Such a quick and convenient location. Right off of the freeway. The staff here is always so nice and accommodating. The drive through always runs smoothly.

This place is usually a busy spot regardless of going inside of the store or going through the drive-thru. But the kind of service and speed of service is top notch! They get you in and out quickly. The staff is super friendly and on top of their game. The store is always clean and organized. Definitely a good location that I'll frequent in the near future. This location definitely deserves your business!

Place gets packed in the morning which is expected. The drive thru pretty much from experience was pretty quick in getting cars out of there in a timely manner. Customer service i give an A+ staff is always friendly.

Out of all the Starbucks in town this place has the most friendly ladies to wait on you they're very fast they always get the orders right and I highly recommend it to drive through. I go there at least twice a week and have something to eat and drink from the drive-thru and it's always perfect .June Hawes

Clearly a stop and go… no seating. Friendly and efficient staff. Sadly no bathroom, which poses a problem for those with kiddos

Hot and stuffy. This is a beautiful Starbucks with a very friendly and helpful staff. Tons of seating and the place is relatively clean. But it's very warm and stuffy inside. Temperature in the ordering area is about 8 degrees warmer than the seating area. It's almost unbearable. Employees report that they are miserable. Employees say it's always that hot.

I usually come to this location because it's closer to home but they are always out of things like syrups or certain coffee. It's rare that i can get a drink customized the way i like it. I definitely can't order mobile cuz it'll say "out of stock" on a lot of drinks or food items.

Always too busy watch them ruin everybody's orders take so long by the time I got my coffee my bagel was cold when people who ordered after me we're getting their coffees before me rude staff that doesn't listen and takes the orders wrong when they know they're busy and can't afford to make the wrong things. I only came here because the one on Bernal is closed. 💔 Update Gustavo is helpful. Karisma or some stupid name did not listen when i ordered my drink so when i got to the window, it was wrong of course. I'm 8 months prego and waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes to get my money back and leave without my drink? I think not. I called and asked for the manager. Gustavo asked how he could help, I explained the situation. He made the drink for free and gave me 2 $4 off gift cards. It was refreshing after the experience I've had with this Starbucks in the past. Thank you Gustavo! You made my morning👌

Very crowded, with no staff and no food available. A very long wait. Drinks were wrong. I mobile ordered to save time. That didn't work for me.

Service was not good today never in my life did I hear that they don’t do “light lemonade anymore off the refresher “ not sure if the worker just felt lazy today and didn’t want to do her job please train your employees better 😊

They treated my very handsome husband very well and gave him a huge cup of cold foam 😆. We order our cold brews with the foam on the side. I was excited to go here, but when I ordered in the drive-thru, they refused to fill my light ice grande cold brew to the top and gave me literally 1/6 of cold foam than they did to him and it was more liquid than foam. Way less than any other SB. The foam was flavorless and the cold brew (which can vary from Starbucks to Starbucks) was not good. It tasted stale and gritty. One positive thing is that the barista did give me just a little bit more when I asked and after I showed her the tiny amount I had received. Overall bad customer service, though, when one has to beg for the basic amount of goods and services.

1st timer and dirty tables but people kept coming in and enjoying themselves. Coffee and stuff must be really great because some sat at dirty tables and cleaned it themselves. Thanks Starbucks for hanging in there Employees all working and trying there best. Who ever reads these Please keep going too any Starbucks they try hard.

No restrooms. No tables inside or out. Close to the freeway but not worth the stop…unless you want a drive thru. Great staff.

No bathrooms and no place to sit. Took a long time to get drinks as they prioritized drive through traffic. Not a good place to stop when traveling.

No public restrooms! If you don’t have a restroom to offer your customers, I’ll go somewhere else. It would have been helpful if they had a sign at the entrance saying No Restrooms

The drive through here takes an insanely long time consistently, somewhere around 3 to 5 minutes per car. There have been multiple instances of submitting a mobile order, entering the line before my pickup time, getting to the window 20 to 25 minutes after my pickup time and they hand me cold drinks instead of remaking them. In each of these instances there is no more than 7 cars ahead of me in line. I would not recommend using the drive though at this location.

Girl that helped me out had a face like she didn't want to be there or take my order and rude!! I asked for extra ice and didn't get it in my drink i asked for a cold brew and taste was watered down

From a coffee perspective, it's what you'd expect from a Starbucks. However we were on a road trip on 101, and needed a coffee and a bio break, but there are NO restrooms. This is not a convenient stop if you are a traveler.

Just picked up some drinks, asked for a triple grande caramel frappe and the girls wanted to charge me for all 3 shots, as far as I understand the drink comes with two shots already right? But I didn’t want to argue or be rude so I just asked for one extra shot to be done with it. Mind you I could feel the attitude when the girl at the drive thru asked someone else to take my order. Literally got my Grande frappe with a single shot. Just ugly.

No restrooms, even for customers. No tables to sit at. Employees just stared at me blankly - no greeting or anything. This is Starbucks. You're paying $5 for overpriced coffee because of the additional service - this location has none of that.

30 minute wait in line. Got order wrong. Staff very unfriendly/condescending. No hi, hello or thank you. One would figure that during this lockdown, they'd be happy they have a job to go to. If you can go elsewhere or a different Starbucks, do yourself a favor and go there instead. I do NOT recommend this particular location.

No tables or chairs.....or a bathroom? Not inside, not outside. I left my car at the shop and walked here to relax. I was told it was a grab and go location. Um nope. Starbucks, you are a safe clean place to streatch and regroup. This is not ok. Do better.

the only Starbucks ive ever had a bad experience at. it was so bad, that it was 2 years ago and still haunts me. I ordered a drink, the staff never made it, and when I asked about it they said they would make it and it never happened. it was truly bizarre.I had never been treated so poorly and it just makes me feel weird whenever I see a Starbucks now. thanks!

Absolutely wrong order and they get confused

Went through The drive-through as I seen, there was no line as I was ordering and drove through the drive-through. There was one car that was at the window waiting for their drinks, but I’ve been waiting in this line for 11 minutes for this customer to receive one drink, which is ridiculous what is unbelievable is the customer had 1 drink I immediately thought there must be one employee when I drive up. It was shocking that there were three employees that I can see in there besides, all of this the customer service was very unfriendly, and the employee immediately expressed frustration when I requested an item that was out of season. I don’t think I will be returning back to this Starbucks. Was it taking 17 minutes to receive an iced chai latte. . I don’t think I will be returning back to this Starbucks. My family and I decided to stop by for some drinks. I found it quite intriguing that they only have a restroom for their employees and not for their customers. I have visited many Starbucks locations both in the US and abroad, but this is the only one where they don't provide a restroom for customers. If you're a fan of Starbucks for their warm welcome and top-notch customer service, I would recommend skipping this particular location.

I’m not one to go and put a review anymore, I think I understand why fast food workers hate their job because I was in their shoes at one point. But sometimes. Decency and being respectful towards other people should at least be a minimum requirement to work at such a busy environment. Today I was mistreated and the workers said things about me thinking I didn’t understand them or wouldn’t notice. 3rd time coming to this wack place. Not coming back.

No seating (I didn’t look at the reviews only the pictures that seemed to have tables on google). No bathroom (pretty sure that’s illegal in a food establishment). No interaction or greeting from the baristas.

Normally I have a good experience at this location but if you get a not so friendly employee at the drive through it's probably Erica. She has no customer service and will mess up your drink. I had to repeat my drink a few times. She still didn't get it correct. I'm the only one at the drive through at 5 am. I asked mine for a specific temperature and cause she didn't want to make it again, her solution was to add ice to cool it. On top of the the cup was over flowed that my drink was all over the cup and made my hands sticky. Didn't even bother cleaning it or putting it in another cup. No smile, no customer service, bad attitude and bad barista. I'll definitely be going elsewhere. Get a new job Erica where you don't have to deal with customers

OVERCHARGED TWICE: (1) gave me incorrect change, so I was overcharged. (2) made my drink wrong, they didn’t add flavoring I was charged for, so I was overcharged again. (3) they didn’t scan my rewards card bc it was “too late”. (4) they didn’t give me a receipt or offer me one. (5) bc they didn’t scan my card or give me a receipt there is no “proof” i was over charged. (6). DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, starbucks can not be trusted! (7) This was my first starbucks experience after a year of boycotting. I will be going back to boycotting after being overcharged TWICE with one simple order. This happened on Dec. 11, 2024 at 10:12am.

What starbucks doesnt have a bathroom. Not friendly either. Don't recommend.

Not busy, empty loby, 2 maybe 3 cars in DT, 5-6 employees, NO ONE greeted us. We waited at the register 3-4min before finally someone said, "ill be right with you". We ordered n no one called out our order, they simply placed the order along with mobile orders n said NOTHING. We kinda figured it was ours so we approached the table n saw the name n left, no "thank u, have a great day" nope! To top it off big sign at front foor "NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS" huh? You are off a freeway for convenience, a Starbucks n I cant use the bathroom? Wait what? Skip this Starbucks at all cost! Ive never seen a Starbucks with no public bathroom and employees that lack basic customer service skills.

Horrible customer service. I arrived at the drive thru at 10 (30 min before closing) and waited 30 min along with another 6 cars behind me and they refused to take our orders. Employees didn’t acknowledge any of us that waited in line. The car in front of me placed an order for 5 drinks and they couldn’t take care of the rest of the customers. This location has always struggles in delivering great customer service. That is why I will no longer support this location. I’d rather drive a little further away to a different Starbucks where I know I will get treated correctly.

I really wish Starbucks would stop allowing the goofy “pay it forward” practice. It’s not really a free treat if you’re going to be guilt tripped and pressured to participate in something you never planned to do! It’s just a bunch of virtue signaling - at the end of the day everyone is paying. It would be one thing if someone bought for the person behind them w no strings attached - but pressuring the next person to do the same defeats the purpose. I was in line to redeem my free drink with stars today - so I felt like I was being pressured by the barista to spend money when I did not plan to do that today! When she gave me my drink she gave me a disappointed look and said “well next time”. No not next time! I get enough guilt trips from family - I don’t need it everywhere else I go!

The WORST Customer Service that I have EVER experienced!! The heavy set girl with glasses working the drive thru window today (10/26/22 @approximately 11:30am) had terrible attitude was disrespectful & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BX!!! Don't waste your time/money at this particular Starbucks on John St in Salinas!!

No bathrooms. We came in with our three young kids, all doing the you-know-what dance, and were told there were no bathrooms. We cancelled our orders, and spent our $40 at the E Alisal Starbucks.

I go to Starbucks almost daily but I don't live in this town, was just passing through. I travel a lot for work and have been to locations both in the US and abroad, but this is the only one where they don't provide a restroom for customers. I wish I had known before I ordered via the app, I would have found somewhere else to go. They also have 0 seating. I don't understand why this location isn't a drive through only. And if you need another reason, they are incredibly disorganized. It was a slow day, nearly empty drive through and no one else inside when I entered. They gave me my drink and none of the food I ordered and said, "thanks, have a nice day" And started to walk away until I asked what about my food items and then the lady kind of looked at me like I was crazy and then asked him into her mic if there was food items with this order? I would recommend skipping this particular location. It needs to be renovated or closed.

Me and my wife come her a lot before she goes to work drinks are good service is ok but today we had Erika at the drive thru very rude rushed us through our order no hello when we got to the window gave us our drinks asked for straws got angry when I asked her politely to do her job I suggest you don’t ask her to do her job she doesn't like that
