Great place for refreshing fruit flavoured tea. Do visit if you like boba. You can also create your own flavoured tea.

In terms of boba it's good for the price (~$4 each), esp considering SF boba places nowadays can sometimes charge around double. I liked my lavender tea, it had good flavor. My friend's review of the thai tea is quote, "so mid bro", and the honey boba did not have flavor. The guy who took our order was patient and down to earth 👍

It's fine. I got a taro with tapioca. About the same quality as the stuff I get in the packets I make at home. Sometimes it's nice to have someone else do the work for you though.

Overall the boba is pretty good. The only thing is MAKE SURE you get a low sweetness %, otherwise the drink will be too sweet. I recommend 40%

The boba is sweet chewy good but the milk tea is kinda water down and needs more ice. Service is great though! I’ll give it a 3.7 if there’s an option for it…

Pretty, pretty bad. Ordered the #16, Brown sugar tea. It was very watery and weak. I paid for extra boba and there was a good amount. The counter girl was like an unpleasant robot, absolutely zero personality. The young guy working there actually did show some personality. The contrast was amazing.

I did not like my experience here. The guy was extremely rude to me because i thought the milk tea didnt come with boba but it did and i didnt want boba. He snatched the cup from me. It didnt come with light ice and extra sweet like i wanted. I shoulda just went to Quicklys where you dont have to deal with rude customer service.

We asked for no sugar in our drink, due to one of us being diabetic, and the drink came out sweeter than ever. The person working told us that there is no sugar in the drink but you can clearly taste it. Waste of money and time. Don't come here, it wasn't even a good drink.

Asked for boba with my strawberry slush, didnt get it and paid $6 instead of $5.50. Man with glasses at the counter tried gaslighting me into saying that I didn’t order with boba and then said that the slush is $6 when the sign clearly said $5.50. And if thats true then they need to update their sign and not mislead people into paying $6 for a $5.50 item.

If rude service is your thing, this is a perfect place to come to. In addition to the cold drink, you will also get an icy cold face and attitude for free. They will avoid talking to you completely if they can get away with nodding or shaking their head. The tall guy with glasses is the worst. He looks like he hates his job 100% and he makes sure his customers know about it. The new girl doesn't look any nicer. She already looks so done with her day at 1 pm on a Sunday. I think DMV might be a better fit for her career. The only difference is that I have to go to the DMV, but for a cup of drink I will happily take my business elsewhere. The former staff (there was a shorter nice guy and also a very friendly smiley girl) were awesome, but they don't work here anymore.

The milk tea I got, Ceylon black milk tea, #4, was very acidic and sour. I think the milk used in that tea was sour and rotten. I do not use this term lightly. It was the first time I tasted a milk tea that was not sweet but actually sour. The employee took a jug out of refrigerator and poured it into the cup, that was it. There was no process in making it or anything. It was done in 5 seconds. So this explains why they don't even know they are serving rotten milk tea. I would not recommend this place. Even if it was cheaper than the rest, the standards seem to be low and is a health concern to drink here.

I didn’t want to judge without trying it myself. I went in on Friday, 07/18/2025. There was only one female staff member working. She didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly. I don’t think she was the owner. Her expression looked like she just wanted the day to be over. She didn’t smile or even say thank you, even though I was polite and friendly toward her. Perhaps this is part of the reason why the shop tends to be so quiet. I hope the owner takes a closer look at this. As for the drink, I ordered #1: milk tea with boba and grass jelly. The flavor was quite weak and watery. It tasted more like water than tea. On the bright side, the boba was soft and had a nice texture.

The guy on duty June 22 2025 at 5:10pm is soooo rude, when im ordering#13 I didn't understand what he said at first and then I told him again my order and he yelled at me that they run out of it. That's not the way you treat customer he should stay at home when he had a bad day🙄🙄🙄🙄
