Friendly and efficient service. The chicken parmigiana was delicious and the portion was very generous. The all-you-can eat salad was a great alternative to fast food on this long road trip.

My whole family went out which means a party of 8 people. The food was delicious, and Sierra did an excellent job waiting our table. At times it seems that waiting tables is a lost art, but she did an excellent job of keeping glasses filled, anticipating needs, and making small talk. Nicely done, Sierra! Your hard work made our meal truly enjoyable! If you order water to drink, you'll want to order it from the bar. (At least that's what the server recommended.) The regular water tastes terrible.

Great staff, food same as any other olive garden. Plenty of parking and cozy layout. Place is big but decided nicely so there is some level of privacy. Staff was also very friendly and well organized. Most spoke Spanish as well to customers that felt more comfortable.

Have not been here in a while. The restaurant has been remodeled and the menu has been changed. A couple items we liked are gone and some new items have been added. My wife had the shrimp scampi which was very garlicky, if you enjoy garlic. And I had the creamy mushroom ravioli. They were both new items and very good.

On a Friday evening, of course this place is extremely busy. We waited 1hr to be seated but well worth it. Charmaine & Bryan were extremely courteous and tentative to all of our needs. Mind you we were a party of 11. My family & I were very excited pleased.

Went on Mother's Day and went online on the app to sign up on the wait-list and it made a big difference on our wait time. Our waiter Larry was so fun, so personable, so amazing, that we tried to leave a review on the little table top game but it wouldn't work so we asked to speak to a manager. We raved about his great service and personality and the manager spoke very highly of him back to us! She was a great manager to take the time to listen to us in a busy restaurant. Food is always on point here.

We have been to this location several times and have never had a bad experience. They have a great reference menu if you have food allergies and the servers were always super helpful with figuring out what is in a dish if we weren’t sure. They actually have a gluten free pasta option that even our somewhat picky 4 year old would eat!

OG's a great place to go on a family gathering or date night. The staff are always exceptionally professional, sweet and attentive. Having worked in the industry it's obvious the management and kitchen is excellent. The food is consistent and fresh with big portions. I'm a small eater and I appreciate just getting the infinite salad and minestrone (I never need refills). With nice ambiance and happy people, it's a reliable and relaxing meal out!

Dinner had a slightly rough start as our server, Dalila, was attending two tables on opposite sides, causing a delay in taking our order. However, once she did, our experience turned into something exceptional. Dalila made sure to check on us multiple times, refilling our drinks, and even packaging our to-go food. Despite the initial bump, Dalila's outstanding service turned our evening into a truly delightful one. Hats off to her for transforming a potentially negative experience into an incredibly pleasant one.

The service was top notch. I go to resturants a lot but the service of this specific olive garden is top notch. Our server Anastasia was the best and made us laugh a bit too. We were there on our way to Monterrey. We were driving unexpectedly late and really struggled with finding a place for our family of 3 to dine after 9pm. Fortunately we googled this location. Actually it was the only place in that area working through 11pm for dine in. This location was almost full with waiting line with mostly Spanish speking people around. But we were lucky enough to get a table within 15min. We could find something for everyone including 3yo and picky youth. Big size, fresh sea food and baked bread, caring staff, and pretty affordable prices. Perfect place for European food at late evening! We were too tired to make pictures. Definitely recommend!

Food we ordered was very good. Greeting and wait staff service was friendly, quick, attentive, and efficient. Menu could use another couple of beef-based dishes. My mother was from Italy, and she had a number of recipes using meat of some sort. Surprised at seeing only 2 choices on the menu. The Toscano soup was excellent, as was the stuffed mushrooms appetizer. Remodeled interior has lost some of its 'old world's charm.

I almost never go here because of prices and it is not my kind of food. The other day most of Harden ranch’s power was out so I had no choice but Olive Garden. I was very pleased the staff was super friendly and made me feel great even though I was dinning alone. The food was good and served fast. Also I am big on water and they had the water filled the whole time I was there. They did not even mind that I stick around to almost close because there was no power at my house.

Went for the "Buy 1, take 1" special. You have to pay the dinner menu prices to qualify (we went at lunch). Okay, fine. We were SUPPOSED to get dinner size portions, but did not. Hubby asked for (and received) an "unsweet iced tea", but we were charged extra for a flavored tea. So, go in the evening for the special, and check your bill closely!

The staff was rude, service was slow, I was told by the very rude assistant manager that they're short staffed as she was standing there with another server just chit chatting about getting out of there at 10:30 when I mentioned that I asked 3 servers to sing happy birthday to my father, and the 1 she was chatting with was one of the rude servers. The only one that was sweet was a young African American woman who was the manager on she was the only person who treated me with respect. Bartender Christopher R clearly hates his job. Not once did he come over to check if everything was ok or needed a refill which all of my four kids needed. No eye contact, no smile as if someone just died and soft spoken. Cmon Chris do better.

Recent experience on New Years Eve not so nice. They did not have the Bellini mixes. They sat us at a window seat in the corner that was leaking profusely. We asked to move. They seated others there later? The menu has changed. The manager offered a helpful menu adjustments when ordering as they no longer included soup and salad together as an option on the menu. We had just ordered extra salad with our soups. It wasn't that we couldn't afford the meals. But the intimation was there, service seemed begrudged. We will look for other Italian dining experiences in the future. The food was good.

Funky underlying smell in the place. Kitchen, when we walked by had several floor issues. If I had seen that before I went in would most likely have left without eating. We usually come to this place to have a nice dinner with the family. But today the soup was cold and the dumplings were really squishy ( falling apart). Also very cold soup. Our server was new and forgot grated cheese, bread sticks and lemons for the salad. Food was bland and needed salt. My husband family and I decided to go and have brunch there today 07/10/22. The worst customer service experience I have ever experience. If I could give them 0 stars I would. On our arrival the host told us it would be a few minutes. As we were waiting for our table other families were coming and and were being seated. We were a party of 9, 6 adults and 3 children. We probably had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not busy. They open at 11am and we probably got there around 11:20am. By the tine we got seated it was close to noon. We told our waitress that we were ready to order since we had plenty of time to see the menu when we were waiting. We order our drinks and food. It then takes the waitress about 15 mins to bring us our salsa/soup and bread. Then it takes her about 30+ mins to start bringing our food. We had to keep asking her for refills. Other serves had to assist her in bringing out our food. To top it off, my plate and nieces plate is not out with everyone else’s order. The waitress comes back to ask if we needed anything else. I simply said that we were still waiting on two more plates. Then some else brings my nieces plate but mine is still MIA. By the time they brought my plate out all my family members were dine eating their food, now they were just waiting on me to eat. Extremely frustrating and disappointed in their customer service. I do not recommend this place.

Haven't had such bad service since before covid. Server Steven did not check on us once and forgot to put in half of our order, and by the time we finally got the food we were done with everything else. We had tried to ask for the rest of the food to be given to us in to-go boxes, but since he was so absent we had to request the boxes after and package the food ourselves. We were also not provided with a bag. Never got our last drink refill, and when we would request something he would disappear for up to 10 minutes for extra napkins. Expectations weren't too high, but even that the service is so bad. I had some friends bussing our own table and placing it on a large tray that was sitting in a stand behind us for over 45 minutes. We practically took care of ourselves, the only thing that was missing was running our own food and drinks.

I decided to come here the day of my birthday and I was truly disappointed by the service , there was a total of 8 of us and by the time the food came out , everyone got their food but me. I figured maybe they were still making mine but 10-15 minutes went by and then I asked the waiter about my food and they said they forgot to put in my order even though I was the first person that put in their order. By the time I got my food everyone else at my table was basically done with their food. Now normally the waiters ask if you want cheese on your dish, and I never get cheese on my dish, but as I was talking to my friend the waiter proceeds to put cheese on my dish while I wasn’t looking, and I let the waiter know I didn’t want cheese, and even the waiter apologized for not asking. Also since it was the day of my birthday my friends asked the waiter at the beginning of our dinner if he could bring out a birthday treat for me, the waiter said yes and so once everyone was done eating we all stayed and waited for them to bring it out. We waited 20 mins and then asked the waiter about it and he said he forgot but that they’ll bring it out , that waiter didn’t come back, we had to ask different waiter and they said they’ll bring it out, we had to remind them again about it after waiting 15-20mins. Everyone was ready to leave including me and then last minute they bring it out.I would’ve understood if this all happened due to them being busy, but this was on a Wednesday night and barely anyone was inside. I just hope they can train their waiters better on their service and paying more attention to their customers.

I did not like it here bc no mozzarella sticks for me because i am on a diet maybe if you guys took into consideration that costumers are on diets then we could all have a functioning mozzarella society.

My wife and I had the all you can eat soup, salad and bread sticks. The bread sticks were the only good thing, salad ok and both our soups were flavorless. The serving staff were great and attentive.

The first thing I said when I entered this location is "OH my, it smells so bad!" I had to immediately cover my nose because it was so foul I couldn't put on a poker face. It smelled like rotting food and old, stale building. It almost immediately caused me to lose my appetite. Upon sitting the staff members were really kind but very bland and soft spoken. No energy and not lively at all. It was like a bunch of polite zombies walking around. The food came and it was off too. There were clouds and specks in my ice cubes and the chicken gnocchi soup did not taste as it usually does. It was cold and had a rotten taste. I was so so dissapointed that I wasted time and money here.

Dont go here if you want to eat. Waited more than 30 minutes with us asking about our food with us being told that it'd just be a couple minutes. 30 minutes later and people who got seated after us got THEIR food immediately. Manager named Luis is rude and said it was our fault and server named Vincent was very inattentive. A simple chicken Alfredo shouldn't take more than a half hour.
