Food was really nice. Chips were lovely when compared to the UK ones. Would prefer to use a touch screen to order on. That would be my only gripe. Ladies working there were great, however, the food took a while to be cooked.

in this KFC restaurant a month ago the chicken tenders taste great with fries, barbecue sauce and other sauces with a fruit drink, the employees were respectful with me but the air you breath in this restaurant was not feeling to clean for me, some of the dining tables was kind of dirty, the bathroom was full meaning you had to wait until somebody gets out of the bathroom for you to use it, in the back where the employees get the food that is in back of the employees and where you order the food also don't look that clean and kind of grose

It's in an interesting part of town so there may be rowdy customers in there, but the workers are quick and an amazing chicken pot pie only costs about $7. Highly recommend it for that item alone.

The service is too bad, this is the worst KFC that I have already gone. When I asked how to use the auto service machine, noboby atended me, so I needed wait for a many minutes. I am certanly that I´ll never come back.

Food is very good but employees are very rude we order around 65 dollars and they denied the restroom by saying the bathroom was out of service which is not true cause my mother could used when they forgot to locked, is mandatory a kind of place like this have a restroom in this time when is fair to have a place to at least wash your hands before you gonna eat. This is one of the worst KFC around. Went on 9/7/25 I asked her nicely that my fries were not full. Then she responded nasty this is what we have. I told her this is not how you should treat customers. She reply look at you you are delusional. I was not surprised that she told me that. Reason will not be going. There until one of the higher manager contact me.

The employees were nasty and rude The manager was dismissive.uncooperative I place an order online and was given the wrong order. When asked for a correction was told, they wouldn't make any corrections as it was done online and i wouldn't have to take the order as is I I asked for a refund and was told I would have to take it up with their online portal if I could give them less than I star i would this is how my drinks arrived. At my destination as the drinks were not properly sealed.

I ordered a 3 pc meal, 2 breast 1wing with fries. I received a 2 pc thigh and drum with cold mashed potatoes. I also paid 30 cents for a honey mustard sauce that I didn’t receive. This was my second and last time trying this place out.

🤔🤦🏾‍♂️(Update 4 years later) No mask no gloves, in these times, handling food with bare hands . Stay way very unclean flies everywhere, crumbs on everything even the window! How do you get crumbs on a window?! Reklessmusik on youtube 😎(shameless plug) but this place is gross. I am almost certain this extremely dry zinger sandwich is not is not fresh
