Traveling thru got some impossible burgers, both were not broiled but burnt.. who was the cook, whom ever needs to be disciplined.. and i should get a freaking refund.. horrible

Almost every single morning at 7:00 I have to wait up to 15 minutes for biscuits to be cooked!! This would be a great place for a fast food restaurant if it was actually run correctly!! If I could give it zero stars I would!!

On 3/8 I grabbed a burger right before lunch and some other items. Other than almost being charged for double an order of mozzarella fries, I never received marinara sauce. But what I did receive was food poisoning! Idk if I talked to the staff wrong, they gave me contaminated extremely old food, or they did something to the food but I was sick all Saturday! Now I'm sick on Sunday too and the only thing I ate was that dang burger. No coincidences here but I definitely got poisoned with that bk burger. Be warned you may eat some contaminated food!

I stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes despite the employees looking at me, I was never acknowledged. It took over 10 minutes to get a large fry from a mobile order.

Avoid if possible! It's possibly one of the worst places to eat and consistently! I've driven all over the country, and this place is top 5 worst! Everything is either deep fried or microwaved. Probably because they cook everything at once, and it sits for hours after that. Customer service is horrible. Too busy hiding, on their phones, or just simply ignore you. The place is nasty, and I've never seen anyone wash their hands the many times I've been there. Whoever owns this should sell and try something else because fast food is not what they're good at managing.

Once again big disappointment. Asked for 2 12 piece chicken fries and a kids meal. The lady was to busy giggling on her head set to listen to me or even receive good service. I received 2 4 piece chicken fries. The French fries were soggy and cold. The atmosphere has potential to be a great place but the service and food is terrible.

Customer service is terrible. Manager is rude and so unprofessional. At the moment they were out of croissants and had to sub for biscuit and then had the audacity to up charge the sub. I asked about the up charge at the window and she states that it’s because it’s for the biscuit sub and I proceeded to explain that it’s not like they gave us an option. And she’s stated that’s what it is. We asked for managers name and she refused to provide. Need better management. So disappointed with how they handled the situation.

Stopped inside to order food and at least four different employees walked by the register, looked at me, and kept walking and talking to each other. No one said for me to wait or acknowledged that I was there. There was no one else waiting for food and no one was in the drive through line. I don't mind waiting if people are busy but ignoring customers is rude and very bad practice. Completely unacceptable.

If you want rude service, from someone who doesn't know the concept of time, then this is your place. And be prepared for some sass from someone who has yet to master the complexities of the English language. I will go to Dairy Queen every time I pass through Sabinal Texas from now on.

I just bought the $5 your way meal that includes the jr bacon burger. The burger didnt even come with bacon 😒im disappointed and i even tried calling them and they can't even pick up the phone.
