Went here with a coupon of a foot long for $7.99 and the lady just laughed and when I showed her. When I went to pay at the cashier I showed the coupon again and they just threw it away and charged me full price.

Bread wasn’t fresh, and they didn’t have cups for water. When I asked, the response was a rude “No cups for water.” Seriously disappointing experience.

If the establishment says it closes at 930 it should close at 930 not 15 minutes before the time it says. Both employees saw us trying to get into the establishment and just looked at us. This is an unprofessional establishment and the employees should be talked to about their lack of professionalism and losing the company money by closing at 915 instead of the scheduled time of 930. Don’t go to this subway. All of the workers are rude and skimp on your sandwich.

Beware, store violated California law by failing to ask whether I needed a bag and proceeded to charge a bag fee. Furthermore, they compounded this violation by applying sales tax to the bag fee, which is also prohibited under state law. Check your receipts.

0 stars I just get there in the lady was so rude to me than after I was paying my food the guy who was in the register a Indian guy! stole $2 dollars from me when I gave him exactly the amount of money. even before giving him my money I counting 3 times to make sure! and when I was saving my wallet and my backpack he told me that I was missing 2 dollars and I told him how it is possible? and he only told me the excuse of showing me the video I told him that I wanted to see it but I was in a hurry, I really can't believe they have people so abusive and THIEF. This is the last and first time that I return to this place

This use to be a great place. Now everytime I get a sandwich, the bread is dry, stale. Today I asked to see or have a copy of their nutrition chart. Both employees had no idea what a nutrition chart, information was and denied having such a thing. I went home and printed the 2023 version although. It said it was 2024. A friend asked for it.

Ordered something on the menu. She had no idea how to make it. Instead of trying to figure it out she put random things on it and handed me a sandwich with just ham and cheese. After I complained they gave me a “discount” of 50 cents. I should have never paid for the sandwich. Will not be returning.

There was an Indian dude with weird mustache working behind the counter. During checkout, the he stood watching me while I selected a tip on the screen, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. After I left a $2 tip, there was no thank-you or basic courtesy. My sandwich was simply put in a bag and the employee walked away. For nearly $18, I expected at least basic customer service. At that price point, I could have gone next door and gotten a much better meal with more value. The sandwich was a ONE star taste. Overall, the service made the experience feel awkward and not worth the cost.

It’s like they don’t even look at the sandwich while making it. Plus they don’t have all the ingredients that subway usually carries. Seems like cheap owners… didn’t even want to put my sandwich in a bag. Owners need to get a life…. I’m paying for a footlong sandwich. Put some care into it.

On top of all that they don't honor weekly specials or the rewards program redemption. This subway is rouge. Someone should report them to corporate that they are out here diluting the brand. I will drive further next time to avoid this location.

I visited the Subway on August 30, 2025 to grab my birthday cookie and use a $2.00 reward, but it was a terrible experience. The staff member at the front was incredibly unfriendly comparing me to a homeless person, making me feel unwelcome and ruining what should’ve been a fun visit. I’m really disappointed with the service and won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. Subway, please train your staff to treat customers better!
