You can never go wrong at Chick-fil-A. We came here because of a grand opening of the new location in Elk Grove California. Then later we stopped at another location in Sacramento California. You could never go wrong with Chick-fil-A.. The food is always consistent, served hot, and the customer service is excellent. Over the years, I’ve noticed they’ve made great strides in reducing wait times, from adding double drive-through lanes to having employees take orders outside. Lately, though, it seems like they’re going back to the traditional speaker system for ordering. I wonder if that shift has something to do with the rising cost of living and wages in California, which are astronomical and can really impact a business’s bottom line. I’d hate to see regulations or costs make it harder for California businesses to operate successfully.
Came in here with my daughter for lunch first itzel took our orders and was so nice an patient then a young lady by the name of Yuli assist us with extra sauces and refills staff in general are very kind that's why we keep coming to this location 🤗

Chick-fil-a sauce is to die for. I smother my waffle fries and spicy chicken sandwich with it. The drive through is very fast and easy. Employees are always friendly.
This Chick-fil-A was absolutely spotless and had such a friendly, upbeat atmosphere. It felt welcoming the moment we walked in. Lots of positive energy, with a mix of families and business people, which says a lot about the vibe. The real superstar of our visit was Katie. She was hands-down one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered in food service. She checked on us regularly, refilled drinks, cleaned constantly, and did it all with a genuine smile and kindness that didn’t feel forced at all. Katie didn’t just provide great service, she made us fall in love with Chick-fil-A all over again. Employees like her are what turn a quick meal into a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back someday.

Chick-fil-A is always a great stop! I got the classic chicken sandwich with waffle fries, and everything tasted super fresh. The service was fast, and the staff was extremely friendly — they even checked on us while we were eating. The place was very clean, with a bright and welcoming atmosphere that felt really comfortable. Parking was easy, and the drive-thru line moved quickly even though it was busy. Definitely one of the best spots for a quick and delicious meal!

I placed a very large order at this restaurant through DoorDash to be delivered as a gift, and this Chick-fil-A did a phenomenal job fulfilling this order! Everything was fresh, hot, or cold (as it should be) depending on the items required temperature, was neatly packed, with an abundance of sauces, condiments, napkins and cutlery, and was delivered right on time (kudos to the DoorDash driver as well)!!! If I could give them 100 stars, I most definitely would! This restaurant is the epitome of perfection in Service and Customer Appreciation! I highly recommend them, and will be returning again and again! Well done Chick-fil-A Team! My utmost respect and gratitude to ALLof you!💪👍☝👏🙌🌟🥰
I want to eat more chicken and eat less beef. Chick-fil-A is one of the best choices. This one at Arden Arcade is one of the Chick-fil-A I enjoyed my chicken sandwiches the most. The Chick-fil-A here is close to my work. The workers are very friendly and always smile. The dining room is a little undersized, and the parking lot is busy most of the time. But I love their chicken sandwiches. The lemonade is very tasty, too!
First time visiting since the remodeling. Nice and clean dining room. The food is great, I got my usual spicy chicken deluxe meal. I like the Mac and cheese with some chicken nuggets. Overall the food and the atmosphere is very nice.

There were literally fresh flowers at my table. WOW Fast service, YUMMY food. And the flowers! Not on every table, but we're on most of the booth tables. Even during the lunch rush we got our food within 10 minutes of walking through the door. VERY happy with that as I came with a hungry kid.

My order wasn’t place correctly so only one spicy deluxe came instead of 3. Chick-fil-A has let the quality of their chicken go down so much that the last 3 times I have visited the chicken is not even close to the size of my bun. If they are going to continue to charge the prices they do per sandwich I expect the chicken to be at least the same size as the bun they put it on. I ordered a large amount a breakfast items prior to 10:30 as the website says, Order was placed and and I received a confirmation email. I work about 3 minutes away so I clicked the link to say I was on my way. I kept getting error messages and finally I was told to contact the restaurant and they would happily assist me with my order, I called and called and called and no one would help me by phone, I arrived about 10:40 and I was not helped, I was told they would not fulfil my order and I was turned away. The girl told me I had to physically be at the restaurant with absolutely contradicts the website, which only specified I needed to order by 10:30am, and yes had I known I had to physically be there, I could have as I work just a few businesses away. I absolutely cannot comprehend how a business did not make good on a confirmed order leaving an entire office upset, but thankfully we did place a large order elsewhere. Chic-fil-a I am so surprised by this treatment, I have never had such horrible treatment by such a big company that prides themselves on customer service.
Order a Southwest chicken salad on the drive thru and they pack a Market salad I think that’s what is called, however, they packed all of the toppings for the Southwest salad. This really ruin my dinner since I have to drive 25 minutes each way, and I was not able to go back at least the rest of my order was okay.
