Firehouse Subs always makes the BEST sub sandwiches! The one nearest us is on Potranco and 1604 and they are always so nice and make sure our order is correct! The Hook and Ladder is my personal favorite and my kids love the meatballs and pepperoni subs! The bread is always fresh and they always get the order right! The app works great too! They deserve 5 stars! Never had a bad experience at this establishment!

Ordered a cold Italian sub, added bacon. Got 2 tiny slices, which cost $1.50 extra and the most miniscule amount of mustard ever. I also got no Italian dressing, which is supposed to be on it unless otherwise marked.

I got a medium spicy cajun chicken without onions. It was so good! I really like spices though, so if you don't I might encourage you to get something else. I'm not a big mayo fan but they put the right amount on & it also was spicy which I loved. My boyfriend got the club on a sub. He said it was ok but nothing special.

Everything is delicious when they actually make your order right. Be careful when ordering through any kind of delivery service. My order has been incorrect three times in a row now, and this time part of my order was completely missing. Getting the food quickly doesn't mean much if it's wrong or not even included.

Food was ok. The smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket was a little heavy on sauce and light on brisket. The grilled cheese my kid had was fine. The meatball sub is always good though. The staff seemed a bit down. The place overall lacked energy. I'd recommend just ordering online and picking up yourself. The price is honestly not justified in my opinion.

Soda machine has been awful for over a month .. carbonation is just WRONG .. we asked when we arrived if they had serviced it and they said they had had no complaints today .. $2.79 for medium drink and it's not even drinkable .. we mentioned to kid still not fixed .. no sorry .. no refund .. no reason .. well no coming back for us. . thousands of restaurants wr don't need to choose theirs .. sandwiches were good Well they responded they are sorry and we are back but the DIET COKE IS STILL NOT FIXED !!!! UNACCEPTABLE !!!

Firehouse needs to have a better pick up situation. My food was picked up by some random person and when I went to go pick up my food, they were like, but someone picked it up......okay??? I didn't get my order though? They eventually remade it but I wasn't offered a drink for the extra wait so that sucked a little bit. But yeah, something needs to change, confirm the order name or something. The workers shouldn't be shocked when an order was taken by someone who didn't actually order it when they don't confirm names with people. Don't give me a hard time about replacing my food that you let someone else take that's also already paid for on the app.

First time visiting and went upon a recommendation of a friend but I most likely won’t be back after finding a piece of paper left in my sandwich. Maybe it would help hiring employees who are more attentive to the sandwiches they are crafting.

The workers need to stop staring at customers like they’re trying to intimidate them. These little girls have no respect 😂If you’re serving people, being polite and approachable should be the bare minimum. It made the experience annoying if they have stuff to say or want to do something about it they can simply do it out of work. Being on the other side of the counter is just saving them sorry I just make yall mad for stuff that has nothing to do with you😂
