Came here through a friend's recommendation and their burger didn't disappoint. I loved the beautifully chargrilled beef patty with some slightly crispy bits, yet they managed to keep the meat moist inside. We ordered the mini burger with fries to share which was perfect for a light lunch.
Great price with the juicy Super Burger. Great location on Market Street that can be reached with public transportation. There are limited numbers of seats and the tables are not movable. They are bolted down to the floor. A bigger group of gatherings would need some creative rearranging the chairs. Upstairs seating areas can be reached with stairs. In addition, there is an outdoor sitting area at front of the restaurant. It is a nice place to have a lunch if the weather is good.

I like this superduper location, better than others around the city. The customer service is super nice and helpful and kept the restaurant clean. It’s facing market street so the atmosphere is great! I tried their new apple pie shake and it was delicious. I ordered the super burger with sharp cheddar. The flavor was really nice. The meat has a nice crisp crust and was super juicy. Everything was nicely balanced. In the future I'll do the mini because the super had so much meat. The garlic fries had a really nice flavor as well. We ended with a soft serve cone we shared with our son. It was a nice surprise. Service was good and the staff were friendly.

How a burger should be - simple, beefy, and delicious. The crust is crispy, meat is juicy, and a delicious beef flavor from the fat rendering out. The regular double patty burger is $10.50, so a good price as well. Garlic fries were decent but too greasy and soggy. Highly recommend this chain if you want a delicious burger.

A borderline 5 star burger to me given the reasonable price. They don’t have even cheese included by default so I had to add both cheese and bacon to make the burger nice. They only had one cheese option available at the point I visited. The burger was juicy but on the flip side it was soaking with fat and my hands were all oily from the very first second I touched the burger. The chips were pretty oily and not as well made. No interesting sauces either. Overall this place is reasonable for a quick bite. Don’t look for any good atmosphere there - the place is far from being sparkling clean
Burgers were indeed super duper. Fast and easy service, you can order on an iPad and it doesn’t take long to be ready. Garlic fries are yummy as well as the normal fries. The vegetarian patty was amazing (not black bean) and the prices were fair. They use organic ketchup which was one of the highlights, tastes like real sugar and no corn syrup. They also offer soft serve but we didn’t try that.
Hands down the BEST burger I’ve had in a while! The Super Burger was so juicy, it was hard to put down. It also has a good selection of add ons and substitutions. The Garlic Fries were crispy and I loved the touch of cheese on top. I’ve never had shake made how The Chocolate Shake w/ Fresh Strawberries is made , you get a really smooth and refreshing taste when both are sipped together.
Been here once after playing basketball. Upon arrival, the line was out the door, but that did not bug me since I have high patience. I decided to dine in since I was hungry, the burger was fresh, juicy and cooked exactly the way I like it. The fires were just a plus since it was fresh cut.
