Really good food, great staff, chill environment.

Awesome place to go if you love Chili's food staff here is really fast and friendly places usually a bit packed because it's so popular. Everybody likes the staff here that's why everybody grows and it's always packed you would want a restaurant to be back cuz that means it's good.

Thanks to William, we had great and fast service. Also, we were on an emergency trip on my little daughter's birthday. He helped us to make our daughter's day great!

Great service. Aiden was our server and made sure we got everything we ordered in a timely manner. Our drinks never ran dry. Overall great time.

Took my wife here for a date and she loved it. She talked about how great the steak was for about 2 weeks. Clean place, nice staff, and love the theme. The sports bar was on the otherside of the restaurant and i forgot it was there even though the game was on tv so kudo to the designer.

We had probably the best service ever with our waiter Julian. 100% professional and even went out of the way to ensure I had the sweet drink I wanted. What I liked was that he didn't keep us waiting long for anything he would come by and checked every so often to make sure we didn't need anything else and was very professional.

Great atmosphere at this chili's. Walked in and it was packed. Turns out the bar area is opening seating so quickly got a booth seating for 2 despite the 30 minute wait. The service was excellent. Appetizers came out quick and first to enjoy before the main entrees. Plus drinks were refilled quickly and everyone was super nice. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Stopped through this Chili's while on the road. It was almost empty so we got a table right away. The service was quick and friendly, and we were able to grab a bit and stretch our legs. The restrooms were pretty gross - smelled like the sewer - but they were cleaner than anything else we were going to find.

The service was so fast, as soon as I got in the hostess in front was welcoming and ready with menus. As soon as I got to my seat, my waiter was friendly and as I was ordering my drinks came out before I was even finished ordering. The food tasted really fresh and everything was delicious, I ordered the chicken margarita and it was delicious and it was a really good portion for the price. I really enjoyed my visit and I am sure I will come back soon, I definitely recommend this chilis. Also the 3 for 10 has some good options, I got the chicken margarita with 2 sides and a soup and a drink, it was all really good and tasted fresh. (:

Was at the bar meeting my buddies watching NBA playoffs and favorite baseball team . Bartender was a- ight , but when KP the new Bartender came in . She came in swinging hard ... Cleaned my area asked what she could get me and my friends with a great attitude and a great smile ... Most of all she was a 10 with a Bumgarner jersey on . Great Gal ... She was throwing strikes and I wanted to be her catcher ... lol ... Great Service from her 👏 👍 👌

Love this food. Great atmosphere and servers are on top of their game. Went here and last 2 times the servers are so friendly and always fed to our food needs. I will definitely be going back. Place is very maintained so it is very clean and welcoming.just wish had more choices and a big variety but overall 5 stars

One of the best Chili's, bar none (and not too far from home!). Always good food, friendly and swift service. At a price point not even McDonald's can match if you're popping in for lunch and still won't break the bank to have a nice dinner. Plus unlimited chips and salsa! Oh yeah.

Ordered the 3 for 10 lunch. Soda, side salad, bacon burger with fries. We were seated quickly followed by our drink orders. Our apitisers were brought to us a few minutes later. My side salad was on the smaller side (small bowl) and all you can eat tortilla chips. We were surprised when our burgers and fries were brought to us. This bacon burger was impressive for a 3 for 10 special. I have to say, that this was one of the most juicy burgers that we have had in a long time. Kudos to the chef and for the great service from the servers.

The Bartender and the food was fantastic! I tried the new Philly cheese steak and fries, it's perfect bar food! It was so good!

It was OK food, had baby back ribs. Servers was nice, and quick food coming out. Jamming music in the kitchen prolly worked.

We Stopped in for dinner on a very busy Friday night. We were amazed as soon as we stepped in the door! Greeted right away and had a fantastic server. We were a family of 6 and it was nice to be able to have a nice dinner with great and fast service. As we were walking out we were helped out through both doors! This Chili's is a great restaurant. There are so many great food options that it was hard for me to decide. I got the triple dipper as an appetizer. It came with delicious egg rolls, sliders, and mozzarella sticks. For the meal, I got the Ultimate Cajun Pasta. The appetizer was pretty filling so I took most of the pasta home, but everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and hit the spot. The pasta was filled with flavor and our server was very polite and did a great job. I recommend coming here for a nice lunch or dinner.

Then Mr. Matt brought out our ordered chips & salsa with guacamole small Texas cheese fries, my wife ordered the lunch special shrimp tacos black beans with rice. I ordered a bacon burger with fries, house salad that was recommended by Matt it was delicious. The food was brought piping hot buy a server name Victoria she brought us extra napkins & utensils. Victoira had returned back several times through our meal to make sure is there anything else we needed. So we ordered another margarita for the wife. Job well done David, Sean, Victoria, & Matt. Our visit there at lunch was excellent great service great vibe the establishment was very tidy, the restroom very clean wow. We will definitely come back again. Chilli's, keep up the great service job well done today. On October 25 2022 in the evening we had stop in because wife wanted to try out a few of those Fangtastic-rita's with chips & salsa. We tried their new special 3 for 10 and we're pleasantly surprised at the Margarite Chicken plate (since we eat gluten free). We asked for some salsa for seasoning and were satisfied with the entre. The salad was much smaller than the advertised picture, however it was fresh and adequate. Also the drink was refillable. All in all, we were impressed that the special was nutritious and something that I may want to repeat.

I like all the food here, and the margaritas are are delicious my favorite place for mixed drinks. The last 4 times I've been there I get the same server..He's great great customer service.

Favorite spot for years now. This salinas location had been great until the pandemic. They are really struggling with help and seating. Food is hit or miss. Seating is always 40+ wait times. I still go back and still love the place and food. Just not as consistent as they used to be. Still 4☆ for me

You've been to one Chilli's, you've been to them all. The service was good and I enjoyed the food. Chili's has excellent value on their menu. Lastly, we were served food quickly and there were no issues with anything we ordered.

Food is okay. It's a chain restaurant so just expect high amounts of sodium. I wish the people at the top would coordinate with local and fresh ingredients, especially since this Chili's is in the salad bowl. Service is great. Drinks are a bit on the sugary side but again, it's a chain.

I've been coming to this location for several years and love it for their atmosphere, service and menu - but now order mostly take out because we've got a pretty rambunctious little girl. The order accuracy is getting pretty bad as 4 out of 5 of my last orders have been incorrect. My fault of course for not checking but busy parents with multiple kids lot of errands to do aren't always in their right mind or inclined to check. I've never had this problem in house - so it's just something to check for.

This seams to be a slower location. Orders take a bit longer and some items here taste diffrent then the other locations. We travel 20+ days a month and hit Chili's up 4-5 times a month. Cleaner then most and always easy to find a parking place.

The service was very good ,the meals were good, not a good setting for large groups of 7 or more. Tables are small.

Was disappointed due to use of spring mix lettuce instead of romaine lettuce in Caesar salad. Was told by mgr that corporate had been made aware of this and had been advised that it was corporate in Texas who ordered and sent supplies to restaurants. Also, chili was not temperature hot enough. Customer service was good.

Excellent service and quality. The burgers are almost always good, but a little salty. The tripe dipper is very good. Wings with bones aren't their specialty.

So we usually order on a Friday here and every time something is missing or the food is made sloppy. The food is Great just if the cooks and servers can assure better customer service when dealing with deliveries?

Restaurant and service was great. However the Ranchor Bacon burger was way too greasy. Didn't even eat half of the burger

Been over a year since I visited due to covid. I dined inside and they were definitely following covid guidelines. Plenty of space between tables, masks being worn by all staff, good service overall. Tried the promotional $5 drink of the month and was not bad.

It took 45 minutes to get our food and we had to remind the waiter to check on out food. Also, the ribs were so dry and tuff it was like chewing on leather! Everything else was good.

Chili's is solid dining fare, if you aren't looking for anything special. It's perfectly fine for the prices they charge. I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with fries. It was about $12. It costs nearly that much for a very poor burger and fries from McDonald's, and this was much better. All in all, it's worth a stop when there isn't much else to choose from in the area except bad fast food franchises.

Atmosphere good, food great, waitress took our order and then we never saw her again. Someone else brought us our food, another person asked if we were ok, then nothing. We had to stop a hostess for boxes. Stopped another hostess for our bill. Then no one cared again, so we left. Waitress did not get a tip from either of us. Each of our bills were near $40, so $80., can you imagine the tip she could have gotten, we are good tippers, would have been $10 ea, she's out $20 from one table. It will be quite some time before we return.

The food really isn't that good here it's become average just like denny's or applebees. As time continues on alot of places quality goes down. What a shame

We ordered for pickup and it was good. The staff seemed a little rushed like they either need better training or more hands on deck. Had to wait on hold for nearly 10 minutes and then she tried to put me on hold again but I refused to hold. After we got through that little tiff the service was good and we got our food which was good quality. I hope management will ensure all positions are filled and workers are well compensated because the quality of service needs improvement overall. Food was good though.

Crowded and busy... still got a booth in 20min. Bathrooms were clean, so that's a great plus. Staff was friendly. Minor mistakes like forgetting a drink order. From being seated at the booth until someone took our order of drinks, we waited 10min which gave us plenty of time to figure out our orders and to order all in one shot.

I have placed take out orders in the past, but tonight I was really disappointed. I got home and they had forgotten my mom’s side of onion rings that we paid extra for. When I called about the missing onion rings, there was so much background noise that the manager could not hear me, and it was difficult for me to hear him. All that was in my mom’s box was a half order of ribs. Those ribs smelled and tasted funny, like old or bad meat. I had the same kind in my box and mine were okay. She ate a few ribs and we threw the rest away. I did try them too. The smell was very off-putting. On the good side, we really liked the roasted street corn. The free chips and salsa was AWESOME. the chips are very thin and crispy. The salsa is good. I think we could make a meal of just chips and salsa. They are so addictive. I’ll likely try Chili’s take out again in the future, but next time I’ll have to check everything before I leave the parking lot.

The food was great but the service needs a little work. Servers forgot to bring back requested I teams like soda refills & deserts. They brought the check out before they remembered that we had a bday to celebrate and sang the song. Not a big deal but there is room for improvement. Their mushroom Swiss Burger was delicious.

I don't understand how in November 2020 there is no tent heaters or lighting for your outside dining. Management must not care about their servers losing money because people don't want to sit outside in the cold with no type of protection from the wind and dust coming from the fields across the street. Our server David was great but I feel sorry for him that their branch manager is such a poor support of their employees during this time that is already tough on the service industry.

The service was good but my food was awful. I ordered sirloin steak medium rare and it tasted old. The food was unseasoned and dry.

Our waiter Jesus was very disappointing. When he brought food we asked for sugar for Tea that We ordered Sweet Tea. He NEVER gave US a second look let alone sugar. There was a nice young man that was very attentive to the room who with just a glance came right over to help. We even had to ask another employee for Togo box & check. We felt totally ignored by our server & it wasn't because he was busy he hung out in bar making drinks for people at bar. Will Not eat at this Chili's Ever again

We had it delivered and door dash took it to the wrong house! I know it’s not their fault but they didn’t care that we spent 80$ worth of food and didn’t get it. Customer satisfaction? But that’s not why it gets 2 stars their portions were so small and the Mac n cheese on the kid’s menu was dry they threw it together as if they were in a hurry!! And it all tasted like it came out of the microwave.

I recently went in October, I usually don’t have a bad experience whenever I go but this time I didn’t have a good experience. My waiter gave me a dirty cup that was used by someone else that STILL had their lipstick stains on it (I don’t wear makeup) so I knew it wasn’t because of me. When I confronted the waiter about the dirty cup he simply took it to the back and didn’t bother to tell the manager. I then asked to speak to a manager and he said he would call me and give me a refund. The manager never called me and gave me a refund. I had to go out of my way to reach out the chilis website and ask for a refund they only gave me a 3 dollar refund for the whole thing. Very disappointed in the company as a whole.

I always enjoyed here. Service was usually decent, and occasionally great. Went there tonight though, and that changed. First we ordered. Me and my wife each got a 3 for me. She upgraded to bowl though. She also said no pickles. When her soup came it was a cup. The person who brought it said, I'm sorry, he must not have heard you. We will get the bowl. Just keep the cup, we are throwing it away anyway. Great. Thanks. All was good.our server came out to grab the cup, and we told him the lady said we can keep it. He left. She got her burger and it had pickles. Ok no problem. She took em off and I got extra on my burger now. Still all we can handle. Then the bill came. He added a bowl of soup. We told him we shouldn't be charged. He said he has to. Lucky they gave us a to go cup for it. So we gave it back. The server told us I don't know why she said you can have it. And said he can't take it off. Basically he got mad, walked away and ignored us as we were talking to him about it. Last 5 min was so uncomfortable cause he was so rude after that. And my phone couldn't complete the transaction. I know i should have talked to a manager, but I just wanted to get out at that point. And I usually don't post reviews, but it has bothered me since leaving.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I called before 10 what time can I show up to DINE IN because my friends were going to go as soon I got there at 10:25 they told me only to go I mentioned to the girl that was sitting people down that I called specifically to dine in they told me specifically that till 11 they stop taking dine in so then she called her manager or whatever person was in charge there he said sarcastically for how many people seeing obviously there was 4 of us very unprofessional

Watch your receipt! We were overcharged on meals and charged for drinks we never received. Then they didn't even want to fix it at first and upon looking at the bank statement, still was overcharged. Not a great way to do business.

Staff and waiters suck! We waited for 40 minutes for a table and when we were seated we waited another 25 minutes for a waiter. No one came to our table! We were then told after 30 minutes that their system was down and we had to leave because they no longer can take orders. There was a couple who was seated after us and they actually ordered food and drinks. Horrible service!!

Short staffed. Went there for my daughters birthday and the service was the worst it's been since they opened. Took 30 minutes to get drinks. Had to find the server to get the bill. Was almost tempted to walk out without paying the 300 dollar bill. Will not be going back.

Not very happy with Chilis. We had a party of 8 for our New Years Eve dinner. Our server was not at all attentive to our table. Our food was not served at the same time. Some of us had to wait longer than others. Then when their food was brought it was cold. I could say more. Not a pleasant experience plus we still had to pay for the food that was not up to par. Only cuz it was eaten because we were starving.

Our waiter was not the pleasant young man. I ordered a glass of white zinfandel and they didn't carry any. Then I asked for something similar, didn't have anything! Then I ordered Onion rings they didn't make them. Didn't check on us once, until he brought the bill. Never go back again!

I had a very poor experience. The waitress took everybody's drink order except mine. Ok, no problem. Then there was no Modelo. Ok how about Dos Equis? No. Ok how about corona? They gave me a Corona Premier. I ended up going to the bar to get a Modelo. We asked the waitress for napkins 4 times. She finally brought the napkins. I won't ever go back there again. Customer service is a dying or dead art these days.

I am usually not someone who complains. However, my experience at this Chili’s left a lot to be desired of. We were told there was only 1 server available. We waited almost an hour for a table (and would have had to wait longer if we had stayed). After waiting to be seated for more than 45 mins, we asked whether we could split into two smaller groups (We were a group of 9. Groups of 3-5 people were being seated right away) we were told we would have to wait an additional 45 mins and they were unable to split us into groups due to “tips.” We let them know we could split the checks if that would be easier. We ended up going to another local restaurant where we were seated together within 5 mins and received amazing service.

We ordered a molten lava cake and received it frozen and rock hard. We understand the chocolate, caramel, and ice cream being separate and we’re okay with building it but the “lava” part was rock hard.

It has been 15 years since the last time I went to Chillis. I thought it would be different this time. I am still disappointed with the food. How is it that the appetizers are more expensive than a main course. $17 for 6 mozzarella sticks. Burgers start at $12. Single bottle of beer $8. Cold fries, dry burger, small salad (1 cup of lettuce, 1 oz cheese, 3 tomatoes, 3 croutons, 1 oz dressing) if you want ranch with your fries it cost an extra $1. 2 people cost here is more than Black Bear, Applebee's, Red Lobster, or BJs. I will never go back.

Would not come back. Our server brought us out the wrong drinks first. We were sat near the back of the restaurant, nearest to the kitchen and we could barely hear our own conversation with all the music, shouting, and cheering happening in the kitchen. The food was mediocre , something expected coming from a chain. Once I was finished with my food, I was told to pay on the iPad; which I did. Then proceeded to attempt to fill out the survey on how my dinner went. Until some waiter who was already watching my party from 1 table away looked at the screen and saw my 1 star review, and he decided to grab the iPad from my hands without asking and said “This needs the battery replaced” while I’m filling out the screen. Didn’t bring back a new one. I am extremely convinced that this waiter purposely went out of his way to take the opportunity of voicing my opinion away by snatching the iPad from me. It was rude, unprofessional, and might I even say an invasion of my privacy. Do not come here expecting good service, good food, or good prices.

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. Worst dining experience in a long time. Came for a late lunch yesterday (Sunday 5/15/22) with my family and from the beginning, the waitress was somewhat rude and hard to find. We finally ordered and that was it. We sat and sat and sat. No waitress returned. Appetizer was brought over by some random server who proceeded to basically toss the plate on the table on top of all the silverware and napkins. Then after waiting a LONG time more, my husband's grandmother (who is 90) had to call some other random server over to ask where our food was. He didn't know, didn't go check for us either. So when the food FINALLY did come, it was all cold. The corn was so soggy like it had been sitting in water all day. The ribs were dry and tasted old and reheated. The chicken crispy things did not look or anything like the photos and were greasy and cold. Dry meat and missing ingredients for the fajitas (ordered 3 meat, only served 2) the cheese in the quesadillas was cold and dry, was not melted at all. When my mother in law asked for a refill, the waitress decided that it was more of a priority to go over instead and take an order from a table of 8 behind us. HORRIBLE experience.
