Flying with Emirates A380 Business Class as a parent? It is an absolute Game-changer. From the moment we checked in, the crew made my child feel like the VIP onboard , warm smiles, priority boarding, and even bedtime milk without asking. Boarding straight from the Emirates lounge onto the aircraft , skipping the crowds and chaos of the gate made the whole process effortless. The spacious cabin let us both stretch out, the kids’ meals were spot-on, and the ICE entertainment kept little eyes glued to the screen for hours. It also has an exclusive in flight bar and lounge area to relax. It wasn’t just luxury; it was thoughtful, human, and stress-free. Five stars for making family travel feel this effortless.

The Emirates lounge at SFO was quiet and relaxing. The buffet had a good selection of food, but the best part was the incredible convenience of boarding the flight directly from the lounge. It made the entire pre-flight experience completely stress-free and seamless.

Got lucky we got upgraded with my skyward points so we had the chance to experience Emirates Business Class Lounge on our 3 plus hrs layover to DXB. Website says they open at 1245PM but we were let in at 1230PM. Spacious space to relax and dine while waiting for boarding. Lot of choices of appetizers, hot meals, beverages (hot and cold) and alcohol. All dishes we tried were all delicious and well garnished! Bathrooms were manned/cleaned by staff all the time! Highly recommended if you can access while in the SFO airport. 5/5 all the way, customer service, ambiance, food selection/standards of dishes!

Perhaps the best non-hub lounge I've ever been to. Located AT the gate, with direct boarding from the lounge. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, delicious food, friendly staff.

Amazing lounge Far better than centurion lounge. You can directly board your flight from the lounge what more can you ask. Better sitting area, shower area, which can be used for breast-feeding which came in use for my family without taking appointments as you would in amex lounge. Great staff.

I know this is not the right place to leave this review, as my issue was with the Emirates check-in counter staff at SFO, not the lounge itself. However, since there is no effective way to leave location-specific feedback, I feel I have no other option. The lounge was fine, but the experience at the Emirates counter before entry was awful. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional when handling our luggage, and their behavior toward me and my elderly father was especially upsetting. There was no patience, empathy, or respect shown. A premium lounge cannot make up for poor treatment on the ground. Emirates needs to seriously address the conduct of its SFO counter staff.
