I haven’t been to KFC in years but coming back here after all that time, this place is still as good as I remember! The food here is amazing and very affordable! The staff here is exceptionally kind and friendly and it seems like you receive your food almost instantly with the speed that they serve you! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat and it never disappoints!

It was pretty busy inside so i went through the drive thru and all of it was hot and fresh. The manager was also very friendly and helpful with helping me find an item within my budget.

The pot pie was excellent. Always my favorite. My grandma loves the coleslaw and my uncle loved the mash potatoes. The service was fast and the food was hot.

My favorite Kfc to go to is this one because of the assistant manager Mark. Everytime I go, he’s there and if i have any problems, he fixes them right away for my satisfaction. The staff works quickly to prepare my food and it’s always hot when i get home.

The only complaint I have is with the woman in front of me in drivethur. She's held up other patrons over seven minutes by changing her order. At which time I asked cars behind me to backup, let me out of drivethur line. I went inside. According to the staff, the woman actually works for KFC at a different location and has created a problem multiple times.

I love KFC so I might not be as impartial as a person who just likes it. The chicken is juicy and mouth watering always hot and the wait is not very long at all. They offer several types of chicken prepared by frying, rotisserie and bake your choice of extra crispy or original. There side dishes is excellent compliments to the main course. You can order meal deals or ala carte give it a try I think you will love it as much as I do.

We ordered a chicken breast meal we got home the chicken breast apparently had been split while it was cooking it was all dried out and crispy so not very much chicken in our dinner however the mashed potatoes were nice the gravy was as always okay. This particular Kentucky Fried Chicken the help is very friendly and they try to do their best unfortunately tonight we were just appointed with the food but it's much better than the service from the Kentucky Fried on Mack Road where they only give little tiny chickens because the pieces of chicken we've gotten there ever been so small it was embarrassing if I would have served it.

Got 2 big meals.. I asked for the 16 piece meal and the girl very rudely said it's $65 like I couldn't afford it.. I told her I know.. I then added more since I have a huge house.. she acted like I was bothering her asking a question. I then ordered 2 lg fries to which she didn't add to my order.. tables needed cleaned badly.. this kfc goes soooo downhill every time I go.

I ordered 2 combo meals and didn't get half of my meal. And the there was only maybe a teaspoon of gravy on my famous bowl. This is pretty sad cause they weren't even busy!

They've been "sold out" of NASHVILLE HOT for a few months now, even though other KFC locations in the area are carrying it. When I asked why the other locations had it and they didn't, their answer was: "We sell out as soon as we get it". I find that extremely hard to believe.

I specifically ordered a Famous Bowl online with no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant. When I got home and opened it, not only was it loaded with cheese, but they also forgot the hot sauce I asked for. I was the only customer there, and I ordered ahead of time, so there’s really no excuse. I tried to make the best of it, but every bite was just a stringy cheese pull. I ended up having to throw half of it away. 🙄

Horrible service!!! I was told to park in the front they'd have my order ready in 5 minutes. I park along with a few other cars. 25 minutes later all the cars have gotten their orders except for me. I go threw the drive thru again and ask where is my order? Confused they told me what did you order agian??! I was in a hot car with both my kids and they weren't even making my order. Oh and the kicker they were rude like it was my fault. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Went there on Jan 1st 2020 at around 1900 I ordered Chicken tender meal for 2 the chicken tenders were old dried out and cold absolutely digusting. Not sure why u would serve that low quality of food to your customers, really bad customer service. Manegment and employees should be ashamed of your selves for saving none quality food I will be contacting the corporate office and making a complaint.

Went through the drive through and they gave us the wrong order, CHASED my car as we were driving back through the drive through to get my original order, I’ve already opened the box and the food was touched by us , she TOOK it back and gave it to the guy RIGHT AFTER ,she didn’t ask if we touched it or anything. She just took it and ran back and we watched her give it to him right after. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all , they told us a 3 minute wait and we literally waited 20 mins just to go back through the drive through and her asked us again what our order was. Today I had a very unplesent surprise My 20 pieces were rotten the chicken had gone bad. And the worst thing was that my grandkids ate some before I realized it . When I went back to the store to tell them it was bad they offerd to exchange it for more chicken, like I wanted more rotten food from them. Went 3 times. Was told all teo times there was a rush and a wait. First 10mins before I ordered then 25 AFTER I PAID. The third time was just sold out an hour and a half before closing. And they dint care at all. Like oh well.

We ordered all breasts which we have done for years. The chicken breasts were about 1/3 the size of normal and very dry. It was a to go order and they put the gravy in sideways so it poured all out in the bag. Whole meal was a disaster. Time to find a new chicken place.

1/15/24 at 2:30pm. The 2 for $5.44 tiny chicken wraps. The chicken in one of the wraps was raw. Cashier didn’t give me a receipt, didn’t ask for sauce, nothing. And I was in a rush to turn around because of work. I just threw the rest of the wrap away. If this experience happened the first time I would expect it to happen again so I’m not going here anymore. Don’t waste your money, it’s not worth it at this KFC.

today at 2pm there was a man standing at the drive through window as I ordered I wait maybe 3 or 4 min. for him to be served. the lobby was open. as he walked away another man road a bicycle around my car and straight to the window . to my surprise they served him food also . so I drove past him . it was a tight fit . he wasn't going to let me drive out of there until the woman who was serving him told him to let the car by. for the last couple years the service the was so good they would be handing you your order as they handed you your change. I don't believe they know what the function of a drive through is. I see no reason to go back there until i get myself a stolen bicycle and have the shady chick at the window slip me a meal or two.

Haven't frequented KFC is 4 years because of rapid increases in their prices despite the price of chicken becoming established after the Pandemic. 2 years before the pandemic they had also raised their prices exponentially. So I took my business to Church's Chicken where the service and food is so much better and easy on the wallet. Drove past last week and decided to pick something up at the Stockton Boulevard location. Place was deserted except for me and a customer who arrived about 10 mins after me. Drive Thru deserted too. Chicken was more on the "burnt" or possible re-fried. As for the portion, I strongly believe KFC are now using adult Quail Birds. The size was absolutely disappointing. I'l maintain my stance that KFC has gone to the dogs and judging by the empty restaurant at around midday, I think they might foreclose in the future unless they fix their prices. Who cares if the outlet is "modernized" with facilities catered for pandemic conditions. All the customers is good sized portions and a decent price. What KFC is doing today is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Sorry but my business goes back to Church's Chicken!!!

Ordered online.went to pick up around the pick up time given. No one was there at the counter to help out. 2 of the employees working there are in the back. Took almost 7 min for them to show. Just like other had posted no service only came out when they have drive thru order.

I came here with my son and niece to eat after an appointment. Doors were locked and only drive thru was open. No sign was posted nothing. I had to call them. I wasn't in a car at the time and wasn't about to walk with two kids thru the drive thru. A district manager contacted me about it, said they sent a voucher to make up for the inconvenience, yet I never received it. Customer service is horrible, employees don't care and neither does management

Ordered chicken tenders. 2 pieces were so tiny, it was ridiculous. All of them were more crust than chicken. Could hardly even taste the chicken. I ordered food from here through the Uber Eats app and it would not let me get a refund after receiving the wrong order and was forced to pick up my order and return food that they said they would throw away. Upon arrival — I confirmed orders are behind the counter and the wrong order was provided to the driver. The name was Dawn S. on the label and my name is Donna C. After getting to the window to finally get my order after a long day of work 7-5 in the heat, I had to remind them again about my drinks that were sitting on the counter. When I asked if there was hot sauce, butter, honey, and straws in the bag, I was told “they should be.” I came home to find out none of the items were in the bag or any napkins.

the lady told me i had to clean my own table and when i asked for the bathroom the indian lady with glasses in the front told me to go next door to the grocery store and use it. i will not be returning its the first time ever that ive had to clean my own table and been sent elsewhere to use the bathroom... the girls name was Mahima, and when other customers came in they WERE given the bathroom code and allowed to use it. my husband spoke to the manager who apologized but still that was extremely rude

I ordered 21 sauces on the side and got charged for it. I asked if all my sauces were in my bag they said it was and it wasn’t. Had a big order for an event too. Other than that everything was good. If people are charged for extra sauces please put them in.

No one to greet you when you go in. There's not a face in sight. All in the back and don't come out to greet customers. Order has to be done on the ordering machine in the front. We ordered to dine in, and they packed our food like we were going to take it home. The chicken was overcooked and dry. It also tasted like it was heated multiple times before i bought it. I got food poisoning from here. Ordered food last night at 9pm and could only eat a few bites because the chicken had obviously been cooked in a dirty fryer. Even the corn in the famous bowl tasted off. Woke up this morning puking my brains out and sick.

And I had BBQ wings but if you look at this picture it's these half cooked chicken wings with a squirt of barbecue sauce across it this was very disgusting i did get a refund from Door Dash. I am a well known Google reviewer, and unfortunately my experience at this KFC location was extremely disappointing. I ordered through the drive through, and almost everything we received was cold and very dry. There was barely any softness to the food. This applied to both my meal and my friend’s meal, which I paid for. To make matters worse, we were not given any utensils at all, including for the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was actually the only item that felt warm and somewhat edible, but we had to go to a completely different restaurant just to get utensils so we could eat it. On top of that, the food was extremely salty for some reason. We ordered multiple items, and nearly every aspect of the experience was bad. Cold food, dry texture, missing utensils, and poor overall quality. Overall, there are just too many issues at this location. I would strongly recommend staying away.

Staff deliberately misfilled the order. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a 3 piece meal with all white meat and they put 2 thighs and a leg instead of what the receipt shows as 2 breast and a wing. I would have preferred the upcharge instead of being short changed on the order. This is the second time my order was done wrong. I stayed away in hopes that upon another visit something would change for the better. I was mistaken.

This was by far the worst KFC I've ever ordered from. I spent $55 on small dry chicken Tenders, and dry cold chicken wings. I just tried these the other day at the Westview KFC and they were so good so I thought I would order both again. NOT even close horrible and they won't answer the phone to voice my complaint. If I could do no stars I would! This KFC is horrible. I've attached pictures of the Chicken Tenders I tore one in half and you can see how dry that chicken is. $20 for that box of little dried up chicken tenders!

I get my mac & cheese and it has some type of plastic inside of it. The chicken breading was soggy like it wasn’t cooked all the way, but I looked past it until the mac & cheese. This is gross and ridiculous.

Staff deliberately misfilled the order. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a 3 piece meal with all white meat and they put 2 thighs and a leg instead of what the receipt shows as 2 breast and a wing. I would have preferred the upcharge instead of being short changed on the order. This is the second time my order was done wrong. I stayed away in hopes that upon another visit something would change for the better. I was mistaken.

This was by far the worst KFC I've ever ordered from. I spent $55 on small dry chicken Tenders, and dry cold chicken wings. I just tried these the other day at the Westview KFC and they were so good so I thought I would order both again. NOT even close horrible and they won't answer the phone to voice my complaint. If I could do no stars I would! This KFC is horrible. I've attached pictures of the Chicken Tenders I tore one in half and you can see how dry that chicken is. $20 for that box of little dried up chicken tenders!

$80 dollar door dash order. Ordered a 16 piece bucket, two sides of Mac and cheese, two sides of mashed potato’s. Received a container with about two tablespoons of corn, two containers of gravy, a container with a half cup of mashed potato’s, and a containers with a half a cup of Mac and cheese. The chicken was what it was. Tried to get a refund and was only offered 18 dollars back. If you can’t fulfill an order than don’t take it.

Pulled up at 8pm on a Wednesday, doors were locked! Noticed a lady inside and back door open so I drove thru the drive through but no lights on at all.. completely dark. As I was pulling out a nice gentleman approached the window and said the dinning room was closed and the lights were burnt out on the drive through. He asked what we wanted. It was hard not having a menu to look at. The man was helpful. Then a kid in all black came from around the corner in all black wearing a black ski mask and popped himself up and sat up on the counter top where the food is put. My daughters thought they we being robbed. Never the less, 30 some dollar's and all the food was old cold and stale. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING! NOTHING LIKE IT USED TO BE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I KNOW I NEVER WILL AGAIN! U HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Horrible Experience I just had. Ordered from this restaurant off Uber Eats to get some quick food for dinner, specifically the "Fan Favorites Box". When the order arrived, literally all that was in the box was some cold fries from and older batch, 1 small piece of chicken and what looks like 2 mostly eaten drums. It was practically all bone. and that's it. At first I thought it was the delivery driver pulling a fast one on me, but after speaking to both the driver and an employee at this location, the employee said that the reason most of my order wasn't there was because they were low on chicken and flour. While I understand shortages happen, they should've just canceled the order instead of sending me almost nothing that I paid for and then treat me over the phone like I'm being unreasonable when I called to find out what happened. Honestly I'd rather just had the order be canceled and told the truth right from the get go rather than have my time and money wasted. Looking at the reviews for this location, it seems like its not the first time something like this has happened. Cannot recommend this place.

The one light skinned girl, is she a manager? She’s ALWAYS on her phone. Drive thru is always closed so you have to come in and there’s a line. It’s like no one cares about how business is conducted here. It’s smoky as hell, like burning oil, the younger teens working always horseplaying around…I’m done coming this this crappy place.

We spent $40 only to get home to a bucket of all dark meat when we ordered white meat only! As we were going in, the workers were packing their to go boxes with all white meat! This KFC is a travesty and a tragedy! I went today to get 2 meals and they messed up the order again!!! Please KFC close this location! Your Area Manager is trash! I’ve been coming to this location since 2005 and the service and the product slid down the cliff behind the restaurant never to be found again. Shut this store DOWN or get a new Area Manager who cares. This is not a reflection of your world renowned business, this is trash at best!

The line at drive through was so long me and at least 2 other cars gave up and went elsewhere. Saw 2 employees at the door talking and looking at the line, another employee was smoking a cigarette while the line didn't move for over 10 minutes. Terrible service. No service. Not even 9pm on a Saturday night. Another customer was complaining about how bad they messed up her order and she had to wait through the line a 2nd time just to correct her order. Kfc should give us gift $50 gift cards for wasting our time.

Need new sets of employees start picking up kids at high school at least they can do better. Also I have photos of my chicken sandwich of how bad it was I had to eat the bread pickle and mayo chicken couldn't even be edible. There was a young light-skinned girl very polite and sweet though then there was another person that was kind as well thank you to the great kind and friendly staff that was not brought up in this message thank you . Just need to remove the bad apple 🍏 God bless all
