of food is good here but there seems to be a lack of consistency when ordering. I feel like I have to spend time every visit to make sure it’s right before driving off.

Mobile Carry out at this location is useless. They make you wait until everyone in line orders just for them to ask you if you’re here for your mobile pickup. Meanwhile your food sits there getting cold

Ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit. The order taker repeated it back correctly, the service window did as well, but they gave it to me with those nasty, runny, eggs. Removing those hot, nasty, eggs also removed the melted cheese.

So I went to chick fil a at around 10:30 with my brother and my friend. My brother is in middle school but is very tall. I was ordering for the both of us and everything seemed fine until my brother and friend went off to find us seats while i had to carry 2 drinks and a order number holder, the guy who was serving me was wearing glasses, had long blonde hair and colored nails, and he seemed fine until he asked if i wanted help carrying all the stuff and i said im good and then he replied with “I see your minion ran off”, in my opinion calling my little brother that didn’t seem right to me, i don’t know how other ppl might react to that but someone who i’ve never seen before, and is a stranger to me shouldn’t be calling my brother that. I came here through the drive-through and the service I received was awful. I was trying to my order and she kept talking over me. Then, when she repeated my order, she literally talked so fast and mumbled and acted as if she didn’t care that I wanted to order just to make sure that everything was correct. When the lady brought food she goes you know you’re in the wrong lane right there’s two lanes open. If you didn’t want the lane to be open then it shouldn’t have been open.!!!

"Well you didn't say that," and when we showed her we clearly did as it was written on the receipt she grabbed the food from my partners hand and threw it towards the trash and missed. Very calmly we told her that this two minute inconvenience for her day would mean the safety for the rest of mine as I get violently ill with certain items that were requested omitted and still served to me twice. Never going back. Chik fil a you usually do better with your employees.

I have come to this location several times and every time my order is wrong. Three different occasions I have come to this Chick-fil-A and either things are missing from my order or the items are entirely wrong, last month I got home and realized that my order was wrong and when I contacted this location the manager expressed that they have a policy preventing them from doing refunds over the phone, which meant I would have to drive back to the location to get a full refund or could be placed in a managers book to receive a replacement on the missing items for future orders I opted for the second option to be placed in the manager book for future orders. Fast forward to today, I go by this Chick-fil-A and the order was wrong again. I requested the items that were missing from my previous order and addition items and the order was wrong again. Once more I contacted the location and let them know that additional items on my order wrong and they gave me the same options to resolve the issue as before, I feel like if you can’t get a simple order right twice why inconvenience the customer to have to drive back to your location to get a refund. It’s such a lack of respect! Never going to this Chick-fil-A location again. The audacity to ask me if I would be okay with re-adding my name to the managers list AGAIN! Really!

They left out part of my girlfriend’s order in the drive thru. Manager told us to go back and tell them we spoke with her in order to get a free sandwich, but they almost charged us again for it. We also asked for utensils as we had multiple fruit cups and a bowl, but were only given one. Not to mention the employees had attitude about rectifying our order as if it was our fault when we were calm and understanding about the situation. Never had a bad Chick fil A experience. This is definitely a first.

The worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Very slow, the customer service was not what I'm used to at other locations. They also forgot napkins. Never had a Chick-fil-A miss little things like this. It's specifically this location. 3 months ago I left this review. I try this location again, another bad experience. Placed my order on the app, wait in line, see a bunch of people behind me getting their food, pull up and an employee notices I've been waiting, checks the bags that are ready on the table and sees my order. I ask if it's really been sitting there the whole time and he assures me they just made it, I check the fries and they're already room temp and soggy

My wife is 6 months pregnant and found an ant in her root beer, after drinking the whole cup. We’re disgusted. The manager was nice and gave us a refund for the soda, but we still can’t believe it.

The girl who took my order today at the drive-thru got it wrong. I asked for a spicy sandwich with pepper jack cheese, and she gave me a regular sandwich with American cheese. She clearly didn't hear me at all; she was distracted because she had just been talking to another employee. She speaks very fast, and her line wasn't even busy. That's why I don't buy fast food—she even got my name wrong, but that doesn't matter. I didn't want to go back to complain because they had already changed the cheese, but they gave me a sandwich I didn't order. Bad experience this time. 2/17/2026

Came for breakfast through the drive thru order a BEC biscuit the slice of cheese was ice cold not melted the biscuit was stale and the bacon tasted like it was sitting out since yesterday. I tried contacting corporate using my receipt for no where besides a generic email response saying their are private owners for locations and there’s nothing they can do. Won’t be visiting this location again.

I ordered from here yesterday. When I got home I noticed I was short 3 Chick-fil-A biscuit chicken sandwiches.when I called the lady on the phone mentioned that “the girl that bagged the food says she remembers bagging them” 😏 basically calling me a liar. I said she probably got confused with the 3 butter biscuits I ordered. I’ll just take the loss of $11 & change.. this is my 2nd time at a Chick-fil-A in texas and both have been utterly disappointing.

I'm not sure what's happened lately, but the last three times we've ordered here, there's been issues with our order. For example, the last three times I've ordered a 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea, through the app so zero chance of misunderstanding while ordering in person, and received a 1/2 unsweet 1/2 lemonade or other various creative concoctions, none of which are how I like my drink. Another is ordering no pickles and somehow getting extra pickles, ordering a breakfast burrito with salsa and getting no salsa, and the list goes on believe it or not. Normally it's not a big deal, we get mistakes happen especially if it's in a rush, but it's almost every item in the order, every time we order, which is almost impressive. I hate to blast like this, but we only eat out a few times a month and usually spend our hard earned money coming to cfa. I've been looking forward to my tea all day, waiting to get home, and my patience for the inability to read 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea is nonexistent. If I wanted to clock in and check my order to make sure it was how I ordered every time, I'd just go next door to McDonald's. Don't waste your time here, the Georgetown location is better and faster. I haven't been to the other locations nearby but I can't possibly imagine it could be worse than the one sided vendetta this location has against handing out the right order.
